Description

正畸矫治器 技术领域
本申请涉及牙齿矫治技术领域,特别地涉及一种正畸矫治器。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提升以及医疗技术的进步,人们不但要活得健康,也要变得更有自信,大多数的人认为拥有整齐的齿列也是变得更有自信的来源之一。然而,许多人因为先天因素或后天因素导致牙齿不整齐而感到困扰。不整齐的牙齿不仅会影响脸部美观,也会使人缺乏自信心,更进一步地,不整齐的牙齿更有可能会导致牙齿和牙周组织的健康。因此,许多人借由牙齿正畸矫正技术,将不整齐的牙齿矫正成整齐的齿列。
通常,在牙齿矫正过程中,会使用正畸矫治器来协助牙齿矫正治疗。传统的正畸矫治器是托槽和弓丝的组合。其治疗过程为:患者的牙齿经由诊断及评估后,医生会将正畸托槽固定于患者的牙齿上,然后,利用托槽来串接弓丝,从而借助弓丝的弹性回复力来移动牙齿。然而,传统的固定矫治器美观度低,佩戴舒适度差,在进食时易将托槽咬掉,给患者的生活带来了一定的不便。
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始采用隐形正畸矫治器进行治疗。隐形矫治器使用透明材料,在外观上不容易看出,通过完全覆盖牙冠固定在牙齿上,同时通过矫治器形变的回弹力作用于整个牙冠,移动牙齿。尽管隐形矫治器通过粘接于牙面的附件增加固位力与矫治力,但仍更多的依靠对牙冠的完全包裹。定制的隐形矫治器不用金属丝拉紧牙齿,也不会引起口腔内的磨损与不适感,与托槽弓丝矫治相比,可以减少疼痛感。同时,隐形矫治器区别于固定矫治器的另一大特征即为,患者可以随时摘下矫治器,因此在治疗期间患者可以正常进食及清洁牙齿有利于口腔卫生的保持。
然而,对于依从性不高的青少年患者、或外出就餐频繁的成年患者,进食前 后的摘带同样会给生活带来不便。例如,如果患者佩戴矫治器进食,由于隐形矫治器完全覆盖牙冠,食物残渣残留在矫治器与牙齿之间,将损害牙体及牙周健康。而如果减少隐形矫治器的覆盖面积,使得矫治器仅覆盖少量牙面,同时患者仍可自由拆戴,则可以减少摘带次数,同时暴露隐形正畸的优势。但隐形矫治器通过完全覆盖牙冠进行固位及加力,如减少覆盖面积,则矫治器的固位力大大减弱,极易脱离牙齿,无法实现对牙齿的控制。
发明内容
为了解决或至少部分地解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种正畸矫治器,包括:至少一个固定部件,固定部件贴附于若干个待矫治牙齿的表面;固定部件上设有第一连接件;
矫治部件,矫治部件上设有与第一连接件相适配的第二连接件,第二连接件与第一连接件彼此卡合以形成过盈配合,使矫治部件可拆卸地连接在固定部件上;
矫治部件由自身弹性力作用于待矫治牙齿,以实现对牙齿的移动控制。
可选地,矫治部件上还设置有容纳腔,第二连接件位于容纳腔内,以使容纳腔至少部分包裹固定部件。
可选地,容纳腔完全包裹固定部件。
可选地,容纳腔包裹至少部分牙齿。
可选地,第一连接件为凹槽,凹槽的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大;或者,第一连接件的槽壁具有粗糙表面;或者,第一连接件的槽壁上设置有多道凸棱。
可选地,凹槽具有至少两个凹部。

本申请的实施方式借助于固定部件实现对矫治部件相对于牙齿的固定,通过将固定部件贴设于牙齿表面,再将矫治部件与固定部件卡合,增强了矫治部件与牙齿的固定,而且使得矫治器本体实现了随时的可拆卸连接,易于清洁,提高了 使用上的便利性。本申请相对于现有技术而言,通过改变矫治器的固位方式,由完全包裹固位改为过盈卡合固位,使在不减小固位力的前提下减少矫治器在牙冠的覆盖面积成为可能。同时,本申请可以针对仅个别牙齿进行矫正,无需将矫治器完全包裹于所有牙冠上,如此一来,不仅降低了材料成本,而且方便了医生的安装和患者的使用,极大地提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本申请进行详细说明。
隐形矫治器通过完全覆盖牙冠固定在牙齿上,同时通过矫治器形变的回弹力作用于整个牙冠,移动牙齿。尽管隐形矫治器通过粘接于牙面的附件增加固位力与矫治力,但仍更多的依靠对牙冠的完全包裹。而如果患者佩戴矫治器进食,由于隐形矫治器完全覆盖牙冠,食物残渣残留在矫治器与牙齿之间,损害牙体及牙周健康。
如减少隐形矫治器的覆盖面积,使得矫治器仅覆盖少量牙面,同时患者仍可自由拆戴,则可以减少摘带次数,同时暴露隐形正畸的优势。但隐形矫治器通过完全覆盖牙冠进行固位及加力,如减少覆盖面积,则矫治器的固位力大大减弱,极易脱离牙齿,无法实现对牙齿的控制。
有鉴于此,本申请的实施方式提出了正畸矫治器的一些结构形式,通过改变矫治器的固位方式,由完全包裹固位改为过盈卡合固位,使减少矫治器在牙冠的覆盖面积成为可能,同时可以针对仅个别牙齿进行矫正,无需将矫治器完全包裹于所有牙冠上。
实施方式一
有鉴于此,本申请的第一实施方式提出了一种正畸矫治器,参见图1所示,这一正畸矫治器通常包括:固定部件1和矫治部件2,其中固定部件1用于连接待矫正待矫治牙齿3和矫治部件2,通过固定部件1,矫治部件2可针对性地对待矫正待矫治牙齿3进行正畸,当矫治部件2与待矫正待矫治牙齿3固定后,主要利用矫治部件2自身的弹性作用于待矫治牙齿3,使待矫治牙齿3得到正畸,而且拆卸方便。
具体地,参见图1至图4所示,正畸矫治器包括:
至少一个固定部件1,固定部件1贴附于若干个待矫治牙齿3的表面;固定部件1上设有一第一连接件11;
矫治部件2,矫治部件2上设有与第一连接件11相适配的第二连接件21,第二连接件21与第一连接件11彼此卡合以形成过盈配合,使矫治部件2可拆卸地连接在固定部件1上;
矫治部件2由自身弹性力作用于待矫治牙齿3,以实现对待矫治牙齿3的正畸。
固定部件1贴附于若干个待矫治牙齿3的表面,可以理解地,需要矫正的待矫治牙齿3的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个,而固定部件1的一面贴设在一个或多个待矫正的待矫治牙齿3的表面。这里的表面,可以是待矫治牙齿3靠近嘴 唇的一表面,也可以是待矫治牙齿3靠近舌头的一表面,只要能够达到固定部件1的贴设目的即可,贴设的具体位置并不进行限定。当然,固定部件1也可以设置多个,例如,当待矫正的数颗待矫治牙齿3并不是相互毗邻时,为了不给其他正常待矫治牙齿3带来负担,造成患者的不适,可间隔地使用多个固定部件1,或者令矫治部件2越过中间的一些固定部件1而不进行连接。即固定部件1仅贴附于待矫正待矫治牙齿3,而矫治部件2通过固定部件1与待矫治牙齿3进行来连接,以实现对待矫正待矫治牙齿3进行正畸的目的。也就是说,通过该种连接固定方式,可实现矫治器仅针对需要矫正的一颗或多颗待矫治牙齿3进行正畸的目的,当多颗待矫正待矫治牙齿3不是位于毗邻位置时,不需要将多颗待矫正待矫治牙齿3之间的正常待矫治牙齿3包覆在其中,极大地提高了矫正精度和患者的舒适度。
可以理解地的是,由于固定部件1直接贴附在待矫治牙齿3的表面,是与待矫治牙齿3直接接触的,因此,固定部件1与待矫治牙齿3之间的粘合剂只要是对牙齿无影响即可。例如,固定部件1与待矫治牙齿3之间的粘合剂可以为正畸非调拌型粘接剂、光固化正畸粘接剂、双糊剂化学固化正畸粘接剂、树脂增强型玻璃离子等中的任意一种或多种组合。
具体地,矫治部件2和固定部件1为可拆卸连接,固定部件1设有第一连接件11,矫治部件2朝向固定部件1的一侧设有与第一连接件11相适配的第二连接件21,且二者进行过盈配合,即完成矫治部件2和固定部件1的可拆卸连接。同时,可以理解地,要实现二者的可拆卸连接也即第二连接件21和第一连接件11的过盈配合,第二连接件21或第一连接件11可以采用具有一定硬度的弹性材料制成。矫治部件2本身需具有一定的弹性,同时,为确保其回复力能够作用于待矫正待矫治牙齿3,因此矫治部件2还可以具有相应的硬度。过盈配合使得矫治器本体实现了随时的可拆卸连接,易于清洁,提高了使用上的便利性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,如图1所示,矫治部件2仅连接在固定部件1上,使得矫治部件2更佳便于医者进行安装。在另一些实施方式中,如图2所示,矫治部件2也可以包裹固定部件1,如此一来,正畸过程中矫治部件2的矫治力的作用范围更大,与固定部件1的连接和配合更紧密。其中,矫治部件2可以如图3所示,部分地包裹于待矫治牙齿3,也可以如图4所示,矫治部件2完全地包 裹待矫治牙齿3。借助于对矫治部件2的包裹程度的调整,能够兼顾回复力的作用和矫治部件2的装卸便利度,使正畸效果更佳,患者体验更好。
可以理解的是,根据所需要矫治的牙齿或义齿的数量或位置,可以制作一套或多套固定部件1,通过替换来配合使用。同理,矫治部件2也制作一套或多套,进行替换配合使用。例如,口腔内需要矫治的牙齿的部位有两处,一处需要矫治的牙齿有两颗,另一处需要矫治的牙齿有三颗,我们根据需要制作两套正畸矫治器,两套矫治器配合使用,极大的提升了患者的使用体验。
如图4所示,矫治部件2上还设置有容纳腔22,第二连接件21位于容纳腔22内,以使容纳腔22至少部分包裹固定部件1。容纳腔22包裹至少部分待矫治牙齿3。
进一步地,为确保矫治部件2作用于待矫正待矫治牙齿3时的稳定性,本申请在矫治部件2设置有容纳腔22,且第二连接件21位于容纳腔22内。如此,当第二连接件21卡入第一连接件11时,可使固定部件1至少部分位于容纳腔22内,增强固定部件1与矫治部件2的稳定性。同时,容纳腔22还包裹至少部分待矫正待矫治牙齿3,增加矫治部件2与待矫治牙齿3的接触面积,可提高对待矫正待矫治牙齿3的矫正精度。当然,为进一步增强矫治部件2与对待矫正待矫治牙齿3连接的稳定性和矫正精度,容纳腔22可完全包裹待矫正待矫治牙齿3的外侧,使待矫正待矫治牙齿3得到快速修复和正畸。
具体地,容纳腔22的形状及尺寸对应于患者的待矫正待矫治牙齿3的形状及尺寸。于实际中,容纳腔22的形状可根据患者的待矫治牙齿3的形状而设计,也就是说,当固定部件1贴设于待矫治牙齿3的外表面(朝向嘴唇的一面)时,容纳腔22的朝向待矫治牙齿3的一面的形状可对应患者的待矫治牙齿3的外侧表面的形状,当固定部件1贴设于待矫治牙齿3的内侧表面(朝向舌头的一面)时,容纳腔22的朝向待矫治牙齿3的形状可对应患者的待矫治牙齿3的内侧表面的形状。此外,容纳腔22的尺寸可略大于患者的待矫治牙齿3的尺寸。因此,矫正部件的容纳腔22包裹于该患者的待矫治牙齿3时,容纳腔22的内表面接触并靠附于患者的待矫治牙齿3的外侧表面或内侧表面。进一步地,设置于容纳腔22中的第二连接件21将更贴合于患者的待矫治牙齿3上,以使医者能够方便进行矫治器。
在一个可能的实施方式中,矫治部件2是由透明材料制作而成的。透明材料所制成的矫治部件2在对待矫治牙齿3正畸的同时,还不会影响待矫治牙齿3的美观。
在一些可能的实施方式中,如图4-7所示,本实施方式中,第一连接件可以为凹槽,凹槽的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大;或者,凹槽的槽壁具有粗糙表面;或者,凹槽的槽壁上设置有多道凸棱。
凹槽的的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大,可以理解为凹槽的横截面宽度可以是由槽口朝向槽底逐渐变大。例如,凹槽的横截面形状为梯形等。
可以理解的是,本实施方式中所指的凹槽的横截面的方向指的是沿着凹槽的宽度方向(凹槽较短的边的切线方向),下文皆等同。
凹槽的的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大,可以理解为凹槽的横截面宽度可以是由槽口朝向槽底突变,使得槽底的横截面宽度相比于槽口的横截面宽度更大。例如,凹槽的横截面形状为“T”形等。
相应地,第一连接件11为凹槽,那么第二连接件21则为与凹槽相适配的凸起。与凹槽相适配的凸起朝向凹槽底部的一端的横截面的宽度大于位于槽口的凸起的横截面的宽度,而背离槽口的一端的横截面的宽度则可根据需要设置。反过来说,将第一连接件11设置为凸起,第二连接件21设置为凹槽,也可以实现本申请的技术目的。
沿着垂直于凹槽的横截面的方向看上去,凹槽的截面形状还可以是“一”字形、圆环形、扇形、“O”形或“十”字形等结构,也就是说凹槽的具体结构并不进行限定,能够实现与矫正部件的凸起过盈配合即可。
而在本实施方式中,凹槽槽底的部分的横截面宽度相比于靠近槽口的部分更大,即槽口较小可以对凸起(矫治部件2)起到固定作用,避免凸起与凹槽轻易分离。另外,凹槽的槽壁具有粗糙表面或凹槽的槽壁上设置有多道凸棱,可以增加凸起与固定部件1之间的摩擦力,进一步增加矫治部件2和固定部件1的牢固性,防止矫治部件2与固定部件1两者脱离,影响正畸矫治器对于待矫治牙齿3的正畸。其中,凸起的外表面也可以设置一些小凸点,增加凹槽与凸起卡接在一起时的摩擦力,防止固定部件1与矫治部件2脱离。
另外,在其他实施方式中,第一连接件11可以是凸起,第二连接件21可以是凹槽,两者相适配,且能够实现过盈配合。
本实施方式中,矫治部件2以3D打印的方式一体成型而成。
现有技术中的矫治器通常是由一组取自患者待矫治牙齿3的三维待矫治牙齿3印模的石膏模型制成。通过使用小珠宝锯或旋转切割片将待矫治牙齿3切开并将石膏待矫治牙齿3重新定位在更好的、更直的期望布置中,并且通过使用牙蜡将待矫治牙齿3保持在新布置中,来改变石膏待矫治牙齿3模型。重置的待矫治牙齿3模型提供了用于制造矫治器的基础。制造矫治器的材料需要具有弹性,能够使待矫治牙齿3从其原始位置朝向新的矫直位置移动的能量。而矫治部件2如果必须通过用手使用石膏和蜡对每个步骤进行待矫治牙齿3布置,那么制造一系列矫正器将会十分的困难繁琐。利用3D打印的方式可将矫治部件2进行一体成型,该种制造方式比传统的制造方式更为简单便捷。
在其他实施方式中,矫治部件2可以是注塑而成型的,由于注塑工艺是一种较为常见的工艺,因此,此处不再做过多的赘述。矫治部件2还可以是通过铸造的方式加工而成,铸造工艺也是一种较为常见的工艺,因此,此处不再做过多的赘述。
同理,固定部件1可以是通过3D打印的方式一体成型;还可以是通过铸造的方式加工而成,此处不再作出详细的赘述。
本实施方式还公开了一种正畸矫治器的在具体的正畸矫治过程中的操作流程如下:
1、为患者量身定制正畸矫治器。采用上述的正畸矫治器的制作方法,借助口内扫描及3D打印技术,可以制作出与患者的待矫治牙齿3匹配的固定部件1和矫治部件2,及计算机辅助定位的粘结导板,同时根据矫治目标设计治疗计划,分步骤模拟牙齿移动,为每一步骤定制对应的矫治部件2。
2、参见图2所示,通过计算机辅助定位的粘结导板将固定部件2贴附在待矫治牙齿3的外表面后,将矫治部件2包覆于待矫治牙齿3且与固定部件2过盈配合,完成正畸矫治器的安装。在后续治疗过程中,患者可以根据步骤自行更换对应矫治部件。
3、在使用过程中,患者可以根据需要随时装卸正畸矫治器的矫治部件2,十 分方便。特别地,患者可以定期地拆卸矫治部件2,对于固定部件1与矫治部件2进行清洗。其中,固定部件1在正常的刷牙动作中即可实现清洗。
本申请的实施方式借助于固定部件实现对矫治部件2相对于牙齿的固定,通过将固定部件1贴设于牙齿表面,再将矫治部件2与固定部件1卡合,增强了矫治部件2与牙齿的固定,而且使得矫治器本体实现了随时的可拆卸连接,易于清洁,提高了使用上的便利性。
本申请相对于现有技术而言,通过改变矫治器的固位方式,由完全包裹固位改为过盈卡合固位,使在不减小固位力的前提下减少矫治器在牙冠的覆盖面积成为可能。同时,本申请可以针对仅个别牙齿进行矫正,无需将矫治器完全包裹于所有牙冠上,如此一来,不仅降低了材料成本,而且方便了医生的安装和患者的使用,极大地提高了用户体验。
实施方式二
在习知的技术中,医者会使用牙科粘着剂涂布于矫正器的背面,再将矫正器粘着及固定于牙齿表面。如此一来,当矫正器的安装角度有偏差时,则会降低矫正器的牵引效果,进而延误牙齿矫正治疗周期,而现有的矫正器不仅安装工序复杂,而且给患者带来极大地不便,造成患者与医生的困扰。因此,有必要发展一种能够仅针对需要矫正的牙齿,且安装方便的牙齿正畸矫治器,以解决上述问题。
有鉴于此,本申请的第二实施方式基于第一实施方式的正畸矫治器作出了改进,如图6和图7所示,本实施方式中,第一连接件11可以为凹槽,凹槽具有至少两个凹部12,两个凹部12彼此相交。两个凹部12中,一个凹部12的深度大于另一个凹部12的深度。
上述的固定部件1设有第一连接件11,矫治部件2朝向固定部件1的一侧设有与第一连接件11相适配的第二连接件21,且二者进行过盈配合,即完成矫治部件2和固定部件1的可拆卸连接。同时,可以理解地,要实现二者的可拆卸连接也即第二连接件21和第一连接件11的过盈配合,第二连接件21需采用具有一定硬度的弹性材料制成,且第二连接件21的大小是由容纳腔22朝向待矫治牙齿3逐渐增大。当然,矫治部件2需包裹于待矫治牙齿3,使待矫治牙齿3进行正畸,因此,矫治部件2本身需具有一定的弹性,同时,为确保能够作用于待矫 正待矫治牙齿3,还需要有相应的硬度。
需要注意的是,凹槽内设置至少两个凹部12可以增加第一连接件11与第二连接件21的卡合紧密度,而当第一连接件11内设置至少两个凹部12时,可以更好的防止固定部件1与矫治部件2相互松动,乃至脱离。
可以理解地,矫治部件2的第二连接件21与第一连接件11相适配,即第一连接件11内设置至少两个凹部12时,第二连接件21也需设置至少两个相应的凸部,以使第一连接件11和第二连接件21相互卡合,凹部12可以设于第一连接件11的侧壁,也可以设于第一连接件11的底部,当凹部12设有两个时,第一连接件11的截面为“十”字形或者是“X”形结构。当然凹部12的数量也可以是三个、四个、五个等,例如当凹部的数量为四个时,四个凹部相交,第一连接件11的截面可以是“井”字形。
另外,一个凹部12的深度大于另一个凹部12的深度,可以在后期更加轻松拆卸下固定部件1与矫治部件2。例如,凹部12的数量为两个时,分别为横向的凹部12与纵向的凹部12,纵向的凹部12的深度大于横向的凹部12的深度。矫治部件2相应的也会设置有横向的第二连接件与纵向的第二连接件。矫治部件2施加与待矫治牙齿3横向的作用力,矫治部件2在自身的弹性作用下,会横向收缩,此时会对于矫治部件2上的纵向第二连接件挤压。如若纵向的凹部12的深度小于或等于横向的凹部12的深度,矫治部件2上的纵向第二连接件会更加紧密地与横向的凹部12抵接,使得矫治部件2与固定部件后期不易拆卸。当然,在其他实施方式中,凹部12的数量为两个时,分别为横向的凹部12与纵向的凹部12,横向的凹部12的深度也可以大于纵向的凹部12的深度,具体要根据实际需要矫治的待矫治牙齿3的情况进行选择或调整。
同理,第一连接件11槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大,即槽口较小可以对第二连接件21(矫治部件2)起到固定作用,避免第二连接件21与第一连接件11轻易分离。另外,第一连接件11的槽壁具有粗糙表面或第一连接件11的槽壁上可以设置有多道凸棱,从而进一步增加矫治部件2和固定部件1的牢固性。固定部件1大多采用透明材料制成,当然也可以是其他材料制成,如不锈钢,根据实际需求进行选择,此处不做具体限定。矫治部件2采用透明柔性材料制成,如此即可实现第一连接件11(固定部件1)与第二连接件21(矫治部件2)的过 盈配合,确保二者连接的稳定性。
显然,当第一连接件11为凸起,第二连接件21为凹槽,同样也能实现本申请的技术目的。
本申请的实施方式借助于固定部件实现对矫治部件相对于牙齿的固定,通过将固定部件贴设于牙齿表面,再将矫治部件与固定部件卡合,增强了矫治部件与牙齿的固定,而且使得矫治器本体实现了随时的可拆卸连接,易于清洁,提高了使用上的便利性。
实施方式三
本申请的第三实施方式提供了一种正畸矫治器,第三实施方式是第一实施方式的进一步改进,本实施方式增强了固定部件1与矫治部件2之间连接的稳定性。在非人为因素的前提下下,能够使固定部件1与矫治部件2难以脱落。
本实施方式中,固定部件1上设有一第一连接件11;矫治部件2,矫治部件2上设有与第一连接件11相适配的第二连接件21,第二连接件21卡入第一连接件11内并形成过盈配合,使矫治部件2可拆卸地连接在固定部件1上。第一连接件11的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大,第一连接件11至少有部分弯曲成弧形。
值得一提的是,固定部件1的第一连接件11至少有部分弯曲成弧形,本实施方式将第一连接件11设置为至少有部分弯曲成弧形,也即第一连接件11的侧壁至少部分呈弧形,由于第二连接件21与第一连接件11相适配,且第二连接件21卡入第一连接件11内并进行过盈配合,所以第二连接件21与第一连接件11的弯曲弧形部分相对应的位置也设置有相应的凸出的弧形段,如此可增加第一连接件11与第二连接件21的接触面积,加强二者连接的稳定性,当然,需要注意的是,固定部件1和矫治部件2之间可以留有间隙,也即待矫治牙齿3与矫治部件2之间可以保留间隙,只要能够实现待矫治牙齿3与矫治部件2之间的固定即可。
最后应说明的是,为了使读者更好地理解本申请,本申请的实施方式提出了许多技术细节。但是,即使没有这些技术细节和基于上述各实施方式的种种变化和修改,也可以基本实现本申请各权利要求所要求保护的技术方案。因此,在实 际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对上述实施方式作各种改变,而不偏离本申请的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种正畸矫治器,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个固定部件,所述固定部件贴附于若干个待矫治牙齿的表面;所述固定部件上设有第一连接件;
    矫治部件,所述矫治部件上设有与所述第一连接件相适配的第二连接件,所述第二连接件与所述第一连接件彼此卡合以形成过盈配合,使所述矫治部件可拆卸地连接在所述固定部件上;
    所述矫治部件由自身弹性力作用于所述待矫治牙齿,以实现对所述牙齿的移动控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述矫治部件上还设置有容纳腔,所述第二连接件位于所述容纳腔内,以使所述容纳腔至少部分包裹所述固定部件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔完全包裹所述固定部件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔包裹至少部分所述待矫治牙齿。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件中至少有一个为凹槽,所述凹槽的横截面宽度,靠近槽底的部分相比于靠近槽口的部分更大;
    或者,所述第一连接件的槽壁具有粗糙表面;
    或者,所述第一连接件的槽壁上设置有多道凸棱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述凹槽具有至少两个凹部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述两个凹部彼此相交。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述两个凹部中,一个凹部的深度大于另一个凹部的深度。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述凹槽至少有部分弯 曲成弧形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的正畸矫治器,其特征在于,所述矫治部件以3D打印的方式一体成型而成。
