通过采用上述技术方案,将传统洗衣机中串行的洗衣步骤/方式,优化成并行的洗衣步骤/方式;净水蓄水箱和混水循环箱提前在蓄水池中备好水,加快注水速度,同时混水循环箱的水可以循环使用,节约用水,同时可以为 洗衣机提供配重;
矢量平衡喷射头能够使得浓度可控的洗涤剂全面地、均匀地、压力可控地喷淋到衣物上,在喷淋的时候就对衣物进行冲洗洗涤,实现对衣物的连续做功,加快洗涤速度;控制模块控制洗衣机的洗涤时间、转速、喷射压力以提高洗衣的速度和洁净度,并保护衣物上的附属物,如印花、丝线、文字等;
净水喷射漂洗,实现净水单向流动,不会二次污染衣物,而使衣物洗涤剂残留降到最低,且不浪费水。
本发明优选的,在S2步骤中,洗衣机自动对衣物的重量和/或衣服堆叠高度进行检测的同时,用自动抽液泵从先行安置好的洗涤剂桶中,抽取对应量的洗涤剂,放入单次洗涤剂盒中备用,待S3步骤中,从净水蓄水箱中往洗衣筒注入洁净水,洁净水在进入洗衣筒之前先经过单次洗涤剂盒与洗涤剂合,混合后经矢量喷射的形式喷射到洗衣机衣物上。
通过采用上述技术方案,洗涤剂可以自动抽取,无需人工倒入洗涤剂,减少洗衣人工动作,加快洗涤流程。
本发明优选的,在步骤S4时,洗衣筒正转、反转依次交替旋转0.1-0.8圈用时1-3分钟,然后进行同方向的完整一圈旋转,多圈总用时2-6分钟,且整个过程洗涤水全程以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣筒内。
通过采用上述技术方案,在衣物未完全被水浸湿的时候,洗衣筒不进行完整的一圈离心旋转,只进行摆动,在衣物完全被浸湿后再进行离心洗涤,一方面可以避免衣服在干燥情况下干转所造成的对衣物的损伤,另一方面因为摆动,也能对衣物进行翻转,以便尽快地、全方位地浸泡衣物,且对衣领等特殊部位进行专门清洗。
本发明优选的,在步骤S5时,混水循环喷射洗时间达到后,停止循环,混水循环箱内的混水经矢量喷射进入洗衣机内桶后向洗衣机外部进行排出。
通过采用上述技术方案,混水循环箱内的混水在循环洗涤结束后,被及 时排出混水循环箱,一方面最大程度避免在混水循环箱内滋生细菌,另一方面也最大程度降低洗涤水皂液残留,为后续的洁净水喷淋提高效率。
本发明优选的,在步骤S6后,混水已经排出干净,净水蓄水箱中的净水以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣筒,喷射时间为1-3分钟,然后排入混水循环箱,排出洗衣机。
通过采用上述技术方案,用洁净水不断单向喷淋,进行最后的冲洗,同时穿透衣物冲洗的水不断被排出,能够保证衣物上不残留杂质和洗涤剂,最大力度保证衣物的洁净度。
本发明的目的二,在于提供一种全自动洗衣机,能够快速对衣物进行清洗,并且保证衣物的清洗洁净度。

S3,从净水蓄水箱31中往洗衣机注入洁净水,洁净水在进入洗衣滚桶 之前先与洗涤剂混合;
S4,洗衣筒进行旋转,S3步骤的混合后的洗涤水以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣机内桶内,一边旋转一边对衣物进行洗涤水的喷射,直至衣物吸满水,用时3分钟;衣物无法继续吸收洗涤水后,将经过洗涤的多余污浊水溢出排至混水循环箱32;

S7,当S6步骤的水低于指定用水量的1/3时,启动脱水程序,脱水程序启动10秒钟后,停止注入洁净水,离心旋转3分钟直至衣物完全甩干;
S8,待用户取出衣物。
整个洗涤流程在15分钟左右,能够具有跟传统洗涤方式一样甚至优于传统洗涤方式的洗涤效果。
实施例二
一种全自动洗衣机的洗涤方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,由用户打开洗衣机的启闭门2,并投入衣物,关闭启闭门2,启动洗衣开关;
S2,洗衣机自动对衣物的重量进行检测,从而确定洗涤用水量、洗涤时间和洗衣液用量;
S3,从净水蓄水箱31中往洗衣机注入洁净水,洁净水在进入洗衣滚桶 之前先与洗涤剂混合;

S6,将净水蓄水箱31的洁净水注入洗衣机直至到达指定用水量,对衣物进行漂洗30秒,然后一边往混水循环箱32排出混水,一边往洗衣筒喷射洁净水,同时进行漂洗旋转1分钟,混水流出的流量大于洁净水注入的流量,混水已经排出干净,净水蓄水箱31中的净水以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣筒,喷射时间为1-3分钟,然后排入混水循环箱32,排出洗衣机;
S7,待洗衣筒内的水排干后,启动洗衣筒的离心旋转1分钟直至衣物完全甩干;

实施例三
一种全自动洗衣机的洗涤方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,由用户打开洗衣机的启闭门2,并投入衣物,关闭启闭门2,根据衣服的材质选择洗衣模式,如衣物为丝绸材质选择轻揉洗,衣物为牛仔材质选择压力洗等,再启动洗衣开关;
S2,洗衣机自动对衣物的堆叠高度进行检测,从而确定洗涤用水量、洗涤时间和洗衣液用量,用自动抽液泵44从先行安置好的皂液桶中,抽取对 应量的皂液,放入单次皂液盒42中备用;
S3,从净水蓄水箱31中往洗衣筒注入洁净水,洁净水在进入洗衣筒之前先经过单次皂液盒42与皂液混合,混合后经矢量喷嘴51喷射到洗衣机衣物上;
S4,洗衣筒进行旋转,S3步骤的混合后的洗涤水以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣机内桶内,一边旋转(洗衣筒正转、反转依次交替旋转0.8圈用时3分钟,然后进行同方向的完整一圈旋转,多圈总用时6分钟,左右震荡洗结束后,离心旋转开始,同步矢量平衡喷射开始,进入混水循环喷射洗),一边对衣物进行洗涤水的喷射,直至衣物吸满水,用时1-3分钟;衣物无法继续吸收洗涤水后,将经过洗涤的多余污浊水溢出排至混水循环箱32,且整个过程洗涤水全程以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣筒内(如衬衫领,衬衫袖口,内衣内衬等,可放置在最上方,脏区朝上,以便接受更多的皂液水喷射洗);
S5,混水循环箱32的污浊水在注入洗衣筒前经过过滤,以矢量喷射的形式进行喷射清洗1.5分钟,同时,洗衣筒进行离心旋转90秒;该步骤循环1次,最后将污浊水再排出至混水循环箱32且停止循环;
S6,将净水蓄水箱31的洁净水注入洗衣机直至到达指定用水量,对衣物进行漂洗30-120秒,然后一边往混水循环箱32排出混水,一边往洗衣筒喷射洁净水,同时进行漂洗旋转1-2分钟,混水流出的流量大于洁净水注入的流量,混水已经排出干净后,净水蓄水箱31中的净水以矢量喷射的形式喷射入洗衣筒,喷射时间为1-3分钟,然后排入混水循环箱32,排出洗衣机;
S7,当S6步骤的水低于指定用水量的1/3时,启动脱水程序,脱水程序启动10秒钟后,停止注入洁净水,离心旋转2分钟直至衣物完全甩干;或者待洗衣筒内的水排干后,启动洗衣筒的离心旋转2分钟直至衣物完全甩干;
S8,进行用120℃高温气体进行消毒120秒;

本发明所提及的可实现微重力环境下洗衣的细节如下:
1.现有的洗衣机,通常为波轮式洗衣机或滚筒式洗衣机,
普通滚筒洗衣机依靠的是滚筒提拉筋将衣物提拉到一定高度,自由落体后,实现与筒底的摔打,模仿人工木棒捶打洗衣方式实现洗净,自由落体需要依赖地球上的重力,而微重力环境下已无法实现自由落体;
波轮洗衣机利用的是波轮产生的波轮旋转摩擦衣物,衣物贴附在波轮上,依靠的是重力,而微重力环境下,衣物将无序漂浮;
波轮洗衣机另一种原理为波轮旋转带动水体,正转、反转实现水流旋拧衣物,而实现洗净;微重力环境下水体呈现四散无序飞溅状态,波轮无法有效的使其旋转,正转、反转;
普通滚筒或波轮内衣物在微重力环境下将呈现杂乱漂浮状态,无法实现微重力环境下的洗涤;
2.本发明所提及的洗涤本质为高速高压皂液混合水冲击衣物纤维,使污渍脱离纤维,实现洗净;矢量喷射洗,可通过高压水流,将衣物压附在洗衣桶内壁持续喷射洗涤,从而实现在微重力环境下的洗涤。

  1. 一种全自动洗衣机的洗涤方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1,由用户打开洗衣机的启闭门,并投入衣物,关闭启闭门,启动洗衣开关;
    S2,洗衣机自动对衣物的重量和/或衣服堆叠高度进行检测,从而确定洗涤用水量、洗涤时间和洗衣液用量;

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的全自动洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣筒为滚筒式洗衣筒,所述矢量平衡喷射头呈圆锥形结构且圆底端与洗衣筒的内侧壁固定连接,且矢量平衡喷射头的尖顶端与洗衣筒之间的间隙大于矢量平衡喷射头的轴向长度,洗衣筒轴向固定、周向旋转地套设在矢量平衡喷射头上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的全自动洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣筒为波轮式洗衣筒,洗衣筒的顶部设有喷头安装部,矢量平衡喷射头固定安装于喷头安装部。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7或8所述的全自动洗衣机,其特征在于,所述净水蓄水箱包括承压硬质外壳和软质储水内壳,软质储水内壳包括均带有单向阀的净水入口和净水出口。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的全自动洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣筒与净水出口导通连接有三通管路,三通管路的其中一条管路导通连接有洗涤剂管路,洗涤剂管路连接有电磁阀,控制单元还包括有与电磁阀电信号连接且用于控制电磁阀启闭的洗涤剂控制单元。
