随着技术的发展进步,手机等电子设备上集成的功能越来越高,且由于电子设备的屏幕面积也越来越大,导致电子设备难以同时兼顾集成更多的功能和提供更大的屏幕,尤其是在屏幕上集成超声波指纹传感器、光电指纹传感器、红外光敏传感器、压感传感器等传感器对应的功能。
可见,相关技术中的电子设备存在兼容性能差的问题。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种显示模组及电子设备,能够解决相关技术中的电子设备存在的兼容性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:

需要说明的是,在保护层20未设置预设切割线的情况下,保护层主体21和保护垫22为一体结构;如图3所示,通过在保护层20上设置预设分隔线,以使保护层20分割形成保护层主体21和保护垫22,即使保护层主体21和保护垫22之间的连接转变为可拆卸连接,比如通过外力的撕扯将保护垫22从保护层主体21的通孔23中拆下来,以便在通孔23内安装对应的功能模块。

可选地,为避免脱离层30的厚度影响显示模组的整体高度,可以选用涤纶树脂材料形成脱离层,即选用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)材料制备脱离层;而且,脱离层30的厚度可以为1微米~10微米。
进一步地,脱离层30的边缘和预设切割线之间还可以预留间隙,以避免在显示层10的第二侧设置脱离层30的时候,脱离层30会延伸至保护层主体21和显示层10的粘接区域,避免在撕扯保护垫22的时候,连带撕扯保护垫主体21,并达到提升显示模组的结构可靠性的目的。
其中,脱离层30的边缘和通孔23的内壁之间的间隙为0.3毫米~0.7毫米。
一示例中,脱离层30的边缘和预设切割线之间的间隙为0.5毫米,以避免脱离层30延伸至保护层主体21和显示层10的粘接区域。
另外,需要说明的是,脱离层30设置在第二粘接层40和显示层10之间,且脱离层30在显示层10上的覆盖区域位于预设切割线在显示层10上的正投影内。这样通过脱离层30以隔断保护垫22的粘接层和显示层10 之间的粘接力,以便在撕扯保护垫22的时候,可以避免粘接层对显示层10造成损伤。
可以理解的是,第二粘接层40也可以是保护层20的一部分,即保护层20包括依次层叠设置的第二粘接层40、泡棉层和涤纶树脂层,且预设切割线也依次切割第二粘接层40、泡棉层和涤纶树脂层,并将保护层20分割形成保护层主体21和保护垫22,最终形成的保护层主体21和保护垫22均包括依次层叠设置的第二粘接层40、泡棉层和涤纶树脂层。
可选地,还可以在保护垫22的背离显示面的一侧设置把手部24,且把手部24与保护垫22之间可以通过第一粘接层25连接。
其中,第一粘接层25可以是双面胶或者胶水层,从而达到降低第一粘接层25的设置成本的目的
本实施方式中,通过设置把手部24,可以方便用户或操作员对保护垫22施加撕扯力,以提升保护垫22从保护层主体21上脱离的脱离效率。
进一步可选地,显示模组还包括金属保护层50,金属保护层50设于保护层20的背离显示面的一侧,且金属保护层50的对应保护垫22的区域设有开孔51,把手部24收容于开孔51内。
本实施方式中,通过设置金属保护层50可以对显示模组进行进一步保护,金属保护层50可以起到保护屏幕的作用;而且,通过将把手部24收容在金属保护层50的开孔51内,还可以降低把手部24的设置对显示模组的整体高度的影响。
一示例中,把手部24可以为设置在保护垫22上的撕手。
其中,金属保护层50可以为铜箔层。
而且,为进一步降低把手部24对显示模组的整体高度的影响,可以将把手部24和第一粘接层的层叠高度小于或等于金属保护层50的厚度设置。
其中,设置于金属保护层50上的开孔51不仅包括保护垫22的脱离通道,还包括把手部24的容置空间以及用户或操作员的操作把手部24的操作空间,以便用户或操作员对把手部24施加撕扯力。
这样通过本申请提供的显示模组,可以在需要的时候,将对应的保护 垫22从保护层主体21上脱离,以形成对应的通孔,以实现通孔的开孔的需求;同时在不需要开孔的情况下,可以保留保护垫22,以避免多余的开孔对显示模组的整体影响。而且相对于直接开设所有可能需要的通孔,这样在某些通孔不需要的安装对应的功能模块的情况下,还需要将多余通孔进行遮挡或填充,使得显示模组的工艺变得复杂。
另外,多余的通孔在没有保护层保护的情况下,还容易在运输或生产的过程中在显示层10上形成异物,并使得显示层10出现黑团或黑点等不良现象,并影响显示模组的显示效果。而通过本申请的方案,则可以避免在显示层10上出现黑团或黑点等现象,并达到改善显示模组的显示效果的目的。
如图5所示,需要在显示模组上集成超声波传感器60的情况下,可以通过镊子等工具,对把手部24施加拉力或撕扯力,以便是对应的保护垫22从保护层主体21上脱离,并形成超声波传感器安装孔,从而使得超声波传感器60可以粘接的方式安装在对应的通孔内,且超声波传感器60与通孔的侧壁之间的间隙,可以通过设置遮光层70。
其中,遮光层70的厚度可以小于或等于金属保护层50的厚度,比如,遮光层70的厚度和金属保护层50的厚度均可以是0.03毫米;因此,遮光层70的设置不会影响显示模组的整体高度。
另外,超声波传感器60的外接电路板与显示模组的电路板之间可以通过连接器电连接,比如可以通过板对板连接器实现超声波传感器60的外接电路板与显示模组的电路板的电连接,以使超声波传感器60检测到的信号可以通过显示模组的电路板连接到整机,进而实现电子设备的指纹功能。
可以理解的是,本示例中的超声波传感器60还可以是其他功能器件,比如光电指纹传感模块、红外光敏传感模块、压感传感模块、屏下摄像头模块等等。
一示例中,显示层10的厚度为0.088毫米,泡棉层和第二粘接层40的叠加厚度为0.162毫米,涤纶树脂层的厚度为0.05毫米,金属保护层50的厚度为0.03毫米。
需要说明的是,上述示例中的厚度参数为本申请的显示模组的参考厚度,本申请实施例提供的显示模组的各部件的厚度参数还可以是其他厚度数据,在此不做限定。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括上述显示模组。
需要说明的是,上述显示模组实施例的实现方式同样适应于该电子设备的实施例中,并能达到相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
其中,电子设备可以是为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示模组,包括:
    显示层,所述显示层包括相背设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一侧为所述显示层的显示面所在的一侧;
    保护层,所述保护层层叠设于所述第二侧,所述保护层包括保护层主体和保护垫,所述保护层主体上设有通孔,所述保护垫可拆卸的设置于所述通孔内;
    其中,在所述保护垫从所述通孔中拆卸下来的情况下,所述通孔用于安装功能模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述保护垫与所述第二侧之间设有脱离层,所述脱离层在所述显示面上的正投影位于所述通孔在所述显示面的正投影内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述脱离层的边缘与所述通孔的内壁之间的间隙为0.3毫米~0.7毫米。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述保护垫的背离所述显示面的一侧设有把手部,且所述把手部与所述保护垫通过第一粘接层连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示模组还包括金属保护层,所述金属保护层设于所述保护层的背离所述显示面的一侧,且所述金属保护层的对应所述保护垫的区域设有开孔,所述把手部收容于所述开孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,所述把手部与所述第一粘接层的层叠高度小于或等于所述金属保护层的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述脱离层的厚度为1微米~10微米。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述保护层通过第二粘接层与所述显示层的第二侧连接;
    其中,所述保护层包括层叠设置的泡棉层和所述涤纶树脂层,且所述泡棉层位于所述第二粘接层与所述涤纶树脂层之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述功能模块包括超声波指纹传感模块、光电指纹传感模块、红外光敏传感模块、压感传感模块中的至少一项。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的显示模组。
