进气口112包括进气导管20和进气孔30,进气导管20包括台阶202、栅格通道203以及第一定位筋201,进气导管20通过台阶202与进气孔30插接配合,进气导管20通过第一定位筋201固定在风道下盖10上,栅格通道203包括栅格孔,栅格孔数量为2-10个,栅格孔的总面积为100-500mm 2,本实施例中栅格孔有7个。
进气孔30包括进气端301和出气端302,进气端301为圆孔,出气端302和方孔,进气端301和出气端302均匀过渡,进气端301还设置有第二定位筋303,第二定位筋303可以将进气孔30固定在风道下盖10上,方便组装。
在实际使用过程中,外部空气经过进气口进入密封腔室内到达导流区3,在风机固定支架50和风道下盖10之间,通过风机固定支架50上的连通孔504,空气进入风机进风区2,通过折回段12,到达风机组件容纳区1的下方,通过导向锥501,进入风机组件容纳区1同时进入风机组件80,进行加压,并且通过出气口111离开呼吸机风机风道。
与前述呼吸机风机风道相对应,本申请还提供了一种呼吸机,呼吸机可以包括前述实施例中的呼吸机风机风道,以及设置于呼吸机风机风道中的风机组件。风机组件通过风机支架与风机固定支架固定连接。具体连接方式可以参见前述实施例及相应附图,在此就不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,包括:
    密封腔室,所述密封腔室包括风道上盖、风道下盖、进气口和出气口,所述进气口设置在所述风道下盖上,所述出气口设置在所述风道上盖和风道下盖之间;
    所述腔室中设置有风机固定支架,所述风机固定支架将密封腔室分成三个区域,所述三个区域分别为风机组件容纳区,风机进风区和导流区,所述导流区一端连接所述进气口,另一端连接所述风机进风区,所述风机组件容纳区一端连接所述风机进风区,另一端连接所述出气口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述风机固定支架包括设置在所述风机组件容纳区周围的圆周隔板,所述圆周隔板的底部设有垂直圆周隔板和背离所述风机组件容纳区设置的水平隔板,所述水平隔板与所述风道下盖的侧壁抵接;所述水平隔板上设置有连通孔,所述连通孔连通所述导流区和所述风机进风区。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述连通孔数量为3-12个,所述连通孔的总面积为100-500mm 2
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述连通孔之间设有垂直于所述水平隔板与所述圆周隔板同向的连通孔隔板,所述连通孔隔板与风道下盖的侧壁抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述圆周隔板上设置有多个隔板槽,多个所述隔板槽间隔设置在所述圆周隔板上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述风机进风区还设有折回段,所述圆周隔板设置在所述折回段中间,以形成折回路径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述进气口包括进气导管和进气孔,所述进气导管包括台阶、栅格通道和第一定位筋,所述进气导管通过台阶与进气孔连接,所述进气导管通过所述第一定位筋固定在所述风道下盖上;
    所述栅格通道上设有多个栅格孔,所述栅格孔数量为2-10个,所述栅格孔总面积为100-500mm 2
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述进气孔包括进气端和出气端,其中,所述进气端为圆孔,所述出气端为方孔;
    所述进气端和出气端均匀过渡,所述进气端还设置有第二定位筋,所述第二定位筋将所述进气孔固定在所述风道下盖上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸机风机风道,其特征在于,所述风机固定支架上设置有导向锥,所述导向锥位于所述风机组件容纳区底部区域。
  10. 一种呼吸机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述呼吸机风机风道,以及设置于所述呼吸机风机风道中的风机组件,所述风机组件通过风机支架与风机固定支架固定连接。
