本发明属于工业厨房设备技术领域,具体涉及一种自动化工业厨房用切菜机食材排出设备。
背景技术
工业厨房指大规模、机械化加工和生产为庞大人群供应正餐份饭、盒饭的建筑空间,为了提高生产制作餐食的效率,现有技术中的工业厨房很多的餐食制作环节均采用自动化设备,也称作自动化工业厨房,例如切菜采用大型的切菜机,搅拌食材采用大型的搅拌机,包括炒菜也有专门的炒菜机。
现有技术中切菜机在将食材中切片或切块后会将食材排出,但是现有技术中还没有较好的食材排出设备,所以在食材排出中容易发生堵塞,并且现有的切菜机食材排出设备缺乏防堵功能,使用起来也经常需要人工的干预和辅助,大大降低了切菜机的工作效率,为使用者带来不必要的经济损失。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要提供一种自动化工业厨房用切菜机食材排出设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化工业厨房用切菜机食材排出设备,以解决上述现有切菜机容易发生堵塞的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一实施例提供的技术方案如下:
一种自动化工业厨房用切菜机食材排出设备,包括:切菜机主体、防堵机 构和驱动机构;
所述切菜机主体上连接有出料管;
所述防堵机构设于所述出料管内,所述防堵机构包括绞龙,所述绞龙的一侧设有气缸;
所述驱动机构设于所述出料管上,所述驱动机构包括电动机,所述电动机的一侧设有传动皮带。
进一步地,所述出料管上连接有排料管,用于排出加工后的食材,使食材不易堆积在切菜机主体或出料管内,并且方便工作人员的收集,所述排料管的下方设有收集框,用于收集存放加工后的食材。
进一步地,所述气缸与出料管之间连接有多个固定杆,用于固定气缸的位置,使气缸不易出现晃动的情况,更加不会脱落,增加装置的运行稳定性;
所述气缸上连接有活塞杆,用于推动活动套杆的伸缩,使活动套杆可以带动绞龙移动,从而将活动套杆插入到食材中,方便活动套杆旋转带动食材移动,降低发生堵塞的概;

本发明公开了一种自动化工业厨房用切菜机食材排出设备,参考图1-图5所示,包括:切菜机主体1、防堵机构2和驱动机构3。
参考图1-图4所示,切菜机主体1将食材切成块状、片状或条状,切菜机主体1上连接有出料管101,用于排出加工后的、切成块状、片状或条状的食材,出料管101上连接有排料管102,用于排出加工后的食材,使食材不易堆积在切 菜机主体1或出料管101内,并且方便工作人员的收集,排料管102的下方设有收集框103,用于收集存放加工后的食材。
参考图1-图3所示,防堵机构2设于出料管101内,用于搅动出料管101内的食材,降低出料管101内发生堵塞的概率,防堵机构2包括绞龙201,用于搅动出料管101内的食材,绞龙201的一侧设有气缸202,用于推动绞龙201移动。
其中,气缸202与出料管101之间连接有多个固定杆203,用于固定气缸202的位置,使气缸202不易出现晃动的情况,更加不会脱落,增加装置的运行稳定性。
参考图1-图3所示,气缸202上连接有活塞杆204,用于推动活动套杆210的伸缩,使活动套杆210可以带动绞龙201移动,从而将活动套杆210插入到食材中,方便活动套杆210旋转带动食材移动,降低发生堵塞的概。
参考图1-图2所示,活塞杆204的另一端上安装有连接轴承205,用于将活动套杆210和活塞杆204连接起来,使活塞杆204可以带动活动套杆210移动,但活动套杆210的旋转不易影响到活塞杆204。
参考图3所示,出料管101内设有支撑隔板206,用于阻挡食材,使食材不易移动到气缸202的附近,并且用于固定固定轴承207,使固定轴承207不易脱落,支撑隔板206上安装有固定轴承207,用于支撑支撑套管208,从而达到支撑活动套杆210和绞龙201的作用,并且使支撑套管208旋转不易受到影响。

参考图1-图5所示,驱动机构3设于出料管101上,用于带动绞龙201旋转,驱动机构3包括电动机301,用于为绞龙201的转动提供动力,电动机301的一侧设有传动皮带302,用于传输动力。
其中,电动机301上连接有传动杆303,用于支撑上传动轮304和带动上传动轮304旋转,传动杆303的另一端连接有上传动轮304,用于传输动力,使传动皮带302可以运转起来。
参考图1-图5所示,传动皮带302缠绕于上传动轮304上,上传动轮304的另一端缠绕有下传动轮305,使上传动轮304转动时可以通过传动皮带302带动下传动轮305转动,下传动轮305固定于支撑套管208上,使下传动轮305可以带动支撑套管208旋转,进而带动活动套杆210转动。
具体使用时,在切菜机主体1工作后,切菜机主体1内的食材会通过出料管101向外排出,当食材量较少时,食材不易发生堵塞,食材会直接通过排料管102排入到收集框103内,当食材较多时,食材容易发生堵塞,工作人员启动气缸202和电动机301;
当气缸202启动后,气缸202会控制活塞杆204伸出,活塞杆204会推动 活动套杆210和绞龙201移动,使绞龙201可以插入到食材中,然后电动机301启动后会通过传动杆303带动上传动轮304转动,上传动轮304通过传动皮带302带动下传动轮305旋转;
下传动轮305会带动支撑套管208转动,最终支撑套管208带动活动套杆210和绞龙201旋转,使绞龙201辅助带动食材移动,从而使出料管101内不易发生堵塞的情况。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过对切菜机出料装置相应机构的设置,使出料装置具备防堵功能,从而降低发生堵塞的概率,进而提高切菜机的工作效率,提高工业厨房的整体效益。
