一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶。主要解决目前市面的温控器不能很好的感应是否到达预定温度的问题。其特征在于:支架(1)上还设有感温件(31)和传动件(32),感温件通过蒸汽通道(3)与热水壶内的水蒸气连通,感温件用于在温度超过形变阈值时通过传动件使凸轮轴(21)处于可调温控模式。一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶,可以通过水蒸气感温来实现分断,温度感应更准确。

一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶 技术领域
本发明涉及温控开关领域,具体涉及一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶。
背景技术
温控开关的测温原理是将温控开关的测温面设置在被测物体上,被测物体的温度传递到温控开关的盖体上,再传递到金属热变片上,由于金属热变片制作成圆弧形,温度上升时产生材料热变应力,当应力达到设定值时,弧形金属热变片产生突跳变形,原本上凸的弧面突跳成凹弧面,从而推动一顶压件向下顶开开关触头,断开电路。温度降低时又突跳回初始状态,触头闭合,电路重新闭合。
公开号为209591915的中国专利公开了一种电热水壶的温控器结构,但该结构只能感温加热板上的温度,然而加热板的温度与壶体内的温度由于隔热的原因是存在误差的,不能很好的感应是否到达温度。
技术问题
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶,主要解决目前市面的温控器不能很好的感应是否到达预定温度的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种蒸汽触发温控器,包括支架,所述支架上设有感温组件,所述感温组件包括凸轮轴,所述支架上还设有感温件和传动件,所述感温件通过蒸汽通道与热水壶内的水蒸气连通,所述感温件用于在温度超过形变阀值时通过所述传动件使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式。
所述感温件为第一感温片,所述第一感温片凸起的一面朝上。
所述支架上设有用于驱使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式的弹性件,所述感温组件还包括摆杆和第二感温片,所述摆杆一端设有与所述凸轮轴限位配合的连接部,另一端与所述第二感温片相对设置;所述传动件用于在所述感温件的带动下使所述连接部与所述凸轮轴分离。
所述传动件中端设有用于与支架铰接的铰接轴,一端对应设于所述感温件下方,另一端与所述摆杆相对设有推动部。
所述摆杆前端面设有凸起,所述凸起设于所述连接部的前方,所述推动部为与所述凸起相配合的凹槽。
所述凹槽设于所述凸轮轴的上方,所述凸起底部端面与所述凹槽的底部端面接触。
所述弹性件为弹簧。
所述凸轮轴轴向设有容纳槽,所述弹簧一端伸入所述容纳槽内,所述支架上设有限位杆,所述弹簧一端套设于所述限位杆外。
还包括导管,所述导管与所述支架拆卸连接,所述蒸汽通道设于所述导管内。
所述导管上设有卡接槽,所述支架上设有与所述卡接槽相配合的凸起。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种蒸汽触发温控器及热水壶,可以通过水蒸气感温来实现分断,温度感应更准确。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如图所示,一种蒸汽触发温控器,包括支架1,所述支架上设有感温组件,所述感温组件包括凸轮轴21,所述支架上还设有感温件31和传动件32,所述感温件通过蒸汽通道3与热水壶内的水蒸气连通,所述感温件用于在温度超过形变阀值时通过所述传动件使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式。该感温组件可以为KST组件,作为优选,在支架上还可以设置可调式的温控器30,具体结构可以参照公开号为209591915的中国专利,另一方面,该蒸汽通道可以一端伸入热水壶内获得热水壶的蒸汽,也可以通过软管从手柄处伸入水壶(在水壶上开一孔用于软管通过即可)内获得水蒸汽,水蒸气能够更准确的反应温度,标准气压下为100摄氏度,能够更及时的反应水壶内的温度,感温件感温到100摄氏度时,通过传动件使凸轮轴弹出处于可调温控模式,凸轮轴如何具体工作为现有技术,不再赘述。上文所说的可调温控模式可以参照上述的文件中,其凸轮轴弹出,通过可调温控器来实现开、关及保温温度(可以为保持沸腾)的设定。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述感温件为第一感温片,所述第一感温片凸起的一面朝上。这样在水蒸汽液化后会随着流下去而不会存在第一感温片的上端面。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述支架上设有用于驱使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式的弹性件22,所述感温组件还包括摆杆23和第二感温片24,所述摆杆一端设有与所述凸轮轴限位配合的连接部25,另一端与所述第二感温片相对设置;所述传动件用于在所述感温件的带动下使所述连接部与所述凸轮轴分离。摆杆的一端设有的连接部(可以为凸出的卡块)卡在凸轮轴上的卡槽内,当第二感温片感温形变,使摆杆一端翘起,另一端的连接部离开凸轮轴,也可以在传动件的带动下离开凸轮轴,使凸轮在弹性件的作用下弹出。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述传动件中端设有用于与支架铰接的铰接轴321,一端对应设于所述感温件下方,另一端与所述摆杆相对设有推动部322。传动件类似于翘板,当感温件在一端按下时,另一端抬起将摆杆顶起实现分离。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述摆杆前端面设有凸起231,所述凸起设于所述连接部的前方,所述推动部为与所述凸起相配合的凹槽。这里说的前方,是相对摆杆转动轴的前方,该凸起设于凹槽内,并在凹槽的带动下使摆杆的一端翘起,另外,该凸起对应设于连接部的前方,连接部离摆杆铰接轴的距离小于凸起离摆杆铰接轴的距离,能够更好的带动连接部离开凸轮轴,使分断更加迅速。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述凹槽设于所述凸轮轴的上方,所述凸起底部端面与所述凹槽的底部端面接触。整体结构紧凑,使用效果更好。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述弹性件为弹簧。该弹性件可以为弹片、弹簧等。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述凸轮轴轴向设有容纳槽211,所述弹簧一端伸入所述容纳槽内,所述支架上设有限位杆212,所述弹簧一端套设于所述限位杆外。整体运行更加平稳,将弹簧套设在限位杆外,然后一端深入到容纳槽内并与容纳槽底部内壁接触。
在本发明中,如图所示,还包括导管41,所述导管与所述支架拆卸连接,所述蒸汽通道设于所述导管内。通过可拆卸设置的导管来实现支架与蒸汽通道的连通,可以更换不同的导管以适应在不同的热水壶内使用。
在本发明中,如图所示,所述导管上设有卡接槽411,所述支架上设有与所述卡接槽相配合的凸起13。通过凸起和卡接槽来安装,结构简单,拆装方便,而且不需要螺丝刀等工具。
在本发明中,如图所示,热水壶,包括壳体8,所述壳体包括上述的一种蒸汽触发温控器。

  1. 一种蒸汽触发温控器,包括支架(1),所述支架上设有感温组件,所述感温组件包括凸轮轴(21),其特征在于:所述支架上还设有感温件(31)和传动件(32),所述感温件通过蒸汽通道(3)与热水壶内的水蒸气连通,所述感温件用于在温度超过形变阀值时通过所述传动件使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述感温件为第一感温片,所述第一感温片凸起的一面朝上。
  3. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述支架上设有用于驱使所述凸轮轴处于可调温控模式的弹性件(22),所述感温组件还包括摆杆(23)和第二感温片(24),所述摆杆一端设有与所述凸轮轴限位配合的连接部(25),另一端与所述第二感温片相对设置;
    所述传动件用于在所述感温件的带动下使所述连接部与所述凸轮轴分离。
  4. 根据权利要求3 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述传动件中端设有用于与支架铰接的铰接轴(321),一端对应设于所述感温件下方,另一端与所述摆杆相对设有推动部(322)。
  5. 根据权利要求4 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述摆杆前端面设有凸起(231),所述凸起设于所述连接部的前方,所述推动部为与所述凸起相配合的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述凹槽设于所述凸轮轴的上方,所述凸起底部端面与所述凹槽的底部端面接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧,所述凸轮轴轴向设有容纳槽(211),所述弹簧一端伸入所述容纳槽内,所述支架上设有限位杆(212),所述弹簧一端套设于所述限位杆外。
  8. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:还包括导管(41),所述导管与所述支架拆卸连接,所述蒸汽通道设于所述导管内。
  9. 根据权利要求8 所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器,其特征在于:所述导管上设有卡接槽(411),所述支架上设有与所述卡接槽相配合的凸起(13)。
  10. 热水壶,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种蒸汽触发温控器。
