进一步地,所述驱动组件包括主动轮、从动轮、传动带和驱动件,所述主动轮和所述从动轮分别转动连接在所述第一导轨的两端,所述传动带套接在所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间,所述传动带连接所述悬挂架,所述驱动件用于驱动所述主动轮转动。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件驱动主动轮转动,进而带动传动带在主动轮和从动轮之间转动,传动带连接悬挂架,主动轮正转和反转时,可以带动悬挂架沿第一导轨来回移动,进而实现自动开门和关门。
进一步地,相邻的所述第一导轨的同一端错位设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,每个门体都能不受相邻门干涉地左右滑动超过一个门体宽度的行程,形成连续长距离的移门机构且任意位置都可以开门,适用于开门需求灵活多变的工作情况;而且便于模块化地随时拆装,不影响其它门体的工作。
进一步地,所述导轨组件还包括至少两条第二导轨,所述第二导轨与所述第一导轨呈直线排列设置,每条所述第二导轨均连接有所述悬挂架。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二导轨的设置,可以适应不同宽度的室内空间,兼容性较高。
进一步地,还包括用于容纳所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨的外壳,所述外壳的底端设置有供所述悬挂架穿出的开口。
通过采用上述技术方案,外壳可以用于影藏导轨组件,提高整体美观性。
本申请的有益效果:设置有至少两条第一导轨,每条第一导轨对应设置至少一个门体,可以根据需求增减门体,同时不同导轨之间的门体相互独立运作,互不影响,可以方便实现开门和关门的状态,满足不同工况的需求;第一导轨设置于门体的顶端,并通过悬挂架滑动卡接,安装和拆卸非常方便,门体在自身重力的作用下可以压紧第一导轨,滑动起来非常稳定;同时,门体的底端设置导向组件,可以进一步限制门体的滑动方向,避免门体在滑动时沿门体的厚度方向偏移,避免产生振动噪音,滑动门体更加顺畅省力;同时通过驱动组件可以带动悬挂架沿第一导轨来回移动,进而实现自动开门和关门。

请参阅图1至图6所示,一种自动屏蔽门,其包括:导轨组件10、悬挂架20、驱动组件50、门体30、导向组件40,所述导轨组件10包括至少两条第一导轨11,所述第一导轨11处于同一水平面且相互平行设置每条所述第一导轨11均滑动卡接有至少一个所述悬挂架20;每条所述第一导轨11均设置有一组驱动组件50,所述驱动组件50与所述悬挂架20传动连接,所述驱动组件50用于驱动所述悬挂架20沿所述第一导轨11来回移动;每条所述第一导轨11对应设置有至少一个所述门体30,所述门体30的顶端连接所述悬挂架20;每个所述门体30对应设置有一组导向组件40,所述导向组件40包括第一导向件41和与所述第一导向件41滑动配合的第二导向件42,所述第一导向件41设置于所述门体30的底端,所述第二导向件42平行于所述第一导向轨。本申请设置有至少两条第一导轨11,每条第一导轨11对应设置至少一个门体30,可以根据需求增减门体30,同时不同导轨之间的门体30相互独立运作,互不影响,可以方便实现开门和关门的状态,满足不同工况的需求;第一导轨11设置于门体30的顶端,并通过悬挂架20滑动卡接,安装和拆卸非常方便,门体30在自身重力的作用下可以压紧第一导轨11,滑动起来非常稳定;同时,门体30的底端设置导向组件40,可以进一步限制门体30的滑动方向,避免门体30在滑动时沿门体30的厚度方向偏移,避免产生振动噪音,滑动门体30更加顺畅省力;同时通过驱动组件50可以带动悬挂架20沿第一导轨11来回移动,进而实现自动开门和关门。
在本实施例中,结合原图2所示,第一导轨11设置有四条,第一导轨11之间的距离根据门体30的厚度进行调整,相邻的所述第一导轨11的同一端错位设置,错位的距离约为一个门体30的宽度,每个门体30都能不受相邻门干涉地左右滑动超过一个门体30宽度的行程,形成连续长距离的移门机构且任意位置都可以开门,适用于开门需求灵活多变的工作情况;而且便于模块化地随时拆装,不影响其它门体30的工作。
同时,为了使用不同的室内空间,所述导轨组件10还包括至少两条第二导轨12,所述第二导轨12与所述第一导轨11呈直线排列设置,每条所述第二导轨12均连接有所述悬挂架20。具体地,第二导轨12和第一导轨11结构完全相同,第二导轨12也设置有四条,第一导轨11和第二导轨12彼此对接,以模块化的方式安装或者拆卸,可以适应不同宽度的室内空间,兼容性较高。
如图1和图6所示,本自动屏蔽门还包括用于容纳所述第一导轨11和所述第二导轨12的外壳13,所述外壳13的底端设置有供所述悬挂架20穿出的开口。外壳13可以设置装饰图案,通过螺丝可以将外壳13固定到墙顶或者天花板上,外壳13可以用于影藏导轨组件10,提高整体美观性。
如图2所示,所述第一导向件41为导向板,所述第二导向件42为与所述导向板凹凸配合的导向槽体。可以进一步限制门体30的滑动方向,避免门体30在滑动时沿门体30的厚度方向偏移,避免产生振动噪音,滑动门体30更加顺畅省力。
如图3和图4所示,所述驱动组件50包括主动轮51、从动轮52、传动带53和驱动件54,所述主动轮51和所述从动轮52分别转动连接在所述第一导轨11的两端,所述传动带53套接在所述主动轮51和所述从动轮52之间,所述传动带53连接所述悬挂架20,所述驱动件54用于驱动所述主动轮51转动。具体地,驱动件54可以为伺服电机,驱动件54驱动主动轮51转动,进而带动传动带53在主动轮51和从动轮52之间转动,传动带53连接悬挂架20,主动轮51正转和反转时,可以带动悬挂架20沿第一导轨11来回移动,进而实现自动开门和关门。
结合图4至图6所示,为了滑动稳定,每个门体30安装有两个悬挂架20。所述悬挂架20包括滑动模组21,所述滑动模组21的侧壁设置有供所述第一导轨11穿过的滑动空间。滑动模组21上设置供所述第一导轨11穿过的滑动空间,安装的时候只需要将悬挂架20挂设在第一导轨11上,安装和拆卸非常方便。具体地,所述滑动模组21包括上滑轮211和下滑轮212,所述上滑轮211和下滑轮212间隔设置以形成所述滑动空间,所述上滑轮211与所述第一导轨11的顶端滚动配合。滑动门组通过上滑轮211挂设在第一导轨11上,一方面安装和拆卸非常方便;另一方面,上滑轮211的设置可以减小悬挂架20与第一导轨11之间的摩擦力。
优选地,所述第一导轨11包括安装部111和导向部112,所述安装部111远离所述导向部112的一端弯折设置;所述上滑轮211的外侧向内凹陷设置,所述导向部112的顶端与所述上滑轮211凹凸配合。第一导轨11包括安装部111和导向部112,安装部111可以用于将导轨整体固定到天花板等外部部件上,导向部112与上滑轮211凹凸配合,在重力的作用下,悬挂架20挂设到第一导轨11之后不易脱离第一导轨11,连接的稳定性较高。
在本实施例中,所述滑动模组21竖直设置有条形孔213,所述下滑轮212设置有轮轴214,所述轮轴214与所述条形孔213滑动配合,沿所述条形孔213滑动轮轴214能调节所述上滑轮211和所述下滑轮212之间的距离,所述轮轴214上设置有用于将轮轴214固定于所述滑动模组21的固定件215。具体地,轮轴214可以为螺纹杆,固定件215可以是螺帽为了适应不同的导向部112的厚度,悬挂架20挂设到第一导轨11之后,可以沿条形孔213上下滑动下滑轮212,并通过固定件215进行固定,从而使下滑轮212抵接导向部112的底端,悬挂架20不易脱离第一导轨11,进一步提高连接的稳定性较高。
如图5和图6所示,所述悬挂架20还包括连接件22,所述连接件22设置于所述滑动模组21的底端,所述连接件22的远离所述滑动模组21的一端设置有调节部221,所述调节部221所述调节部221开设有多个调节孔222,多个所述调节孔222沿所述第一导轨11的宽度方向依次排列设置,所述调节孔222连接有螺件(图中没有显示),所述螺件连接所述门体30。连接件22的底端设置调节部221,通过调节部221,可以调节门体30相对于第一导轨11宽度方向上的位置,从而调节相邻的第一导轨11上的门体30之间的间距,避免两个门体30之间出现较大的间隙。
综上,相比现有技术,该自动屏蔽门至少具有以下有益效果:
其一、本自动屏蔽门采用四条第一导轨11,以组成一组滑动门机构,可根据室内空间开门的大小选择滑动门机构的数量,以满足不同室内空间的需求。
其二、本自动屏蔽门由可活动的门体30组成,每扇门体30都能不受相邻门体30干涉地左右滑动超过一个门体30宽度的行程,形成连续长距离的滑动门机构且任意位置都可以开门,适用于开门需求灵活多变的工作情况;而且便于模块化地随时拆装多扇门体30中的一部分机构,而不影响其它门体30的工作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,包括:
    导轨组件,所述导轨组件包括至少两条第一导轨,所述第一导轨处于同一水平面且相互平行设置;
    悬挂架,每条所述第一导轨均滑动卡接有至少一个所述悬挂架;
    驱动组件,每条所述第一导轨均设置有一组驱动组件,所述驱动组件与所述悬挂架传动连接,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述悬挂架沿所述第一导轨来回移动;
    门体,每条所述第一导轨对应设置有至少一个所述门体,所述门体的顶端连接所述悬挂架;
    导向组件,每个所述门体对应设置有一组导向组件,所述导向组件包括第一导向件和与所述第一导向件滑动配合的第二导向件,所述第一导向件设置于所述门体的底端,所述第二导向件平行于所述第一导向轨。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述悬挂架包括滑动模组,所述滑动模组的侧壁设置有供所述第一导轨穿过的滑动空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述滑动模组包括上滑轮和下滑轮,所述上滑轮和下滑轮间隔设置以形成所述滑动空间,所述上滑轮与所述第一导轨的顶端滚动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述第一导轨包括安装部和导向部,所述安装部远离所述导向部的一端弯折设置;所述上滑轮的外侧向内凹陷设置,所述导向部的顶端与所述上滑轮凹凸配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述滑动模组竖直设置有条形孔,所述下滑轮设置有轮轴,所述轮轴与所述条形孔滑动配合,沿所述条形孔滑动轮轴能调节所述上滑轮和所述下滑轮之间的距离,所述轮轴上设置有用于将轮轴固定于所述滑动模组的固定件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述悬挂架还包括连接件,所述连接件设置于所述滑动模组的底端,所述连接件的远离所述滑动模组的一端设置有调节部,所述调节部所述调节部开设有多个调节孔,多个所述调节孔沿所述第一导轨的宽度方向依次排列设置,所述调节孔连接有螺件,所述螺件连接所述门体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括主动轮、从动轮、传动带和驱动件,所述主动轮和所述从动轮分别转动连接在所述第一导轨的两端,所述传动带套接在所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间,所述传动带连接所述悬挂架,所述驱动件用于驱动所述主动轮转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,相邻的所述第一导轨的同一端错位设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,所述导轨组件还包括至少两条第二导轨,所述第二导轨与所述第一导轨呈直线排列设置,每条所述第二导轨均连接有所述悬挂架。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种自动屏蔽门,其特征在于,还包括用于容纳所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨的外壳,所述外壳的底端设置有供所述悬挂架穿出的开口。
