一种防缠绕地刷 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种地刷，具体是指一种防缠绕地刷。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，各种用于地面清洁的家庭清洁工具也应运而生，滚刷式地刷就是一种常见的家庭清洁工具，其结构主要是由机头、连接在机头上的手柄，以及设置在机头内的刷腔和安装在刷腔内的滚刷等构成，当滚刷滚动工作并将粘附在地面上的灰尘等杂质刷除后，还能通过手柄内所设的、连通刷腔的吸尘管道直接吸走。显然，通过使用滚刷极大提高了清洁效率，也减轻了人们的劳动强度。然而，需要清洁的地面上除了灰尘，通常还存在大量的毛发，这些毛发在滚刷工作时往往会直接粘附在刷毛上，这样就无法通过吸尘管道直接吸走，故使用一段时间必须取下滚刷清除毛发，给使用带来极大的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种能够在滚刷滚动工作中自动清洁粘附毛发的防缠绕地刷。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现：
一种防缠绕地刷，包括机头和连接在机头上的手柄，该机头内设有刷腔和安装在刷腔内并滚动工作的滚刷，该手柄内设有连通刷腔的吸尘管道，所述的刷腔内设有若干个捋毛齿，该若干个捋毛齿贴合在滚刷的外表面上，且滚刷滚动带动粘附的毛发碰触若干个捋毛齿被捋下后由所述吸尘管道吸走。
所述的滚刷外圆周面设有由软胶的皮条和绒毛互相交错排布的刷毛，且构成刷毛的皮条和绒毛均朝吸尘管道的端口延伸并形成夹角。
所述的若干个捋毛齿排列成若干排设置在刷腔的内腔壁上，每排捋毛齿均与滚刷的轴心线平行。
每相邻两排所述的若干个捋毛齿均相错布置。
所述的每排捋毛齿均是中间齿数布置紧密而两端齿数布置稀疏。
所述的每排捋毛齿的中间捋毛齿外形尺寸大于两端捋毛齿外形尺寸。
每个所述的捋毛齿均与滚刷的轴心线倾斜。
所述的机头外设有拆卸滚刷的拆卸按钮。
所述的机头内设有驱动滚刷滚动工作的电机。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型主要是在安装有滚刷的刷腔内增设了若干个捋毛齿，并使这若干个捋毛齿贴合在滚刷的外表面上；这样，滚刷滚动带动粘附的毛发碰触若干个捋毛齿就会直接被捋下，然后即能由吸尘管道直接吸走。同时，还对捋毛齿的布局和样式，以及滚刷的刷毛样式也作了改进，以增强捋毛性能。显然，改进后的滚刷具备自动捋毛功能，也就是能够自动清洁滚刷上粘附的毛发，防止出现毛发缠绕，从而极大提高了地刷的使用方便性。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1～图5所示，1.机头、11.刷腔、12.捋毛齿、2.手柄、3.滚刷、4.电机、5.吸尘管道、6.拆卸按钮。
一种防缠绕地刷，属于一种用于家庭地面清洁的电动清洁工具，其结构主要是由机头1和万向连接在机头上的手柄2等构成。
其中，机头1内设有刷腔11，具体是将刷腔横向设置在机头1的前部底面，在刷腔11内安装可滚动工作的滚刷3，即滚刷在刷腔11内滚动时能够将经过地面进行清洁；所述的手柄2内设置吸尘管道5，该吸尘管道下端连通刷腔11，上端与吸尘电机连通(图中未示)，故能将滚刷3滚动并从地面上刷除的灰尘等杂质直接吸走。
所述的滚刷3外圆周面设有由软胶的皮条和绒毛互相交错排布的刷毛，且从正面可以看出，构成刷毛的皮条和绒毛均朝吸尘管道5的端口延伸并形成夹角。
同时，机头1内还设有电机4，该电机主要用于控制滚刷3的滚动工作，而机头1外设有拆卸按钮6，可方便滚刷3的快速拆装。
所述的刷腔11内设有若干个捋毛齿12，这若干个捋毛齿排列成若干排设置在刷腔11的内腔壁上，本实施例设计了两排，每排捋毛齿12均与滚刷3的轴心线平行。
然后，这些捋毛齿12都贴合在滚刷3的外表面上，故滚刷滚动带动粘附在刷毛上的毛发碰触捋毛齿12就会直接被捋下，即能由吸尘管道5直接吸走，从而更好的防止毛发缠 绕滚刷。
而且，每相邻两排的若干个捋毛齿12均按照相错布置，以及每排捋毛齿12均是中间齿数布置紧密而两端齿数布置稀疏。
另外，捋毛齿12的形状可选用本实施例的三角形，也可以选用其它形状，每排捋毛齿12中位于中间的捋毛齿外形尺寸需大于位于两端的捋毛齿外形尺寸，每个捋毛齿12均与滚刷3的轴心线倾斜。
这样，通过对上述捋毛齿12进行布局和样式的改进，也能够更好的增强其捋毛性能，且刷毛中的皮条要求比绒毛相对捋毛齿12来说过盈得多，也更便于毛发的捋下。
本实用新型具备自动捋毛功能，也就是能够自动清洁滚刷3上粘附的毛发，从而极大提高了地刷的使用方便性。

  1. 一种防缠绕地刷，包括机头(1)和连接在机头上的手柄(2)，该机头(1)内设有刷腔(11)和安装在刷腔内并滚动工作的滚刷(3)，该手柄(2)内设有连通刷腔(11)的吸尘管道(5)，其特征在于所述的刷腔(11)内设有若干个捋毛齿(12)，该若干个捋毛齿贴合在滚刷(3)的外表面上，且滚刷(3)滚动带动粘附的毛发碰触若干个捋毛齿(12)被捋下后由所述吸尘管道(5)吸走。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的滚刷(3)外圆周面设有由软胶的皮条和绒毛互相交错排布的刷毛，且构成刷毛的皮条和绒毛均朝吸尘管道(5)的端口延伸并形成夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的若干个捋毛齿(12)排列成若干排设置在刷腔(11)的内腔壁上，每排捋毛齿(12)均与滚刷(3)的轴心线平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于每相邻两排所述的若干个捋毛齿(12)均相错布置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的每排捋毛齿(12)均是中间齿数布置紧密而两端齿数布置稀疏。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的每排捋毛齿(12)的中间捋毛齿外形尺寸大于两端捋毛齿外形尺寸。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于每个所述的捋毛齿(12)均与滚刷(3)的轴心线倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的机头(1)外设有拆卸滚刷(3)的拆卸按钮(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防缠绕地刷，其特征在于所述的机头(1)内设有驱动滚刷(3)滚动工作的电机(4)。
