背景技术
随着互联网技术和终端技术的快速发展,用户之间的信息交互越来越便利。会话功能已经成为很多终端或应用程序中的必备功能之一,用户可以在会话页面中对会话消息进行相关处理,如回复或转发等。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了消息处理方法、装置、存储介质及设备,可以优化相关技术中的消息处理方案。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种消息处理方法,包括:
在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
响应于确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面,判断是否满足预设条件;
响应于满足预设条件的判断结果,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
第二方面,本公开实施例提供了一种消息处理装置,包括:
消息展示模块,设置为在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
判断模块,设置为响应于确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面,判断是否满足预设条件;

目前,为了提高消息处理的效率,可以向用户提供快捷处理功能,例如在接收到对方发送的消息时,默认在会话页面中展示用户可能会针对该消息回复的文字等快捷回复内容供用户直接选择并发送至对方。
然而,相关技术中的快捷处理功能的实现方案中,在会话页面中显示的快捷回复内容会占用较多的显示空间,对用户产生较多的干扰,因此不够完善,需要改进。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种消息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由消息处理装置执行,其中该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。所述电子设备可以为手机、智能手表、平板电脑以及个人数字助理等移动设备;也可为台式计算机等其他设备。如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101、在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息。
本公开实施例中,会话页面可以是预设应用程序中的页面,预设应用程序可提供会话功能,可以安装在电子设备中,用户可以在预设应用程序中注册账号并登录。所述会话可以包括即时通讯会话,可以包括一对一会话,还可以包括群组会话等,参与会话的用户可以互相发送会话消息。所述会话页面可用于展示会话消息。会话消息简称消息,消息内包含的内容的形式不做限定,也即 预设消息的消息类型不做限定,例如可以包括文字、符号、表情图标、图片、音频或视频等。在接收到会话参与者通过预设应用程序发送过来的消息时,可以在会话页面中展示该消息,以供当前用户查看,并对会话消息进行相关处理,如回复或转发等。消息的展示方式可以与消息的内容形式相匹配,如显示文字、符号和表情图标,显示图片的缩略图,显示音频消息的播放控件,显示视频消息的视频封面等等。
需要说明的是,本步骤中的预设消息可以是会话页面中的任意一条已接收到的消息,可以是当前接收到的最新消息,也可以是历史接收到的消息,不做限定。
步骤102、在确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面的情况下,判断是否满足预设条件。
相关技术中,为了提高消息处理的效率,可以向用户提供快捷处理功能,例如在接收到对方发送的消息时,默认在会话页面中展示用户可能会针对该消息回复的文字等快捷回复内容供用户直接选择并发送至对方,然而,在会话页面中显示的快捷回复内容会占用较多的显示空间,并且用户可能并不想利用默认提供的快捷回复内容对消息进行处理,这样就会对用户产生过度干扰,同时也浪费了会话页面中宝贵的显示空间。
本公开实施例中,在展示预设消息之后,可以通过判断当前用户是否触发跳转至预设消息的详情页面并返回至会话页面,来确定当前用户是否已经查看过预设消息,在确定消息已被用户查看的情况下,基于预设条件来判断是否需要展示用于对预设消息进行快捷操作的快捷操作控件,相比于相关技术中的在展示消息的同时默认展示用于对消息进行快捷操作的相关内容来说,增加了判断消息是否已读以及是否满足预设条件的判定逻辑,避免直接展示快捷操作控件给用户带来的过度干扰,同时可以在一定程度上节约会话页面中的显示空间。
示例性的,在会话页面中展示预设消息时,可能不会展示全部的消息内容,例如,可能显示部分文字、显示图片的缩略图、显示音频消息的播放控件或显 示视频消息的视频封面等,用户可以通过输入进一步的预设查看操作来查看消息详情,如双击部分文字来查看全部文字,点击图片的缩略图来查看原始图片或放大后的图片,点击音频消息的播放控件来收听音频内容或触发语音转文字功能来查看文字语音内容,又如点击视频消息的视频封面来观看播放的视频等。用于展示消息详情信息的页面可以称为详情页面,在详情页面可以展示如上述的全部文字、原始图片、文字语音内容以及视频内容等。示例性的,可以通过输入上述的预设查看操作触发跳转至详情页面,预设查看操作的形式不做限定,如点击、双击或长按等。用户在详情页面进行消息详情查看后,可以通过如触发详情页面关闭按钮等方式退出详情页面并返回至会话页面。
示例性的,预设条件可以用于表示当前用户对预设消息感兴趣,存在针对预设消息进行回复或其他处理的需求,预设条件的内容可以根据实际情况设置。示例性的,在确定当前用户对预设消息的关注值处于预设范围时,确定满足预设条件。其中,所述关注值用于表征用户对预设消息的关注程度。
步骤103、响应于满足预设条件的判断结果,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
示例性的,在确定满足预设条件的情况下,在会话页面中展示预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。快捷操作控件,可理解为无需用户通过多步复杂操作来找到相应的操作入口进而进行相关操作,而是通过单次触发或单次触发后进行有限次数操作即可快速实现完成相应的操作的控件,其中,有限次数操作可以理解为操作次数小于或等于预设次数阈值的操作,预设次数阈值例如可以是2。以表情回复为例,相关技术中常规的表情回复操作过程通常包括:用户以长按消息的方式触发针对消息的回复,弹出输入框,再触发表情选择页面的显示,从表情选择页面中找到想要发送的表情图标并点击,所选表情图标出现于输入框内,用户点击发送按钮后,完成表情回复,可见操作过程繁冗复杂,效率低下。而本公开实施例中,快捷操作控件可以包括快捷表情回复控件(简称表情控件),表情控件在被触发后可以直接显示表情选择页面,当用户触发某 个表情图标后,直接以该表情图标进行回复;或者,表情控件中直接显示表情图标,表情控件在被触发后,直接以该表情图标进行回复。
上述表情控件仅作为举例说明,本公开实施例中的快捷操作控件并不限于上述的快捷表情回复控件。示例性的,至少一个快捷操作控件包括快捷处理控件和/或快捷回复控件,其中,所述快捷处理控件用于对所述预设消息进行预设功能的处理,所述快捷回复控件用于对所述预设消息进行回复。所述预设功能的处理例如可包括保存、标记或转发等,相应的,快捷处理控件可包括快捷保存控件、快捷标记控件和快捷转发控件等。快捷回复控件可包括快捷表情回复控件、快捷文字回复控件(简称文字控件)、快捷图片回复控件(简称图片控件)、快捷视频回复控件(简称视频控件)和快捷语音回复控件(简称音频控件)等。

本公开实施例中提供的消息处理方法,在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息,在确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面的情况下,判断是否满足预设条件,响应于满足预设条件的判断结果,在会话页面中展示预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。通过采用上述技术方案,在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息后,若当前用户触发进入消息的详情页面并返回会话页面,说明当前用于已经查看了该预设消息,基于预设条件判断是否需要展示快捷操作控件,并在需要时进行展示,为用户提供快捷处理消息功 能的同时,避免展示消息的同时默认展示快捷操作控件对用户产生过多的干扰,更加合理有效地利用会话页面的显示空间。

示例性的,预设消息的消息内容在详情页面被当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据可以包括如消息内容在详情页面的展示时长、当前用户在详情页面针对预设消息输入的控制操作或交互操作等相关数据。预设消息的消息内容对应的数据例如可以包括消息内容的类型(即预设消息的消息类型)或主题等与内容本身相关的数据。
在一些实施例中,所述根据目标数据判断是否满足预设条件,包括:将所述目标数据输入至预设模型,其中,所述预设模型用于确定所述当前用户对所述消息的关注值;根据所述预设模型的输出结果判断所述关注值是否处于预设范围,响应于所述关注值处于预设范围,确定满足预设条件。这样设置的好处在于,利用模型可以更加准确地确定当前用户对消息的关注值,进而更加合理地确定是否展示快捷操作控件。
示例性的,预设模型可以通过采用训练样本数据对神经网络模型进行训练得到,神经网络模型可以用于处理需要同时考虑许多因素和条件的、不精确和模糊的信息处理问题,通过对预设神经网络模型的训练,得到准确的预设模型,从而更加合理地确定当前用户对消息的关注值。其中,训练样本数据可以包括不同消息的消息内容在详情页面被不同样本用户查看的过程中产生的样本数据,以及每条样本数据对应的不同样本用户针对不同消息的关注值的标签数据。其中,标签数据可根据模型精度设计,用于衡量关注值,例如可包括0和1;或者,可包括0、1和2,示例性的,数值越大代表用户的关注程度越高。在使用预设 模型时,预设模型的输出结果可以是各标签的置信度等信息,以标签数据包括0、1和2为例,假设输出结果为1、或1的置信度最高等,可确定关注值为1,预设范围例如可以是大于或等于1,则可以确定满足预设条件。
示例性的,预设模型通过以下方式训练得到:获取训练样本数据,将训练样本数据输入至预设神经网络模型,并计算对应的预设损失函数,基于预设损失函数对预设神经网络模型进行训练,得到预设模型。
在一些实施例中,所述第一数据包括以下至少一项:所述预设消息的消息内容在详情页面的展示时长、展示次数、已展示比例、当前用户在详情页面对所述预设消息的消息内容进行展示控制操作的操作类型和/或操作结果、以及当前用户在详情页面基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作的操作类型和/或操作结果。这样设置的好处在于,有利于更加准确地确定是否需要展示快捷操作控件。
其中,预设消息的消息内容在详情页面的展示时长可以根据用户触发跳转至预设消息的详情页面的时间到返回至会话页面时间之间的时间间隔确定。展示次数例如可以是在详情页面中展示消息的次数,如视频播放的次数,展示次数也可以是当前用户触发跳转至预设消息的详情页面的次数。已展示比例可以是已展示的消息内容占总的消息内容的比例,例如,对于视频消息来说,可以是已播放时长占视频总时长的比例。
示例性的,对预设消息的消息内容进行展示控制操作可以理解为对消息内容的展示方式进行调整的操作,操作类型可以根据预设消息的消息类型确定。当用户对消息内容进行展示控制操作时,可以表明用户需要按照自己的意愿来查看消息内容,可能是需要查看更多的内容细节,或反复查看等,在一定程度上可以反映用户对消息的关注值,将其相关数据作为目标数据,可以更加准确地判断是否满足预设条件。
可选的,所述预设消息的消息类型包括图片,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括放大、缩小和拖动中的至少一个。相应的,所述展示控制操作的操作结 果包括放大比例、缩小比例、拖动方向和拖动距离中的至少一个。
可选的,所述预设消息的消息类型包括视频,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括暂停、播放和进度调节中的至少一个。相应的,所述展示控制操作的操作结果包括暂停次数、暂停时长、播放次数和进度条回退次数中的至少一个。
示例性的,基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作可以理解为针对消息内容输入的用于互动的操作。可选的,所述预设消息包括可交互内容,所述基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作包括针对所述可交互内容和/或所述可交互内容的创作者的交互操作。其中,可交互内容是指在预设消息的详情页中展示的内容可以进行交互操作,例如,点赞、评论、关注等交互操作。示例性地,可交互内容可以是转发内容,转发内容为视频等多媒体内容,针对可交互内容的交互操作可以是在详情页触发点赞控件,针对可交互内容的创作者的交互操作可以是触发该创作者的关注控件等。
在一些实施例中,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件,包括:在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的与所述当前用户相关联的至少一个快捷操作控件。这样设置的好处在于,可以针对当前用户进行个性化的快捷操作控件的展示,更加贴合当前用户的操作需求。
示例性的,可供展示的快捷操作控件可能有很多种,可构成快捷操作控件集合,可以根据当前用户的历史操作从快捷操作控件集合中确定至少一个快捷操作控件进行展示。
示例性的,对于同类型的或实现相同功能的快捷操作控件来说,可能存在多个快捷操作控件,可以选择最适合当前用户的快捷操作控件进行展示。以表情图标为例,用于表示赞美的表情图标可以包括心形图标、比心图标、鼓掌图标和大拇指图标等,可以在当前用户授权的情况下,根据当前用户历史使用习惯,显示当前用户历史使用次数最多的心形图标对应的快捷操作控件。
在一些实施例中,所述快捷回复控件包括表情控件;其中,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件之后,还包括:响应于接 收到针对目标表情控件的触发操作,在所述会话页面中对所述预设消息和所述目标表情控件对应的表情图标进行关联展示,以对所述预设消息的展示进行更新。这样设置的好处在于,利用用户回复的表情图标对预设消息的展示进行更新,突出互动结果,展示形式新颖,增强参与会话的用户之间的互动性,增强会话交互的趣味性,提升交互效果。可选的,表情图标的展示区域和预设消息的展示区域存在交集。
在一些实施例中,所述目标数据还包括第二数据,所述第二数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容对应的目标内容类型,以及与所述目标内容类型的历史内容在被所述当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据。这样设置的好处在于,可以更加准确地确定是否满足预设条件。
示例性的,可以在用户授权的情况下,获取不同内容类型的历史内容在被当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据。其中,历史内容可以包括会话中的历史消息的消息内容,还可以包括预设应用程序中由内容发布者发布的可供所有用户查看的内容,如照片或视频等等。通过上述数据,可以了解当前用户对预设消息的内容类型的关注值,进而有利于更加准确地确定当前用户对预设消息的关注值。
在一些实施例中,当所述会话页面为预设主题的群组会话页面时,所述目标数据还包括第三数据,所述第三数据包括所述预设消息在被群组内预设用户查看的过程中产生的数据,所述预设用户不包括所述当前用户。这样设置的好处在于,对于具备一定主题的群组会话来说,可以更加准确地确定是否满足预设条件。
示例性的,预设主题可以根据群组的名称来确定,如“XX公司秋季旅游群”或“XX的粉丝群”等等,在群组内,会话成员通常会围绕主题进行消息交互,若根据第三数据确定存在一定数量的成员对该消息感兴趣,可以从侧面反映当前用户可能也对该消息感兴趣,提升目标数据的维度,从而更加合理地展示快捷操作控件。其中,预设用户可以包括除当前用户之外的所有用户或部分用户, 此外,一般不包括发送所述预设消息的用户。可选的,第三数据可包括所述预设消息在被群组内预设用户查看的过程中,预设用户触发快捷操作控件的累计次数。
图2为本公开实施例提供的另一种消息处理方法的流程示意图,本公开实施例以上述实施例中各个可选方案为基础进行细化,以预设消息为图片消息为例进行说明,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤201、在会话页面中显示接收到的图片消息的缩略图。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种消息处理方法的交互过程示意图,如图3所示,用户A向用户B(当前用户)发送了一个图片消息,图片内容为小猫,在会话页面301中,显示图片的缩略图302。
步骤202、接收针对缩略图的预设查看操作,跳转至图片查看页面并显示原始图片。
示例性的,图片查看页面可以理解为图片消息的详情页面,预设查看操作可以理解为触发跳转至详情页面的操作,例如可以是点击缩略图。如图3所示,用户B点击图片消息的缩略图后,进入图片查看页面303,在该页面中可以以全屏的方式显示图片消息的原始图片,可方便用户更加清楚地查看图片内容。
步骤203、基于图片查看页面接收当前用户针对原始图片进行的展示控制操作,确定操作类型和/或操作结果,得到目标数据。
示例性的,展示控制操作的类型例如可包括放大、缩小和拖动中的至少一个。如图3所示,假设用户B看到小猫的表情比较可爱,想要仔细查看时,可以通过输入如双指反向滑动的操作来实现对原始图片的放大操作,操作结果可以包括如放大比例等数据。
步骤204、将目标数据输入至预设模型,并获取预设模型的输出结果。
示例性的,将目标数据输入至预设模型后,预设模型可以输出用于表示当前用户对图片消息的关注值的输出结果。
步骤205、根据输出结果判断关注值是否处于预设范围,响应于关注值处于 预设范围的判断结果,执行步骤206;响应于关注值未处于预设范围的判断结果,执行步骤208。
步骤206、接收图片查看页面的退出操作,返回至会话页面,在会话页面中显示图片消息的缩略图以及在缩略图的关联范围内显示图片消息对应的预设数量的快捷操作控件。
示例性的,若确定当前用户对图片消息的关注值较高,则可说明当前用户很可能存在对图片消息进行快捷操作的需求,因此,可以在显示缩略图的同时,在缩略图的关联范围内显示预设数量的快捷操作控件。
如图3所示,用户B关闭图片查看页面后,退回至会话页面,在显示缩略图302的同时,在缩略图下方显示了3个快捷操作控件,均为快捷回复表情控件。
步骤207、接收针对目标快捷操作控件的触发操作,在会话页面中显示快捷操作信息。
示例性的,如图3所示,用户B点击爱心控件304之后,可以快速对用户A发送的小猫图片进行回复,并在会话页面中显示快捷回复信息305。快捷回复信息305可以包括用于表示回复的文字提示、对图片消息的引用信息以及用户B回复的表情图标。
步骤208、接收图片查看页面的退出操作,返回至会话页面,在会话页面中显示图片消息的缩略图。
示例性的,若用户B在进入消息查看页面之后未进行展示控制操作,可能关注值较低,处于预设范围之外,则在退出图片查看页面后,无需显示快捷操作控件,避免对用户B产生过多干扰,同时节约会话页面的显示空间。
本公开实施例提供的消息处理方法,在图片消息的图片查看页面中显示图片的同时,可以获取图片被用户查看过程中产生的针对图片的展示控制操作相关的数据,并利用该数据和预设模型来确定用户对图片消息的关注值,在确定用户比较感兴趣时,退出图片查看页面后,显示快捷操作控件,方便用户快速 针对该消息进行回应或相关处理,在确定用户关注值较低时,避免显示快捷操作控件对用户造成的干扰,更加合理有效地利用会话页面的显示空间。
图4为本公开实施例提供的又一种消息处理方法的流程示意图,本公开实施例以上述实施例中各个可选方案为基础进行细化,以消息为视频消息为例进行说明,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤401、在会话页面中显示接收到的视频消息的视频封面。
图5为本公开实施例提供的另一种消息处理方法的交互过程示意图,如图5所示,用户A向用户B(当前用户)发送了一个视频消息,该视频消息为转发视频,是由用户C在预设应用程序中发布的小猫视频,在会话页面501中,显示该视频的视频封面502,其中可以包括三角形的播放标识。如图5所示,该视频消息不一定是最近接收到的消息,在其后可能有更新的消息。在用户B未点开观看视频之前,可以不显示快捷操作控件。
步骤402、接收针对视频消息的预设查看操作,进入视频查看页面并播放视频。
示例性的,视频查看页面可以理解为视频消息的详情页面,预设查看操作可以理解为触发跳转至详情页面的操作,例如可以是点击播放标识。如图5所示,用户B点击播放标识后,进入视频查看页面503,在该页面中可以以全屏的方式播放视频消息中的视频内容,并且,可以显示视频发布者(用户C)的相关信息,还可以显示交互控件504,交互控件504例如可以包括关注控件、点赞控件、评论控件和转发控件等,方便用户B通过交互控件504实现与其他用户之间的交互。
步骤403、基于视频查看页面接收当前用户针对视频进行的展示控制操作,以及基于视频输入的交互操作,确定每个操作的操作类型和/或操作结果,并且获取视频的播放时长、播放次数以及已播放比例,得到目标数据。
示例性的,展示控制操作的类型例如可包括暂停、播放和进度调节中的至少一个。如图5所示,假设用户B看到小猫的表情比较可爱,但是镜头已经错 过,想要退回再次查看时,可以通过输入进度调节操作来实现回放,操作结果可以包括如回退位置以及回退时长等数据。
示例性的,用户B在观看视频过程中,若对视频感兴趣,也可以通过触发关注控件来关注用户C,通过触发点赞控件来为该视频点赞,通过触发评论控件来给用户C留言等等。
示例性的,将各操作的操作类型和操作结果、视频的播放时长、播放次数以及已播放比例等数据作为目标数据,输入至预设模型中,可以更加合理准确地确定用户对视频消息的关注值。
步骤404、将目标数据输入至预设模型,并获取预设模型的输出结果。
示例性的,将目标数据输入至预设模型后,预设模型可以输出用于表示当前用户对视频消息的关注值的输出结果。
步骤405、根据输出结果判断关注值是否处于预设范围,响应于关注值处于预设范围,执行步骤406;响应于关注值未处于预设范围,执行步骤408。
步骤406、接收视频查看页面的退出操作,返回至会话页面,在会话页面中显示视频消息的视频封面以及在视频封面的关联范围内显示视频消息对应的与当前用户关联的快捷操作控件。
示例性的,若确定当前用户对视频消息的关注值较高,则可说明当前用户很可能存在对视频消息进行快捷操作的需求,因此,可以在显示视频封面的同时,在视频封面的关联范围内显示与当前用户关联的快捷操作控件。
如图5所示,用户B关闭视频查看页面后,退回至会话页面,在显示视频封面502的同时,在视频封面502下方显示了3个快捷操作控件,均为用户B经常使用的快捷回复表情控件,还在视频封面502的右侧显示了用户B经常使用的快捷转发控件。
步骤407、接收针对目标快捷表情控件的触发操作,在会话页面中对视频封面和目标快捷表情控件对应的表情图标进行关联展示,以对视频的展示进行更新。
示例性的,如图5所述,用户B点击爱心控件505之后,可以快速对用户A发送的小猫视频进行回复,并在会话页面中,将爱心图标506添加至视频封面的左下角,对视频封面的显示进行更新,更加直观地体现回复结果,增强趣味性,提升交互体验。
步骤408、接收视频查看页面的退出操作,返回至会话页面,在会话页面中显示视频消息的视频封面。
示例性的,若用户B在进入消息查看页面之后,仅观看了2秒就退出,可能关注值较低,处于预设范围之外,则在退出消息查看页面后,无需显示快捷操作控件,避免对用户B产生过多干扰,同时节约会话页面的显示空间。
本公开实施例提供的消息处理方法,在视频消息的视频查看页面中播放视频的同时,可以获取视频被用户查看过程中产生的视频观看数据、针对视频的展示控制操作相关的数据、以及基于视频内容或视频作者的交互操作相关的数据,并利用这些数据和预设模型来确定用户对视频消息的关注值,在确定用户比较感兴趣时,退出视频查看页面后,显示与当前用户关联的快捷操作控件,方便用户快速针对该消息进行回应或相关处理,在确定用户关注值较低时,避免显示快捷操作控件对用户造成的干扰,更加合理有效地利用会话页面的显示空间。并且,所显示的快捷操作控件包含表情控件时,可以根据用户所选的目标表情控件对视频消息的展示进行更新,提升交互效果。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种消息处理装置的结构框图,该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中,可通过执行消息处理方法来进行消息处理。如图6所示,该装置包括:
消息展示模块601,设置为在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
判断模块602,设置为在确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面的情况下,判断是否满足预设条件;

本公开实施例中提供的消息处理装置,在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息后,若当前用户触发进入消息的详情页面并返回会话页面,说明当前用于已经查看了该预设消息,基于预设条件判断是否需要展示快捷操作控件,并在需要时进行展示,为用户提供快捷处理消息功能的同时,避免展示消息的同时默认展示快捷操作控件对用户产生过多的干扰,更加合理有效地利用会话页面的显示空间。
可选的,所述至少一个快捷操作控件包括快捷处理控件和/或快捷回复控件,其中,所述快捷处理控件用于对所述预设消息进行预设功能的处理,所述快捷回复控件用于对所述预设消息进行回复。

本文中以上描述的功能可以至少部分地由至少一个硬件逻辑部件来执行。例如,非限制性地,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑部件包括:现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、专用标准产品(Application Specific Standard Parts,ASSP)、片上系统(System on Chip,SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑设备(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)等等。
在本公开的上下文中,机器可读介质可以是有形的介质,其可以包含或存储以供指令执行系统、装置或设备使用或与指令执行系统、装置或设备结合地使用的程序。机器可读介质可以是机器可读信号介质或机器可读储存介质。机 器可读介质可以包括但不限于电子的、磁性的、光学的、电磁的、红外的、或半导体系统、装置或设备,或者上述内容的任何合适组合。机器可读存储介质的更具体示例会包括基于至少一个线的电气连接、便携式计算机盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM或快闪存储器)、光纤、便捷式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光学储存设备、磁储存设备、或上述内容的任何合适组合。
根据本公开的至少一个实施例,提供了一种消息处理方法,包括:
在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
响应于确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面,判断是否满足预设条件;
响应于满足所述预设条件的判断结果,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
可选的,所述至少一个快捷操作控件包括快捷处理控件和/或快捷回复控件,其中,所述快捷处理控件用于对所述预设消息进行预设功能的处理,所述快捷回复控件用于对所述预设消息进行回复。
可选的,所述判断是否满足预设条件,包括:
根据目标数据判断是否满足预设条件,其中,所述目标数据包括第一数据和/或第二数据,所述第一数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容在所述详情页面被所述当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据,所述第二数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容对应的数据。
可选的,所述根据目标数据判断是否满足预设条件,包括:
将所述目标数据输入至预设模型,其中,所述预设模型用于确定所述当前用户对所述预设消息的关注值;
根据所述预设模型的输出结果判断所述关注值是否处于预设范围,若处于,则确定满足预设条件。
可选的,所述预设消息的消息类型包括图片和/或视频。
可选的,所述第一数据包括以下至少一项:所述预设消息的消息内容在所述详情页面的展示时长、展示次数、已展示比例、当前用户在所述详情页面对所述预设消息的消息内容进行展示控制操作的操作类型和/或操作结果、以及当前用户在所述详情页面基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作的操作类型和/或操作结果。
可选的,所述预设消息的消息类型包括图片,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括放大、缩小和拖动中的至少一个。
可选的,所述预设消息的消息类型包括视频,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括暂停、播放和进度调节中的至少一个。
可选的,所述预设消息包括可交互内容,所述基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作包括针对所述可交互内容和/或所述可交互内容的创作者的交互操作。
可选的,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件,包括:
在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的与所述当前用户相关联的至少一个快捷操作控件。
可选的,所述快捷回复控件包括表情控件、文字控件、图片控件和音视频控件中的至少一个。
可选的,所述第二数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容对应的目标内容类型,以及与所述目标内容类型相匹配的历史内容在被所述当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据。
可选的,所述会话页面包括预设主题的群组会话页面,所述目标数据还包括第三数据,所述第三数据包括所述预设消息在被群组内预设用户查看的过程中产生的数据,所述预设用户不包括所述当前用户。
根据本公开的至少一个实施例,提供了一种消息处理装置,包括:
消息展示模块,设置为在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
判断模块,设置为在确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面的情况下,判断是否满足预设条件;
控件展示模块,设置为若满足所述预设条件,则在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
根据本公开的至少一个实施例,提供了一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现本公开任意实施例所述的消息处理方法。
根据本公开的至少一个实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本公开任意实施例所述的消息处理方法。
此外,虽然采用特定次序描绘了各操作,但是这不应当理解为要求这些操作以所示出的特定次序或以顺序次序执行来执行。在一定环境下,多任务和并行处理可能是有利的。同样地,虽然在上面论述中包含了若干具体实现细节,但是这些不应当被解释为对本公开的范围的限制。在单独的实施例的上下文中描述的某些特征还可以组合地实现在单个实施例中。相反地,在单个实施例的上下文中描述的各种特征也可以单独地或以任何合适的子组合的方式实现在多个实施例中。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种消息处理方法,包括:
    在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
    响应于确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面,判断是否满足预设条件;
    响应于满足预设条件的判断结果,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个快捷操作控件包括快捷处理控件和快捷回复控件中的至少之一,所述快捷处理控件用于对所述预设消息进行预设功能的处理,所述快捷回复控件用于对所述预设消息进行回复。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述判断是否满足预设条件,包括:
    根据目标数据判断是否满足预设条件,其中,所述目标数据包括第一数据和第二数据中的至少之一,所述第一数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容在所述详情页面被所述当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据,所述第二数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容对应的数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据目标数据判断是否满足预设条件,包括:
    将所述目标数据输入至预设模型,其中,所述预设模型用于确定所述当前用户对所述预设消息的关注值;
    根据所述预设模型的输出结果判断所述关注值是否处于预设范围,响应于所述关注值处于预设范围的判断结果,确定满足预设条件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设消息的消息类型包括图片和视频中的至少之一。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一数据包括以下至少一项:所述预设消息的消息内容在所述详情页面的展示时长、展示次数、已展示比例、当前用户在所述详情页面对所述预设消息的消息内容进行展示控制操作的操作类型和操作结果中的至少之一、以及当前用户在所述详情页面基于所述预设消 息的消息内容的交互操作的操作类型和操作结果中的至少之一。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述预设消息的消息类型包括图片,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括放大、缩小和拖动中的至少一个。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述预设消息的消息类型包括视频,所述展示控制操作的操作类型包括暂停、播放和进度调节中的至少一个。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述预设消息包括可交互内容,所述基于所述预设消息的消息内容的交互操作包括针对所述可交互内容和所述可交互内容的创作者的交互操作中的至少之一。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件,包括:
    在所述会话页面中展示所述预设消息对应的与所述当前用户相关联的至少一个快捷操作控件。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述快捷回复控件包括表情控件、文字控件、图片控件和音视频控件中的至少一个。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二数据包括所述预设消息的消息内容对应的目标内容类型,以及与所述目标内容类型相匹配的历史内容在被所述当前用户查看的过程中产生的数据。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当所述会话页面为预设主题的群组会话页面时,所述目标数据还包括第三数据,所述第三数据包括所述预设消息在被群组内预设用户查看的过程中产生的数据,所述预设用户不包括所述当前用户。
  14. 一种消息处理装置,包括:
    消息展示模块,设置为在会话页面中展示接收到的预设消息;
    判断模块,设置为响应于确定当前用户触发跳转至所述预设消息的详情页面并返回至所述会话页面,判断是否满足预设条件;
    控件展示模块,设置为响应于满足所述预设条件的判断结果,在所述会话 页面中展示所述预设消息对应的至少一个快捷操作控件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,还包括:用于执行如权利要求2-13任一项所述的方法的模块。
  16. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-13任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-13任一项所述的方法。
