Claims (20)
- 一种电源管理系统,其特征在于,包括:一级供电模块,与电源连接,包括第一电压转换单元、第一电压监控单元和第一存储单元,所述第一电压转换单元用于根据所述电源的电压生成第一电压,所述第一电压监控单元用于对所述第一电压进行诊断,所述第一存储单元用于存储所述第一电压的诊断结果;二级供电模块,与所述一级供电模块连接,包括第二电压转换单元,所述第二电压转换单元用于根据所述第一电压生成第二电压,所述第二电压小于所述第一电压,所述第二电压为微控制单元MCU的工作电压;以及,所述MCU,与所述一级供电模块和所述二级供电模块连接,用于从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果,并根据所述第一电压的诊断结果确定是否控制电池管理系统BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述第一电压监控单元还用于输出状态信号,所述状态信号用于指示所述第一电压的诊断结果;所述MCU具体用于,读取所述状态信号,根据所述状态信号从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果,并在连续N次读取的所述第一电压的诊断结果均为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,控制所述BMS进入安全状态,N为正整数。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,在所述状态信号指示所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,所述MCU从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果的频率,等于所述MCU读取所述状态信号的频率;和/或,在所述状态信号指示所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压未过压或未欠压时,所述MCU从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果的频率,小于所述MCU读取所述状态信号的频率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述第一电压监控单元还用于输出状态信号,所述状态信号用于指示所述第一电压的诊断结果;所述二级供电模块还用于,接收所述状态信号,并在所述状态信号指示所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,禁止所述MCU输出所述第二电压。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述MCU用于,周期性地从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果, 并在连续N次读取到所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,控制所述BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述二级供电模块还包括第二电压监控单元和第二存储单元,所述第二电压监控单元用于对所述第二电压进行诊断,所述第二存储单元用于存储所述第二电压的诊断结果;所述MCU还用于,从所述第二存储单元中读取所述第二电压的诊断结果,并根据所述第二电压的诊断结果确定是否控制所述BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述MCU还用于,检测所述MCU的状态,并在所述MCU的状态为故障时,向所述二级供电模块发送故障信号;所述二级供电模块还用于,接收所述故障信号,并根据所述故障信号向所述MCU发送复位信号。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,还包括继电器控制模块,所述继电器控制模块与所述一级供电模块和所述MCU连接,所述第一电压监控单元还用于在所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,向所述继电器控制模块发送安全信号;所述继电器控制模块用于,接收所述安全信号,并根据所述安全信号,控制继电器在预设时长内保持高压回路的连接。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述第一电压转换单元还用于,根据所述电源的电压生成第三电压,所述第三电压为所述BMS中的其他负载的工作电压,所述第三电压大于所述第一电压。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述MCU与所述一级供电模块之间通过I2C总线连接,和/或,所述MCU与所述二级供电模块之间通过I2C总线连接。
- 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述第一电压为3.3V,第二电压为1.8V或者0.8V。
- 一种电源管理系统的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电源管理系统包括一级供电模块和二级供电模块,其中,所述一级供电模块与电源连接,用于根据所述电源的电压生成第一电压,并对所述第一电压进行诊断以及存储所述第一电压的诊断结果,所述二级供电模块与所述一级供电模块连接,用于根据所述第一电压生成第二电压,所述第二电压小于所述第一电压,所述第二电压为微控制单元MCU的工作电压,所述MCU与所述一级供电模块和所述二级供电模块连接,所述方法包括:所述MCU从所述一级供电模块中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果;以及,所述MCU根据所述第一电压的诊断结果,确定是否控制电池管理系统BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求12所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述MCU读取所述一级供电模块输出的状态信号,所述状态信号用于指示所述第一电压的诊断结果;其中,所述MCU根据所述第一电压的诊断结果,确定是否控制所述BMS进入安全状态,包括:所述MCU根据所述状态信号从所述一级供电模块中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果,并在连续N次读取的所述第一电压的诊断结果均为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,控制所述BMS进入安全状态,N为正整数。
- 根据权利要求13所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述状态信号指示所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,所述MCU从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果的频率,等于所述读取单元读取所述状态信号的频率;或者,在所述状态信号指示所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压未过压或未欠压时,所述MCU从所述第一存储单元中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果的频率,小于所述读取单元读取所述状态信号的频率。
- 根据权利要求12所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述MCU根据所述第一电压的诊断结果,确定是否控制所述BMS进入安全状态,包括:所述MCU周期性地从所述一级供电模块中读取所述第一电压的诊断结果,并在连续N次读取到所述第一电压的诊断结果为所述第一电压过压或欠压时,控制所述BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述二级供电模块还用于对所述第二电压进行诊断,并存储所述第二电压的诊断结果;其中,所述方法还包括:所述MCU从所述二级供电模块中读取所述第二电压的诊断结果;根据所述第二电压的诊断结果,确定是否控制所述BMS进入安全状态。
- 根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述MCU检测所述MCU的状态;在所述MCU检测到所述MCU的状态为故障时,向所述二级供电模块发送故障信号;所述MCU接收所述二级供电模块根据所述故障信号发送的复位信号。
- 一种微控制单元MCU,其特征在于,用于执行上述权利要求12至17中任一 项所述的BMS的控制方法。
- 一种电池管理系统BMS,其特征在于,包括:上述权利要求1至11中任一项所述的电源管理系统;以及,上述权利要求18所述的微控制单元MCU。
- 一种电池,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求19所述的电池管理系统BMS。
