Abstract

The invention discloses a waterproof structure and a construction method of foundation pit support. Using the continuous wall in the foundation pit support as a part of the side wall of the basement not only thins the outer wall of the basement, but also directly uses the continuous wall as the outer formwork of the basement floor, basement floor slab and basement outer wall, so that the expansion force of them are effectively resisted in the process of pouring and setting. The flexible coiled material layer reduces the binding effect of the bottom of the foundation pit on the hydration heat of the mass concrete of the basement floor, provides a deformable space for the concrete at the bottom of the basement floor, makes the formed basement floor more flat, improve the structural strength of the outer wall of the basement, so it can avoid the protective layer, reduce the process and save man hours.

Description

Waterproof structure and construction method for Foundation Pit Support Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of construction engineering, in particular to a waterproof structure and construction method of foundation pit support.
Background
Subway is an important means of transportation in urban transportation network. At present, in order to ensure the safety of construction, during the construction of buildings close to the subway, the excavated foundation pit is protected by the continuous wall and internal support. The internal support adopts the form of reinforced concrete column. After the construction of the outer wall of the basement, the support is replaced and the internal support is removed. The construction steps are more, the construction period is longer, more materials are required, resulting in waste, and so huge human and material resources are needed.
At present, the reinforced concrete basement exterior wall structures such as "two wall superposition type" and "two wall combination type" can solve the problem of support removal and replacement, but due to the influence of temperature difference, concrete shrinkage and water and soil pressure, as well as various factors such as design, materials, concrete mix proportion and construction, according to the investigation, a large number of basement exterior wall structures have vertical and oblique through cracks and water leakage, which is difficult to repair in the later stage High cost.

The invention also provides a construction method of the waterproof structure above mentioned, which is constructed in the foundation pit with an underground continuous wall, comprising steps as follows:
(1) An inner formwork is erected on the inner side of the underground continuous wall to the foundation pit, and the inner formwork is parallel to the underground continuous wall and maintains a fixed spacing;
(2) Flexible coiled materials are laid at the bottom of the foundation pit;
(3) The basement-outer-wall formed by pouring concrete between the underground continuous wall and the inner formwork;
(4) Then the flexible coiled materials are poured with concrete to form the basement floor;
(5) The inner formwork is removed to obtain a waterproof structure composed of basement-bottom-plate, basement-outer-wall and layer of flexible coiled materials.
In some embodiments of the construction method, the step (3) also includes  a concealed beams erecting in the horizontal direction in the basement-outer-wall.
In some embodiments of the construction method, the concealed beam is formed by pouring concrete after laying a plurality of beam reinforcements. The concealed beam is formed by pouring concrete into the beam reinforcement between the underground continuous wall and the inner formwork after it is poured and formed on the outer wall of the basement.

    (5) the inner formwork is removed to obtain a waterproof structure composed of basement-bottom-plate, basement-outer-wall and layer of flexible  coiled materials.
  5. The construction method according to claim 4, wherein the step (3) also includes a concealed beams erecting in the horizontal direction in the basement-outer-wall.
  6. The construction method according to claim 5, wherein the concealed beam is formed by pouring concrete after laying a plurality of beam reinforcements.
  7. The construction method according to claim 6, comprising reinforcement process before pouring concrete in the step (3) , the reinforcement process is for the inner formwork: implant formwork reinforcement into the underground continuous wall, and the formwork reinforcement passes through the inner formwork and is fixed on the inner formwork with nuts and mountain shaped clamps.
  8. The construction method according to any one of claims 4-7, wherein the inner formwork is staggered and overlapped with the inner and outer double layers.
  9. The construction method according to claim 4, wherein the flexible coiled materials are flexible pre laid anti stick waterproof coiled materials.
