Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种冰箱,其包括:隔热箱体,其具有外箱、内箱;形成在所述内箱内部的冷冻室;在所述冷冻室的内部划分形成的小冷冻室;冷却室,其中用冷却器对向所述冷冻室送风的空气进行冷却;送风风扇,其用于将所述空气从所述冷却室送风至所述冷冻室;吹出口,其用于从所述冷却室向所述冷冻室吹出所述空气;以及小冷冻室温度测量部,其用于测量所述小冷冻室内部的温度。
Description
本发明涉及冰箱,特别地,本发明涉及具有用于检测小冷冻室的室内温度的温度测量部的冰箱。
以往,已知如专利文献1(专利第6608773号公报)中记载的检测小冷冻室的室内温度的冰箱。
具体地,在专利文献1中记载的冰箱中,在从用于间隔小冷冻室的纵向间隔部的下表面向上方凹陷的位置处设有用于测定冷冻室的温度的热敏电阻。此外,基于来自该热敏电阻的输出来实行急速冷冻功能。以此方式,能够在抑制冷冻室与冷藏室等之间的隔热性能降低的同时在收纳了食品后自动对其进行急速冷冻。
然而,在上述专利文献1中记载的冰箱中,从正确地检测出小冷冻室的室内温度的角度而言尚有改善的余地。
具体地,在专利文献1中记载的冰箱中,用于检测温度的热敏电阻配设在冷气吹出口附近。由此,存在如下问题:存在从吹出口向热敏电阻吹出冷气导致热敏电阻无法正确地检测温度的情况。
此外还存在如下问题:在基于该热敏电阻的输出实行急速冷冻功能的情况下,若热敏电阻无法正确地检测出小冷冻室的室内温度,则急速冷冻功能可能会误操作。
发明是鉴于上述事项做出的发明,其目的在于提供能够通过小冷冻室温度测量部正确地检测小冷冻室的室内温度的冰箱。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种冰箱。
为了实现以上目标,本发明一实施方式提供了冰箱,其包括:隔热箱体,其具 有外箱、内箱和配设在所述外箱与所述内箱之间的隔热材料;形成在所述内箱内部的冷冻室;在所述冷冻室的内部划分形成的小冷冻室;冷却室,其中用冷却器对向所述冷冻室送风的空气进行冷却;送风风扇,其用于将所述空气从所述冷却室送风至所述冷冻室;吹出口,其用于从所述冷却室向所述冷冻室吹出所述空气;以及小冷冻室温度测量部,其用于测量所述小冷冻室内部的温度;所述小冷冻室温度测量部配设在所述小冷冻室的上表面上方。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述小冷冻室温度测量部与所述吹出口在宽度方向上错开地配设。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述小冷冻室温度测量部具有用于检测所述小冷冻室的温度的温度传感器部以及包围所述温度传感器部的传感器包覆部,所述传感器包覆部从内箱开口部面对所述小冷冻室,所述内箱开口部是对所述内箱的上表面部分开口而得到。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,其还包括:被配设为可在前后方向上拉出的小冷冻室容器,以及安装在所述内箱的上表面上的壳体部,所述壳体部具有:上表面部;轨道部,其从所述上表面部的宽度方向端部侧向下伸出,并支撑所述小冷冻室容器使之可在所述前后方向上滑动;以及对所述上表面部部分开口而得到的壳体开口部;所述小冷冻室是由所述小冷冻室容器和所述壳体部围住的空间,所述传感器包覆部从所述壳体开口部面对所述小冷冻室。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,其还包括运算控制部,所述运算控制部基于所述小冷冻室温度测量部的输出来提高冷却收纳在所述小冷冻室内部的被冷冻物的能力。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,其还包括:冷藏室;以及冷却回路,其能够分别或同时使所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室变冷;在检测到所述门的开关动作后,所述运算控制部切换所述冷却回路,使得停止对所述冷藏室的冷却并仅冷却所述冷冻室。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,其还包括:冷藏室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室从上向下划分,所述冷冻室的后侧形成有所述冷却室,在所述冷却室内部配设有作为所述冷却器的蒸发器,所述冰箱的下端侧后方划分形成有机械室,所述机械室中配设有压缩机。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述吹出口形成在所述内箱的后表面上, 并且是向前突出的筒状部位,从所述送风风扇送风的空气从所述吹出口直接送入所述小冷冻室。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述小冷冻室温度测量部、所述内箱开口部和其附近的所述内箱的上表面用固定胶带包覆。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述传感器包覆部具有构成上方部分的大致盖状的上方包覆部和构成下方部分的大致盖状的下方包覆部,开口部通过所述下方包覆部的前侧面和后侧面部分开口而形成,所述开口部连通了前述小冷冻室与所述传感器包覆部的内部空间。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,在所述内箱开口部的周围与所述内箱的上表面抵接的部位形成凸缘部,凸缘部是所述下方包覆部的上边缘部向前后左右凸缘状突出的部位。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,在所述下方包覆部的前侧面沿左右方向形成多个所述开口部。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,在所述下方包覆部的后侧面沿左右方向形成多个所述开口部。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,其还包括:冷藏室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室从上向下划分,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室用隔热壁划分,所述小冷冻室的下表面和侧面由所述小冷冻室容器构成,所述小冷冻室的上表面由所述隔热壁的下表面构成。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述内箱开口部与所述壳体开口部被配设成从上方看的话彼此重叠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:根据本发明的冰箱,由于小冷冻室温度测量部配设在小冷冻室的上表面上方,因此从吹出口吹出的空气不会直接吹到小冷冻室温度测量部上,这样,能够通过小冷冻室温度测量部正确地检测小冷冻室的室内温度。进一步地,由于小冷冻室温度测量部与吹出口在宽度方向上错开地配设,因此使从吹出口吹出的空气进一步远离小冷冻室温度测量部,这样,能够进一步通过小冷冻室温度测量部正确地检测小冷冻室的室内温度。进一步地,由于传感器包覆部从内箱开口部面对小冷冻室,因此能够通过传感器包覆部保护温度传感器部。进一步地,由于传感器包覆部从壳体开口部面对小冷冻室,因此能够防止在为 了存取贮藏物而在前后方向上移动小冷冻室容器时贮藏物与温度传感器部接触。进一步地,由于通过小冷冻室温度测量部而正确地检测小冷冻室的室内温度,因此能够正确地判断有被冷冻物收纳在小冷冻室内部,从而抑制了自动快速冷冻功能的误操作。进一步地,即使是通过冷却回路个别地冷却冷藏室和冷冻室的冰箱,也能够良好地检测被冷冻物被贮藏到了小冷冻室,并且能够有效地冻结被冷冻物。

接下来基于附图来详细说明本发明的具体实施例所涉及的冰箱10。在本具体实施例的说明中,同样的部件原则上使用同样的附图标记,并且省略重复的说明。此外,在接下来的说明中,使用上下前后左右的各个方向来进行说明,但是左右是指从前方看冰箱10的情况的左右。
图1是从左前方看本发明的具体实施例所涉及的冰箱10的立体图。冰箱10具有隔热箱体11和形成在隔热箱体11内部的贮藏室。如后文所述,冰箱10具备快速冷冻功能。
冰箱10从上向下具有冷藏室12和冷冻室13作为贮藏室。冷藏室12的前方开口由旋转式隔热门18和隔热门19来封闭。冷冻室13的前表面开口由隔热门20和隔热门21来封闭。隔热门18、隔热门19、隔热门20和隔热门21是旋转式的门,能够以左右方向的外侧端部为旋转中心而旋转。
图2是示出隔热门18、隔热门19、隔热门20和隔热门21变为敞开状态的冰箱10的正面图。
如前所述,作为隔热箱体11内部的贮藏室形成了冷藏室12和冷冻室13。
冷藏室12是用于将收纳的被冷藏物冷却至冷藏温度带的贮藏室,其室内温度被冷却至例如2℃以上5度以下的温度带。此外,用于封闭冷藏室12的隔热门18和隔热门19的内侧表面配设有收纳构造17。
冷冻室13是用于将收纳的被冷冻物16冷却至冷冻温度带的贮藏室,其室内温度被冷却至例如-20℃以上-18度以下的温度带。冷冻室13中收纳有多个收纳容器31。在此,呈行列状配设6个收纳容器31。每个收纳容器31是上表面开口的大致箱状的由树脂制成的容器,可沿前后方向自由拉出。
在冷冻室13内部、在配设于右上端的收纳容器31的上端部附近形成有小冷冻室131。小冷冻室131是用于尽快冻结鱼和肉之类的生鲜食品等的快速冷冻室。后文参考图3等来描述小冷冻室131的详情。小冷冻室131也称为快速冷冻区。
图3是冰箱10的侧视截面图。图3中以虚线箭头示出了冰箱10内部的冷气的 流动。
隔热箱体11由以下部分构成:由弯折加工成指定形状的钢板制成的外箱111;与外箱111间隔开地配设在内侧的由合成树脂板形成的内箱112;以及填充在外箱111与内箱112之间的隔热材料113。
隔热箱体11内部的贮藏室从上向下划分为冷藏室12和冷冻室13,如上所述。冷藏室12和冷冻室13用隔热壁34划分。隔热壁34与隔热箱体11具有同样的隔热构造。
冷藏室12内部用多个收纳搁板15在上下方向上进行划分。
冷冻室13的后侧形成有冷却室115。在冷却室115内部配设有作为冷却器的蒸发器116。冰箱10的下端侧后方划分形成有机械室14,机械室14中配设有压缩机22。蒸发器116和压缩机22与在此未图示的冷凝器和膨胀装置一起形成蒸汽压缩冷冻循环。在蒸汽压缩冷冻循环运转时,通过蒸发器116冷却冷却室115内部的冷气,将该冷气送风至各贮藏室,从而使各贮藏室的室内温度到达指定的冷却温度带。
冷却室115内部在蒸发器116的上方配设有送风风扇24。送风风扇24是轴流式送风机或离心式送风机,将蒸发器116冷却后的蒸发器116内部的冷气向冷藏室12和冷冻室13的方向送风。
在冷却室115内部、在蒸发器116的下方配设有除霜加热器117。伴随着蒸汽压缩冷冻循环的运转,会在蒸发器116的表面产生厚厚的上霜。在出现这种情况时,后文描述的运算控制部会停止压缩机22并封闭冷却室115,通过对除霜加热器117通电进行加热来进行除霜运转,以融化除去霜。
在冷却室115的前侧形成有主送风路114。此外,从主送风路114向上形成有冷藏室送风路28。冷藏室送风路28中安装有冷藏室风门29。冷藏室送风路28中形成有吹出口23,其为用于将冷气吹出到冷藏室12的开口。
被蒸发器116冷却后的冷却室115内部的空气被送风风扇24向主送风路114的方向送风,然后送风至冷冻室13,从而将冷冻室13冷却至指定的冷冻温度带。冷却了冷冻室13的空气经由在此未图示的返回风路返回冷却室115。此外,被送风风扇24送风的空气的一部分经由冷藏室风门29、冷藏室送风路28和吹出口23而送风至冷藏室12,并将冷藏室12冷却至指定的冷藏温度带。冷却了冷藏室12的空气经由在此未图示的返回风路返回冷却室115。
小冷冻室131形成在冷冻室13的最上部。小冷冻室131是由小冷冻室容器32 包围而成的部位。小冷冻室容器32是上部开口的树脂制容器,被配设成可在前后方向上自由拉出。此外,小冷冻室容器32配设在配置于最上层的收纳容器31内部。也就是说,小冷冻室131是这样的空间:其下表面和侧面由小冷冻室容器32构成,并且上表面由隔热壁34的下表面构成。
小冷冻室131中收纳有例如鱼和肉之类的被冷冻物16。通过在小冷冻室131中进行快速冷冻,能够尽快冻结被冷冻物16,从而良好地保持被冷冻物16的鲜度。在关于小冷冻室131进行食品等的存取时,转动打开隔热门21,将最上层的收纳容器31向前方拉出,并且再将小冷冻室容器32向前方拉出。
进一步地,从送风风扇24送风的空气从吹出口33直接送入小冷冻室131。此外,在面向小冷冻室容器32的隔热壁34的下表面配设有小冷冻室温度测量部26。小冷冻室温度测量部26由例如热敏电阻形成,被配设为从隔热壁34的下表面向下方突出。此外,如后文所述,最上层的吹出口33与小冷冻室温度测量部26在左右方向上错开。以此方式,从吹出口33吹出的低温空气不会直接猛吹到小冷冻室温度测量部26上,使得小冷冻室温度测量部26能够正确地检测被冷冻物16的温度。
如前所述,冰箱10具有快速冷冻功能。所谓的快速冷冻功能即在用户将被冷冻物16收纳到小冷冻室131中时急速冻结被冷冻物16的功能。快速冷冻功能能够根据用户操作控制面板而实行。进一步地,快速冷冻功能可以作为自动快速冷冻功能而实行,其中,即使用户不进行特别的操作,也基于小冷冻室温度测量部26的检测温度而由运算控制部实行快速冷冻功能。另外,快速冷冻功能有时也称为急速冷冻功能。
参考图4A和图4B来说明小冷冻室温度测量部26等的结构。图4A是示出小冷冻室131附近的内部结构的侧视截面图。图4B是放大示出小冷冻室温度测量部26和其附近的侧视截面图。在图4B中,以虚线示出内箱开口部27内部的小冷冻室131的上表面的位置。
参考图4A,小冷冻室温度测量部26配设在小冷冻室131的顶表面上。换言之,小冷冻室温度测量部26被制成埋入隔热壁34的结构。小冷冻室131是形成在隔热壁34的正下方的呈大致扁长方体形状的空间。由此,由于小冷冻室温度测量部26配设在隔热壁34的下表面,因此能够正确地测量小冷冻室131的室内温度。此外,在小冷冻室容器32的底面上配设有由铝板等制成的金属托盘25,被冷冻物16载置在金属托盘25的上表面上。这样,从被冷冻物16向金属托盘25导热良好,从而更 有效地冷却被冷冻物16。
参考图4B,小冷冻室温度测量部26具有用于检测小冷冻室131的温度的温度传感器部261以及包围温度传感器部261的传感器包覆部262。
温度传感器部261例如是热敏电阻,指示小冷冻室131内部温度的电气信号输出到在此未图示的运算控制部。
传感器包覆部262是包围温度传感器部261的由合成树脂等制成的容器。传感器包覆部262内部配设有支撑部265。支撑部265是从传感器包覆部262的下表面竖立设置的部位,在传感器包覆部262内部固定温度传感器部261。
小冷冻室温度测量部26从壳体开口部303和内箱开口部27面对小冷冻室131。壳体开口部303是内箱112开口的部位。壳体开口部303是后文描述的壳体部30的上表面部301开口的部位。
温度传感器部261配设在小冷冻室131的上表面上方。更具体地,温度传感器部261的下端配设在构成小冷冻室131的上表面的壳体部30的上表面部301的下表面上方。在此以虚线示出了相当于小冷冻室131的上表面的部分。这样,从图4A所示的吹出口33吹出到小冷冻室131内部的空气沿小冷冻室131的上表面向前行进,从而能够抑制该空气直接吹到温度传感器部261上。由此,能够通过温度传感器部261正确地检测出小冷冻室131的室内温度。
温度传感器部261通过做成这样的结构而能够更可靠地实行自动快速冷冻功能。具体地,参考图4A,在用户通过开闭隔热门21、收纳容器31和小冷冻室容器32而将被冷冻物16收纳到小冷冻室131中后,未图示的运算控制部监测小冷冻室温度测量部26的检测温度随时间的变化。此后,在小冷冻室温度测量部26检测到的检测温度的变化大于阈值的情况下,即,在小冷冻室131的温度降低较慢的情况下,运算控制部判断被冷冻物16是肉之类的食品,并实行自动快速冷冻。即,提高前述压缩机22的旋转数以尽快冻结被冷冻物16。这样,降低解冻被冷冻物16时发生的滴落的量,从而能够良好地保持被冷冻物16的鲜度。
图5是示出小冷冻室温度测量部26的立体图。在小冷冻室温度测量部26中,前述温度传感器部261内置于传感器包覆部262中。
传感器包覆部262具有构成上方部分的大致盖状的上方包覆部266和构成下方部分的大致盖状的下方包覆部267。
开口部263通过下方包覆部267的前侧面和后侧面部分开口而形成。开口部263 连通了前述小冷冻室131与传感器包覆部262的内部空间。在下方包覆部267的前侧面沿左右方向形成多个开口部263。此外,还在下方包覆部267的后侧面沿左右方向形成多个开口部263。通过这样的结构,小冷冻室131内部的空气经由开口部263适度地进入传感器包覆部262内部,从而使得能够通过内置于传感器包覆部262的温度传感器部261正确地检测小冷冻室131内部的温度。参考图4B,开口部263的下方部分配设在小冷冻室131的上表面下方,开口部263的上方部分配设在小冷冻室131的上表面上方。
凸缘部264是下方包覆部267的上边缘部向前后左右凸缘状突出的部位。参考图4B,凸缘部264是在内箱开口部27的周围与内箱112的上表面抵接的部位。这样可以在上下方向上正确地规定内置于小冷冻室温度测量部26中的温度传感器部261的位置,从而能够通过温度传感器部261正确地检测小冷冻室131的室内温度。
图6是示出构成冷冻室13的内箱112的立体图。在内箱112的上表面安装有壳体部30。
壳体部30由注塑的合成树脂等制成,具有上表面部301和轨道部302。此外,前述小冷冻室容器32从前方插入壳体部30,从而将前述小冷冻室131形成为由壳体部30与小冷冻室容器32包围的空间。
上表面部301呈大致长方形,是与内箱112的顶表面抵接的部位。
轨道部302从上表面部301的左端部和右端部向下伸出。轨道部302支撑前述小冷冻室容器32,使之能在前后方向上滑动。
上表面部301被开口而形成壳体开口部303。如前所述,小冷冻室温度测量部26经由壳体开口部303而面对小冷冻室131。
图7是示出构成冷冻室13的内箱112的分解立体图。如前所述,内箱112的上表面部被开口而形成内箱开口部27。此外,在内箱112的顶表面从下方安装有壳体部30。内箱112的内箱开口部27与壳体部30的壳体开口部303被配设成从上方看的话彼此重叠。这样,能够实现这样的特征:小冷冻室温度测量部26经由内箱开口部27和壳体开口部303而面对小冷冻室131的室内。
此外,导线35从收纳于传感器包覆部262中的温度传感器部261伸出。温度传感器部261经由导线35而连接到此处未图示的运算控制部。
小冷冻室温度测量部26、内箱开口部27和其附近的内箱112的上表面用固定胶带36包覆。这样,防止发泡树脂通过内箱开口部27而进入内箱112内部。
图8是示出小冷冻室131和其附近的正面图。在此没有图示构成小冷冻室131的小冷冻室容器32。
吹出口33形成在内箱112的后表面上,并且是向前突出的筒状部位。来自前述冷却室115的空气经由吹出口33向小冷冻室131吹出。
小冷冻室温度测量部26和吹出口33在宽度方向上错开地配设。在此,小冷冻室温度测量部26配设在吹出口33的左侧。具体地,小冷冻室温度测量部26的右端部配设在吹出口33的左端部的左侧。也就是说,小冷冻室温度测量部26和吹出口33被配设成在左右方向上不重叠。此外,内置于小冷冻室温度测量部26中的在此未图示的温度传感器部261也配设在吹出口33的左侧。
这样,从吹出口33吹出的低温空气吹过小冷冻室温度测量部26的右侧,而不会直吹到小冷冻室温度测量部26上。由此能够通过小冷冻室温度测量部26正确地检测小冷冻室131的室内温度,并且能够基于小冷冻室温度测量部26的检测温度而实行自动快速功能。
通过前述的本具体实施例,能够达成如下主要效果。
具体地,如图4B所示,由于小冷冻室温度测量部26配设在小冷冻室131的上表面上方,因此从吹出口33吹出的空气不会直接吹到小冷冻室温度测量部26上,这样,能够通过小冷冻室温度测量部26正确地检测小冷冻室131的室内温度。
进一步地,参考图8,由于小冷冻室温度测量部26与吹出口33在宽度方向上错开地配设,因此使从吹出口33吹出的空气进一步远离小冷冻室温度测量部26,这样,能够进一步通过小冷冻室温度测量部26正确地检测小冷冻室131的室内温度。
进一步地,参考图4B,由于传感器包覆部262从内箱开口部27面对小冷冻室131,因此能够通过传感器包覆部262保护温度传感器部261。
进一步地,参考图7,由于传感器包覆部262从壳体开口部303面对小冷冻室131,因此能够防止在为了存取贮藏物而在前后方向上移动小冷冻室容器32时贮藏物与温度传感器部261接触。
上文关于本发明的具体实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于此,在不脱离本发明的要旨的范围内可以存在变型。此外,前述各形态可以彼此组合。
例如,参考图3,能够具有能分别或同时使冷藏室12和冷冻室13变冷的冷却回路。具体地,分别设置蒸发器116和用于冷却冷藏室12的冷藏室用冷却器,通过冷藏室用冷却器来冷却冷藏室12,并通过蒸发器116来冷却冷冻室13。在这样的结构 的情况下,在开关检测部检测到隔热门21的开关动作后,运算控制部(例如是CPU)切换为仅冷却冷冻室13的冷却回路。具体地,运算控制部停止冷藏室用冷却器对冷藏室12的冷却,并继续进行蒸发器116对冷冻室13的冷却。
尽管说明了本发明的实施方式和具体实施例,但是公开内容可在结构细节方面发生变化,并且也可以实现实施方式、具体实施例中的各要素的组合或顺序的变化等,而不会脱离所请求的本发明的范围和思想。
Claims (15)
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,其包括:隔热箱体,其具有外箱、内箱和配设在所述外箱与所述内箱之间的隔热材料;形成在所述内箱内部的冷冻室;在所述冷冻室的内部划分形成的小冷冻室;冷却室,其中用冷却器对向所述冷冻室送风的空气进行冷却;送风风扇,其用于将所述空气从所述冷却室送风至所述冷冻室;吹出口,其用于从所述冷却室向所述冷冻室吹出所述空气;以及小冷冻室温度测量部,其用于测量所述小冷冻室内部的温度;所述小冷冻室温度测量部配设在所述小冷冻室的上表面上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述小冷冻室温度测量部与所述吹出口在宽度方向上错开地配设。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述小冷冻室温度测量部具有用于检测所述小冷冻室的温度的温度传感器部以及包围所述温度传感器部的传感器包覆部,所述传感器包覆部从内箱开口部面对所述小冷冻室,所述内箱开口部是对所述内箱的上表面部分开口而得到。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,其还包括:被配设为可在前后方向上拉出的小冷冻室容器,以及安装在所述内箱的上表面上的壳体部,所述壳体部具有:上表面部;轨道部,其从所述上表面部的宽度方向端部侧向下伸出,并支撑所述小冷冻室容器使之可在所述前后方向上滑动;以及对所述上表面部部分开口而得到的壳体开口部;所述小冷冻室是由所述小冷冻室容器和所述壳体部围住的空间,所述传感器包覆部从所述壳体开口部面对所述小冷冻室。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,其还包括运算控制部,所述运算控制部基于所述小冷冻室温度测量部的输出来提高冷却收纳在所述小冷冻室内部的被冷冻物的能力。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,其还包括:冷藏室;以及冷却回路,其能够分别或同时使所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室变冷;在检测到所述门的开关动作后,所述运算控制部切换所述冷却回路,使得停止对所述冷藏室的冷却并仅冷却所述冷冻室。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,其还包括:冷藏室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室从上向下划分,所述冷冻室的后侧形成有所述冷却室,在所述冷却室内部配设有作为所述冷却器的蒸发器,所述冰箱的下端侧后方划分形成有机械室,所述机械室中配设有压缩机。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述吹出口形成在所述内箱的后表面上,并且是向前突出的筒状部位,从所述送风风扇送风的空气从所述吹出口直接送入所述小冷冻室。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述小冷冻室温度测量部、所述内箱开口部和其附近的所述内箱的上表面用固定胶带包覆。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述传感器包覆部具有构成上方部分的大致盖状的上方包覆部和构成下方部分的大致盖状的下方包覆部,开口部通过所述下方包覆部的前侧面和后侧面部分开口而形成,所述开口部连通了前述小冷冻室与所述传感器包覆部的内部空间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述内箱开口部的周围与所述内箱的上表面抵接的部位形成凸缘部,凸缘部是所述下方包覆部的上边缘部向前后左右凸缘状突出的部位。
- 根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述下方包覆部的前侧面沿左右方向形成多个所述开口部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述下方包覆部的后侧面沿左右方向形成多个所述开口部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,其还包括:冷藏室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室从上向下划分,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室用隔热壁划分,所述小冷冻室的下表面和侧面由所述小冷冻室容器构成,所述小冷冻室的上表面由所述隔热壁的下表面构成。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述内箱开口部与所述壳体开口部被配设成从上方看的话彼此重叠。
