工业洗衣机采用卧式滚筒型,门体结构和家用小型滚筒洗衣机的门体结构相同,都是采用铰链将洗衣机的门体固定于洗衣机的门支撑上。但是由于工业洗衣机的负载相对家用小型滚筒洗衣机的负载大得多,使用寿命也远超家用小型滚筒洗衣机,不同于家用小型滚筒洗衣机的塑料窗屏,工业洗衣机门体是由 钣金和硼硅玻璃组成,门体的重量也相对重很多,家用小型滚筒洗衣机门体的铰链结构并不适用于工业洗衣机的门体装配。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,包括铰链座2、铰链3、第一铰接轴4和第二铰接轴5,铰链座2与门外框1固定连接,铰链座2包括同轴设置的第一安装孔21和第二安装孔22。铰链3固定于洗衣机的门支撑上,铰链3包括同轴设置的第一铰接孔31和第二铰接孔32。第一铰接轴4与第一安装孔21固定连接,与第一铰接孔31铰接;第二铰接轴5与第二铰接孔32铰接,与第二安装孔22可拆卸连接。
本实施例提供的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,通过在与门外框1固定连接的铰链座2上同轴设置第一安装孔21和第二安装孔22,在与门支撑上固定的铰链3上同轴设置第一铰接孔31和第二铰接孔32。第一铰接轴4与第一安装孔21固定连接后与第一铰接孔31铰接,再将第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22对准,第二铰接轴5与第二铰接孔32铰接后再与第二安装孔22可拆卸连接。
该工业洗衣机的门体装配结构无需将门外框1和门体的上下支撑部分一体压铸成型,减小了门外框的厚度,从而减轻了门体的重量;通过将第一安装孔21和第二安装孔22同轴设置,第一铰接孔31和第二铰接孔32同轴设置,通过第一铰接轴4和第二铰接轴5将门外框1和门支撑铰接,有效避免了门体扭曲变形,保证了工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的同轴度和强度;将第一铰接轴4与第一安装孔21固定连接,第二铰接轴5与第二安装孔22可拆卸连接,使得门体装配时易于安装,维修时易于拆卸,便于装配和维护,提高了生产和维修效率。
在本实施例中,铰链3还包括两个转臂,其中第一转臂上设置有第一铰接孔31,第二转臂上设置有第二铰接孔32。铰链座2上设置有第一安装位24和第二安装位25,两个安装位的第一侧均与铰链座2的一侧贯通,两个安装位的第二侧均设置为弧形槽,该弧形槽与转臂的形状相适配,以避免与转臂发生干 涉。
在本实施例中,铰链座2和铰链3均为压铸件,且为一体成型件。将铰链座2和铰链3均设置为一体成型件,保证了第一安装孔21和第二安装孔22的同轴度,第一铰接孔31和第二铰接孔32的同轴度,使得第一铰接轴4和第二铰接轴5具有良好的同轴度。而且在本实施例中,门外框1由钢板制成,利用压铸成型的铰链座2的强度能够防止门外框1弯曲变形,门外框1的钢板厚度仅需1.5mm,大大减轻了门体的自重,降低了成本。
如图3所示,在第一安装位24与其弧形槽相邻的一侧的侧壁上设置第一安装孔21,与第一安装孔21相对的位置设置第一避让槽26,第一避让槽26在第一铰接轴4与第一安装孔21固定连接时,用于避让第一铰接轴4,同时可用于避让第一安装孔21在压铸成型时的抽芯动作。在第二安装位25与其弧形槽相邻的一侧的侧壁上设置第二安装孔22,与第二安装孔22相对的位置设置第二避让槽27,第二避让槽27在第二铰接轴5插入第二铰接孔32时用于避让第二铰接轴5,同时可用于避让第二安装孔22在压铸成型时的抽芯动作。
铰链座2上远离两个安装位的一侧设置为内凹型,以减轻铰链座2的重量。铰链座2通过紧固螺栓与门外框1固定连接,铰链3也通过紧固螺栓与门支撑固定连接。
铰链座2上与门外框1连接的连接板设置为格栅板,铰链3上与门支撑连接的连接板也设置为格栅板,在减轻铰链座2和铰链3的重量的同时增加铰链座2和铰链3的强度。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,第一铰接轴4与第一安装孔21配合的一端设置有滚花,与第一铰接孔31配合的一端设置为锥形。第一铰接轴4设置有滚花的一端与第一安装孔21过盈配合,以增加第一铰接轴4与铰链座2连接的稳定性。第一铰接轴4与第一铰接孔31配合的一端设置为锥形,便于第一铰接轴4插入第一铰接孔31,起到导向作用。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,铰链座2上设置有第一 定位结构,门外框1上设置有第二定位结构,第一定位结构与第二定位结构配合,以将铰链座2定位于门外框1。在本实施例中,第一定位结构为定位凸起,第二定位结构为定位孔,定位凸起卡入定位孔内,以将铰链座2定位于门外框1上。
当然,在其他实施例中,第一定位结构不限于定位凸起,第二定位结构不限于定位孔。也可以为其他形式的定位结构。
在本实施例中,铰链座2上的定位凸起设置有五个,定位凸起为方形凸起,每个方形凸起的面积不同,门外框1上的定位孔也设置为五个,定位孔为方形孔,五个方形孔的面积均相同,以与面积最大的方形凸起适配。由于铰链座2和铰链3均为压铸件,压铸件的加工误差较大,在定位时,先将面积最大的方形凸起与门外框1上对应的方形孔定位,再将其他方形凸起置于与方形凸起对应的方形孔内。其他四个方形凸起的面积均小于门外框1上方形孔的面积,避免了由于五个方形凸起之间的间距误差较大,造成无法与门外框1安装定位的问题。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,铰链座2上还设置有拆卸部23,拆卸部23与第二安装孔22的末端连通。在本实施例中,拆卸部23为在铰链座2的端面上对应第二安装孔22的末端的位置开设的一个与第二安装孔22连通的方孔,方孔的设置便于将第二铰接轴5顶出,拆卸方便。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,第二铰接轴5设置为两端轴径大于中间轴径的阶梯轴,铰链座2上设置有紧固孔,紧定螺钉6与紧固孔螺接并与第二铰接轴5的轴径较小处抵接。在本实施例中,当第二铰接轴5穿过第二铰接孔32且插入第二安装孔22内后,通过紧定螺钉6将第二铰接轴5固定。且将第二铰接轴5设置为阶梯轴,紧定螺钉6与第二铰接轴5抵接处的第二铰接轴5的直径小于该抵接处两侧的直径,使得第二铰接轴5与铰链座2的连接更稳定,防止高速运行时第二铰接轴5震动弹出。在拆卸时,将紧定螺钉6拆卸或松动到第二铰接轴5能旋出第二安装孔22,再通过拆卸部23将 第二铰接轴5顶出,将第一铰接轴4与第一铰接孔31脱离,即可将铰链座2与铰链3分离,从而将门体拆卸。
在其他实施例中,也可以将第二铰接轴5的末端设置一个卡接块,该卡接块与第二铰接轴5转动连接,在未安装第二铰接轴5时,将卡接块转动至与第二铰接轴5的轴线平行的方向,不影响第二铰接轴5穿过第二铰接孔32插入第二安装孔22,当第二铰接轴5插入第二安装孔22后,通过拆卸部23将卡接块转动至与第二铰接轴5的轴线垂直的位置,并与拆卸部23的侧壁抵接,以将第二铰接轴5固定于铰链座2上。在拆卸时,通过拆卸部23将卡接块转动至与第二铰接轴5的轴线平行的位置,再将第二铰接轴5顶出即可。
当然,也可使用卡簧替代紧定螺钉6,此方式需在铰链座2上设置卡环槽,预装入卡簧,在安装第二铰接轴5时,撑开卡簧,装入轴后,卡簧复位,卡住第二铰接轴5的轴径较小处。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,第二铰接轴5的轴径较大处与第二安装孔22为间隙配合,配合公差为H7/h7。将第二铰接轴5与第二安装孔22设置为小间隙配合,防止门体在洗衣机运行过程中产生晃动。在本实施例中,第二铰接轴5的直径为9mm,公差为-0.015。第二安装孔22的直径为9mm,公差为+0.03。
作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22之间还设置有定位环9,第二铰接轴5依次穿过第二铰接孔32、定位环9和第二安装孔22。在安装第二铰接轴5之前,先将定位环9置于第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22之间,定位环9由塑料件制成,定位环9的设置,一方面是为了避免因铰链座2和铰链3之间的误差造成二者配合不上,无法安装的问题,通过设置定位环9,预先留出一个调节位置,可根据铰链座2和铰链3配合后的位置调整定位环9的宽度,以使得铰链座2和铰链3能够安装到位,且轴向配合间隙尽量小;另一方面,避免铰链座2和铰链3直接接触造成磨损或产生异响。
如图4所示,作为工业洗衣机的门体装配结构的一个可选方案,第一铰接轴4通过第一隔套7与第一铰接孔31铰接,第二铰接轴5通过第二隔套8与第二铰接孔32铰接。第一隔套7的设置,减小了第一铰接轴4与第一铰接孔31之间的旋转摩擦和损耗。第二隔套8的设置,减小了第二铰接轴5与第二铰接孔32之间的旋转摩擦和损耗。在本实施例中,第一隔套7和第二隔套8均为自润滑隔离套。
第一隔套7和第二隔套8均包括卡接端和套筒端,第一隔套7设置有一个,第一隔套7的卡接端设置于第一安装孔21和第一铰接孔31之间,第一隔套7的套筒端套设于第一铰接孔31内。第一隔套7的卡接端设置于铰链座2和铰链3之间,也避免了二者之间的摩擦和磨损。第二铰接轴5设置有限位头,在本实施例中,第二隔套8设置有一个,第二隔套8的卡接端卡接于第二铰接轴5的限位头和第二铰接孔32的第一端面之间,第二隔套8的套筒端套设于第二铰接孔32内。当然,在其他实施例中,第二隔套8也可以设置为两个,一个第二隔套8的卡接端卡接于第二铰接轴5的限位头和第二铰接孔32的第一端面之间,另一个第二隔套8的卡接端卡接于定位环9和第二铰接孔32的第二端面之间。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种工业洗衣机的门体装配方法,应用实施例一提供的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,工业洗衣机的门体装配方法包括:
将第一铰接轴4压装入第一安装孔21;将铰链座2固定于门外框1,将铰链3预装至门支撑上;将第一铰接轴4插入第一铰接孔31后,将第二铰接孔32与第二安装孔22对准,将第二铰接轴5依次插入第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22后固定。将紧定螺钉6与紧固孔螺接后与第二铰接轴5抵接,以将第二铰接轴5固定于第二安装孔22内。
本实施例提供的工业洗衣机门体的装配方法,应用上述工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,在装配时,将第一铰接轴4压装入第一安装孔21,将铰链座2固定于门外框1,铰链3预装至门支撑上,再将第一铰接轴4插入第一铰接孔31, 先将铰链座2的一端和铰链3的一端通过第一铰接轴4固定,再通过调整铰链3在门支撑上的位置,使得第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22对准,将第二铰接轴5依次插入第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22后固定。该工业洗衣机门体的装配方法,易于调整同轴度,降低了门体的装配难度。在后期维修时只需将紧定螺钉6旋松即可将第二铰接轴5拆卸,从而将门体与门支撑分离,易于维护,提高了生产和维修效率。
在本实施例中,在第一铰接孔31中插入第一铰接轴4之前,将第一隔套7插入第一铰接孔31内,在安装第二铰接轴5之前,将第二隔套8插入第二铰接孔32内,将定位环9置于第二铰接孔32和第二安装孔22之间,再将第二铰接轴5依次插入第二铰接孔32、定位环9和第二安装孔22。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,包括:
    铰链座(2),与门外框(1)固定连接,所述铰链座(2)包括同轴设置的第一安装孔(21)和第二安装孔(22);
    铰链(3),固定于所述洗衣机的门支撑上,所述铰链(3)包括同轴设置的第一铰接孔(31)和第二铰接孔(32);
    第一铰接轴(4)和第二铰接轴(5),所述第一铰接轴(4)与所述第一安装孔(21)固定连接,且所述第一铰接轴(4)与所述第一铰接孔(31)铰接;所述第二铰接轴(5)与所述第二铰接孔(32)铰接,且所述第二铰接轴(5)与所述第二安装孔(22)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述铰链座(2)上还设置有拆卸部(23),所述拆卸部(23)与所述第二安装孔(22)的末端连通,通过所述拆卸部(23)能将所述第二铰接轴(5)顶出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述第二铰接轴(5)设置为两端轴径大于中间轴径的阶梯轴,所述铰链座(2)上设置有紧固孔,紧定螺钉(6)与所述紧固孔螺接并与所述第二铰接轴(5)的轴径较小处抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述第二铰接轴(5)的轴径较大处与所述第二安装孔(22)为间隙配合,配合公差为H7/h7。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述第二铰接孔(32)和所述第二安装孔(22)之间还设置有定位环(9),所述第二铰接轴(5)依次穿过所述第二铰接孔(32)、所述定位环(9)和所述第二安装孔(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述第一铰接轴(4)通过第一隔套(7)与所述第一铰接孔(31)铰接,所述第二铰接轴(5)通过第二隔套(8)与所述第二铰接孔(32)铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述铰链座(2)上设置有第一定位结构,所述门外框(1)上设置有第二定位结构,所述第一定位结构与所述第二定位结构配合,以将所述铰链座(2)定位于所述门外 框(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,其中,所述第一铰接轴(4)与所述第一安装孔(21)配合的一端设置有滚花,所述第一铰接轴(4)与所述第一铰接孔(31)配合的一端设置为锥形。
  9. 一种工业洗衣机的门体装配方法,应用于权利要求1-8任一项所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配结构,所述工业洗衣机的门体装配方法包括:
    将所述第一铰接轴(4)压装入所述第一安装孔(21);将所述铰链座(2)固定于所述门外框(1),将所述铰链(3)预装至所述门支撑上;再将所述第一铰接轴(4)插入所述第一铰接孔(31),将所述第二铰接孔(32)与所述第二安装孔(22)对准,将所述第二铰接轴(5)依次插入所述第二铰接孔(32)和所述第二安装孔(22)后固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的工业洗衣机的门体装配方法,其中,所述工业洗衣机的门体装配结构还包括紧定螺钉(6),所述铰链座(2)上设置有紧固孔,所述工业洗衣机的门体装配方法还包括:将所述紧定螺钉(6)与所述紧固孔螺接后与所述第二铰接轴(5)抵接,以将所述第二铰接轴(5)固定于所述第二安装孔(22)内。
