Abstract
La présente invention porte sur une matrice de formulation pour obtenir des produits expansés à base de caoutchouc naturel qui comprend des microsphères et de l'éthyl-vinyl-acétate (EVA) et sur son procédé d'obtention. Les produits obtenus à partir de ladite matrice de formulation ont des finis achevés après la vulcanisation ne nécessitant pas d'étapes supplémentaires de post-traitement. Parmi les produits de caoutchouc expansé qui peuvent être obtenus à partir de la matrice décrite ici, on trouve des semelles, des tuyaux, des sandales, des semelles intérieures et d'autres articles en caoutchouc, qui sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils ont une faible densité et une gravité spécifique de 0,5 à 0,75. 10
