随着科技的进步,以及大屏幕智能终端时代的来临,为了解决平板电脑体积大、不方便携带,以及手机屏幕小的问题,可折叠手机应运而生。
可折叠手机包括壳体、折叠机构和柔性屏,折叠机构包括旋转臂、升降门板和弹簧,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,升降门板的上表面在旋转臂的作用下与旋转臂的上表面保持平齐,这样可由升降门板和旋转臂共同对柔性屏进行支撑;在可折叠手机折叠的过程中,旋转臂压缩弹簧,弹簧带动与其固定的升降门板下降,从而避让柔性屏在折叠时产生的圆角。
由于相关技术中主要采用弹簧和旋转臂实现升降门板的下降,但是弹簧在压缩至最大压缩量时,依然需要占用一定的空间,而弹簧的轴向与可折叠手机的厚度方向相同,因此,这将导致折叠机构在可折叠手机的厚度方向上占用较大的空间。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种折叠机构及终端设备,能够减少折叠机构在可折叠手机的厚度方向上的占用空间。

此外,由于第一转动体的部分伸入至第一槽内,因此,不论第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于展平态,还是折叠态,第一转动体均可以为支撑体提供沿终端设备厚度方向的限位,从而限制了支撑体沿厚度方向的位移,进而减少因支撑体产生较大位移而导致柔性屏或终端设备的其他部件损坏的情况。
在一些可能实现的方式中,支撑体包括相对设置的第一固定板和第二固定板以及连接在第一固定板和第二固定板之间的第三固定板,第三固定板将第一固定板与第二固定板之间的空间分隔为第一槽和第二槽。支撑体可采用一体成型结构或用第一固定板、第二固定板以及第三固定板焊接而成。该支撑体结构较为简单。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第二固定板相比第一固定板更加靠近底座,第二固定板相比所述第一固定板更加靠近所述底座,第二固定板沿第一方向的尺寸大于第一固定板沿第一方向的尺寸,第一方向为第一摆臂与第二摆臂的排列方向。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第一固定板能够为第一转动体的转动提供足够的空间,防止第一固定板与第一摆臂干涉。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一固定板具有朝向第二固定板的第一表面;第一转动体包括第一作用面,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于展平态时,第一作用面与第一表面相抵接。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂展开的过程以及在第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于展平态中,第一作用面始终能够为第一表面提供作用力。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第二固定板具有朝向第一固定板的第二表面;第一转动体还包括与第一作用面连接的第二作用面,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第二作用面与第二表面相作用。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第二作用面能够为第二表面提供作用力,以使支撑体朝向底座运动。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一作用面包括第一平面。在第一摆臂和第二摆臂展开的过程中以及第一摆臂和第二摆臂处于展平态时,第一作用面需要持续为第一表面提供作用力,而当第一作用面包括平面时,便可由该平面为第一表面提供作用力,从而使得第一转动体能够为支撑体提供较为稳定的支撑。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第二作用面包括第二平面,第二平面与第一作用面连接,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于折叠态时,第二平面与第二表面相抵接。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于折叠态时,便可由第二平面为第二表面提供作用力,从而使得第一转动体能够为支撑体提供较为稳定的支撑。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第二作用面还包括与第二平面连接、且朝外凸出的第一弧面。在第一摆臂与第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第一弧面与第二表面相互作用,由此 可减少因凹凸不平的面导致支撑体在运动的过程中产生颠簸的情况,也就是说,能够使支撑体运动平稳。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第二作用面还包括与第一弧面连接的第三平面,第三平面还用于在第一摆臂与第二摆臂处于展平态时,第三平面的部分与第二表面相抵接。这样,第三平面能够为支撑体提供稳定的支撑。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一作用面和第二作用面连接形成第二弧面,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第二弧面与第二表面相作用;在第一摆臂与第二摆臂展开的过程中,第二弧面与第一表面相作用。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂展开的过程中,第二弧面始终与第一表面相作用;在第一摆臂和第二摆臂折叠的过程中,第二弧面也始终与第二表面相作用。而弧面具有表面圆滑的特点,因此,能够使得支撑体运动更为平稳。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一转动体包括连接件以及固定于连接件上的固定件,固定件的至少部分伸入至第一槽内,固定件用于在转动的过程中,为支撑体提供朝向或远离底座的作用力。这样,在第一摆臂与第二摆臂展开或折叠的过程中,固定件始终能够为支撑体提供作用力,以使支撑体远离或朝向底座运动。
在一些可能实现的方式中,连接件位于支撑体的侧面,固定件朝向侧面设置,侧面为与第一摆臂所在的一侧相邻的表面。当连接件位于侧面时,固定件可从侧面伸入至第一槽内。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一转动部的第一侧表面设有第一切口,第一转动体的部分伸入至第一切口,第一侧表面为在第一摆臂和第二摆臂处于展平态时,第一转动部与第二转动部相对的表面。这样,能够减少第一摆臂的横向尺寸,由于第一摆臂的横向与终端设备的宽度方向相同,由此,可进一步减少折叠组件沿终端设备的宽度方向的尺寸。此外,可增加第一转动体沿终端设备的宽度方向的尺寸,从而提高第一转动体的强度。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一切口具有相对的两个侧壁,第一转动体固定于两个侧壁上。第一转动体在第一转动部上的固定结构较为简单。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一固定板包括固定本体以及固定于固定本体一侧的凸起部,凸起部的部分伸入至第一切口。这样,能够进一步增加支撑体沿终端设备宽度方向的尺寸,且能够减小整个折叠机构沿终端设备宽度方向的尺寸。由于支撑体上设置第一槽和第二槽,因此,上述结构可在一定程度上提高支撑体的强度,减少因支撑体沿终端设备宽度方向的尺寸较小,导致第一槽和第二槽之间的第三连接板的厚度较小,从而导致支撑体在受力时出现裂纹的情况。
在一些可能实现的方式中,在第一转动部的第二侧表面设置有第一通孔,第二侧表面与第一侧表面邻接,第一切口与第一通孔连通;第一转动体还具有朝向第一通孔的连接面,连接面在侧壁的投影,与第一通孔在侧壁的投影边缘之间相接触或具有间 隙。当折叠机构应用于终端设备时,折叠机构还包括第一转轴,第一转轴以可转动地方式连接在底座上,第一摆臂固定在第一转轴上。由于在组装终端设备时,可先制作第一摆臂,接着将第一摆臂和第一转轴进行组装,因此,连接面在侧壁的投影部分,与第一通孔在侧壁的投影的边缘之间相接触或具有间隙,能够使得装配较为方便。此外,还能够进一步增加第一转动体沿终端设备宽度方向的尺寸,因此能够提高第一转动体的强度。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一转动体的数量为多个,第一槽的数量为多个,至少存在两个第一转动体与两个第一槽一一对应;和/或,第二转动体的数量为多个,第二槽的数量为多个,至少存在两个第二转动体与两个第二槽一一对应。这样,多个第一转动体能够为支撑体提供更为稳定的作用力,从而使得支撑体的运动更为平稳。多个第二转动体也能够为支撑体提供更为稳定的作用力,从而使得支撑体的运动更为平稳。
在一些可能实现的方式中,折叠机构还包括第三摆臂,第三摆臂以可沿弧面滑动地方式连接在底座上,第三摆臂与第一摆臂沿第二方向排列,且第三摆臂与第一摆臂连接,以使第三摆臂以与第一摆臂同步地方式相对底座运动;和/或,折叠机构还包括第四摆臂,第四摆臂以可沿弧面滑动地方式连接在底座上;第四摆臂与第二摆臂沿第二方向排列,且第四摆臂与第二摆臂连接,以使第四摆臂以与第二摆臂同步地方式相对底座运动;第二方向与支撑体的运动方向和第一方向均垂直。这样,第一摆臂和第三摆臂、以及第二摆臂和第四摆臂能够共同为柔性屏提供支撑,由此可增加折叠机构对柔性屏的支撑面积,从而进一步提高对柔性屏的支撑强度。此外,由于第一摆臂与第三摆臂始终保持同步运动,第二摆臂与第四摆臂始终保持同步运动,因此,在终端设备折叠或展开的过程中,能够始终保持柔性屏具有较高的平整度,从而能够提高柔性屏的使用寿命。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第三摆臂朝向第一摆臂的表面上设有第一滑槽;第一摆臂还包括固定于第一转动部上的第三转动部以及以可转动地方式连接在第三转动部上的第一连接轴,第一连接轴的部分伸入至第一滑槽内。这样,在第一摆臂绕第一转轴转动的过程中,第三转动部能够通过第一连接轴带动第三摆臂,使得第三摆臂始终与第一摆臂保持同步转动。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第四摆臂朝向第二摆臂的表面上设有第二滑槽;第二摆臂还包括固定于第二转动部上的第四转动部以及以可转动地方式连接在第四转动部上的第二连接轴,第二连接轴的部分伸入至第二滑槽内。第二摆臂可通过第二转轴(与第一转轴平行的另一转轴)连接在底座上,在第二摆臂绕第二转轴转动的过程中,第四转动部能够通过第二连接轴带动第四摆臂,使得第四摆臂始终与第二摆臂保持同步转动。
在一些可能实现的方式中,第一摆臂与第二摆臂相对支撑体的中心平面对称,中心平面为位于支撑体的几何中心、且与第一方向相垂直的平面。这样,第一摆臂和第二摆臂为支撑体提供的支撑点相对应,由此可进一步提高支撑体的运动稳定性。
本申请提供一种终端设备,包括上述任一项的折叠机构。终端设备能够实现上述折叠机构的所有效果。

本申请实施例提供一种折叠机构,该折叠机构可应用于可折叠手机。折叠机构还可应用于可折叠平板电脑、可折叠游戏机、可折叠个人数字助理(pErsonal diGital assistant,PDA)等具有折叠功能的终端设备。本申请实施例对上述终端设备的具体形式不作限定。
如图1a和图1b所示,可折叠手机可沿其中心进行折叠,当可折叠手机处于折叠态时,即,可折叠手机的折叠角度为0,可以减小可折叠手机的尺寸;当可折叠手机处于展平态时,即,可折叠手机的折叠角度为180°,柔性屏30处于最大显示面积的 状态,此时用户可以在柔性屏30上进行操作。需要说明的是,折叠角度指的是可折叠手机的左右两部分之间的夹角。
为了便于对本申请实施例的技术方案进行清楚的描述,如图2所示,可定义三个方向,分别为可折叠手机的长度方向E(第二方向),可折叠手机的宽度方向F(第一方向)和可折叠手机的厚度方向G。
此外,在本申请实施例中,“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”指的是可折叠手机处于展平态,当用户双手握持可折叠手机且柔性屏30朝向用户时,以用户手部作为参照而确定的方位。
如图2所示,可折叠手机包括壳体10、折叠机构20和柔性屏30(图2中未示出),壳体10的一侧表面设有通槽11,折叠机构20连接于通槽11内。柔性屏30固定在壳体10上设有通槽11的一侧表面。
如图3所示,折叠机构20包括:底座21、两个主摆臂22、同步机构23、支撑体24以及两个扭力摆臂25。在本实施例中,如图2所示,折叠机构20的数量可以为两个,且两个折叠机构20分别设于壳体10的两端。
在本申请的其他实施例中,折叠机构20的数量可以为一个、三个或者更多个,当折叠机构20的数量为一个时,一个折叠机构20可设置于底座21沿长度方向E的中部;当折叠机构20的数量为多个时,多个折叠机构20可沿长度方向E均布。
如图4所示,底座21包括底板211、安装座212、阻挡部213和定位部214。
如图2所示,底板211固定于壳体10的通槽11内。如图4所示,底板211具有容纳槽2111,容纳槽2111的底壁2113为平面。
如图4所示,安装座212固定在容纳槽2111内。如图5所示,安装座212背离底板211的一面设有底板卡槽2112。底板卡槽2112的相对的两个卡槽侧壁2114上均设有一个阻挡部213,两个阻挡部213之间具有间隙,卡槽底壁2115与阻挡部213之间也具有间隙。阻挡部213朝向卡槽底壁2115的表面为圆弧面。底板卡槽2112的数量可以为两个,且两个底板卡槽2112在底座21上错开排列。
如图5所示,定位部214固定于底座21的底壁2113上,定位部214在底壁2113上的投影形状可为圆形。在本申请的其他实施例中,定位部214在底壁2113上的投影也可以为正方形或长方形等形状。
如图5所示,在本实施例中,定位部214的数量可以为一个。在本申请的其他实施例中,定位部214的数量也可以为多个。当定位部214的数量为多个时,多个定位部214可沿直线、呈三角形、或呈矩形等排列设置。
如图2所示,两个主摆臂22沿宽度方向F并排相邻设置,两个主摆臂22均以可转动地方式连接在底座21上。
如图4所示,主摆臂22包括臂板221、第一卡装部222和第二卡装部223,第一卡装部222和第二卡装部223均固定在臂板221朝向底座21的一面。
如图4所示,第一卡装部222朝向底座21的表面为圆弧面,第一卡装部222的两个端面朝内延伸设置有卡装部卡槽2221,第一卡装部222上形成有突出部位2223, 突出部位2223可容纳于底板卡槽2112内,突出部位2223朝向臂板221的表面为圆弧面。底座21的阻挡部213可容纳于卡装部卡槽2221内,且突出部位2223朝向臂板221的表面与阻挡部213朝向卡槽底壁2115的表面相抵接。这样,主摆臂22可通过突出部位2223连接在底座21上。由于阻挡部213朝向卡槽底壁2115的表面和突出部位2223朝向臂板221的表面均为圆弧面,因此,在可折叠手机折叠或展开的过程中,主摆臂22将沿阻挡部213的圆弧面运动。
如图4所示,在第二卡装部223的一端面朝内延伸设置有贯穿至另一端面的滑槽2231,滑槽2231的形状为跑道形,具体地,滑槽2231的中部为矩形、两端为半圆形,且两端的半圆形均与矩形相对的两边邻接。
如图4所示,同步机构23包括四个齿轮231、两个第一转轴232和两个第二转轴233,四个齿轮231沿可折叠手机的宽度方向F依次排列设置,且四个齿轮231中每相邻的两个齿轮231均相互啮合。四个齿轮231中位于中间的两个齿轮231可略低于位于边缘的两个齿轮231。四个齿轮231的外形尺寸均相同,这样,在可折叠手机进行折叠或展开的过程中,四个齿轮231在转动的过程中,能够始终保持同步转动。
如图4所示,两个第一转轴232相互平行,且均以可转动地方式连接在底座21上,四个齿轮231中位于边缘的两个齿轮231分别固定在两个第一转轴232上,即,位于边缘的两个齿轮231中的一个齿轮231固定在一个第一转轴232上、另一个齿轮231固定在另一个第一转轴232上。
如图6a所示,第一转轴232的一端面朝内延伸设置有转轴切口2321,转轴切口2321沿可折叠手机的长度方向E的尺寸小于第一转轴232的长度,且齿轮231在第一转轴232上的投影与转轴切口2321无重叠。如图6b所示,在本申请实施例中,转轴切口2321的数量可以为两个,两个转轴切口2321沿第一转轴232的周向均匀设置。在本申请其他实施例中,转轴切口2321的数量可以为一个,或者三个。
需要说明的是,当折叠机构20的数量为多个时,各折叠机构20中的第一转轴232均可相互固定。具体地,可将多个第一转轴232作为一体式的结构,这样,能够尽可能使得各折叠机构20的同步机构23同步转动,从而增加可折叠手机折叠过程的稳定性。
两个第二转轴233均以可转动地方式连接在底座21上,如图4所示,四个齿轮231中,位于中间的两个齿轮231分别固定在两个第二转轴233上。即,位于中间的两个齿轮231中的一个齿轮231固定在一个第二转轴233上,另一个齿轮231固定在另一个第二转轴233上。第二转轴233的长度小于第一转轴232的长度。
如图3所示,支撑体24连接在底座21上。如图7所示,支撑体24包括上固定板241、下固定板242和竖向固定板243。上固定板241和下固定板242相互平行,竖向固定板243固定在上固定板241和下固定板242之间,且竖向固定板243与上固定板241和下固定板242均垂直。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,支撑体24可以采用上固定板241、下固定板242和竖向固定板243焊接而成,竖向固定板243可将上固定板241和下固定板242之间的 空间分隔为两个槽246;也可以采用铸造的方法制作支撑体24,接着,在支撑体24的两个相对的侧面分别加工槽246(如图7所示)。
如图8所示,上固定板241的板面形状可呈“十”字形,具体地,上固定板241包括固定本体2411以及分别位于固定本体2411两侧的两个凸起部2412。
如图7所示,下固定板242的外形形状可为长方体,下固定板242相比上固定板241更加靠近底座21。下固定板242沿宽度方向F的尺寸可大于长度方向E的尺寸。由于下固定板242更加靠近底座21,不与柔性屏30接触或连接,无需对柔性屏30提供支撑,因此,下固定板242沿长度方向E的尺寸可小于上固定板241沿长度方向E的尺寸,这样,能够减轻下固定板242的重量,从而减少可折叠手机的重量。
如图7所示,竖向固定板243沿可折叠手机长度方向E的尺寸可小于或等于上固定板241沿可折叠手机长度方向E的尺寸,这样在满足上固定板241与下固定板242之间的连接强度的基础上,还能够尽可能减少竖向固定板243的重量。
如图7所示,下固定板242上设有定位孔2431,底座21的定位部214可位于定位孔2431内,这样,支撑体24连接在底座21上后,可沿可折叠手机的厚度方向G滑动。当可折叠手机折叠或展开时,定位部214能够为支撑体24提供横向定位,减少在可折叠手机折叠或展开的过程中,支撑体24产生过大的横向位移的情况。
如图7所示,定位孔2431与定位部214相适配,即,定位孔2431的形状可与定位部214的截面形状相同,示例性的,当定位部214的截面形状为圆形时,定位孔2431也为圆形孔。此外,定位部214与定位孔2431之间的配合关系可为间隙配合。需要说明的是,定位部214的截面形状为沿与可折叠手机的厚度方向G相垂直的剖切面截取的平面的形状。
如图7所示,定位孔2431的数量与定位部214的数量相同,且设置位置一一对应。当定位部214的数量为一个时,定位孔2431的数量为也为一个,由于在本申请实施例中下固定板242在可折叠手机长度方向E的尺寸较小,因此,仅设置一组定位部214和定位孔2431,即可实现支撑体24的横向定位的功能。在本申请的其他实施例中,定位部214和定位孔2431的数量均可为多个,且多个定位孔2431也可呈三角形、矩形等形状排列设置,这样能够进一步提高对定位部214对支撑体24的横向定位的作用。
如图3所示,两个扭力摆臂25沿可折叠手机宽度方向F排列设置。
如图9所示,扭力摆臂25包括第一转动部251、转动体252、第二转动部253、连接板254和连接轴255,其中连接板254固定在第一转动部251和第二转动部253之间,转动体252固定在第一转动部251上。如图3所示,第一转动部251固定在第一转轴232上,第二转动部253通过连接轴255(图3中未示出)与主摆臂22连接。
第一转动部251固定在第一转轴232上具有转轴切口2321的部位。如图9所示,在第一转动部251的端面设置有贯穿的第一通孔2511,第一通孔2511与图4所示的第一转轴232间隙配合。转轴切口2321可从第一转轴232朝向支撑体24的一侧朝内设置,由于第一转轴232和支撑体24通常沿终端设备的宽度方向F排列设置,因此,该方案能够减小第一转轴232沿终端设备的宽度方向F的尺寸,从而减小终端设备的 宽度。
如图11c所示,由于第一转轴232以可转动地方式连接在底座21上,因此,在可折叠手机折叠或展开的过程中,第一转轴232可绕自身轴线进行转动,扭力摆臂25可随着第一转轴232转动。由于同步机构23中位于边缘的两个齿轮231分别固定在两个第一转轴232上,而四个齿轮231均同步转动,因此两个第一转轴232也同步转动,则分别固定于两个第一转轴232上的两个扭力摆臂25也同步转动。
如图9和图10a所示,第一转动部251的第一侧表面2513朝内延伸设置有转动部切口2512,转动部切口2512与第一通孔2511连通。
如图9所示,第二转动部253的第二侧表面2514上贯穿设置有第二通孔2531,第二通孔2531可以为圆形孔。如图3所示,第二转动部253相比第一转动部251更加远离底座21。
如图9所示,连接板254的两端分别与第一转动部251和第二转动部253固定。连接板254、第一转动部251、第二转动部253和转动体252可采用一体成型方式,或分体成型方式。当采用一体成型方式时,整个扭力摆臂25可采用铸造的方法进行制作。当采用分体成型的方式时,在制作扭力摆臂25时,可分别将第一转动部251、第二转动部253、连接板254以及转动体252制作好,并将该四个部件焊接为扭力摆臂25。
如图4所示,连接轴255的一端以可转动地方式连接在第二转动部253上,另一端以可滑动地方式连接在主摆臂22的第二卡装部223的滑槽2231内。当可折叠手机处于展平态时,连接轴255位于滑槽2231内远离底座21中心的远端位置;在可折叠手机折叠的过程中,扭力摆臂25绕第一转轴232转动,主摆臂22沿阻挡部213的圆弧面运动,因此,主摆臂22的实际运动为摆动,示例性的,右侧的主摆臂22在逆时针转动的过程中,还向右侧滑动。主摆臂22上的滑槽2231远端与第一转轴232之间的距离逐渐增加,而连接轴255与第一转轴232之间的距离始终不变,因此,如图12所示,在扭力摆臂25和主摆臂22运动的过程中,连接轴255沿第二卡装部223的滑槽2231内滑动。在主摆臂22运动的过程中,始终存在两个支撑部位,一个支撑部位为如图4所示的安装座212所提供的,另一个支撑部位为连接轴255提供的,因此,安装座212和连接轴255可为主摆臂22提供稳定的支撑,从而提高主摆臂22运动过程中的稳定性。
如图9所示,转动体252为长条状结构,且转动体252的两个端面分别固定在转动部切口2512的两个切口侧壁2515。由此,可减少扭力摆臂25的横向尺寸,从而节省折叠机构20在可折叠手机宽度方向F上的占用空间。如图11a所示,两个扭力摆臂25的转动体252以底座21的中心呈对称结构。
如图10b所示,转动体252的侧面包括依次相互连接的第一作用面2521、第二作用面2522、第三连接面2524和第一连接面2523,第一作用面2521与第三连接面2524连接。如图11a所示,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,第一作用面2521与支撑体24的上固定板241相抵接。
如图10b所示,第二作用面2522包括依次连接的第一平面2525、圆弧面2526和 第二平面2527,第一平面2525和第二平面2527均与圆弧面2526相切,第一平面2525与第一作用面2521连接,第二平面2527与第三连接面2524连接。
如图11a所示,转动体252的部分伸入至槽246内,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,第一作用面2521与上固定板241的下表面2413相抵接。这样,转动体252能够为支撑体24提供背离底座21的作用力,使上固定板241的上表面与扭力摆臂25的上表面位于同一平面,共同为柔性屏30(图11a中未示出)提供支撑。如图11b所示,第一作用面2521可以为平面,这样,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,第一作用面2521与上固定板241之间的配合,为平面与平面之间的配合。由此,能够使得第一作用面2521为上固定板241提供稳定的支撑。
图11c为可折叠手机折叠至100°时,折叠机构20的结构示意图,如图11c所示,在可折叠手机折叠的过程中,第一转轴232绕自身轴线转动,扭力摆臂25随第一转轴232转动,因此,扭力摆臂25的转动中心为第一转轴232的轴线,转动体252的转动中心也为第一转轴232的轴线。在转动体252绕第一转轴232的轴线转动的过程中,如图11d所示,圆弧面2526逐渐与下固定板242相接触;可折叠手机继续折叠,转动体252继续转动,右侧的转动体252的圆弧面2526将朝右下方转动,圆弧面2526与下固定板242的上表面2421始终处于相切的状态,并为下固定板242提供朝向底座21运动的作用力,下固定板242即可在该作用力的作用下朝向底座21运动,即,朝向背离柔性屏30(图11d中未示出)的方向运动。
转动体252继续转动,直到可折叠手机处于折叠态。如图11e和图11f所示,当可折叠手机折叠至折叠态时,转动体252的第一平面2525仍然与下固定板242相抵接,从而继续为支撑体24提供朝向底座21方向的作用力。由于第一平面2525和下固定板242的上表面2421均为平面,因此转动体252与下固定板242之间的作用为平面与平面的作用,因此转动体252能够通过第一平面2525为下固定板242提供稳定的作用力,并使支撑体24悬停至该位置处,从而使支撑体24避让柔性屏30(图11e和图11f中未示出)的弯折区域。由于本申请实施例的折叠机构20,并不需要使用弹簧,也就不需要预留弹簧在压缩至极限时所需要的空间,也就是说,本申请实施例能够节省可折叠手机厚度方向G上的空间,从而进一步降低可折叠手机的厚度。
在可折叠手机展开的过程中,如图11c所示,右侧的转动体252随着第一转轴232顺时针旋转,当转动体252转动至第一作用面2521与上固定板241的下表面2413相接触,转动体252继续转动,则转动体252可为上固定板241提供远离底座21的作用力,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,上固定板241可在转动体252的作用下运动至其上表面与扭力摆臂25的上表面齐平。
如图11a所示,转动体252的第三连接面2524为朝向第一转轴232的表面,当扭力摆臂25固定于第一转轴232上时,第三连接面2524与第一转轴232相互接触,或者具有间隙,这样,能够避免零部件之间的干涉,也便于对扭力摆臂25和第一转轴232进行组装。
在本申请的另一实施例中,与图10a所示实施例的区别在于转动体252的结构。具体地,如图13所示,转动体252包括依次连接的第三连接面2524、第一连接面2523、 第一作用面2521和第二连接面2528,第三连接面2524与第二连接面2528连接。第一作用面2521为圆弧面。
如图14a所示,当可折叠手机处于展平态时,第一作用面2521与上固定板241的下表面2413相抵接。在对可折叠手机进行折叠的过程中,如图14b所示,转动体252随着第一转轴232转动,转动体252运动至第一作用面2521与下固定板242的上表面2421相抵接;转动体252继续转动,则可为下固定板242提供朝向底座21的作用力,下固定板242在该作用力的作用下朝向底座21运动,直到可折叠手机处于折叠态,转动体252停止运动,下固定板242也停止运动,转动体252可持续为下固定板242提供作用力,使得下固定板242悬停在该位置处,从而避让柔性屏30(图14a中未示出)的弯折区域。
在本申请的另一实施例中,与图3所示实施例的区别在于支撑体24的上固定板241的结构、扭力摆臂25中的第一转动部251和转动体252的数量,以及连接板254的结构。
具体地,如图15a和图15b所示,上固定板241为长条状结构,上固定板241可包括固定本体2411以及位于固定本体2411侧部的四个凸起部2412,固定本体2411单侧的凸起部2412的数量均为两个,且两个凸起部2412沿固定本体2411的侧部排列设置。在其他实施例中,固定本体2411单侧的凸起部2412的数量还可以为三个或更多个。
与之对应的,参照图15a,在本实施例中,扭力摆臂25中的第一转动部251和转动体252的数量与上固定板241的单侧所排列的凸起部2412的数量相同,均为两个。具体地,两个第一转动部251和转动体252均沿长度方向E排列设置。连接板254具有较大的连接面积,将两个第一转动部251和第二转动部253进行连接。
在本实施例中,如图15a所示,由于支撑体24的长度更长一些,因此,支撑体24与柔性屏30(图15a中未示出)之间的接触面积更大,也就能够为柔性屏30提供更为稳定的支撑。
在本申请的又一实施例中,与图11a所示实施例的区别在于支撑体24和扭力摆臂25上第一转动部251和转动体252的结构。具体地,如图16所示,支撑体24包括上固定板241、下固定板242、竖向固定板243和两个侧固定板244,上固定板241和下固定板242相互平行,竖向固定板243固定在上固定板241和下固定板242之间,且竖向固定板243均与上固定板241和下固定板242垂直。下固定板242相比上固定板241更加靠近底座21。两个侧固定板244分别固定在上固定板241和下固定板242的两侧,每个侧固定板244可与上固定板241和下固定板242形成侧部封闭两端开口的容纳腔245,因此,支撑体24上共形成有两个容纳腔245。
如图17所示,第一转动部251具有背离第二转动部253的第一侧表面2513,第一侧表面2513为平面,转动体252固定在第一转动部251的第一侧表面2513上。
如图17所示,转动体252包括连接件2529和固定柱2530,其中连接件2529固定在第一侧表面2513,固定柱2530固定在连接件2529朝向支撑体24的表面上。连 接件2529可为长条状的板状结构。如图18所示,连接件2529的长度方向朝向支撑体24的方向延伸。
如图17所示,固定柱2530的一端固定在连接件2529上。如图18所示,固定柱2530的另一端伸入至支撑体24的容纳腔245内,且当可折叠手机处于展平态时,固定柱2530与上固定板241的下表面2413相抵接,这样,固定柱2530能够为支撑体24提供远离底座21的作用力,从而使支撑体24为柔性屏30(图17中未示出)提供支撑。在对可折叠手机进行折叠的过程中,转动体252随着第一转轴232转动,当转动体252运动至其表面与下固定板242的上表面2421相抵接时,转动体252继续转动,则可为下固定板242提供朝向底座21的作用力,下固定板242在该作用力的作用下朝向底座21运动。直到可折叠手机处于折叠态,转动体252停止运动,下固定板242也停止运动,转动体252可持续为下固定板242提供作用力,使得下固定板242悬停在该位置处,从而避让柔性屏30的弯折区域。由于本申请实施例的折叠机构20,并不需要使用弹簧,也就不需要预留弹簧在压缩至极限时所需要的空间,也就是说,本申请实施例能够节省可折叠手机厚度方向G上的空间,从而进一步降低可折叠手机的厚度。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种折叠机构,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    支撑体,所述支撑体连接在所述底座上,设有位置对应的第一槽和第二槽,所述支撑体可朝向或远离所述底座运动;
    第一摆臂,所述第一摆臂包括第一转动部以及固定于所述第一转动部上的第一转动体,所述第一转动部以可转动地方式连接在所述底座上,所述第一转动体的部分伸入至所述第一槽内,所述第一转动体配置为在转动的过程中,为所述支撑体提供作用力,以使所述支撑体朝向或远离所述底座运动;
    第二摆臂,所述第二摆臂包括第二转动部以及固定于所述第二转动部上的第二转动体,所述第二转动部以可转动地方式连接在所述底座上,所述第二转动体的部分伸入至所述第二槽内,所述第二转动体配置为在转动的过程中,为所述支撑体提供作用力,以使所述支撑体朝向或远离所述底座运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述支撑体包括相对设置的第一固定板和第二固定板以及连接在所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板之间的第三固定板,所述第三固定板将第一固定板与所述第二固定板之间的空间分隔为所述第一槽和所述第二槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第二固定板相比所述第一固定板更加靠近所述底座,所述第二固定板沿第一方向的尺寸大于所述第一固定板沿所述第一方向的尺寸,所述第一方向为所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂的排列方向。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一固定板具有朝向所述第二固定板的第一表面;
    所述第一转动体包括第一作用面,在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂处于展平态时,所述第一作用面与所述第一表面相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第二固定板具有朝向所述第一固定板的第二表面;
    所述第一转动体还包括与所述第一作用面连接的第二作用面,在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂折叠的过程中,所述第二作用面与所述第二表面相作用。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一作用面包括第一平面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第二作用面包括第二平面,所述第二平面与所述第一作用面连接,在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂处于折叠态时,所述第二平面与所述第二表面相抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第二作用面还包括与所述第二平面连接、且朝外凸出的第一弧面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第二作用面还包括与所述第 一弧面连接的第三平面,所述第三平面还用于在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂处于展平态时,所述第三平面的部分与所述第二表面相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一作用面和所述第二作用面连接形成第二弧面,在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂折叠的过程中,所述第二弧面与所述第二表面相作用;在所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂展开的过程中,所述第二弧面与所述第一表面相作用。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一转动体包括连接件以及固定于所述连接件上的固定件,所述固定件的至少部分伸入至所述第一槽内,所述固定件用于在转动的过程中,为所述支撑体提供朝向或远离所述底座的作用力。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述连接件位于所述支撑体的侧面,所述固定件朝向所述侧面设置,所述侧面为与所述第一摆臂所在的一侧相邻的表面。
  13. 根据权利要求2-12任一项所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一转动部的第一侧表面设有第一切口,所述第一转动体的部分伸入至所述第一切口,所述第一侧表面为在所述第一摆臂和所述第二摆臂处于展平态时,所述第一转动部与所述第二转动部相对的表面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一切口具有相对的两个侧壁,所述第一转动体固定于所述两个侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一固定板包括固定本体以及固定于所述固定本体一侧的凸起部,所述凸起部的部分伸入至所述第一切口。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,在所述第一转动部的第二侧表面设置有第一通孔,所述第二侧表面与所述第一侧表面邻接,所述第一切口与所述第一通孔连通;
    所述第一转动体还具有朝向所述第一通孔的连接面,所述连接面在所述侧壁的投影,与所述第一通孔在所述侧壁的投影边缘之间相接触或具有间隙。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16任一项所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一转动体的数量为多个,所述第一槽的数量为多个,至少存在两个所述第一转动体与两个所述第一槽一一对应;
    和/或,所述第二转动体的数量为多个,所述第二槽的数量为多个,至少存在两个所述第二转动体与两个所述第二槽一一对应。
  18. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括第三摆臂,所述第三摆臂以可沿弧面滑动地方式连接在所述底座上,所述第三摆臂与所述第一摆臂沿第二方向排列,且所述第三摆臂与所述第一摆臂连接,以使所述第三摆臂以与所述第一摆臂同步地方式相对所述底座运动;
    和/或,所述折叠机构还包括第四摆臂,所述第四摆臂以可沿弧面滑动地方式连接在所述底座上;所述第四摆臂与所述第二摆臂沿所述第二方向排列,且所述第四摆臂与所述 第二摆臂连接,以使所述第四摆臂以与所述第二摆臂同步地方式相对所述底座运动;
    所述第二方向与所述支撑体的运动方向和所述第一方向均垂直。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第三摆臂朝向所述第一摆臂的表面上设有第一滑槽;
    所述第一摆臂还包括固定于所述第一转动部上的第三转动部以及以可转动地方式连接在所述第三转动部上的第一连接轴,所述第一连接轴的部分伸入至所述第一滑槽内。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第四摆臂朝向所述第二摆臂的表面上设有第二滑槽;
    所述第二摆臂还包括固定于所述第二转动部上的第四转动部以及以可转动地方式连接在所述第四转动部上的第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴的部分伸入至所述第二滑槽内。
  21. 根据权利要求3、11或12任一项所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂相对所述支撑体的中心平面对称,所述中心平面为位于所述支撑体的几何中心、且与所述第一方向相垂直的平面。
  22. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括权利要求1-21任一项所述的折叠机构。
