背景技术

参照图1至图2,图1至图2展示了本申请滑动门的第一实施例。在附图所示的实施例中,所述滑动门包括安装在站台10的导轨4、三个与导轨4连接的滑块3以及用于驱动滑块3沿导轨4移动的驱动机构,所述滑动门还包括一与滑块3连接的滑动门体2,所述驱动机构包括一电机51以及传动机构,所述电机51连接有一主动轮52,所述传动机构包括两从动轮531以及传送延长带532,所述传送延长带532绕与电机51连接的主动轮52后两端分别经一从动轮531而与滑动门体2连接,以通过传送延长带532将电机51设置于站台10外,并在电机51的作用下驱动滑动门体2沿导轨4移动,即电机51正转驱动主动轮52转动,则传送延长带532把滑动门体2向一侧牵动滑行,而电机51反转则牵动滑动门体2向另一侧滑行,从而实现开门或关门。本申请中,所述传送延长带532可以是一根绳状或带状物,或者是金属丝绳、皮带、同步带等任何绳状或带状物,其长度可以根据实际安装位置进行调整。可理解地,本申请滑动门中的滑块3数量还可根据需求进行增加或减少,而所述导轨4可为一根一体式的导轨,也可为多段导轨拼接而成的。基于上述设计,通过传送延长带532可将电机51设置于站台10外,即可将电气设备(电机51)与机械结构分离,分离于主体机构外的电气设备布置空间更加宽松,方便维保,且可降低现有技术中滑动门机械部分的高度,不需对地挖槽即可贴地安装,适应于狭小的安装空间。
在某些实施例中,所述滑动门还包括两个固定门体1,所述滑动门体2与两固定门体1交错平行,且该滑动门体2下端部通过连接板8与滑块3连接,以在电机51的作用下沿导轨4左右移动从而实现开门或关门。基于上述设计,滑动门体2在电机51的驱动下受控地在两扇固定门体1间左右滑动,滑动到一侧固定门体1背后时,视作开门,滑动到两扇固定门体1中间并挡住两扇固定门体1间的出口时视作关门。可理解地,在某些其他实施例中,所述两个独立的固定门体1可替换成一个固定挡板,所述固定挡板中部可开设一通槽,所述滑动门体2与固定挡板交错平行,以在电机51的作用下沿导轨4移动从而挡住通槽或露出通槽,则在该实施例中,滑动门体2在电机51的驱动下左右滑动,滑动到固定挡板一侧背后时,露出通槽,视作开门,滑到固定挡板通槽位置处且挡住通槽时视作关门。
在某些实施例中,两所述从动轮531分别位于导轨4两端,所述传动机构还包括至少两用于改变传送延长带532传送方向的转向轮533,所述传送延长带532绕主动轮52后两端分别依次经转向轮533、从动轮531与滑动门体2连接。如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,所述转向轮533数量为二,二所述转向轮533位于导轨4下方中部处,所述主动轮52位于所述转向轮533下方。可知,本实施例中的传送延长带532可直接穿过站台10板上预留的垂直通孔,从地面挖开槽通向站台10板下方空间处安装电机51,使得电机51设置于站台10外。可理解地,在某些其他实施例中,在传送延长带532连接从动轮531和主动轮52的经过路径上可设置不同数量的转向轮533,以满足线路布置要求。
优选地,所述滑动门还包括有第一盒体6和第二盒体7,所述电机51和主动轮52位于第一盒体6内,所述传送延长带532穿设所述第一盒体6而绕至于主动轮52上,而所述导轨4、滑块3以及从动轮531位于第二盒体7内,所述传送延长带532绕与电机51连接的主动轮52后两端穿入第二盒体7,且分别经从动轮531后穿出而与滑动门体2连接。基于上述设计,所述第一盒体6能包裹主动轮52、电机51及其附属电气设备,并为上述部件提供安装位点和必要的结构支撑,可根据工程实际情况埋藏在各种土建夹层中等位置,即可以安装在远离滑动门导轨4、滑动门体2等机械结构的独立的安装位点,电气布线也整体远离机械结构,使得滑动门的电气部分和机械部分在安装空间上完全分离,两者之间只由传送延长带532连接;而所述第二盒体7能包裹导轨4、滑块3、从动轮531、转向轮533,并为上述部件提供安装位点和必要的结构支撑,可根据工程实际情况外露于地面、天花板和墙面等位置。
参照图3,图3为本申请滑动门第二实施例的结构示意图,为了便于展示驱动机构的结构,图3为滑动门的部分结构示意图,图中未示出站台和滑动门体等结构,本实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于电机51的安装位置、转向轮533的数量和安装位置不同。在本实施例中,所述电机51位于站台外侧墙20上,所述转向轮533数量为六,所述传送延长带532的两端均依次经从动轮531、用于将传送延长带532沿水平方向传送转变为沿竖直方向传送、用于将传送延长带532沿竖直方向传送转变为沿水平方向传送以及用于将传送延长带532沿水平方向传送转变为沿竖直方向传送的三个转向轮533后绕至位于侧墙20上与电机51连接的主动轮52上。即本实施例中,第一盒体6设置于站台10滑动门体2的周边立柱或墙体的夹层中,可将电机51等电气结构和导轨4和滑动门体2等机械机构分离,且传送延长带532和位于导轨4下方较远距离的四个转向轮533可被地面走线罩壳所覆盖保护,六个转向轮533可对传送延长带532的传送方向进行调整,以连接电机51和滑动门体2,从而实现开门或关门。
本申请的滑动门体2和固定门体1为半高门,更适用于露天会场以及露天站台、地面等安装场所,下面结合实际情况对本申请滑动门的使用场景进行描述:
应用于使用室内电动隔断的场景:目前在室内吊装广告牌或者是搭建移动展示架等,需要借助室内电动隔断,现有的室内电动隔断因需要在天花板上安装固定的轨道和电机,由电机驱动一组悬挂架沿轨道运动,需要在天花板和墙壁在加装电动移门机构(滑动门)后用吊顶或墙壁装饰夹层把轨道和电机遮蔽起来,而如果试图安装在地面,若加装的是现有的电动移门机构则无法通过垫高整层楼地面高度的方式来隐藏轨道和电机,也不能为了加装电动隔断而对楼板开挖深沟槽,这种沟槽会破坏楼板结构;而若采用本申请的滑动门,因第二盒体7仅包括导轨4、滑块3、从动轮531以及转向轮533等机械结构,不包含电机51和配套电气设备与线缆,因此可以将包含在第二盒体7内的整个结构体积设计得很小,尤其是第二盒体7整体高度能降到低于电机51的最短边长,因此,这部分机械结构可以直接安装在地面上,与地面的高度差很小,不需要对地面挖安装槽,且可对地面安装后高起的两侧铺设厚地毯,使两侧地毯的铺起高度与第二盒体7的高度接近以达成装修后地面平整效果。另外,传送延长带532、第一盒体6等可都置于铺地安装的整体机械结构以外,这些电气设备可以安装在周边立柱或墙体的夹层中,也可以安装在隐蔽放置的电气室中,电气设备和机械结构间通过传送延长带532连接并传递移门动作,且传送延长带532可被地面走线罩壳所覆盖保护,装修地毯或地砖可为走线罩壳留出通过缝隙,也可直接铺设在罩壳上,更多装修方式可由现场需求决定。可见,本申请滑动门适用于没有天花板和墙壁依托的露天会场、天花板过高的酒店大堂、穹顶式展馆或天花板安装空间较为狭小而不宜安装的场景中。
应用于高铁站台的场景:现有的高铁站台上几乎没有电动移门机构,因一般是在已建成的高铁(火车、动车、磁悬浮列车或其他配装类似候车站台10的列车)站台上进行二次改建,加装类似现有地铁站台门的电动移门机构,以起到和地铁站台门相似的实用效果,而现有高铁站台的地面装饰面深度小于100mm,高铁站台门的轨道和电机必须埋藏在这个有限高度的地面挖开槽内,目前的电动移门机构仅简单考虑电机和其上下部支撑再加上一层与地面齐平的踏步板就已经超过100mm的深度了,导致安装困难,而若要安装,则需要挖除100mm装饰面后再向下挖掘站台钢筋结构层,直到满足电动移门机构安装高度为止。破坏站台结构,遗留安全隐患,就算采用更昂贵的直线电机降低安装所需高度仍需少量破坏站台结构层;若考虑将电机放进移动门体内或者放进移动门两侧的固定门内,电机虽然不必埋入地下,但放进移动门体内会导致电机随门体一起移动,需增加更多的成本为连接电机的电线设置拖线结构或提供无线通讯以控制电机,放进固定门内可能会导致列车停车位置不准,常出现车门不对准移动门而对准两侧固定结构的阻挡通勤事故;而若采用本申请的滑动门,因第二盒体7仅包括导轨4、滑块3、从动轮531以及转向轮533等机械结构,不包含电机51和配套电气设备与线缆,因此可以将包含在第二盒体7内的整个结构体积设计得很小,尤其是第二盒体7整体高度能降到低于电机51的最短边长,因此,这部分机械结构可以直接安装在100mm地面挖开槽内,安装后,第二盒体7的顶部和站台装修完成面齐平。另外,传送延长带532、第一盒体6等可都置于铺地安装的整体机械结构以外,这些电气设备可以安装在隐蔽放置的电气室中,也可以安装在周边立柱或墙体的夹层中,电气设备和机械结构间通过传送延长带532连接并传递移门动作。可见,本申请滑动门适用于高铁站台10,第一盒体6等机械结构可安装在较浅的开槽内,只挖开站台10装修面和砂土层,不破坏坚实的混凝土结构,可降低施工成本,避免土建过度改造的结构风险。
综上所述,本申请通过传送延长带可将电机设置于站台外,当电机驱动主动轮转动,则传送延长带把滑动门体向一侧牵动滑行,而电机反转则牵动滑动门体向另一侧滑行,从而实现开门或关门,即将电气设备(电机)与机械结构分离,分离于主体机构外的电气设备布置空间更加宽松,方便维保,且可降低现有技术中滑动门机械部分的高度,不需对地挖槽即可贴地安装,适应于狭小的安装空间,即可安装在一律平整的地面,不需要为天花板的起伏做单独定制设计,可以采取标准化、模块化的设计和生产方案,缩短设计周期,降低生产成本,同时还完全消除了门体绝缘问题。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,而非对本申请做任何形式上的限制。本领域的技术人员可在上述实施例的基础上施以各种等同的更改和改进,凡在权利要求范围内所做的等同变化或修饰,均应落入本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种滑动门,包括安装在站台的导轨、至少一与导轨连接的滑块以及用于驱动滑块沿导轨移动的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括一与滑块连接的滑动门体,所述驱动机构包括一电机以及传动机构,所述电机连接有一主动轮,所述传动机构包括两从动轮以及传送延长带,所述传送延长带绕与电机连接的主动轮后两端分别经一从动轮而与滑动门体连接,以通过传送延长带将电机设置于站台外,并在电机的作用下驱动滑动门体沿导轨移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:两所述从动轮分别位于导轨两端,所述传动机构还包括至少两用于改变传送延长带传送方向的转向轮,所述传送延长带绕主动轮后两端分别依次经转向轮、从动轮与滑动门体连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述转向轮数量为二,二所述转向轮位于导轨下方中部处,所述主动轮位于所述转向轮下方。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述电机位于站台外侧墙上,所述转向轮数量为六,所述传送延长带的两端均依次经从动轮、用于将传送延长带沿水平方向传送转变为沿竖直方向传送、用于将传送延长带沿竖直方向传送转变为沿水平方向传送以及用于将传送延长带沿水平方向传送转变为沿竖直方向传送的三个转向轮后绕至位于侧墙上与电机连接的主动轮上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括有第一盒体,所述电机和主动轮位于第一盒体内,所述传送延长带穿设所述第一盒体而绕至于主动轮上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括两固定门体,所述滑动门体与两固定门体交错平行,以在电机的作用下沿导轨左右移动从而实现开门或关门。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括固定挡板,所述固定挡板中部开设有一通槽,所述滑动门体与固定挡板交错平行,该滑动门体下端部与滑块连接,以在电机的作用下沿导轨移动从而挡住通槽或露出通槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括连接板,所述滑动门体下端部通过所述连接板与滑块连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的滑动门,其特征在于:所述滑动门还包括有第二盒体,所述导轨、滑块以及从动轮位于第二盒体内,所述传送延长带绕与电机连接的主动轮后两端穿入第二盒体,且分别经从动轮后穿出而与滑动门体连接。
