进一步,还包括底壳,所述底壳固定在所述容器底部下侧,并且所述底壳与所述容器底部之间形成有安装空间;所述孔一位于所述容器的底部,所述底壳上开有与所述孔一对应的孔二;所述底壳上还设置有围绕所述孔二向上延伸的多个纵向导杆;还包括在所述纵向导杆上上下滑动的滑动片;所述滑动片上设置有与所述孔一对应的孔三;所述刀具至触面以下的部分穿过所述孔三,所述刀具至触面以上外轮廓大于孔三被限定为不可穿过所述孔三;所述滑动片与所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式相抵;所述纵向导杆上还安装有弹簧,所述弹簧上端支撑在所述滑动片下表面,所述弹簧下端支撑在所述底壳上表面,所述滑动片上表面抵在所述触面的下方。刀具至触面以下的部分穿过所述孔三,触面将滑动片下压,便于刀具更换;并且稳定性较好,不易在更换刀具时损坏该刀具识别机构。
进一步,还包括用于安装容器的容器座,所述容器座上设置有纵向安装孔,所述压力传感器固定在所述纵向安装孔底部,所述弹性件安装在纵向安装孔内,所述滑动片的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆;当所述容器安装在容器座上时,所述推杆的下端与弹性件的第一端相抵。容器座内部一般是防水结构的,但底壳上具有多个开孔,而且刀具转子还需传动机构传动,很难做到防水;该结构不仅避免将电路设置在容器座内,而且避免了容器重量增加过多。
与上述进一步方案不同,该刀具识别机构还可以是:当所述刀具安装在所述容器上时,所述触面位于容器内,所述弹性件和压力传感器位于容器外;还包括触杆,所述容器的壁上开有适配所述触杆穿过的孔四,所述触杆从孔 四中穿过;所述触杆位于容器内的一端直接或者间接抵在所述触面上,所述触杆位于容器外一端直接或者间接抵在所述弹性件的第一端。
进一步,所述容器的壁上开有孔一;所述刀具包括可拆卸式固定在所述孔一的呈管状的定子,以及旋转安装在所述定子内的转子;所述转子包括轴和可拆卸连接在所述轴上的刀头,所述刀头位于容器内;所述刀头上旋转连接有圆环,所述圆环位于容器内,所述圆环朝向容器的内壁的一面作为所述触面;不同具有触面的刀具,其对应的圆环朝向容器的内壁的一面距容器的内壁的距离不同。该方案可以适用于直接在容器内更换刀头这种刀具更换方案。
进一步,还包括底壳,所述底壳固定在所述容器底部下侧,并且所述底壳与所述容器底部之间形成有安装空间;所述底壳上开有与所述孔一对应的孔二;所述孔一位于所述容器的底部;还包括滑动片,所述滑动片上开有孔三,所述定子从所述孔三穿过,并且所述滑动片以所述定子为滑杆在所述定子上上下滑动;所述滑动片与所述底壳之间以弹簧支撑;所述触杆下端与所述滑动片固定,所述滑动片通过直接或者间接的方式与所述弹性件第一端相抵。整体结构简单合理,使用安全方便。
进一步,所述容器的底部外表面固定一圈绕所述孔一的环形加热单元,所述环形加热单元位于所述安装空间内;所述孔一与所述环形加热单元中间的圆孔对应;当将所述刀具固定在容器上时,所述环形加热单元与所述刀具之间形成有环状空腔;所述滑动片适配的活动安装在所述环状空腔内。环形加热单元可以用于限制弹簧位置,整体结构简单合理。
进一步,还包括用于安装容器的容器座,所述容器座上设置有纵向安装孔,所述压力传感器固定在所述纵向安装孔底部,所述弹性件安装在纵向安装孔内,所述滑动片的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆;当所述容器安装在容器座上时,所述推杆的下端与弹性件的第一端相抵。容器座内部一般是防水结 构的,但底壳上具有多个开孔,而且刀具转子还需传动机构传动,很难做到防水;该结构不仅避免将电路设置在容器座内,而且避免了容器重量增加过多。
进一步,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述压力传感器电连接,所述控制单元根据所述压力传感器所提供的压力值的所属范围确定已安装的刀具的类别。
该技术主要目的是满足电烹饪器使用,但不限定为必须电烹饪器使用,还可以是其他任何可更换部件的识别机构,具体如下:
本实用新型提供一种电烹饪器,包括容器以及从外部穿入容器内的刀具,其特征在于,还包括弹性件和压力传感器,所述刀具设置为多个,各刀具配套可更换安装在所述容器上;至少有一个刀具上设置有触面;不同具有触面的刀具,其对应的触面位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面的刀具在安装在所述容器上时,所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面的刀具的触面相抵,所述弹性件的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器相抵;所述压力传感器的位置被限定为固定位置。所述压力传感器与容器固定或者与用于承载容器的容器座固定。
本实用新型还提供一种可更换部件的识别机构,包括可更换部件以及用于安装所述可更换部件的安装座,其特征在于,还包括弹性件和压力传感器,所述可更换部件设置为多个,各可更换部件配套可更换安装在所述安装座上;至少有一个可更换部件上设置有触面;不同具有触面的可更换部件,其对应的触面位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面的可更换部件在安装在所述安装座上时,所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面的可更换部件的触面相抵,所述弹性件的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器相抵;所述压力传感器的位置被限定为固定位置。所述压力传感器与安装座固定或者与用于承载安装座的设施固定。
工作方式:以刀具识别机构为例,将刀具安装到容器内时,由于不同刀具对应的触面位置不同,对弹性件的压缩程度不同,当然弹性件如果是扭力弹簧或拉力弹簧的话,其对应的是扭转程度或者拉伸程度。那么,压力传感器所感应到的压力也不同。控制单元根据压力传感器所提供的压力值的所属范围确定已安装的刀具的类别。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案的有益效果是:一、可识别刀具;二,当刀具处于高温、高转速的情况下也不易损坏识别机构,相比于射频识别技术,稳定性好;三,相比于射频识别技术,准确度高;四,相比于直接电连接的电子标签识别技术,不需要设置连接在刀具的电路,结构简单合理。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例一:
如图1至图3所示,本实施例公开了电烹饪器的刀具识别装置,包括容器1以及从外部穿入容器1内的刀具2,还包括弹性件3和压力传感器4,所述刀具2设置为多个;各刀具2配套可更换安装在所述容器1上;至少有一个刀具2上设置有触面200;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的触面200位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面200的刀具2在安装在所述容器1上时,所述弹性件3第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面200的刀具2的触面200相抵,所述弹性件3的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压 力传感器4相抵;外驱刀具2伸入容器1内结构是指该刀具2穿过容器1壁或者直接从容器1口进入容器1内,其工作端位于容器1内,刀具2的后半段穿出到容器1外并由位于容器1外的驱动装置驱动,用于带动刀具2工作端运行;刀具2配套可更换安装在所述容器1上的更换方式包括:可通过不拆设备的直接更换,也包括通过拆解设备进行更换;至少有一个刀具2上设置有触面200是指:多个刀具2中可以全部都有触面200,也可以只有部分刀具2具有触面200;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的触面200位置也不同是指:当设备安装好时,触面200距离压力传感器4距离不同;至少,有一个具有触面200的刀具2在安装在所述容器1上时,所述弹性件3第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面200的刀具2的触面200相抵,所述弹性件3的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器4相抵,也就是说,将多个刀具2各自安装在容器1上时,其中至少在安装某一个刀具2时,弹性件3发生变形,给压力传感器4一个压力,也可以是多个刀具2在安装到容器1上时,都可以使得弹性件3发生弹性形变,都给压力传感器4一个压力,但刀具2不同,给压力传感器4的压力也不完全相同;所述压力传感器4的位置被限定为固定位置。也就是说,至少在容器1安装在容器座7上时,压力传感器4相对于容器1位置是固定的,压力传感器4可以直接固定在容器1上,也可以固定在用于安装容器1的容器座7上。
当所述刀具2安装在所述容器1上时,所述弹性件3、压力传感器4和所述刀具2的触面200全部位于所述容器1的外部。避免容器1内部有太多设施,影响容器1使用,而且减少容器1内外之间的连通端口,避免使用多个密封圈。
所述容器1壁上开有孔一11;所述刀具2包括可拆卸式固定在所述孔一11的呈管状的定子21,以及旋转安装在所述定子21内的转子22;所述刀具2的定子21外表面上设置有一圈台阶,所述台阶背向容器1内部的一面作为 所述触面200,背向容器1内部的一面可以是:与定子21外壁垂直或倾斜;台阶具体结构可以是:定子21外轮廓靠近容器1内的一侧的外接圆粗于远离容器1内的一侧的外接圆,二者对接处形成的台阶;也可以是:定子21上形成一个环形凸起,环形凸起背向容器1内部的一侧作为该台阶;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的台阶背向容器1内部的一面距压力传感器4的距离不同。整体结构简单合理。
还包括底壳5,所述底壳5固定在所述容器1底部下侧,并且所述底壳5与所述容器1底部之间形成有安装空间500;所述孔一11位于所述容器1的底部,所述底壳5上开有与所述孔一11对应的孔二51;所述底壳5上还设置有围绕所述孔二51向上延伸的多个纵向导杆52;还包括在所述纵向导杆52上上下滑动的滑动片6;所述滑动片6上设置有与所述孔一11对应的孔三61;所述刀具2至触面200以下的部分穿过所述孔三61,所述刀具2至触面200以上外轮廓大于孔三61被限定为不可穿过所述孔三61;所述滑动片6与所述弹性件3第一端通过直接或者间接的方式相抵;所述纵向导杆52上还安装有弹簧53,所述弹簧53上端支撑在所述滑动片6下表面,所述弹簧53下端支撑在所述底壳5上表面,所述滑动片6上表面抵在所述触面200的下方。刀具2至触面200以下的部分穿过所述孔三61,触面200将滑动片6下压,便于刀具2更换;并且稳定性较好,不易在更换刀具2时损坏该刀具识别机构。
还包括用于安装容器1的容器座7,所述容器座7上设置有纵向安装孔71,所述压力传感器4固定在所述纵向安装孔71底部,所述弹性件3安装在纵向安装孔71内,所述滑动片6的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆8;当所述容器1安装在容器座7上时,所述推杆8的下端与弹性件3的第一端相抵。容器座7内部一般是防水结构的,但底壳5上具有多个开孔,而且刀具2转子22还需传动机构传动,很难做到防水;该结构不仅避免将电路设置在容 器座7内,而且避免了容器1重量增加过多。
还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述压力传感器4电连接,所述控制单元根据所述压力传感器4所提供的压力值的所属范围确定已安装的刀具2的类别。
实施列二:
如图4和图5所示,本实施例公开了电烹饪器的刀具识别装置,包括容器1以及从外部穿入容器1内的刀具2,还包括弹性件3和压力传感器4,所述刀具2设置为多个;各刀具2配套可更换安装在所述容器1上;至少有一个刀具2上设置有触面200;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的触面200位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面200的刀具2在安装在所述容器1上时,所述弹性件3第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面200的刀具2的触面200相抵,所述弹性件3的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器4相抵;外驱刀具2伸入容器1内结构是指该刀具2穿过容器1壁或者直接从容器1口进入容器1内,其工作端位于容器1内,刀具2的后半段穿出到容器1外并由位于容器1外的驱动装置驱动,用于带动刀具2工作端运行;刀具2配套可更换安装在所述容器1上的更换方式包括:可通过不拆设备的直接更换,也包括通过拆解设备进行更换;至少有一个刀具2上设置有触面200是指:多个刀具2中可以全部都有触面200,也可以只有部分刀具2具有触面200;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的触面200位置也不同是指:当设备安装好时,触面200距离压力传感器4距离不同;至少,有一个具有触面200的刀具2在安装在所述容器1上时,所述弹性件3第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面200的刀具2的触面200相抵,所述弹性件3的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器4相抵,也就是说,将多个刀具2各自安装在容器1上时,其中至少在安装某一个刀具2时,弹性件3发生变形,给压力传感器4一个压力,也可以是多个刀具2在安装 到容器1上时,都可以使得弹性件3发生弹性形变,都给压力传感器4一个压力,但刀具2不同,给压力传感器4的压力也不完全相同;所述压力传感器4的位置被限定为固定位置。也就是说,至少在容器1安装在容器座7上时,压力传感器4相对于容器1位置是固定的,压力传感器4可以直接固定在容器1上,也可以固定在用于安装容器1的容器座7上。
当所述刀具2安装在所述容器1上时,所述触面200位于容器1内,所述弹性件3和压力传感器4位于容器1外;还包括触杆9,所述容器1的壁上开有适配所述触杆9穿过的孔四12,所述触杆9从孔四12中穿过;所述触杆9位于容器1内的一端直接或者间接抵在所述触面200上,所述触杆9位于容器1外一端直接或者间接抵在所述弹性件3的第一端。
所述容器1的壁上开有孔一11;所述刀具2包括可拆卸式固定在所述孔一11的呈管状的定子21,以及旋转安装在所述定子21内的转子22;所述转子22包括轴221和可拆卸连接在所述轴221上的刀头222,所述刀头222位于容器1内;所述刀头222上旋转连接有圆环223,所述圆环223位于容器1内,所述圆环223朝向容器1的内壁的一面作为所述触面200;不同具有触面200的刀具2,其对应的圆环223朝向容器1的内壁的一面距容器1的内壁的距离不同。该方案可以适用于直接在容器1内更换刀头222这种刀具2更换方案。
还包括底壳5,所述底壳5固定在所述容器1底部下侧,并且所述底壳5与所述容器1底部之间形成有安装空间500;所述底壳5上开有与所述孔一11对应的孔二51;所述孔一11位于所述容器1的底部;还包括滑动片6,所述滑动片6上开有孔三61,所述定子21从所述孔三61穿过,并且所述滑动片6以所述定子21为滑杆在所述定子21上上下滑动;所述滑动片6与所述底壳5之间以弹簧53支撑;所述触杆9下端与所述滑动片6固定,所述滑动片6通过直接或者间接的方式与所述弹性件3第一端相抵。整体结构简 单合理,使用安全方便。
所述容器1的底部外表面固定一圈绕所述孔一11的环形加热单元13,所述环形加热单元13位于所述安装空间500内;所述孔一11与所述环形加热单元13中间的圆孔对应;当将所述刀具2固定在容器1上时,所述环形加热单元13与所述刀具2之间形成有环状空腔130;所述滑动片6适配的活动安装在所述环状空腔130内。环形加热单元13可以用于限制弹簧53位置,整体结构简单合理。
还包括用于安装容器1的容器座7,所述容器座7上设置有纵向安装孔71,所述压力传感器4固定在所述纵向安装孔71底部,所述弹性件3安装在纵向安装孔71内,所述滑动片6的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆8;当所述容器1安装在容器座7上时,所述推杆8的下端与弹性件3的第一端相抵。容器座7内部一般是防水结构的,但底壳5上具有多个开孔,而且刀具2转子22还需传动机构传动,很难做到防水;该结构不仅避免将电路设置在容器座7内,而且避免了容器1重量增加过多。

  1. 刀具识别机构,包括容器以及从外部穿入容器内的刀具,其特征在于,还包括弹性件和压力传感器,所述刀具设置为多个,各刀具配套可更换安装在所述容器上;至少有一个刀具上设置有触面;不同具有触面的刀具,其对应的触面位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面的刀具在安装在所述容器上时,所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面的刀具的触面相抵,所述弹性件的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器相抵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,当所述刀具安装在所述容器上时,所述弹性件、压力传感器和所述刀具的触面全部位于所述容器的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,所述容器壁上开有孔一;所述刀具包括可拆卸式固定在所述孔一的呈管状的定子,以及旋转安装在所述定子内的转子;所述刀具的定子外表面上设置有一圈台阶,所述台阶背向容器内部的一面作为所述触面;不同具有触面的刀具,其对应的台阶背向容器内部的一面距压力传感器的距离不同。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,还包括用于安装容器的容器座,所述容器座上设置有纵向安装孔,所述压力传感器固定在所述纵向安装孔底部,所述弹性件安装在纵向安装孔内,所述滑动片的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆;当所述容器安装在容器座上时,所述推杆的下端与弹性件的第一端相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,当所述刀具安装在所述容器上时,所述触面位于容器内,所述弹性件和压力传感器位于容器外;还包括触杆,所述容器的壁上开有适配所述触杆穿过的孔四,所述触杆从孔四中穿过;所述触杆位于容器内的一端直接或者间接抵在所述触面上,所述触杆位于容器外一端直接或者间接抵在所述弹性件的第一端。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,还包括底壳,所述底壳固定在所述容器底部下侧,并且所述底壳与所述容器底部之间形成有安装空间;所述底壳上开有与所述孔一对应的孔二;所述孔一位于所述容器的底部;还包括滑动片,所述滑动片上开有孔三,所述定子从所述孔三穿过,并且所述滑动片以所述定子为滑杆在所述定子上上下滑动;所述滑动片与所述底壳之间以弹簧支撑;所述触杆下端与所述滑动片固定,所述滑动片通过直接或者间接的方式与所述弹性件第一端相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,所述容器的底部 外表面固定一圈绕所述孔一的环形加热单元,所述环形加热单元位于所述安装空间内;所述孔一与所述环形加热单元中间的圆孔对应;当将所述刀具固定在容器上时,所述环形加热单元与所述刀具之间形成有环状空腔;所述滑动片适配的活动安装在所述环状空腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,还包括用于安装容器的容器座,所述容器座上设置有纵向安装孔,所述压力传感器固定在所述纵向安装孔底部,所述弹性件安装在纵向安装孔内,所述滑动片的下表面固定有呈纵向的推杆;当所述容器安装在容器座上时,所述推杆的下端与弹性件的第一端相抵。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的刀具识别机构,其特征在于,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述压力传感器电连接,所述控制单元根据所述压力传感器所提供的压力值的所属范围确定已安装的刀具的类别。
  12. 一种电烹饪器,包括容器以及从外部穿入容器内的刀具,其特征在于,还包括弹性件和压力传感器,所述刀具设置为多个,各刀具配套可更换安装在所述容器上;至少有一个刀具上设置有触面;不同具有触面的刀具,其对应的触面位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面的刀具在安装在所述容器上时,所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面的刀具的触面相抵,所述弹性件的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器相抵;所述压力传感器的位置被限定为固定位置。
  13. 一种可更换部件的识别机构,包括可更换部件以及用于安装所述可更换部件的安装座,其特征在于,还包括弹性件和压力传感器,所述可更换部件设置为多个,各可更换部件配套可更换安装在所述安装座上;至少有一个可更换部件上设置有触面;不同具有触面的可更换部件,其对应的触面位置也不同;至少,有一个具有触面的可更换部件在安装在所述安装座上时,所述弹性件第一端通过直接或者间接的方式与该具有触面的可更换部件的 触面相抵,所述弹性件的第二端通过直接或者间接的方式与压力传感器相抵;所述压力传感器的位置被限定为固定位置。
