优选的,所述第一固定位开设有第一组螺纹孔,所述第二固定位开设有第二组螺纹孔,所述第二组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距与第一组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距相同,所述门钩固定座和铰链固定座通过螺钉可拆卸的对换安装在第一固定位和第二固定位内。
进一步的,所述第一固定位和第二固定位为向门体中心方向凹陷的第一固定槽和第二固定槽,通过对换门钩固定座和铰链固定座在第一固定槽和第二固定槽的安装位置,来更换门体的打开方向;
优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽沿着门体径向轴线方向对称开设;
更为优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽形状大小相同,所述门钩固定座和铰链固定座外壁具有与第一固定槽或者第二固定槽内壁匹配的相同外廓形状。
进一步的,所述铰链组件还包括:
铰链,所述铰链包括连接臂和位于连接臂两端的转动臂,所述铰链固定座对应铰链两端的转动臂开设有用于容纳转动臂的容置槽;
转轴,所述铰链固定座内开设有用于容纳转轴的转轴套,所述转轴穿过铰链固定座的转轴套,将铰链转动连接在铰链固定座的一侧。
进一步的,在位于所述容置槽两侧的铰链固定座内开设有可供转轴穿过的转轴套,所述转动臂内开设有通孔,所述转轴穿过铰链固定座的转轴套和转动臂的通孔。
进一步的,所述转轴与转动臂一体成型设置,所述转轴固定设置在转动臂的两外侧。
进一步的,所述铰链固定座包括具有相同外廓形状的上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座,上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座通过螺钉固定形成铰链固定座;
所述上铰链固定座对应转动臂的位置开设有避让槽,下铰链固定座对应转动臂的位置开设有安装槽,所述避让槽和安装槽相互连通形成容置槽;
所述上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座的接触面对应转轴的位置分别开设有半圆柱孔,上下两个半圆柱孔相对形成可容纳转轴的圆柱形转轴套。
进一步的,所述铰链固定座包括左铰链固定座和右铰链固定座,所述左铰链固定座包括第一本体、和第一本体的右侧向外凸出延伸形成第一卡合部,所述右铰链固定座包括第二本体、和第二本体的左侧向外凸出延伸形成第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部可滑动插入并卡合在第一卡合部内,并通过螺钉上下固定;
所述第一本体和第二本体对应转动臂的位置分别开设有容置槽;
所述第一本体和第二本体内开设有轴孔圆心位于同一水平线上的转轴套。
进一步的,所述门钩组件包括门钩,所述门钩通过注塑固定在门钩固定座上。
进一步的,一种滚筒洗衣机包括上述任一所述可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、生产商可以通过互换门钩组件和铰链组件的位置即可改变开门方向,拆卸和安装更加简单和安全;
2、本发明所述可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体上的第一固定槽和第二固定槽具有相同的形状和大小,保证了零部件的通用性;
3、本发明铰链和铰链固定座采用了插接式的安装方式,并且铰链固定座采用分体式的结构,使得铰链的安装和拆卸更加简单;
4、本发明通过设置的铰链固定座可以减少铰链直接对洗衣机门体的磨损,如有损坏直接更换铰链固定座即可,不必更换观察窗门体,节约成本。

如图1至图9所示,本发明提供了洗衣机门体,可以通过对换门钩组件和铰链组件的安装位置来更换洗衣机门体的打开方向。
实施例一:
一种可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,如图1所示,门体1上设置有观察窗,在门体1上设有第一固定位2或者第二固定位3;如图2所示,所述门体1还包括门钩组件7,可拆卸地安装在第一固定位2或者第二固定位3;铰链组件6,可拆卸地安装在第二固定位3或者第一固定位2,所述门钩组件6与铰链组件7可进行对换安装以更换门体1的打开方向。生产商可以通过互换门钩组件7和铰链组件6的安装位置即可改变开门方向,拆卸和安装更加简单和安全。
在上述方案中,所述第一固定位2和第二固定位3沿着门体1中心方向呈大于等于90度夹角固定设置在门体1边框上,生产商可以根据实际需求如左右、上下、右上、左上等其他任意两个开门方向,来设置第一固定位2和第二固定位3的位置。
进一步的,如图2和图3所示,所述门钩组件7包括门钩固定座4,所述门钩固定座4可拆卸的安装在第一固定位2或者第二固定位3;铰链组件6包括铰链固定座5,铰链固定座5可拆卸的安装在第二固定位3或者第一固定位2。当门钩固定座4位于第一固定位2时,铰链固定座5位于第二固定位3;门钩固定座4位于第二固定位3时,铰链固定座5位于第一固定位2,通过互换门钩固定座4与铰链固定座5的安装位置以更换门体1打开方向。通过设置的铰链固定座5可以减少铰链61直接对洗衣机门体1的磨损,如有损坏直接更换铰链固定座5即可,不必更换洗衣机门框,节约成本。
进一步的,所述第一固定位2和第二固定位3具有相同的安装结构,用于对换安装门钩固定座4或铰链固定座5,安装结构可以是相同的锁扣、卡扣或者相同的安装孔位等。
优选的,在所述第一固定位2开设有第一组螺纹孔,所述第二固定位3开设有第二组螺纹孔,所述第二组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距与第一组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距相同,并且第一组螺纹孔和第二组螺纹孔的螺纹孔径相同。例如,第一组螺纹孔为具有一定间隔的两个螺纹孔,则第二组螺纹孔为与第一组螺纹孔间距相同的两个螺纹孔,所述门钩固定座4和铰链固定座5对应位置开设有两个螺纹孔,所述门钩固定座4和铰链固定座5通过螺钉可拆卸的对换安装在第一固定位2和第二固定位3内,所述门钩固定座4与铰链固定座5可进行对换安装以更 换门体1打开方向。
在上述方案中,所述门钩固定座4和铰链固定座5通过螺纹连接在第一固定位2或第二固定位3内,便于拆卸和互换,但是也不仅仅局限于这种可拆卸的连接方式。
进一步的,所述第一固定位2和第二固定位3为向门体1中心方向凹陷的第一固定槽和第二固定槽,当门钩固定座4安装在第一固定槽内时,铰链固定座5安装在第二固定槽内;门钩固定座4安装在第二固定槽内时,铰链固定座5安装在第一固定槽内,通过互换门钩固定座4和铰链固定座5在第一固定槽和第二固定槽的安装位置,来更换门体1的打开方向。较为优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽沿着门体1径向轴线方向对称开设,在所述的第一固定槽开设第一组螺纹孔,第二固定槽开设第二组螺纹孔,所述第一组螺纹和第二组螺纹孔沿着门体1径向轴线方向对称设置。
较为优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽形状大小相同,具有相同的形状和大小,便于大批量生产不同开门方向的门体1,简化生产工艺。同时,为了不影响美观和便于安装,所述门钩固定座4和铰链固定座5外壁具有与第一固定槽和第二固定槽内壁相匹配的相同外廓形状。
进一步的,如图4所示,所述铰链组件6还包括铰链61,所述铰链61包括连接臂612和位于连接臂两端的转动臂611,所述转动臂611包括连接部6112、转动部6113和连接转动部6113和连接部6112的过渡部6111,所述连接部6112的一端和连接臂6114垂直连接,另一端和具有一定弧度的过渡部6111的一端连接,所述过渡部6111的另一端连接转动部6113。所述铰链固定座5对应铰链61两端的转动臂611开设有用于容纳转动臂611的转动部6113的容置槽9,通过设置的容置槽9,使得铰链61的转动臂611转动具有足够的空间,所述转动臂611的转动部6113转动连接在铰链固定座5的容置槽9内,所述容置槽9包括容纳转动部6113的安装槽92和与安装槽92连通的用于避让转动臂611的避让槽91,通过设置的避让槽91可以使得转动臂611转动的角度更大,进而使得门体1打开的角度更大,便于投放衣物。本方案中,两个容置槽9的上表面处于同一平面内,且深度相同,以保证两个转动臂611同步转动。
在上述方案中,所述铰链组件6还包括独立设置的转轴62,所述铰链固定座5内开设有用于容纳转轴62的转轴套8,所述转轴62可自由的穿过铰链固定座5的转轴套8,将铰链61转动连接在铰链固定座5的一侧。
具体的,在位于所述容置槽9两侧的铰链固定座5内开设有可供转轴62穿过的转轴套8,在所述转动臂611的转动部内开设有通孔10,所述转轴62可活动的穿过铰链固定座5的转轴套8 和转动臂611转动部的通孔10,将铰链61转动连接在铰链固定座5的一侧。
本实施例中,所述门钩组件7包括门钩,所述门钩通过注塑固定在门钩固定座4上。
实施例二:
如图5和图6所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别所述转轴62与铰链61一体成型设置,具体的所述转轴62分别固定设置在转动臂611的转动部6113的两外侧。所述铰链固定座5包括上铰链固定座51和下铰链固定座52,所述上铰链固定座51的下接触面与上铰链固定座52的上接触面具有相同的外廓形状,上铰链固定座51和下铰链固定座52通过螺钉固定形成铰链固定座5,在上铰链固定座51内开设有用于避让转动臂611的避让槽91,在下铰链固定座52开设有用于容纳转动部的安装槽92,避让槽91和安装槽92相互连通形成容置槽9。
并且,在上铰链固定座51和下铰链固定座52的接触面对应转轴62的位置分别开设有向下开口的第一半圆柱孔81,向上开口的第二半圆柱孔82,上下两个半圆柱孔相对形成可容纳转轴62的圆柱形转轴套8,位于转动臂611两侧的转轴62穿过铰链固定座5的圆柱形转轴套8,将铰链61转动连接在铰链固定座5内。
本实施例相对于实施例一的优点在于,铰链61、转轴62与铰链固定座5采用了插接式的安装方式,并且铰链固定座5采用分体式的结构,使得铰链组件6的安装和拆卸更加简单。
实施例三:
如图5和图6所示,本实施例与实施例二相同的是所述转轴62与铰链61一体成型设置,具体的所述转轴62分别固定设置在转动臂611的转动部6113的两外侧。不同的是,如图7所示,本实施例中所述的铰链固定座5与实施例二中铰链固定座5的结构不同。
具体的是,本实施例所述的铰链固定座5,包括左右设置的左铰链固定座53和右铰链固定座54,所述左铰链固定座53包括第一本体531、和第一本体531的右侧上部向外凸出延伸形成第一卡合部532,所述右铰链固定座54包括第二本体541、和第二本体541的左侧下部向外凸出延伸形成第二卡合部542,所述第一卡合部532具有向下开口的可容纳第二卡合部542的凹槽,所述第二卡合部542可滑动插入并卡合在第一卡合部532内的凹槽内。
进一步的,在第一卡合部532和第二卡合部542上下对应开设有螺纹孔,通过螺钉螺纹连接第一卡合部532和第二卡合部542,进一步增加左铰链固定座53和右铰链固定座54之间的稳固性,所述左铰链固定座53和右铰链固定座54通过螺钉固定形成铰链固定座5。
本实施例中,第一本体531和第二本体541内开设有轴孔圆心位于同一水平线上的转轴套 8,所述转轴62穿过第一本体531和第二本体541内的转轴套8,将铰链61转动连接在铰链固定座5内。
本实施例中,在第一本体531和第二本体541对应转动臂611的位置分别开设有容置槽9,用于容纳和避让铰链61的转动臂611。
实施例四:
如图8和图9所示,本实施例是在上述任一实施例的基础上,在铰链固定座5上设置了一个通用的装饰壳,所述装饰壳可拆卸的固定在铰链固定座5的上方,用于遮挡铰链固定座5漏在外面的螺钉或者连接处的不平整、缝隙等,增加整体的美观性。
具体的,所述装饰壳具有与铰链固定座5的上表面和铰链固定座5与铰链61连接侧表面外廓相匹配的上壳体15和前壳体16,所述上壳体15内开设有阶梯螺纹孔,所述装饰壳可以与铰链固定座5通过螺钉连接,所述螺钉的螺钉帽位于阶梯螺纹孔内,避免螺钉帽裸露在外影响整体美观性。本实施例所述的装饰壳也可以不在上壳体15开设螺纹孔,所述上壳体15和前壳体16的边沿向着铰链固定座5的内侧沿伸形成卡槽,所述铰链固定座5通过卡接的方式固定在装饰壳的卡槽内。本实施例中,所述装饰壳的上壳体15和前壳体16对应铰链固定座5的容置槽9的位置设置为贯通的豁口17,设置豁口17的目的在于避免影响铰链61的正常转动。
一种滚筒洗衣机,具有上述任一实施例所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,门体上设置有观察窗,其特征在于,在门体上设有第一固定位和第二固定位;所述门体还包括
    门钩组件,可拆卸安装在第一固定位/第二固定位;
    铰链组件,可拆卸地安装在第二固定位/第一固定位;
    所述门钩组件与铰链组件可进行对换安装以更换门体打开方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述门钩组件包括门钩固定座,所述门钩固定座可拆卸的安装在第一固定位/第二固定位;铰链组件包括铰链固定座,铰链固定座可拆卸的安装在第二固定位/第一固定位,所述门钩固定座与铰链固定座可进行对换安装以更换门体打开方向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述第一固定位和第二固定位具有相同的安装结构,用于对换安装门钩固定座和铰链固定座;
    优选的,所述第一固定位开设有第一组螺纹孔,所述第二固定位开设有第二组螺纹孔,所述第二组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距与第一组螺纹孔的螺纹孔之间的间距相同,所述门钩固定座和铰链固定座通过螺钉可拆卸的对换安装在第一固定位和第二固定位内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述第一固定位和第二固定位为向门体中心方向凹陷的第一固定槽和第二固定槽,通过对换门钩固定座和铰链固定座在第一固定槽和第二固定槽的安装位置,来更换门体的打开方向;
    优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽沿着门体径向轴线方向对称开设;
    更为优选的,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽形状大小相同,所述门钩固定座和铰链固定座具有与第一固定槽或者第二固定槽匹配的相同外廓形状。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述铰链组件还包括
    铰链,所述铰链包括连接臂和位于连接臂两端的转动臂,所述铰链固定座对应铰链两端的转动臂开设有用于容纳转动臂的容置槽;
    转轴,所述铰链固定座内开设有用于容纳转轴的转轴套,所述转轴穿过铰链固定座的转轴套,将铰链转动连接在铰链固定座的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,在位于所述容置槽两侧的铰链固定座内开设有可供转轴穿过的转轴套,所述转动臂内开设有通孔,所述转 轴穿过铰链固定座的转轴套和转动臂的通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述转轴与转动臂一体成型设置,所述转轴固定设置在转动臂的两外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述铰链固定座包括具有相同外廓形状的上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座,上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座通过螺钉固定形成铰链固定座;
    所述上铰链固定座对应转动臂的位置开设有避让槽,下铰链固定座对应转动臂的位置开设有安装槽,所述避让槽和安装槽相互连通形成容置槽;
    所述上铰链固定座和下铰链固定座的接触面对应转轴的位置分别开设有半圆柱孔,上下两个半圆柱孔相对形成可容纳转轴的圆柱形转轴套。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述铰链固定座包括左铰链固定座和右铰链固定座,所述左铰链固定座包括第一本体、和第一本体的右侧向外凸出延伸形成第一卡合部,所述右铰链固定座包括第二本体、和第二本体的左侧向外凸出延伸形成第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部可滑动插入并卡合在第一卡合部内,并通过螺钉上下固定;
    所述第一本体和第二本体对应转动臂的位置分别开设有容置槽;
    所述第一本体和第二本体内开设有轴孔圆心位于同一水平线上的转轴套。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的可以更换打开方向的洗衣机门体,其特征在于,所述门钩组件包括门钩,所述门钩通过注塑固定在门钩固定座上。
