Abstract

一种背光模组,包含第一框架(10)、导光板(20)、发光单元(30)、反射片(40)及至少一限位件(50),导光板(20)承置于第一框架(10)上并接收发光单元(30)所发出的光线,反射片(40)具有平面部(41)及设于平面部(41)的至少一折弯部(42),平面部(41)设于第一框架(10)与导光板(20)之间,限位件(50)邻设于导光板(20)的边缘并与导光板(20)之间形成有间隙,折弯部(42)伸置于间隙中,部分的折弯部(42)能抵靠限位件(50)而与导光板(20)的边缘形成有夹角(θ),本申请通过限位件(50)将折弯部(42)限位,使夹角(θ)维持在预设范围中,因此折弯部(42)能有效地反射光线,且若导光板(20)及反射片(40)发生胀缩,通过间隙的设计能避免折弯部(42)受挤压而变形。

Description

背光模组及显示器 技术领域
本申请涉及一种背光模组,尤指包含限位件以将反射片的折弯部限位的背光模组,及包含所述背光模组的显示器。
背景技术
现今的侧光式背光模组通常包含有背板、设于背板边缘的发光组件及导光板,所述导光板设于背板并具有出光面,当所述发光组件对所述导光板投光时,所述导光板会传导光线,以使光线从所述出光面射出,而为了提升光线利用率,所述导光板的与所述出光面相对的另一面会设有反射片,所述反射片的边缘具有折弯部,所述折弯部会贴附于所述导光板的侧缘以反射光线。
所述折弯部通常是在无胶的情况下直接贴平于所述导光板,或是藉由光学胶贴附于所述导光板,惟当经过一段时间后,所述光学胶的黏性会因化学成分发生变化而减弱,此时,所述折弯部会受残留应力的影响,而从所述导光板的侧缘剥离,并与所述导光板的侧缘形成夹角,且所述夹角会随着残留应力的作用而逐渐加大,使得所述反射片的折弯部无法有效反射光线,造成所述侧光式背光模组的光线利用率下降,因此仍有改善的空间。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供背光模组,希藉此改善现今反射片的折弯部,当未能贴平于导光板侧缘或是黏性减弱而发生剥离时,无法有效反射光线的问题。
为达成前述公开的目的,本申请背光模组包含:
第一框架,其具有底框部;
导光板,其承置于该第一框架的该底框部上;
发光单元,该导光板接收该发光单元所发出的光线;
反射片,其具有平面部及至少一折弯部,该平面部设于该底框部与该导光板之间,所述折弯部设于该平面部;及
至少一限位件,其邻设于该导光板的边缘,且所述限位件与该导光板之间形成有间隙,所述折弯部伸置于该间隙之中,部分的所述折弯部能抵靠所述限位件,而与该导光板的边缘之间形成有夹角。
为达成前述公开的目的,本申请另提供一显示器,其包含:
如前所述的背光模组;以及
显示面板,其位于该导光板的与该反射片相对的另一侧。
本申请背光模组的反射片的折弯部位于该导光板的边缘与所述限位件之间,当该发光单元对该导光板投光时,该反射片能反射从该导光板泄漏的光线,且所述折弯部抵靠所述限位件,因此所述折弯部与该导光板的边缘之间的夹角的角度能维持在预设范围中,使所述折弯部能有效地反射光线,此外,若该导光板及该反射片受温度影响而有胀缩的情形,由于所述限位件与该导光板之间形成有所述间隙,能避免所述折弯部受该导光板及所述限位件挤压而变形,以维持所述折弯部反射光线的效果,有效避免所述背光模组及显示器的光线利用率下降。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图5,为本申请背光模组的多种较佳实施例,其包含第一框架10、导光板20、发光单元30、反射片40及至少一限位件50。
如图1至图5所示,该第一框架10具有底框部11,该导光板20承置于该第一框架10的该底框部11上,该导光板20接收该发光单元30所发出的光线,该反射片40具有平面部41及至少一折弯部42,该平面部41设于该底框部11与该导光板20之间,所述折弯部42设于该平面部41,该反射片40能反射光线,另外,依据所述背光模组应用的产品的设计,该反射片40能具有多个所述折弯部42,该多个折弯部42沿该平面部41的多个边缘环绕该平面部41,以提供较佳的防漏光效果。
如图2至图5所示,所述限位件50邻设于该导光板20的边缘,且所述限位件50与该导光板20之间形成有间隙,所述折弯部42伸置于该间隙之中,部分的所述折弯部42能抵靠所述限位件50,而与该导光板20的边缘之间形成有夹角θ,藉由抵靠所述限位件50的设计,所述夹角θ的角度能维持在预设范围中,使所述折弯部42能有效地反射光线,避免所述背光模组发生漏光的情形,其中,所述夹角θ的角度范围较佳地是介于10~15度之间,包含端点值,以达到较佳的反射效果。
另外,在组装所述背光模组时,所述折弯部42能直接抵靠所述限位件50而受到限位,或是将所述折弯部42藉由布胶而黏贴于该导光板20的边缘,当胶黏性减弱而使所述折弯部42从该导光板20边缘剥离时,所述折弯部42才会接触到所述限位件50。
此外,若该导光板20及该反射片40受温度影响而有胀缩的情形,并因此推挤到该反射片40的折弯部42时,由于所述限位件50与该导光板20之间形成有所述间隙,使得所述折弯部42能移动,以避免受该导光板20及所述限位件50挤压而变形,藉此维持所述折弯部42反射光线的效果,较佳地,所述折弯部42朝远离该导光板20的方向斜向延伸,所述限位件50具有供所述折弯部42抵靠接触的抵靠面51,且该抵靠面51不平行于所述折弯部42,以避免所述折弯部42与所述限位件50的抵靠面51 发生面接触,而使所述折弯部42没有空间移动的情形。
本申请背光模组具有多种型态,供厂商依所述背光模组应用的产品尺寸或生产成本等需求而选择,在本申请背光模组的第一种较佳实施例中,所述限位件50设于该第一框架10的底框部11,如图1所示,所述限位件50具有相对的连接端52及抵靠端53,部分的所述折弯部42能抵靠该抵靠端53的抵靠面51,且该连接端52的宽度与该抵靠端53的宽度相等,从而能便于制造并降低生产成本;另如图2所示,该连接端52的宽度较佳地大于该抵靠端53的宽度,从而能有效提升所述限位件50的结构强度。
如图3所示,在本申请的第二种较佳实施例中,该第一框架10还能具有至少一边框部12,所述边框部12设于该底框部11,所述限位件50设于该第一框架10的边框部12,并朝该导光板20延伸,且该抵靠面51不平行于所述折弯部42,以避免所述折弯部42与所述限位件50的抵靠面51发生面接触。
如图4及图5所示,在本申请背光模组的第三种较佳实施例中,该背光模组能包含第二框架60,该第二框架60具有顶部61及至少一侧部62,该导光板20位于该顶部61与该底框部11之间,所述侧部62设于该第一框架10的边框部12的外围,且所述限位件50设于该第二框架60的顶部61,并能供所述折弯部42抵靠,且该抵靠面51不平行于所述折弯部42,以避免所述折弯部42与所述限位件50的抵靠面51发生面接触。而在本实施例中,所述限位件50的连接端52及抵靠端53的宽度仍能依需求做变化,且无论是在前述的何种实施例中,所述限位件50皆能达到将该反射片40的折弯部42限位的效果。
此外,依本申请应用的产品的设计,所述限位件50能沿该导光板20的边缘延伸并呈长条状,以提供所述折弯部42较佳的限位强度,或所述背光模组能包含多个所述限位件50,该多个限位件50沿该反射片40的折弯部42间隔排列,从而能在降低生产成本的同时,提供所述折弯部42足够的限位强度。
再者,所述限位件50能以黏合、锁固等可拆装的固定方式设置于该第一框架10或该第二框架60,以便在维护所述背光模组时能拆装更换, 也能与该第一框架10或该第二框架60一体成形而制成,以减少所述背光模组的组装作业时间,并能提升所述限位件50的结构强度。
请参阅图6及图7,为本申请显示器的一种较佳实施例,其包含如前述的背光模组及显示面板70,该显示面板70位于该导光板20的与该反射片40相对的另一侧,并能依产品的设计而选择设置于该第二框架60的顶部61,或直接设于该第一框架10上。
综上所述,即便所述折弯部42未能贴平于该导光板20的侧缘或是黏性减弱而产生剥离,都可以通过所述限位件50而限位,使所述折弯部42与该导光板20的边缘之间的夹角θ的角度能维持在预设范围中,以避免所述折弯部42的倾斜角度过大,使所述折弯部42能有效地反射光线,从而提升光线利用率。除此之外,还可以省略所述折弯部42的布胶,达到节省成本的技术效果,另外,也因为省略布胶,所以该反射片40可以方便重工,降低重工的工时以及该反射片40的损耗率。若该导光板20及该反射片40受温度影响而有胀缩的情形时,由于所述限位件50与该导光板20之间形成有所述间隙,能避免所述折弯部42受该导光板20及所述限位件50挤压而变形,以维持所述折弯部42反射光线的效果,有效避免所述背光模组及显示器的光线利用率下降。

  1. 一种背光模组,包含:
    第一框架,其具有底框部;
    导光板,其承置于该第一框架的该底框部上;
    发光单元,该导光板接收该发光单元所发出的光线;
    反射片,其具有平面部及至少一折弯部,该平面部设于该底框部与该导光板之间,所述折弯部设于该平面部;及
    至少一限位件,其邻设于该导光板的边缘,且所述限位件与该导光板之间形成有间隙,所述折弯部伸置于该间隙之中,部分的所述折弯部能抵靠所述限位件,而与该导光板的边缘之间形成有夹角。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中所述限位件设于该第一框架的底框部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中所述限位件具有相对的连接端及抵靠端,该连接端设于该第一框架的底框部,部分的所述折弯部能抵靠该抵靠端,该连接端的宽度大于该抵靠端的宽度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中该第一框架还具有至少一边框部,所述边框部设于该底框部,所述限位件设于该第一框架的边框部,并朝该导光板延伸。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中该第一框架还具有至少一边框部,所述边框部设于该底框部,该背光模组包含第二框架,该第二框架具有顶部及至少一侧部,该导光板位于该顶部与该底框部之间,所述侧部设于该第一框架的边框部的外围,且所述限位件设于该第二框架的顶部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中所述限位件具有相对的连接端及抵靠端,该连接端设于该第二框架的顶部,部分的所述折弯部能抵靠该抵靠端,该连接端的宽度大于该抵靠端的宽度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中所述背光模组包含多个所述限位件,该多个限位件沿该反射片的折弯部间隔排列。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的背光模组,其中所述折弯部朝远 离该导光板的方向斜向延伸,所述限位件具有供所述折弯部抵靠接触的抵靠面,且该抵靠面不平行于所述折弯部。
  9. 一种显示器,其包含:
    如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的背光模组;以及
    显示面板,其位于导光板的与反射片相对的另一侧。
