在一些实施例中,所述转盘装置还包括固定座,所述固定座安装在所述安装板上,所述固定座用于承载所述驱动件。增设的固定座能够将驱动件和安装板间隔开来,固定座能够缓冲一部分驱动件产生的震动,从而避免安装板出现较大震动的现象发生。所述固定座包括固定板和连接柱,所述固定板用于承载所述驱动件,所述连接柱的一端与所述固定板相连,另一端与所述安装板相连;其中:所述主动转盘位于所述固定板与所述安装板之间。将主动转盘设在固定板和安装板之间,缩小了安装板下方的尺寸,从而使得整个转盘装置的体积更小,有利于固化机的小型化设计。
在一些具体的实施例中,所述承载板上设有反射面,所述反射面用于反射固化灯的光线。由此能够进一步提升模型的固化效果,提升打印产品的质量。
本申请还公开了一种固化机,包括前文所述的转盘装置。
本申请的转盘装置的有益效果:由于承载板不与驱动件直接连接,采用磁力驱动结构将承载板与驱动件配合,无需在安装板上设置供转轴穿过的转轴孔结构,使得安装板就能够将固化机的打印模型的打印腔室和安装驱动简单的容纳腔室完全隔绝开来,避免了用户在放置未经二次固化的模型时会使模型未完全固化的残留树脂液及清理台面时的酒精很容易从转轴孔结构洒落进机器或底壳内部,从而导致机器或底壳内的设备故障的现象发生,并且能够使得承载板的安装和拆卸都非常方便。
本申请的固化机的有益效果:该固化机具有前文所述的转盘装置,使得承载板的安装和拆卸较为方便,且能够较好地避免用户在放置未经二次固化的模型时会使模型未完全固化的残留树脂液及清理台面时的酒精很容易从转轴孔结构洒落进机器或底壳内部,从而导致机器或底壳内的设备故障的现象发生。

实施例一:
下面参考图1-图3描述本申请实施例的转盘装置的具体结构。
本申请公开了一种转盘装置,如图1-图3所示,转盘装置包括安装板1、承载板2、主动转盘3、驱动件4、支撑盘5、转动连接件6和连接座7,承载板2位于安装板1的一侧,支撑盘5通过螺钉连接在承载板2朝向安装板1的一侧,支撑盘5上设有第一磁性件101,转动连接件6通过螺钉连接在支撑盘5上。连接座7套设在转动连接件6上,且安装通过螺钉连接在安装板1上。主动转盘3设在安装板1的另一侧,主动转盘3上设有与第一磁性件101对应设置的第二磁性件102,驱动件4为步进电机,驱动件4连接在安装板1上,且驱动件4的转轴与主动转盘3配合,驱动件4用于驱动主动转盘3转动。
可以理解的是,在实际工作的过程中,当3D打印机将模型打印完毕后,将3D打印的模型放置在承载板2上,开启固化灯及驱动件4,驱动件4驱动主动转盘3转动时,第二磁性件102随之转动,而在第二磁性件102转动时,在电磁效应的作用下与第二磁性件102对应设置的第一磁性件101也会转动,第一磁性件101转动过程中就能够带动支撑盘5以及承载板2转动。承载板2转动 过程中,固化灯能够对模型进行无死角的二次固化。本实施例的驱动件4并没有直接与承载板2相连,而是通过第一磁性件101和第二磁性件102的相互作用驱动承载板2转动,这种间接驱动结构无需在安装板1上设置供转轴穿过的转轴孔。如图4所示,如图4所示,安装板1将固化机的固化模型的固化空间(底壳100的上方空间)和安装驱动件4和主动转盘3的容纳腔室(底壳100内部的空间)完全隔绝开来(如图4所示),较好地避免了用户将未经二次固化的模型放置在承载板2上时时会使模型未完全固化的残留树脂液及清理台面时的酒精很容易从供转轴穿过的转轴孔洒落进机器或底壳100内部,从而导致机器或底壳100内的设备故障的现象发生。与此同时,由于承载板2可转动地设在安装板1的上侧且不与驱动件4直接连接,使得承载板2的安装和拆卸都非常方便。此外,通过转动连接件6和连接座7作为承载板2和安装板1之间的可转动连接结构,避免了安装板1以及承载板2生设有额外的凸起或者凹槽的结构,简化了安装板1和承载板2的结构,方便了安装板1和承载板2上的制造,还能够避免用户清洁过程中杂物残留在安装板1或者承载板2上的现象发生。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第二磁性件102可以为永磁体也可以是电磁体,第一磁性件101可以是永磁体、电磁体或者能够与永磁体和电磁体吸附的铁质零件。
优选的,第一磁性件101为多个,多个第一磁性件101沿转动连接件6的周向均匀间隔分布。第二磁性件102也为多个,多个第二磁性件102和多个第一磁性件101一一对应设置。可以理解的是,第一磁性件101和第二磁性件102均为多个,当主动转盘3带动多个第二磁性件102转动时,能够确保多个第一磁性件101随之转动,从而保证主动转盘3转动过程中承载板2能够稳定地转 动,确保了固化机的工作可靠性。
优选的,如图3所示,连接座7内设有轴承8,轴承8套设在转动连接件6上。可以理解的是,驱动件4带动主动转盘3从而驱动承载板2转动的过程中,连接座7和转动连接件6之间会发生相对转动,在二者之间设置轴承8能够降低连接座7和转动连接件6之间的摩擦,既能够延长连接座7和转动连接件6的寿命,还能够提升传动效率,确保承载板2稳定地转动。这里需要额外说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,轴承8可以根据实际需要选择类型,在此不对轴承8的具体型号做出限定。
更为优选的,如图2-图3所示,连接座7包括安装部71和连接部72,轴承8安装在安装部71内且通过穿设在安装部71上的锁紧件103锁紧,连接部72通过螺钉连接在安装板1上,转动连接件6包括止抵部61和插接部62,止抵部61通过螺钉连接在支撑盘5上,插接部62插接在轴承8的内圈内。在实际安装轴承8时,只需要将轴承8放入安装部71内并且采用锁紧件103锁紧,然后将转动连接件6插接在轴承8内圈内即可。而在拆卸过程中,只需要经将锁紧件103松开,将转动连接件6拔出即可,从而方便了用户安装和拆卸连接座7和轴承8。优选的,锁紧件103为螺钉。
优选的,承载板2上设有反射面,反射面用于反射固化灯的光线,由此能够进一步提升模型的固化效果,提升打印产品的质量。
可选的,如图2所示,第一磁性件101上设有第一固定孔,第一磁性件101通过配合在第一固定孔内的第一固定件固定在支撑盘5上。在安装过程中,只需要将第一固定件穿过第一固定孔然后锁入支撑盘5上即可,这种采用第一固定件固定第一磁性件101的结构,既保证了第一磁性件101相对与支撑盘5的连接稳定性,又能够简化第一磁性件101和支撑盘5的连接结构,方便了用户 安装以及更换第一磁性件101。在本实施例中,第一固定件可以选用螺钉或者销钉,具体可以根据实际需要选择。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,第一磁性件101还可以通过粘接等连接方式连接,或者第一磁性件101设有固定柱,支撑盘5上设有与固定柱配合的固定柱孔等方式连接,并不限于本实施例的第一固定件固定的连接方式。
可选的,如图2所示,第二磁性件102上设有第二固定孔,第二磁性件102通过配合在第二固定孔内的第二固定件固定在主动转盘3上。在安装过程中,只需要将第二固定件穿过第二固定孔然后锁入主动转盘3上即可,这种采用第二固定件固定第二磁性件102的结构,既保证了第二磁性件102相对与主动转盘3的连接稳定性,又能够简化第二磁性件102和主动转盘3的连接结构,方便了用户安装以及更换第二磁性件102。在本实施例中,第二固定件可以选用螺钉或者销钉,具体可以根据实际需要选择。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,第二磁性件102还可以通过粘接等连接方式连接,或者第二磁性件102设有固定柱,主动转盘3上设有与固定柱配合的固定柱孔等方式连接,并不限于本实施例的第二固定件固定的连接方式。
进一步地,如图1所示,转盘装置还包括固定座9,固定座9包括固定板91和连接柱92,固定板91用于承载驱动件4,连接柱92的一端与固定板91相连,另一端与安装板1相连,主动转盘3位于固定板91与安装板1之间。可以理解的是,如果将驱动件4直接固定在安装板1上,驱动件4工作时产生的震动会使得安装板1也产生较大的震动,从而不利于转盘装置的正常工作。增设的固定座9能够将驱动件4和安装板1间隔开来,固定座9能够缓冲一部分驱动件4产生的震动,从而避免安装板1出现较大震动的现象发生。与此同时,将主动转盘3设在固定板91和安装板1之间,缩小了安装板1下方的尺寸,从 而使得整个转盘装置的体积更小,有利于固化机的小型化设计。
优选的,固定座9上设有减震垫10。减震垫10能够降低驱动件4工作过程中产生的震动,从而避免驱动件4震动导致的主动转盘3以及承载板2震动的现象发生,确保了固化机的工作稳定性。
实施例二:
本实施例的转盘装置与实施一的结构大致相同,所不同的是,在本实施例中,转动连接件6直接通过螺钉连接在承载板2上,第一磁性件101通过螺钉固定在承载板2上,且环绕转动连接件6设置。
实施例三:
下面参考图4描述本申请一个具体实施例的固化机的结构
本申请还公开了一种固化机,如图4所示,固化机包括前文的底壳100、转盘装置、立柱200,底壳100的上端敞开设置,转盘装置的安装板1扣合在底壳100的敞开端,立柱200的下端连接在安装板上,立柱200上设有多个固化灯300,多个固化灯300沿竖直方向间隔设置,立柱200上还设有可沿立柱200升降的打印平台400。
本实施例的固化机的工作流程为:当3D打印机将模型打印完毕后,将3D打印的模型放置在承载板2上,开启固化灯300及驱动件4,驱动件4驱动主动转盘3转动,使得第二磁性件102随之转动,而在第二磁性件102转动时,在电磁效应的作用下与第二磁性件102对应设置的第一磁性件101也会转动,第一磁性件101转动过程中就能够带动支撑盘5以及承载板2转动。而承载板2转动为了让模型接受全角度的光照以完成二次固化过程,保证效果,经固化达到相关的强度要求。
该固化机具有前文所述的转盘装置,在安装过程中,主动转盘3、驱动件4及固定座9等结构安装在安装板1的下方,而将承载板2、支撑盘5、转动连接件6及连接座7等结构安装在安装板1上方。安装完成后将整个转盘装置放在底壳100上,将底壳100和安装板1固定。安装板1将主动转盘3、驱动件4及固定座9等结构封装在底壳100内部,承载板2支撑盘5、转动连接件6及连接座7等结构裸露在外,使得承载板2的安装和拆卸较为方便,且避免了用户在放置未经二次固化的模型时会使模型未完全固化的残留树脂液及清理台面时的酒精很容易从转轴孔洒落进机器或底壳100内部,从而导致机器或底壳100内的设备故障的现象发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种转盘装置,其特征在于,包括:
    安装板(1);
    承载板(2),可拆卸且可转动地安装在所述安装板(1)的一侧,所述承载板(2)上设有第一磁性件(101);
    主动转盘(3),设于所述安装板(1)的另一侧,所述主动转盘(3)上设有与所述第一磁性件(101)对应设置的第二磁性件(102);
    驱动件(4),与所述主动转盘(3)驱动连接,所述驱动件(4)用于驱动所述主动转盘(3)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述转盘装置还包括:
    转动连接件(6),所述转动连接件(6)连接在所述承载板(2)上;
    连接座(7),所述连接座(7)套设在所述转动连接件(6)上,且安装在所述安装板(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述转盘装置还包括支撑盘(5),所述支撑盘(5)连接在所述承载板(2)朝向所述安装板(1)的一侧,所述第一磁性件(101)及所述转动连接件(6)安装在所述支撑盘上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(101)为多个,多个所述第一磁性件(101)沿所述转动连接件(6)的周向均匀间隔分布,且每个所述第一磁性件(101)上设有第一固定孔,所述第一磁性件(101)通过配合在所述第一固定孔内的第一固定件固定在所述支撑盘(5)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述连接座(7)内设有轴承(8),所述轴承(8)套设在所述转动连接件(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述连接座(7)包括安装部(71)和连接部(72),所述轴承(8)安装在所述安装部(71)内且通过穿设在所述 安装部(71)上的锁紧件(103)锁紧,所述连接部(72)连接在所述安装板(1)上;
    所述转动连接件(6)包括止抵部(61)和插接部(62),所述止抵部(61)连接在所述支撑盘(5)上,所述插接部(62)插接在所述轴承(8)的内圈内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述第二磁性件(102)上设有第二固定孔,所述第二磁性件(102)通过配合在所述第二固定孔内的第二固定件固定在所述主动转盘(3)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述转盘装置还包括固定座(9),所述固定座(9)安装在所述安装板(1)上,所述固定座(9)用于承载所述驱动件(4);其中:
    所述固定座(9)包括固定板(91)和连接柱(92),所述固定板(91)用于承载所述驱动件(4),所述连接柱(92)的一端与所述固定板(91)相连,另一端与所述安装板(1)相连;所述主动转盘(3)位于所述固定板(91)与所述安装板(1)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的转盘装置,其特征在于,所述承载板(2)上设有反射面,所述反射面用于反射固化灯的光线。
  10. 一种固化机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的转盘装置。
