优选的,所述方法还包括:在来访人员的安全等级小于设定等级的情况下,确定该来访人员的位置信息,并基于所述位置信息确定与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端,其中,该机器人终端的配送策略能够进行调整,使得该机器人终端能够在设定时间内前住该来访人员的所在位置处。
优选的,所述方法还包括:在机器人终端到达来访人员的所在位置处的情况下,将该机器人终端的配送路线终点调整为该来访人员的到访目的地。
一种智慧园区管理系统,包括服务器终端以及与所述服务器终端通信连接的多个卡终端和多个移动端,所述服务器终端用于执行前述任一项所述的智慧园区管理方法。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)功能卡能够实现人员的定位、导向等功能。通过对人员的定位,能够对人员的行程进行监控,避免人员随意走动而进入例如是园区核心区域。通过对人员的导向,能够快速指引人员到达其需要的场所,进而避免人员迷路。
(2)卡终端可以通过其配置语音播放器,通过语音播放的形式对使用人员发出路线偏离的提醒当位置信息与行程路线产生偏离,并且偏离值大于第一设定值和或产生偏离的持续时间大于第二设定值的情况下,可以将使用人员的安全等级划分为一级,此时,卡终端能够将使用人员的位置信息发送至服务器终端,使得服务器终端能根据位置信息,调用相应的图像 采集器以获取使用人员的当前图像数据。例如,服务器终端可以根据位置信息,就近调用附近的多个图像采集器以获取使用人员的不同角度的图像数据。后台管理员可以根据采集的图像数据,对使用人员的状态进行监测,进而能够避免使用人员潜入核心区域以窃取信息的问题。
(3)当机器人终端到达来访人员所在位置处时,可以通过语音的方式提醒来访人员进行乘坐。随服务器终端将机器人终端的配送路线终点调整为该来访人员的到访目的地,进而使得来访人员可以乘坐机器人终端快速到达其到访目的地。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
实施例1
如图1所示,本申请提供一种智慧园区管理系统,至少包括门禁终端1、监视终端2、卡终端3和服务器终端4。门禁终端1设置在园区的入口和出口位置。门禁终端1用于对园区到访人员的身份数据进行采集并识别。服务器终端4可以配置有存储有园区员工信息的数据库。门禁终端1将采集到的身份数据与数据库中的员工信息进行对比,若能够匹配,则门禁终端1开启以实现到访人员的通行。无法匹配时,门禁终端1处于关闭状态,以避免到访人员进入园区。身份数据可以是到访人员的面部图像、指纹图像、虹膜图像等。门禁终端1上可以配置有数据采集器以对到访人员的身份数据进行采集。数据采集器可以是摄像头、指纹录入器或虹膜识别器。门禁终端1通信地耦合至服务器终端4,使得身份数据能够传输至服务器终端4进行对比分析处理。
更具体地,本申请中,所述基于所述位置信息与所述行程策略的分析对比确定使用人员的安全等级具体包括:
针对每个门禁终端1,基于提取的用于记录该门禁终端1的使用人员行程数据的主数据序列和从数据序列,确定待验证的用于确定所述使用人员行程数据的数据关联度并用于提取所述使用人员行程数据的特征向量的多个特征点的特征辨认性,以及不同特征点之间的特征匹配度;
基于确定的所述多个特征点的特征辨认性以及不同特征点之间的特征匹配度,对所述多 个特征点进行验证,并统计通过验证的至少三个目标特征点;其中,所述目标特征点的特征辨认性大于设定识别度且所述目标特征点之间的特征匹配度小于设定匹配度;
获取该门禁终端1在基于所述服务器终端4的工作记录确定出的当前时段内的记载数据,根据所述记载数据在每个目标特征点下的置信度、每个目标特征点的特征辨认性以及所述目标特征点之间的特征匹配度,生成所述记载数据在所述当前时段内的数据关联度曲线并提取所述记载数据在所述当前时段内的特征向量队列;
基于所述数据关联度曲线以及所述特征向量序列判断该门禁终端1所采集的使用人员行程数据是否经过风险位置区域;若是,则根据该门禁终端1的终端配置信息设置用于拦截该门禁终端1的使用人员隔离报警程序并确定使用人员的安全等级。
基于所述数据关联度曲线以及所述特征向量序列判断该门禁终端1所采集的使用人员行程数据是否经过风险位置区域,包括:
获取所述数据关联度曲线中的临界曲线段,所述临界曲线段为包括有曲线斜率大于设定斜率的临界点的曲线段;将所述临界曲线段等分为至少两个子线段;并行计算所述至少两个子线段中每个子线段中包括的曲线斜率变化系数;将计算得到的各曲线斜率变化系数映射到预设数值区间中并计算各曲线斜率变化系数在所述预设数值区间中的映射值的加权和;
在所述加权和大于目标值时,提取所述特征向量序列中的每个特征向量的词向量;基于所述数据关联度曲线对应的曲线特征对提取得到的多个词向量进行聚类得到至少两个聚类集合;计算每个聚类集合中的词向量之间的特征差异度;
在每个特征差异度与设定差异度的差值小于预设阈值时,选取最大特征差异度对应的聚类集合作为检测集合并确定所述检测集合对应的词向量矩阵,从预设的数据库中查找是否存在与所述词向量矩阵之间的矩阵相似度大于设定相似度的目标词向量矩阵;若存在,则判定该门禁终端1所采集的使用人员行程数据经过风险位置区域;其中,所述目标词向量矩阵中的矩阵元素为异常特征向量对应的元素。
优选的,监视终端2可以包括若干个图像采集器5。图像采集器5可以根据实际需要布置在园区内的设定位置处。例如,图像采集器5可以根据园区内的工作区域的安全等级进行布置。园区内的核心重要区域、干道、围墙边缘等位置均可以设置有图像采集器5。监视终端2能够对园区的人员的图像信息进行采集。监视终端2能够通信地耦合至服务器终端4,使得监视终端2采集的图像信息能够传输至服务器终端4进行分析处理。
优选的,卡终端3至少包括若干个功能卡6。卡终端3设置于门禁终端1处,进而在人员通过门禁终端1进入园区时,人员即可领取一张功能卡6。功能卡6能够实现人员的定位、 导向等功能。通过对人员的定位,能够对人员的行程进行监控,避免人员随意走动而进入例如是园区核心区域。通过对人员的导向,能够快速指引人员到达其需要的场所,进而避免人员迷路。
优选的,功能卡6配置为按照如下步骤工作:
S100,基于使用人员的来访信息,为该使用人员配置行程策略。
具体的,使用人员是指功能卡6的当前使用者,当前使用者位于园区内来访信息包括但不限于使用人员的来访时间、来访目的地、来访对象等信息。行程策略用于基于使用人员的来访目的地为使用人员进行规划行程路线,以使得使用人员能够快速、安全地到达其来访目的地。功能卡6可以配置有语音播放器、显示屏中的至少一者以对行程策略进行展示。例如,行程策略可以通过语音的方式进行播放以引导使用人员在园区内行走。或者行程策略可以通过显示屏以路线的方式进行直观显示以引导使用人员在园区内行走。在需要时,功能卡6可以通过扫描终端与服务器终端4通信的连接(整个过程可以与食堂饭卡置在扫描机上进行充值相同),从而可以通过服务器终端4将行程策传输至功能卡6。行程策略可以通过服务器终4对使用人员的来访目的地数据进行处理后自动生成。
S101,实时获取使用人员的位置信息,基于位置信息与行程策略的分析对比确定使用人员的安全等级,其中,在安全等级低于设定等级的情况下,基于监视终端2获取使用人员的当前图像数据。
具体的,功能卡6中可以配置有例加是GPS定位器等定位组件,通过定位组件即可对使用者的位置信息进行实时采集。功能卡6获取的位置信息能传输至服务器终端4。服务器终端4能够将位置信息与行程策略进行分析对比,进而确定使用人员的安全等级·安全等级用于评估使用人员的与行程策略的偏离程度。安全等级越高表明使用人员处于按照行程策略规定的路线行走。安全等级越低,表明使用人员与行程策略规定的路线偏较多,使用人员处于非正常行走状态。服务器终端4可以根据使用人员的位置信息与行程策提供的行程路线之间的差异程度对使用人员的安全等级进行划分。例如,位置信息与行程路线之间的差异可以是两者的匹配程度。当位置信息与行程路线吻合时,表明使用人员处于完全根据行程路线导航行走的状态,由于行程路线为预先设定的,行程路线已避开园区核心区域、施工区域等区域,使用人员完全根据导航路线行走则不会产生任何安全隐患,此时,使用人员的安全等级可以划分为例如是三级的最高等级。当位置信息与行程路线生偏离,并且偏离值小于第一设定值和或产生偏离的持续时间小于第二设定值的情况下,可将使用人员的安全等级划分为二级,此时,卡终端3自身能够形成报警以对使用人员进行提醒。例如,卡终端3可以通过其配置语音播放器,通过语音播放的形式对使用人员发出路线偏离的提醒当位置信息与行程路线产 生偏离,并且偏离值大于第一设定值和或产生偏离的持续时间大于第二设定值的情况下,可以将使用人员的安全等级划分为一级,此时,卡终端3能够将使用人员的位置信息发送至服务器终端4,使得服务器终端4能根据位置信息,调用相应的图像采集器5以获取使用人员的当前图像数据。例如,服务器终端4可以根据位置信息,就近调用附近的多个图像采集器5以获取使用人员的不同角度的图像数据。后台管理员可以根据采集的图像数据,对使用人员的状态进行监测,进而能够避免使用人员潜入核心区域以窃取信息的问题。
S102,基于使用人员的来访信息,确定该使用人员的到访时间,并将到访时间及来访信息发送至来访对象的移动端7。
具体的,来访信息中的使用人员的来访时间是指使人员通过门禁终端1进入园区的时间。来访目的地是指使用人员需要前往的目的地。例,园区内可以有若干个不同公司,使用人员需要前往A公司,则A公司的办公地点即为来访目的地。来访对象是指使用人员需要会谈的某个具体员工。使用人员的到访时间是指使用人员到达来访目的地的时间。到访时间可以根据路程与平均速度的比值进行预估。例如,使用人员在9点通过门终端1进入园区,根据路程预估使用人员将行走10分钟,则到访时间为9点10分。服务器终端4能够通信地耦合至移动端7以将到访时间及来访信息发送至移动端7。通过上述设置方式,能够提前提醒对来访对象进行提醒,以便来访人员能够及时接见到访人员。
实施例2
如图1所示,智慧园区管理系统还包括机器人终端8。机器人终端8能够通信地耦合至服务器终端4。服务器终端4能够获取园区的物流信息。通过物流信息可以确定例如是外卖、快递等配送物品的目的地、所属人员的联系方式等。机器人终端8用于根据物流信息将相应的外卖物品、快递物品配送至指定的目的地和/或所属人员。服务器终端4能够根据物流信息为配送物品制定配送策略。配送策略至少包括机器人终端8的配送路线。机器人终端8配置为按照如下方式对配送物品进行配送:
S200,获取园区的物流信息,并基于物流信息确定配送路线,其中,在来访人员的安全等级大于设定等级的情况下,基于配送路线对配送物品进行配送。
具体的,在配送物品放置在门禁终端1时,第三方人员可以根据配送物品上自带的所属人员的例如是姓名、联系方式等信息,通过服务器终端4查询所属人员的办公位置信息。服务器终端4可以根据所属人员的办公位置信息为配送物品制定配送路线。园区内可以设置有若干个可以自由移动的机器人终端8。服务器终端4可以根据配送路线为不同的机器人终端8配置行驶路线,随后机器人终端8即可根据配置的行驶路线将配送物品送至指定位置。来访人员的安全等级大于例如是二级的情况下,表明来访人员基本按照规定的行程策略行走,其 不存在任何安全风险,此时,机器人终端能够基于配送路线对配送物品进行正常配送。
S201,基于行程策略确定来访人员的行程距离,在行程距离大于设定值的情况下,基于来访人员的位置信息,按照就近原则确定与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端,并对该机器人终端的配送策略进行调整,使得该机器人终端能够在设定时间内前住该来访人员的所在位置处。
具体的,行程距离是指来访人员的位置与其到访目的地之间的距离。在某些较大的园区内,行程距离越大,来访人员需要步行的时间越长。此时,服务器终端4能够基于功能卡6获取该来访人员的实时位置,通过就近原则获取与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端8。随后,服务器终瑞4够对该机器人终端的配送策略进行调整,配送策略的调整可以是修改配送路线,机器人终端的配送路线被调整后,其可以在设定时间内到达来访人员的所在位置。在该状态下,机器人终端达到来访人员位置处后,能够进一步对来访人员进行监管,进而避免来访人员出现窃取园区机密的问题。
S202,在来访人员的安全等级小于设定等级的情况下,确定该来访人员的位置信息,确定与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端,其中,该机器人终端的配送策略能够进行调整,使得该机器人终端能够在设定时间内前住该来访人员的所在位置处。
具体的,当来访人员的安全等级小于例如是二级的情况下,表明来访人员处于与行程路线严重偏离的状态,此时,服务器终端4能够基于功能卡6获取该来访人员的实时位置,通过就近原则获取与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端8。随后,服务器终端4能够对该机器人终端8的配送策略进行调整。配送策略的调整可以是改变配送路线。机器人终端的配送路线被调整后,其可以在设定时间内到达来访人员的所在位置。
S203,在机器人终端到达来访人员的所在位置处的情况下,服务器终端4将机器人终端的配送路线终点调整为该来访人员的到访目的地。
具体的,机器人终端8可以配置有乘坐座位。当机器人终端到达来访人员所在位置处时,可以通过语音的方式提醒来访人员进行乘坐。随服务器终端4将机器人终端的配送路线终点调整为该来访人员的到访目的地,进而使得来访人员可以乘坐机器人终端快速到达其到访目的地。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,应用于与多个卡终端通信连接的服务器终端,所述方法包括:
    基于使用人员的来访信息,为所述使用人员配置行程策略;
    实时获取所述使用人员的位置信息,基于所述位置信息与所述行程策略的分析对比确定使用人员的安全等级,其中,在安全等级低于设定等级的情况下,获取使用人员的当前图像数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述来访信息,确定该使用人员的到访时间,并将所述到访时间及所述来访信息发送至来访对象的移动端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,确定使用人员的安全等级至少包括如下步骤:
    根据使用人员的位置信息与行程策略提供的行程路线之间的差异程度对使用人员的安全等级进行划分,其中:
    当位置信息与行程路线吻合时,将使用人员的安全等级划分为三级;
    当位置信息与行程路线产生偏离,并且偏离值小于第一设定值和/或产生偏离的持续时间小于第二设定值的情况下,将使用人员的安全等级划分为二级。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,确定使用人员的安全等级还包括如下步骤:
    当位置信息与行程路线产生偏离,并且偏离值大于所述第一设定值和/或产生偏离的持续时间大于所述第二设定值的情况下,将使用人员的安全等级划分为一级。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,在使用人员的安全等级为二级的情况下,形成报警以对使用人员进行提醒,或者,在使用人员的安全等级为一级的情况下,获取使用人员的当前图像数据。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    设置用于在园区内对配送物品进行配送的若干个机器人终端;
    获取园区的物流信息,并基于所述物流信息确定所述机器人终端的配送路线,其中,在来访人员的安全等级大于设定等级的情况下,所述机器人终端配置为基于配送路线对配送物品进行配送。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述行程策略确定来访人员的行程距离,在所述行程距离大于设定值的情况下,基于来访人员的位置信息,按照就近原则确定与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端,并对该机器人终端的配送策略进行调整,使得该机器人终端能够在设定时间内前住该来访人员的所在位置处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在来访人员的安全等级小于设定等级的情况下,确定该来访人员的位置信息,并基于所述位置信息确定与该来访人员距离最近的机器人终端,其中,该机器人终端的配送策略能够进行调整,使得该机器人终端能够在设定时间内前住该来访人员的所在位置处。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智慧园区管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在机器人终端到达来访人员的所在位置处的情况下,将该机器人终端的配送路线终点调整为该来访人员的到访目的地。
  10. 一种智慧园区管理系统,其特征在于,包括服务器终端以及与所述服务器终端通信连接的多个卡终端和多个移动端,所述服务器终端用于执行权利要求1-9任一项所述的智慧园区管理方法。
