本实施例中,通过器体1、复位拉环2、滑槽8、保险销4、连接头10、拆卸紧扣12、腔管13、转动手柄7、固定手柄5、转轴27、闭合手柄6、连接杆28、调节组件29、压杆26、推杆21、滑座22、伸缩弹簧31、滑块32、安装管14、仓头41、连接转板15、调节拨板11、推板25、齿条34、转轮33、钉座17和钉仓16的设置,可以方便进行将吻合器的组件进行安装使用,从而减少吻合器操作不当而造成手术操作失误的情况发生,提高了手术的缝合效果,以及可以在吻合器组件安装完成后,方便根据患者的伤口对吻合器的调度进行调节,从而提高吻合器的适用性,提高伤口手术的缝合效率。
具体的,调节组件29包括套筒2901、复位弹簧2902、限位滑杆2903、限位滑管2904、限位滑条2905和顶筒2906,套筒2901固定连接于器体1的内部,复位弹簧2902设置于套筒2901的内部,限位滑杆2903滑动连接于套筒2901的内部,限位滑管2904滑动连接于限位滑杆2903的表面,且限位滑管2904表面的齿槽与限位滑杆2903表面的齿板配合使用,顶筒2906设置限位滑管2904的内部,限位滑条2905安装于顶筒2906的表面,且限位滑条2905与限位滑管2904滑动连接,顶筒2906的齿槽与限位滑杆2903的齿牙配合使用,顶筒2906的一端与连接杆28固定连接。
本实施例中,通过套筒2901、复位弹簧2902、限位滑杆2903、限位滑管2904、限位滑条2905和顶筒2906的设置,可以方便控制闭合手柄6,从而更好地的控制钉座17进行闭合工作,提高了吻合器在手术过程中的控制强度。
具体的,安装管14的顶部固定连接有安装头23,安装卡块24的表面设置有安装卡块24,安装卡块24的数量为多个,且多个安装卡块24分布于安装头23的不同位置上,安装头23与腔管13之间卡合连接,且腔管13与拆卸紧扣12配合使用。
本实施例中,通过安装头23和安装卡块24的设置,可以方便将安装管14与腔管13进行安装卡接,提高安装管14组件安装和拆卸效率,节省工作时间。
具体的,钉仓16的一端固定连接有安装插块30,且安装插块30的数量为两个,安装插块30的表面开设有方槽35,方槽35的内部开设有凹槽36,凹槽36的内部安装有压缩弹簧37,且压缩弹簧37的数量为两个,安装插块30的表面设置有限位块38,且限位块38位于方槽35中,限位块38的表面设置有凸起39,凸起39位于凹槽36中,且凸起39的一侧与压缩弹簧37的一端固定连接,仓头41的表面设置有拆卸按钮40,且拆卸按钮40与限位块38配合使用。
本实施例中,通过安装插块30、方槽35、凹槽36、压缩弹簧37、限位块38、凸起39、仓头41和拆卸按钮40,可以方便将钉仓16与仓头41进行安装,方便根据不同的伤口替换不同的缝合钉仓16进行缝合,从而提高吻合器缝合的范围,提高手术的缝合效率。
具体的,钉仓16的表面开设有切割槽18,钉仓16的表面滑动连接有切割刀片19,且切割刀片19位于切割槽18中,切割刀片19一端的切头为弧形状,且切割刀片19的宽度与切割槽18一致。
本实施例中,通过切割槽18和切割刀片19的设置,可以对患者切割部位进行规律切割,避免在切割的过程中导致患者的切割伤口偏移,导致缝合效果不佳,从而增加患者的疼痛。
具体的,钉仓16的表面开设有出钉槽20,出钉槽20的数量为若干个,且出钉槽20对称分布与切割槽18的两侧,出钉槽20的内部设置有缝合钉。
本实施例中,通过出钉槽20的设置,可以对患者的伤口进行整齐的缝合,避免伤口两侧缝合不紧密,影响伤口的缝合效果。
具体的,复位拉环2表面的顶部固定连接有扣板3,扣板3的材质为硬性塑胶材质,且扣板3一侧的表面呈凹弧形。
本实施例中,通过扣板3的设置,可以在伤口缝合完成后,方便对扣板3进行复位移动,从而带动切割刀片19移动回原来的位置。
具体的,固定手柄5的表面设置有橡胶防护套,闭合手柄6的表面设置有波浪防滑纹,转动手柄7的表面等距设置有条纹。
本实施例中,通过固定手柄5表面的防护套、闭合手柄6表面的防滑纹和转动手柄7表面的条纹设置,可以增加使用者握持时的稳定性,提高使用者对吻合器的操控,提高了吻合器手术时的适用性。
使用时,首先将缝合组件中安装管14上连接的安装头23与腔管13进行对齐插入,此时安装头23表面设置的安装卡块24位于腔管13中,当安装头23完全插入腔管13中后,再将安装头23顺时针进行转动,此时安装卡块24与腔管13中的限位设备进行卡接,随后拆卸紧扣12向在连接头10的表面进行滑动扣紧,然后再根据伤口情况选择适合缝合使用的钉仓16,然后将钉仓16上的安装插块30插入至仓头41中进行安装固定,此时限位块38受压,向方槽35的内部进行滑动,凸起39则将压缩弹簧37进行压缩,当限位块38位于仓头41中拆卸按钮40的位置后,通过压缩弹簧37的反作用力将限位块38向外顶出进行限位,当进行缝合工作时,通过控制闭合手柄6带动压杆26进行转动,随之通过压杆26带动滑座22进行移动,此时推杆21带动滑块32在滑座22上进行滑动,通过滑块32的压力带动伸缩弹簧31进行伸缩,接着通过推杆21带动推板25进行移动,通过推板25表面的齿条34带动转轮33进行转动,随之对钉座17进行开合操控,然后根据手术需要,工作人员通过转动调节拨板11,带动仓头41进行水平角度的调节,且水平调节角度为45°,接着根据需要捏动转动手柄7,通过转动手柄7带动腔管13进行转动,则对缝合器的整体角度进行转动,直至与需要手术的伤口平行为止,当将吻合器夹持与伤口处后,将保险销4按下,再控制将切割刀片19在切割槽18中进行滑动切割,此时复位拉环2跟随切割刀片19的移动在滑槽8中进行滑动,当切割完成后,通过出钉槽20内部的缝合钉与钉座17的夹合,从而对伤口进行缝合,当对伤口完成缝合后,使用者通过扣板3将复位拉环2拉动进行复位,则通过复位拉环2将切割刀片19移动回原来的位置,再将吻合器移出即可。

  1. 一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:包括器体(1),所述器体(1)的表面滑动连接有复位拉环(2),所述器体(1)的表面开设有滑槽(8),所述复位拉环(2)的表面安装有滑销(9),且滑销(9)位于滑槽(8)中,所述器体(1)表面的一端设置有保险销(4),所述器体(1)的一端固定连接有连接头(10),所述连接头(10)的表面安装有拆卸紧扣(12),所述连接头(10)的内部安装有腔管(13),所述器体(1)的内部贯穿设置有转动手柄(7),且转动手柄(7)的一端与腔管(13)传动连接,所述器体(1)的底部固定连接有固定手柄(5),所述器体(1)的内部设置有转轴(27),所述转轴(27)表面的底部固定连接有闭合手柄(6),且闭合手柄(6)的一端贯穿至器体(1)的表面,所述器体(1)的内部安装有闭合手柄(6),所述闭合手柄(6)的表面固定连接有连接杆(28),所述连接杆(28)远离闭合手柄(6)的一端固定连接有调节组件(29),所述转轴(27)表面的顶部固定连接有压杆(26),所述腔管(13)的内部安装有推杆(21),且推杆(21)与压杆(26)配合使用,所述腔管(13)的内部安装有滑座(22),所述滑座(22)两端的表面均安装有伸缩弹簧(31),所述伸缩弹簧(31)远离滑座(22)的一端固定连接有滑块(32),所述滑块(32)的底部与滑座(22)的表面滑动连接,且滑块(32)的顶部与推杆(21)固定连接,所述腔管(13)的一端安装有安装管(14),所述安装管(14)一端的表面固定连接有连接转板(15),所述安装管(14)的一端安装有仓头(41),且仓头(41)的一端与连接转板(15)转动连接,所述连接头(10)的表面贯穿设置有调节拨板(11),且调节拨板(11)与仓头(41)配合使用,所述仓头(41)的内部滑动连接有推板(25),且推板(25)与推杆(21)配合使用,所述推板(25)的表面设置有齿条(34),所述仓头(41)的内部安装有转轮(33),所述转轮(33)的表面与齿条(34)的表面啮合,且转轮(33)的表面固定连接有钉座(17),所述仓头(41)的内部安装有钉仓(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述调节组件(29)包括套筒(2901)、复位弹簧(2902)、限位滑杆(2903)、限位滑管(2904)、限位滑条(2905)和顶筒(2906),所述套筒(2901)固定连接于器体(1)的内部,所述复位弹簧(2902)设置于套筒(2901)的内部,所述限位滑杆(2903)滑动连接于套筒(2901)的内部,所述限位滑管(2904)滑动连接于限位滑杆(2903)的表面,且限位滑管(2904)表面的齿槽与限位滑杆(2903)表面的齿板配合使用,所述顶筒(2906)设置限位滑管(2904)的内部,所述限位滑条(2905)安装于顶筒(2906)的表面,且限位滑条(2905)与限位滑管(2904)滑动连接,所述顶筒(2906)的齿槽与限位滑杆(2903)的齿牙配合使用,所述顶筒(2906)的一端与连接杆(28)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述安装管(14)的顶部固定连接有安装头(23),所述安装卡块(24)的表面设置有安装卡块(24),所述安装卡块(24)的数量为多个,且多个安装卡块(24)分布于安装头(23)的不同位置上,所述安装头(23)与腔管(13)之间卡合连接,且腔管(13)与拆卸紧扣(12)配合使用。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓(16)的一端固定连接有安装插块(30),且安装插块(30)的数量为两个,所述安装插块(30)的表面开设有方槽(35),所述方槽(35)的内部开设有凹槽(36),所述凹槽(36)的内部安装有压缩弹簧(37),且压缩弹簧(37)的数量为两个,所述安装插块(30)的表面设置有限位块(38),且限位块(38)位于方槽(35)中,所述限位块(38)的表面设置有凸起(39),所述凸起(39)位于凹槽(36)中,且凸起(39)的一侧与压缩弹簧(37)的一端固定连接,所述仓头(41)的表面设置有拆卸按钮(40),且拆卸按钮(40)与限位块(38)配合使用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓(16)的表面开设有切割槽(18),所述钉仓(16)的表面滑动连接有切割刀片(19),且切割刀片(19)位于切割槽(18)中,所述切割刀片(19)一端的切头为弧形状,且切割刀片(19)的宽度与切割槽(18)一致。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓(16)的表面开设有出钉槽(20),所述出钉槽(20)的数量为若干个,且出钉槽(20)对称分布与切割槽(18)的两侧,所述出钉槽(20)的内部设置有缝合钉。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种腔镜关节头切割吻合器及吻合通用组件,其特征在于:所述复位拉环(2)表面的顶部固定连接有扣板(3),所述扣板(3)的材质为硬性塑胶材质,且扣板(3)一侧的表面呈凹弧形。
