Description

一种钢桶旋转清洗装置
本申请要求在2021年9月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111109793.7的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及钢桶清洗技术领域,例如涉及一种钢桶旋转清洗装置。
背景技术
成型的钢桶对其内壁清洗时,受小径孔口限制,难以通过毛刷等工具伸入清洁,在不取下桶盖的情况下仅能通过在桶内注入清洗液并晃动的方式进行清洗。由于钢桶本身较重,体积不小,人工难以进行操作,对此,目前没有专用的机械设备,导致操作不便,清洗不到位。另外,孔口处的密封处理很重要,一方面,普通封堵方式存在晃动过程中堵头掉落风险,另一方面,注液和出液时,需要反复拆装堵头,操作不便,会降低密封性,影响清洗效率。
发明内容
本申请提供一种钢桶旋转清洗装置,对桶体进行旋转翻动操作,并对孔口进行特殊结构密封,实现便捷、高效清洗,提高清洁效果。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种钢桶旋转清洗装置,其包括支撑座,支撑座上设置有翻转驱动机构,翻转驱动机构上设置有横向输出轴,横向输出轴上固连有放置架,放置架上设置有盛放待清洗钢桶的底转盘,底转盘由旋转驱动机构控制转动,底转盘的上方设置有由第一升降机构驱动相对于底转盘往复运动的连接座,连接座上设置有压于钢桶表面的顶压盘,顶压盘的一侧设置有由第二升降机构驱动的安装座,安装座上设置有中空管体,中空管体的一端设置有与钢桶孔口匹配的封盖接头,中空管体的另一端连接清洗管路。

请参阅图1至图3所示,本可选实施例提供一种钢桶旋转清洗装置,其包括支撑座1,支撑座1上设置有翻转驱动机构2,翻转驱动机构2上设置有横向 输出轴3,横向输出轴3上固连有放置架4,通过翻转驱动机构2驱动放置架4绕横向输出轴3翻转动作。此处的翻转驱动机构2可选为减速电机。
放置架4上设置有盛放待清洗钢桶32的底转盘5,底转盘5由旋转驱动机构6控制转动,底转盘5的上方设置有由第一升降机构驱动相对于底转盘5往复运动的连接座7,连接座7上设置有压于钢桶32表面的顶压盘8,底转盘5与顶压盘8配合对顶将钢桶32夹紧固定,并由旋转驱动机构6驱动底转盘5,进而带动钢桶32转动。此处的旋转驱动机构6可选为减速电机。
可选地,横向输出轴3和底转盘5的转轴上分别设置有信号块,信号块设置为反馈转速,以便对钢桶32翻转和自转状态进行调控。
其中,第一升降机构包括安装于放置架4上的丝杆座9,丝杆座9上设置有第一气缸10,连接座7与第一气缸10的输出杆之间通过轴承装配连接。特别地,丝杆座9也可以设置为可动,示例性的,放置架4上转动设置有与底转盘5的转轴平行的丝杆11,丝杆11与丝杆座9螺纹配合并由丝杆电机20驱动旋转,放置架4上设置有滑块12,丝杆座9上对应滑块12设置有导轨13,导轨13上设置有胶轮座14,胶轮座14上设置有与钢桶32外壁滚动接触的包胶轮15,以稳定钢桶32径向位移。
顶压盘8的一侧设置有由第二升降机构驱动的安装座16,安装座16上设置有中空管体17,中空管体17的一端设置有与钢桶32孔口33匹配的封盖接头18,中空管体17的另一端连接清洗管路。
其中,第二升降机构包括固定于连接座7上的第二气缸19,安装座16固定于第二气缸19的输出杆上。
如图4和图5所示,中空管体17与安装座16之间通过关节轴承21装配连接,封盖接头18上设置有密封圈22,关节轴承21允许中空管体17与钢桶32孔口33存在少量位移,提高适配度和密封性。安装座16上设置有分体固定块23,分体固定块23将关节轴承21夹紧固定于安装座16上,从而面对不同孔口33尺寸便于选配合适的中空管体17,更换方便。
如图6所示,清洗管路包括第一三通接头24、第二三通接头25、进液管道26、抽液管道27和排气管道28,中空管体17与第一三通接头24之间通过管路连通,第一三通接头24的另外两个接口分别连接第二三通接头25和排气管道28,第二三通接头25的另外两个接口分别与进液管道26和抽液管道27连通,进液管道26、抽液管道27、排气管道28上分别设置有电磁阀29,且进液管道26上电磁阀29的进液端、抽液管道27上电磁阀29的出液端分别设置有快速接头30,方便快速连接和断开外接管路。
特别地,排气管道28的与第一三通接头24连接的端口设置有延伸进入中空管体17的细软管31,从而仅方便气体流动,调节进出液时桶内气压平衡。
综上,上述的钢桶旋转清洗装置通过放置架实现了钢桶自转和翻转的功能,满足了旋转清洗需要,并通过在钢桶孔口设计中空管体进行可靠封堵,同时预留清洗液进出口,从而无需重复拆装密封件,保证了孔口密封性,且方便清洗液处理,使用便捷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钢桶旋转清洗装置,包括支撑座,所述支撑座上设置有翻转驱动机构,所述翻转驱动机构上设置有横向输出轴,所述横向输出轴上固连有放置架,所述放置架上设置有盛放待清洗钢桶的底转盘,所述底转盘由旋转驱动机构控制转动,所述底转盘的上方设置有由第一升降机构驱动相对于底转盘往复运动的连接座,所述连接座上设置有压于钢桶表面的顶压盘,所述顶压盘的一侧设置有由第二升降机构驱动的安装座,所述安装座上设置有中空管体,所述中空管体的一端设置有与钢桶孔口匹配的封盖接头,中空管体的另一端连接清洗管路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述第一升降机构包括安装于放置架上的丝杆座,所述丝杆座上设置有第一气缸,所述连接座与所述第一气缸的输出杆之间通过轴承装配连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述放置架上转动设置有与底转盘的转轴平行的丝杆,所述丝杆与丝杆座螺纹配合并由丝杆电机驱动旋转,所述放置架上设置有滑块,所述丝杆座上对应滑块设置有导轨。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述导轨上设置有胶轮座,所述胶轮座上设置有与钢桶外壁滚动接触的包胶轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述第二升降机构包括固定于连接座上的第二气缸,所述安装座固定于所述第二气缸的输出杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述中空管体与所述安装座之间通过关节轴承装配连接,所述封盖接头上设置有密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述安装座上设置有分体固定块,所述分体固定块将所述关节轴承夹紧固定于所述安装座上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的钢桶旋转清洗装置,其中:所述清洗管路包括第一三通接头、第二三通接头、进液管道、抽液管道和排气管道,所述中空管体与所述第一三通接头之间通过管路连通,所述第一三通接头的另外两个接口分别连接所述第二三通接头和所述排气管道,所述第二三通接头的另外两个接口分别与所述进液管道和所述抽液管道连通,所述进液管道、抽液管道、排气管道 上分别设置有电磁阀。
