背景技术
相关技术中,搜索界面的反馈入口(例如二次搜索入口或发表评论入口等)通常仅能够简单地提交用户再次输入的关键词或用户发表的评论等反馈信息,但不能对用户提供的反馈信息及时进行处理和响应,用户的使用体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提出了一种反馈的响应方法及装置,以解决相关技术中用户的反馈信息无法得到及时处理和响应的问题。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种反馈的响应方法,包括:
获取用户输入的反馈信息,其中,所述反馈信息是针对基于当前搜索关键词的搜索结果的反馈信息;
向服务器发送所述反馈信息;
接收所述服务器根据所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词返回的反馈结果;
显示所述反馈结果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述反馈结果包括基于所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词确定的建议搜索关键词,和/或基于所述反馈信息调整后的搜索结果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
在针对所述当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标;

搜索关键词可以指用于搜索信息(例如视频、图片或新闻等)的关键词。例如,用户可以在视频播放软件中输入搜索关键词并点击搜索控件,终端设备向服务器发送包含当前搜索关键词的搜索请求,并在接收到服务器根据该搜索请求返回的搜索结果的情况下,显示搜索结果,例如显示与当前搜索关键词相关的视频链接界面。反馈信息可以指用户针对基于当前搜索关键词的搜索结果的反馈信息。本实施例不限制反馈信息的类型,例如反馈信息可以为用户针对搜索结果准确性所发表的评论、或用户再次输入的关键词等。
在一种可能的实现方式中,将用户输入的文字作为用户输入的反馈信息;和/或将用户选择的标签作为用户输入的反馈信息。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,将用户输入的文字作为用户输入的反馈信息。例如,可以在当前显示搜索结果的界面设置反馈界面入口,在该反馈界面入口被触发的情况下,终端设备显示反馈界面(即用于输入反馈信息的界面),用户可以在反馈界面中的反馈信息输入框中输入文字或图标作为反馈信息。在进入反馈界面的同时,终端设备可以自动填充用户想要反馈的与反馈内容相关的信息(例如搜索关键词和用户账号等),从而减少用户输入,提高用户的使用体验。

在一种可能的实现方式中,该反馈结果包括基于该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词确定的建议搜索关键词,和/或基于该反馈信息调整后的搜索结果。
其中,建议搜索关键词可以是新的搜索关键词,也可以是包括当前搜索关键词的词 组,在此不作限制。调整后的搜索结果可以是服务器进行二次搜索而得到的搜索结果,也可以是服务器调整匹配相关度后的搜索结果,在此不作限制。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员应当能够理解,相关技术中有多种方法能够实现服务器根据反馈信息和当前搜索关键词,确定建议搜索关键词或调整后的搜索结果。例如,服务器可以对反馈信息进行语义分析,从反馈信息中获取一个或多个词,将获取的一个或多个词以及当前搜索关键词构成的词组作为建议搜索关键词。再例如,服务器可以根据反馈信息的全部内容或部分内容以及当前搜索关键词进行二次搜索,将二次搜索获取的搜索结果作为调整后的搜索结果。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,服务器在接收到反馈信息和当前搜索关键词的情况下,可以根据该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词,确定建议搜索关键词。例如,用户采用搜索关键词“长城”进行搜索,获取的搜索结果可以为与长城风景相关的视频链接界面。若用户输入的反馈信息为“搜索匹配不准确,我想要看电影”,则服务器在接收到该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词的情况下,可以确定建议搜索关键词,例如“长城电影”。终端设备在接收到服务器返回的“长城电影”的情况下,可以显示建议搜索关键词:长城电影。
作为该实现方式的另一个示例,服务器在接收到反馈信息和当前搜索关键词的情况下,可以根据该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词,确定调整后的搜索结果。例如,用户采用搜索关键词“长城”进行搜索,获取的搜索结果可以为与长城风景相关的视频链接界面。若用户输入的反馈信息为“搜索匹配不准确,我想要看电影”,则服务器在接收到该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词的情况下,可以确定调整后的搜索结果,例如电影“长城”的播放链接界面。终端设备在接收到服务器返回的电影“长城”的播放链接界面的情况下,可以显示该播放链接界面。
作为该实现方式的另一个示例,服务器在接收到反馈信息和当前搜索关键词的情况下,可以根据该反馈信息和当前搜索关键词,确定建议搜索关键词和调整后的搜索结果。

在步骤S201中,在针对当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标。
其中,引导图标可以指具有界面引导作用的图标。例如,引导图标可以为由文字构成的图标,也可以为由图片构成的图标,还可以为由文字和图片构成的图标。本实施例不限制引导图标的显示位置,例如可以显示在当前搜索界面的下方,也可以根据用户的拖动而显示在当前搜索界面的任意位置。可以理解的是,引导图标可以作为本实施例的 反馈界面的入口。
图3示出根据本公开一实施例的当前搜索界面的示意图。例如,用户采用搜索关键词“跨年演唱会”进行搜索,获取的搜索结果可以为与跨年演唱会相关的视频链接界面。如图3所示,引导图标可以为由文字“没有找到合适的,点我去吐槽”构成的图标,显示在当前搜索界面的下方。在用户触发引导图标的情况下,可以显示用于输入反馈信息的界面。
在一种可能的实现方式中,该方法还包括:在检测到针对当前搜索界面的滑动操作的情况下,隐藏引导图标。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,终端设备在针对当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标,若用户没有点击引导图标而滑动当前搜索界面以查看内容,则可以在例如引导图标显示第一时长后隐藏引导图标,以使得用户可以无遮挡地继续浏览当前搜索界面,提高用户的使用体验。

在步骤S401中,获取当前搜索界面的滑动距离。
在步骤S402中,在当前搜索界面的滑动距离大于或等于距离阈值的情况下,在当前搜索界面显示引导图标。
其中,当前搜索界面的滑动距离可以指当前搜索界面基于用户的滑动操作而移动(例如上移)的距离。距离阈值可以为预先设置的数值,在此不作限制。例如,可以在终端设备的应用中设置距离阈值,也可以从应用对应的服务器获取各个界面对应的距离阈值。
用户在浏览搜索界面的搜索结果等内容时,终端设备由于受到屏幕尺寸的限制可能无法展示完整搜索界面的内容,用户需要滑动屏幕以浏览完整搜索界面的内容。相关技术中,如果用户在浏览搜索界面的过程中想要进行反馈,例如发表评论、提出建议或二次搜索时,则需要滑动屏幕以在搜索界面中寻找反馈入口,在一定程度上阻碍了用户主动反馈的积极性,从而降低了提高应用使用体验的机会。
本实施例通过判断当前搜索界面的滑动距离是否大于或等于距离阈值,可以确定用户是否进行了滑动界面的操作,如果用户进行了滑动界面的操作,且滑动距离超过距离阈值,一方面可以认为用户没有在初始的搜索结果的显示界面中获取到自己想要获取的内容,需要滑动界面进行寻找,用户可能需要反馈信息以进行更准确的搜索,另一方面可以认为反馈入口已经滑出屏幕范围,用户无法直接输入反馈信息,在这种情况下,可提供引导图标使用户通过一键操作即到达输入反馈信息的界面以提交反馈信息,简化了用户操作,提高了用户体验,且有利于获得用户反馈以改善搜索结果。

作为本实施例的一个示例,若距离阈值为50mm,获取当前搜索界面的滑动距离为52mm,则在当前搜索界面显示引导图标。用户可以通过触发引导图标进入反馈界面。在进入反馈界面的同时,终端设备可以自动填充用户想要反馈的与反馈内容相关的信息(例如搜索关键词和用户账号等),从而减少用户输入,提高用户的使用体验。若用户没有点击引导图标而继续滑动当前搜索界面以查看内容,则可以在例如引导图标显示第一时长后隐藏引导图标,以使得用户可以无遮挡地继续浏览当前搜索界面,提高用户的使用体验。

音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口812为处理组件802和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到装置800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测装置800或装置800一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置800接触的存在或不存在,装置800方位或加速/减速和装置800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于装置800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信 号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由装置800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。
本公开可以是系统、方法和/或计算机程序产品。计算机程序产品可以包括计算机可读存储介质,其上载有用于使处理器实现本公开的各个方面的计算机可读程序指令。
计算机可读存储介质可以是可以保持和存储由指令执行设备使用的指令的有形设备。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是――但不限于――电存储设备、磁存储设备、光存储设备、电磁存储设备、半导体存储设备或者上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:便携式计算机盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、便携式压缩盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能盘(DVD)、记忆棒、软盘、机械编码设备、例如其上存储有指令的打孔卡或凹槽内凸起结构、以及上述的任意合适的组合。这里所使用的计算机可读存储介质不被解释为瞬时信号本身,诸如无线电波或者其他自由传播的电磁波、通过波导或其他传输媒介传播的电磁波(例如,通过光纤电缆的光脉冲)、或者通过电线传输的电信号。
这里所描述的计算机可读程序指令可以从计算机可读存储介质下载到各个计算/处理设备,或者通过网络、例如因特网、局域网、广域网和/或无线网下载到外部计算机或外部存储设备。网络可以包括铜传输电缆、光纤传输、无线传输、路由器、防火墙、交换机、网关计算机和/或边缘服务器。每个计算/处理设备中的网络适配卡或者网络接口从网络接收计算机可读程序指令,并转发该计算机可读程序指令,以供存储在各个计算/处理设备中的计算机可读存储介质中。
用于执行本公开操作的计算机程序指令可以是汇编指令、指令集架构(ISA)指令、机器指令、机器相关指令、微代码、固件指令、状态设置数据、或者以一种或多种编程语言的任意组合编写的源代码或目标代码,所述编程语言包括面向对象的编程语言—诸如Smalltalk、C++等,以及常规的过程式编程语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的编程语言。计算机可读程序指令可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络—包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。在一些实施例中,通过利用 计算机可读程序指令的状态信息来个性化定制电子电路,例如可编程逻辑电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或可编程逻辑阵列(PLA),该电子电路可以执行计算机可读程序指令,从而实现本公开的各个方面。

也可以把计算机可读程序指令加载到计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置、或其它设备上,使得在计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置或其它设备上执行一系列操作步骤,以产生计算机实现的过程,从而使得在计算机、其它可编程数据处理装置、或其它设备上执行的指令实现流程图和/或框图中的一个或多个方框中规定的功能/动作。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种反馈的响应方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户输入的反馈信息,其中,所述反馈信息是针对基于当前搜索关键词的搜索结果的反馈信息;
    向服务器发送所述反馈信息;
    接收所述服务器根据所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词返回的反馈结果;
    显示所述反馈结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述反馈结果包括基于所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词确定的建议搜索关键词,和/或基于所述反馈信息调整后的搜索结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在针对所述当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标;
    在所述引导图标被触发的情况下,显示用于输入所述反馈信息的界面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在针对所述当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标,包括:
    获取所述当前搜索界面的滑动距离;
    在所述当前搜索界面的滑动距离大于或等于距离阈值的情况下,在所述当前搜索界面显示所述引导图标。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到针对所述当前搜索界面向的滑动操作的情况下,隐藏所述引导图标。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取用户输入的反馈信息,包括:
    将所述用户输入的文字作为所述用户输入的反馈信息;和/或
    将所述用户选择的标签作为所述用户输入的反馈信息。
  7. 一种反馈的响应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    反馈信息获取模块,用于获取用户输入的反馈信息,其中,所述反馈信息是针对基于当前搜索关键词的搜索结果的反馈信息;
    反馈信息发送模块,用于向服务器发送所述反馈信息;
    反馈结果接收模块,用于接收所述服务器根据所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词返回的反馈结果;
    反馈结果显示模块,用于显示所述反馈结果。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反馈结果包括基于所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词确定的建议搜索关键词,和/或基于所述反馈信息调整后的搜索结果。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    引导图标显示模块,用于在针对所述当前搜索关键词的当前搜索界面显示引导图标;
    界面显示模块,用于在所述引导图标被触发的情况下,显示用于输入所述反馈信息的界面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导图标显示模块包括:
    滑动距离获取子模块,用于获取所述当前搜索界面的滑动距离;
    引导图标显示子模块,用于在所述当前搜索界面的滑动距离大于或等于距离阈值的情况下,在所述当前搜索界面显示所述引导图标。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    引导图标隐藏模块,用于在检测到针对所述当前搜索界面的滑动操作的情况下,隐藏所述引导图标。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反馈信息获取模块包括:
    第一反馈信息获取子模块,用于将所述用户输入的文字作为所述用户输入的反馈信息;和/或
    第二反馈信息获取子模块,用于将所述用户选择的标签作为所述用户输入的反馈信息。
  13. 一种反馈的响应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取用户输入的反馈信息,其中,所述反馈信息是针对基于当前搜索关键词的搜索结果的反馈信息;
    向服务器发送所述反馈信息;
    接收所述服务器根据所述反馈信息和所述当前搜索关键词返回的反馈结果;
    显示所述反馈结果。
  14. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的方法。
