一种灯具,包括灯体、灯头(1)、灯具驱动器和发光件(5)。其中,灯体为内部具有安装空腔的管状结构;灯头(1)连接在灯体的一端;灯具驱动器置于灯体内部的安装空腔中、并通过灯体上的限位结构安装在灯体上;灯体的外周设有第一镂空孔,灯具驱动器的电路板(4)具有自第一镂空孔向外露出的第一连接部(410),第一连接部(410)与灯头(1)固定连接;发光件(5)与驱动器电连接。通过在灯体上设置限位结构,将灯具驱动器通过限位结构安装在的灯体的空腔中,并在灯具驱动的电路板(4)上设置第一连接部(410),通过第一连接部(410)与灯头(1)直接固定连接以实现灯具驱动器的电路板(4)和灯头(1)的电连接,如此避免了灯头(1)与灯具驱动器的电路板(4)通过电子线连接时的连接关系不稳定,进而提高灯具的使用寿命。

Description

一种灯具 技术领域
本申请涉及照明器具技术领域,具体涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
现有的照明灯具中,灯具的螺口灯头负极通过一根电子线与照明灯具中的发光件连接,电子线的一端焊接或固定在螺口灯头上、另一端焊接或固定在发光件上。这种连接方式需要一条电子线及2个焊接点或固定点;另外,采用这种连接方式,螺口灯头的固定防松工艺需要采用胶水或外力打凹点强行变形,采用胶水的固定方式的固定期限存在缺陷,通过外力打凹点强行变形的方式会影响产品外观。同时,电子线也易出现线材破皮、铜丝断裂等现象,导致产品使用寿命短。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的螺口灯头与发光件之间通过电子线进行连接时,产品连接关系不稳定,影响产品使用寿命的缺陷,从而提供一种灯具。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请的技术方案如下:
一种灯具,包括灯体、灯头、灯具驱动器和发光件;所述灯体为内部具有安装空腔的管状结构;所述灯头连接在所述灯体的一端;所述灯具驱动器置于所述灯体内部的安装空腔中、并通过所述灯体上的限位结构安装在所述灯体上;所述灯体的外周设有第一镂空孔,所述灯具驱动器的电路板具有自所述第一镂空孔向外露出的第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述灯头固定连接以实现所述 灯具驱动器的电路板和所述灯头的电连接;所述发光件与所述驱动器电连接。
可选地,所述灯头与所述灯体连接的一端焊接固定在所述灯具驱动器的电路板上。
可选地,所述灯体包括相互配合的前段灯体和后段灯体,所述灯头连接在所述前段灯体上;所述限位结构包括设置在所述前段灯体侧壁上可供所述电路板插入的限位槽、以及对所述电路板靠近所述灯头一侧的端部进行限位的限位端面。
可选地,所述前段灯体包括主体段、位于所述主体段一端用于和所述灯头连接的前连接段、以及位于所述主体段另一端用于和所述后段灯体连接的后连接段;所述主体段的外径大于所述前连接段和所述后连接段的外径,所述主体段和所述前连接段之间设有形成所述限位槽的一对限位板,所述限位端面设于所述前连接段对应所述限位板的端部上。
可选地,至少一块所述限位板靠近所述灯头的一端设有用于容置所述电路板和所述灯头之间焊接形成的焊接块的缺口。
可选地,所述前连接段的外周具有外螺纹结构,所述灯头为螺纹连接在所述前连接端的外螺纹结构上的螺口灯头。
可选地,所述前连接段对应一对所述限位板的外壁上形成有不具有外螺纹结构的缺口槽。
可选地,所述发光件套设在所述后连接段和所述后段灯体的外周,所述灯具驱动器的电路板还具有自所述后连接段周壁上的限位槽向外露出的第二连接部,所述发光件具有可供所述第二连接部插进的凹口,所述发光件焊接固定在所述第二连接部上以实现所述发光件与所述电路板的电连接。
可选地,所述后段灯体上设有与所述后连接段上的限位槽配合的限位柱。
可选地,所述主体段上连接有罩设在所述发光件外周的透光灯罩。
本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本申请提供的灯具,通过在灯体上设置限位结构,将灯具驱动器通过限 位结构安装在的灯体的空腔中,并且灯具驱动器的电路板的第一连接部自第一镂空孔向外露出可以与灯头直接固定连接以实现灯具驱动器的电路板和灯头的电连接;如此设计,灯头与灯具驱动器的电路板之间无需通过额外的电子线来实现电性连接,降低了材料成本,也避免了电子线因线材破皮,铜丝断裂等现象对灯具质量的影响;另外,灯头和灯具驱动器的电路板固定连接,灯头无需采用胶水或外力打凹点的方式固定在灯体上,不会因胶水失效而影响连接可靠性,也不会因打凹点影响产品外观;而且,灯头与灯具驱动器的电路板直接固定相连的方式,配合牢固性好,灯头无法进行正反转,不易发生松动。
2.本申请提供的灯具,灯头与灯体连接的一端通过焊接固定电路板的第一连接部上,可以保证灯头的长期可靠连接。
3.本申请提供的灯具,通过在前段灯体侧壁上设置限位槽和限位端面,可以对灯具驱动器的电路板进行有限位,将电路板固定在灯体的安装空腔内,电路板不易松动,从而与电路板连接的灯头也不易发生松动。
4.本申请提供的灯具,通过在限位板靠近灯头的一端设置用于容置电路板和灯头之间焊接形成的焊接块的缺口,方便焊接操作的进行。
5.本申请提供的灯具,通过在灯具驱动器的电路板上设置第二连接部,并将发光件焊接固定在第二连接部上以实现发光件与电路板的电连接,可以保证发光件和电路板之间的牢固性,避免除因长期使用导致发光件和电路板发生脱落。
6.本申请提供的灯具,通过在后段灯体上设置与后连接段上的限位槽配合的限位柱,可以对后段灯体进行限位,避免后段灯体安装在前段灯体上时发生转动。
7.本申请提供的灯具,通过在发光件的外周设置透光灯罩,可以对内部的结构进行隔水防尘,同时对发光件起到防护作用。

下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的, 而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
如图1-6所示的一种灯具,包括灯头1、前段灯体2、后段灯体3和灯具驱动器。其中,灯体为内部具有安装空腔的管状结构;灯头1连接在灯体的一端,用于和灯座相连以接入外接电源;灯具驱动器置于灯体内部的安装空腔中、并通过灯体上的限位结构安装在灯体上;灯体的外周设有第一镂空孔,灯具驱动器的电路板4具有自第一镂空孔向外露出的第一连接部410,第一连接部410与灯头1固定连接以实现灯具驱动器的电路板4和灯头1的电连接。
这种灯具,通过在灯体上设置限位结构,将灯具驱动器通过限位结构安装在的灯体的空腔中,并且灯具驱动器的电路板4的第一连接部410自第一镂空孔向外露出可以与灯头1直接固定连接以实现灯具驱动器的电路板1和灯头1的电连接;如此设计,灯头1与灯具驱动器的电路板1之间无需通过额外的电子线来实现电性连接,降低了材料成本,也避免了电子线因线材破皮,铜丝断裂等现象对灯具质量的影响;另外,灯头1和灯具驱动器的电路板1固定连接,灯头1无需采用胶水或外力打凹点的方式固定在灯体上,不会因胶水失效而影响连接可靠性,也不会因打凹点影响产品外观;而且,灯头1与灯具驱动器的电路板4直接固定相连的方式,配合牢固性好,灯头1无法进行正反转,不易发生松动。
在本实施例中,灯体包括相互配合的前段灯体2和后段灯体3。具体的,前段灯体2包括主体段210、位于主体段210一端用于和灯头1连接的前连接 段220、以及位于主体段210另一端用于和后段灯体3连接的后连接段230;主体段210、前连接段220和后连接段230为一体成型结构,主体段210的外径大于前连接段220和后连接段230的外径;主体段210和前连接段220之间设置有一对限位板240,限位板240之间形成有对电路板4的第一连接部410进行限位的限位槽。其中一个限位板240上开设有用于容置电路板4第一连接部410和灯头1之间焊接形成的焊接块的缺口241,灯头1的一端在缺口241焊接固定在电路板4第一连接部410上。
具体的,前连接段220的外周具有便于螺纹连接灯头1的外螺纹结构;前连接段220上对应一对限位挡板的外壁上形成有不具有外螺纹结构的缺口241槽221,前连接段220的侧壁和上设置有用于对电路板4进行限位的限位槽,内侧壁上一体成型有限位端面250,如此设置,使电路板4固定在灯体的安装空腔内,从而不会发生晃动或脱落。后段灯体3的外侧壁上一体成型有与后连接段230上的限位槽配合的限位柱310,以便对后段灯体3进行限位,避免后段灯体3安装在前段灯体2上时发生转动。
在本实施例中,灯具驱动器安装在灯体的安装腔内,灯具驱动器具体为LED驱动器,灯具驱动器的电路板4的一侧设有第一连接部410和第二连接部420;具体的,电路板4的第一连接部410、灯头1以及前段灯体2通过焊接固定连接,焊接形成的焊接块位于限位板240的缺口上,如此设计,既可以保持灯头1的完好,避免焊接时对灯头1造成损毁,同时不会影响灯具的美观。第二连接部420焊接固定在主体段210上靠近后段灯体3的端面上。
在本实施例中,灯头1焊接固定在前段灯体2上远离后段灯体3的一端,灯头1具体为螺口灯口,且螺纹连接在前段灯体2的前连接端的外螺纹结构上。
在本实施例中,发光件5设置在灯体外周,发光件5具体为LED发光体,LED发光体粘接固定在灯体的外周,LED发光体上设有多个LED灯珠。具体的,发光件5的一端焊接固定在主体段210上靠近后段灯体3的端面上,发光件5靠近主体段210的一端开设有可供第二连接部420插入的凹口510,且和电路 板4的第二连接部420在凹口510处焊接固定,以实现发光件5与电路板4的电连接,可以保证发光件5和电路板4之间的牢固性,避免除因长期使用导致发光件5和电路板4脱落。
在本实施例中,透光灯罩6固定在主体段210上,并置于发光件5的外周,以隔绝灰尘,水汽等杂物,同时起到保护LED灯珠作用。
综上所述,这种灯具,通过在灯体上设置限位结构,将灯具驱动器通过限位结构安装在的灯体的空腔中,并且灯具驱动器的电路板4的第一连接部410自第一镂空孔向外露出可以与灯头1直接固定连接以实现灯具驱动器的电路板1和灯头1的电连接;如此设计,灯头1与灯具驱动器的电路板1之间无需通过额外的电子线来实现电性连接,降低了材料成本,也避免了电子线因线材破皮,铜丝断裂等现象对灯具质量的影响;另外,灯头1和灯具驱动器的电路板1固定连接,灯头1无需采用胶水或外力打凹点的方式固定在灯体上,不会因胶水失效而影响连接可靠性,也不会因打凹点影响产品外观;而且,灯头1与灯具驱动器的电路板4直接固定相连的方式,配合牢固性好,灯头1无法进行正反转,不易发生松动。
另外,灯具驱动器的电路板4的第二连接部420与发光件5的凹口510之间无需通过额外的电子线来实现电性连接,降低了材料成本,也避免了电子线因线材破皮,铜丝断裂等现象对灯具质量的影响。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括灯体、灯头(1)、灯具驱动器和发光件(5);所述灯体为内部具有安装空腔的管状结构;所述灯头(1)连接在所述灯体的一端,所述灯具驱动器置于所述灯体内部的安装空腔中、并通过所述灯体上的限位结构安装在所述灯体上;所述灯体的外周设有第一镂空孔,所述灯具驱动器的电路板(4)具有自所述第一镂空孔向外露出的第一连接部(410),所述第一连接部(410)与所述灯头(1)固定连接以实现所述灯具驱动器的电路板(4)和所述灯头(1)的电连接;所述发光件(5)与所述驱动器电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯头(1)与所述灯体连接的一端焊接固定在所述电路板(4)的第一连接部(410)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯体包括相互配合的前段灯体(2)和后段灯体(3),所述灯头(1)连接在所述前段灯体(2)上;所述限位结构包括设置在所述前段灯体(2)侧壁上可供所述电路板(4)插入的限位槽、以及对所述电路板(4)靠近所述灯头(1)一侧的端部进行限位的限位端面(250)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述前段灯体(2)包括主体段(210)、位于所述主体段(210)一端用于和所述灯头(1)连接的前连接段(220)、以及位于所述主体段(210)另一端用于和所述后段灯体(3)连接的后连接段(230);所述主体段(210)的外径大于所述前连接段(220)和所述后连接段(230)的外径,所述主体段(210)和所述前连接段(220)之间设有形成所述限位槽的一对限位板(240),所述限位端面(250)设于所述前连接段(220)对应所述限位板(240)的端部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,至少一块所述限位板(240)靠近所述灯头(1)的一端设有用于容置所述电路板(4)和所述灯头(1)之间焊接形成的焊接块的缺口(241)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述前连接段(220)的外周具 有外螺纹结构,所述灯头(1)为螺纹连接在所述前连接端的外螺纹结构上的螺口灯头(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述前连接段(220)对应一对所述限位板(240)的外壁上形成有不具有外螺纹结构的缺口(241)槽(221)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光件(5)套设在所述后连接段(230)和所述后段灯体(3)的外周,所述灯具驱动器的电路板(4)还具有自所述后连接段(230)周壁上的限位槽向外露出的第二连接部(420),所述发光件(5)具有可供所述第二连接部(420)插进的凹口(510),所述发光件(5)焊接固定在所述第二连接部(420)上以实现所述发光件(5)与所述电路板(4)的电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述后段灯体(3)上设有与所述后连接段(230)上的限位槽配合的限位柱(310)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述主体段(210)上连接有罩设在所述发光件(5)外周的透光灯罩(6)。
