- the operator removes the cap 110 (S32).
- the control circuit 251 detects that the cap detector 275 is turned off (S33), and uses the RF-ID reader/writer 263 to set the wireless tag 190 of the drug cartridge 100 to a flag indicating that it has been used. Write.
- the cap 110 is removed, it is possible to identify the drug cartridge 100 that has been ejected by stopping the injection, thereby avoiding the use of the drug cartridge 100 that cannot guarantee a clean state due to the removal of the cap 110. can.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform display prompting the operator to press the drug injection device 200 against the injection site (S41). For example, the display device 258 is caused to display a message such as "Apply to injection site". The operator follows the display and presses the entire pharmaceutical injection device 200 against the injection site (S42).
- the control circuit 251 determines whether the skin contact detector 274 detects skin contact (S43). If detected, the control circuit 251 terminates this flow. If skin contact detector 274 does not detect skin contact, this step is repeated.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform display prompting the operator to press the injection button 254 (S51). For example, the display device 258 is made to display "Press the injection button” or the like. The operator presses the injection button 254 according to the display (S52). The control circuit 251 determines whether or not the injection button 254 has been pressed (S53). If the depression of the injection button 254 is detected, this flow ends. If no injection button 254 depression is detected, this step is repeated.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message that the operator will be pricked (S61). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message such as "pricking". After that, the pricking needle removing motor 268 is rotated forward (S62) to move the piston unit 286 forward. When the pricking completion detector 277 detects that the piston unit 286 has moved to the pricking position (S63), the control circuit 251 stops the pricking needle removal motor 268 (S64). This step is repeated until the puncture complete detector 277 is detected.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform a display that informs the operator that an injection will be performed (S71). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display "inject” or the like. Thereafter, the injection motor 265 is rotated forward (S72) to advance the piston 221 from the initial position, thereby moving the stopper 13 of the prefilled syringe 10 and injecting the medicine. The control circuit 251 determines whether or not the piston 221 has moved forward by the specified dose (S73). A detection signal from the rotary encoder 266, for example, can be used for this determination. Alternatively, when administering the entire amount of the drug filled in the prefilled syringe 10, the stopper 13 (FIG. 2) of the prefilled syringe 10 reaches the front end of the syringe columnar space 11s, and the load on the injection motor 265 increases. Control circuit 251 may detect the resulting change in motor current.
- control circuit 251 determines that the piston has moved forward by the specified dosage amount, it stops the injection motor 265 (S74).
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform a display prompting the operator not to remove the pharmaceutical injection device 200 immediately (S75).
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message such as "Keep it in contact with the skin.”
- the control circuit 251 uses the clock 260 to determine whether or not a predetermined holding time has elapsed (S76). If the predetermined holding time has passed, this flow ends.
- the control circuit 251 reverses the pricking needle removing motor 268 (S81) to retract the piston unit 286 and the medicine cartridge 100 gripped by it. Further, it is determined whether or not the needle removal completion detector 278 has detected that the piston unit 286 has moved to the needle removal position (S82). If detected, the control circuit 251 stops the pricking needle removal motor 268 (S83) and terminates this flow.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform display prompting the operator to remove the drug injection device 200 from the skin (S91). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display "Keep away from the skin” or the like.
- the control circuit 251 determines whether the skin contact detector 274 has detected separation of the skin (S93). If detected, this flow ends.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message prompting the operator to wait for a while (S101). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display "Please wait for a while” or the like. Thereafter, the injection motor 265 is reversed (S102), and the piston is retracted to the needle guard ejection position, which is retracted from the initial position.
- the latch unit 230 rotates around the piston shaft 221j as the piston 221 moves backward. , and the contact between the sleeve contact portion 233g and the sleeve 150 is released. Also, the biasing force of the cassette spring 140 moves the sleeve 150 from the second position to the first position. This unlocks the needle guard 130 . Needle guard 130 is moved from the first engagement position to the second engagement position by the biasing force of cassette spring 140 .
- the control circuit 251 determines from the output of the rotary encoder whether or not the piston 221 has retreated to the needle guard ejection position (S103). Specifically, as described above, control circuit 251 determines whether piston 221 has retreated to the needle guard ejection position where contact between sleeve 150 of drug cartridge 100 and latch unit 230 is released. When the control circuit 251 detects that the piston 221 has retreated to the needle guard ejection position, it stops the injection motor 265 (S104). When sleeve 150 of drug cartridge 100 and latch unit 230 are released from contact, sleeve 150 of drug cartridge 100 moves to the first position, and needle guard 130 is unlocked at the first engagement position. This moves needle guard 130 from the first engaged position to the second engaged position. That is, needle guard 130 is ejected.
- the control circuit 251 determines whether or not the needle guard detector 276 has detected ejection of the needle guard 130 (S105). If detected, this flow is terminated. If ejection of the needle guard 130 cannot be detected, a message is displayed on the display device 258 to the effect that the needle guard has not been ejected (S106), and the operation waits until ejection is detected. If ejection of the needle guard 130 is not detected even after a certain period of time has elapsed, the control circuit 251 may terminate this flow, interrupt the processing of the main flow (FIG. 27), and perform abnormal termination processing. For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display that an abnormality has occurred in the pharmaceutical injection device 200 and to prompt the user to contact a doctor or the like who is receiving treatment.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform a display that informs the operator that the action to take out the medicine cartridge 100 is performed (S111). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message such as "Cartridge is being removed.” Subsequently, the control circuit 251 reverses the injection motor 265 (S112). As a result, the piston 221 is retracted from the needle guard eject position to the cartridge eject position further retracted. As the piston retreats, the latch unit 230 further rotates around the piston shaft 221j, and the engagement between the cartridge latch 235 and the cassette outer cylinder 120 is released. As a result, the drug cartridge 100 is released from the piston unit 286 and ready for removal.
- the control circuit 251 determines whether or not the origin detector 279 is in contact with the piston 221, that is, whether or not the piston 221 has retreated to the origin position (S113). When the origin detector 279 detects contact with the piston 221, the control circuit 251 stops the injection motor 265 (S114).
- the control circuit 251 further determines whether the cartridge loading detector 271 has detected loading of the drug cartridge 100 (S115). If loading of the drug cartridge 100 is not detected, that is, if the drug cartridge 100 is released from the piston unit 286, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message prompting the operator to remove the cartridge. (S116). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display "Please remove the cartridge" or the like.
- the control circuit 251 determines whether the cartridge removal detector 273 detects contact with the drug cartridge 100 (S118). If not detected, the medicine cartridge 100 has been removed, so this flow ends.
- the control circuit 251 terminates this flow, interrupts the processing of the main flow (FIG. 27), and performs the aforementioned abnormal termination processing.
- the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to perform a display that notifies the operator of the next injection schedule (S121). For example, the control circuit 251 causes the display device 258 to display a message such as "The date of the next injection is 0/0". Further, the control circuit 251 rotates the injection motor 265 forward (S122).
- the control circuit 251 determines whether the piston 221 has advanced to the initial position based on the output of the rotary encoder 266, with reference to the position of the piston 221, which is stopped based on the detection of the origin detector 279. (S123). When the output of the rotary encoder 266 reaches a predetermined value, the control circuit 251 stops the injection motor 265 (S124). After that, the main power supply is turned off, and the operation mode is switched to the standby mode (S125).
- various detectors detect various states during the injection operation, and notify the operator of the next operation according to the detection results. Therefore, the operator can easily perform the injection operation of the drug without worrying about whether the operation procedure is correct or not. Further, after removing the cap 110 of the drug cartridge 100, the injection needle 12 is covered by the needle guard 130 during a series of operations from injecting the drug, removing the drug cartridge 100 from the drug injection device 200, and discarding it. and is not exposed. Therefore, the operator can safely use the drug injection system 300 without paying special attention to pricking fingers with the injection needle 12 or catching clothes with the exposed injection needle 12. is.
- the shapes and positions of various engaging portions and engaging claws are not limited to the illustrated examples, and various modifications are possible. Further, the positions of various detectors and detection methods are not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible.
- Various springs such as coil springs, extension springs, leaf springs, and torsion springs can be used for the springs exemplified as the biasing bodies.
