俯卧撑是常见的锻炼项目,可采用俯卧撑健身器进行辅助锻炼;可以让使用者通过手抓握俯卧撑健身器,而不用手直接的接触地面,一方面避免手接触地面的不干净问题,另一方面,也使改变手的姿态,使俯卧撑的动作更加科学;通过俯卧撑健身器,可以进行胸肌、臂力、腰力的锻炼,使用方便。
然而,现有俯卧撑健身器,仅能提供俯卧撑的功能,功能比较单一,而如何将单调的俯卧撑健身器通过特殊的设计,实现更多的功能,则成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了力量训练桥,形成向下凸出的拱形底座,此拱形结构具有跷跷板式的不稳定性,可以其上进行平衡性训练,或是在常规的训练中通过控制平衡或制造不平衡,来增加相关训练的难度或是进行针对性训练,提高锻炼效果;整体结构简单,功能丰富,外形美观,满足使用者进行针对性的力量训练的需求,尤其适用于胸肌、腰肌、手臂的力量训练。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:力量训练桥,包括多个模块单元,模块单元包括底座;相邻两个模块单元沿底座的长度方向排列,并固定连接和/或可转动连接,用于使两个模块单元的底座共同构成底面向下凸起的拱形结构。
进一步的,多个模块单元中的至少两个模块单元的底座上分别设置有抓握把手。
进一步的,带有抓握把手的模块单元与其相邻的模块单元可拆装式连接,用于使带有抓握把手的模块单元拆卸后作为俯卧撑健身器使用。
进一步的,力量训练桥,包括两个模块单元,每个模块单元的底座上皆设置有抓握把手;两个模块单元的底座之间通过连接结构固定连接或可转动连接。
进一步的,所述连接结构提供可转动的连接方式;两个模块单元的抓握把手之间还连接有拉绳;所述拉绳用于控制两个抓握把手的间距,进而控制两个模块单元的夹角。
进一步的,所述连接结构包括轴杆和轴套;所述轴杆和轴套设置在各自的模块单元上。
进一步的,所述轴套上设置有开口,用于方便轴套在轴杆上的拆装。
进一步的,所述抓握把手通过支撑结构固定在底座。
进一步的,所述支撑结构和底座皆设置为框架结构;框架结构具有至少一个可供抓握的杆部。
进一步的,所述框架结构在靠近拱形结构长度方向的两端的位置还分别设置有支撑面。
本发明的优点:本发明的力量训练桥,形成向下凸出的拱形底座,此拱形结构具有跷跷板式的不稳定性,可以其上进行平衡性训练,或是在常规的训练中通过控制平衡或制造不平衡,来增加相关训练的难度或是进行针对性训练,提高锻炼效果;可拆分出两个独立的带有抓握把手的模块单元,作为俯卧撑健身器使用,该模块单元的底座的弧形的设计,有助于增强对臂力的锻炼;支撑结构和底座的框架结构设计,保证了整体的轻量化,同时,可供抓握的杆部的设计,一方面提高框架结构的稳定性和承重强度,另一方面,提供置多个可抓握的部位,并且可对杆部的角度设计,而给出不同的抓握角度,改变手臂到肩部的形态,进而改变对不同的肌肉群的锻炼强度;整体结构简单,功能丰富,外形美观,满足使用者进行针对性的力量训练的需求,尤其适用于胸肌、腰肌、手臂的力量训练以及平衡性训练。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实 施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
实施例
请参照图1至图9所示,本实施例提供了一种力量训练桥,包括两个模块单元1;两个模块单元1沿底座11的长度方向排列,并可转动连接,用于使两个模块单元1的底座11共同构成底面向下凸起的拱形结构。其中,拱形结构具有跷跷板式的不稳定性,可以其上进行平衡性训练,或是在常规的训练中通过控制平衡或制造不平衡,而增加相关训练的难度或是进行针对性训练;可转动连接的连接结构,本身具有锁定功能或者需额外增加锁定功能,用于使两个模块单元1在相对转动后通过锁定功能而保持相对固定,进而实现两个模块单元的夹角的调节,进而进行训练难度的调节。
当然,上述结构仅是优选的实施例,力量训练桥也可设计为多个模块单元1(多于两个),模块单元1包括底座11;相邻两个模块单元1沿底座11的长度方向排列,并固定连接和/或可转动连接。保证承重强度的情况下,可对模块单元的进行合理的划分,多个模块单元组装在一起;固定连接指的是可以通过连接件进行固定连接(不可转动),也可是一体结构;组成同一力量训练桥的多个模块单元间,可皆为固定连接方式,也可皆为可转动连接方式,还可固定连接方式和可转动连接方式混合使用。
再参照图6和图7所示,两个模块单元1的底座11上皆设置有抓握把手12。抓握把手的设计,为力量训练桥增加手的接触部位,提供更多的训练功能。当然,除了抓握把手12,力量训练桥的两端本身也可作为使用者的使用部(支撑手、脚等)。当然,在采用多个模块单元(多于两个)时,多个模块单元1中的至少两个模块单元1的底座11上分别设置有抓握把手12,扩展力量训练桥的训练功能。
再参照图5所示,带有抓握把手12的模块单元1与其相邻的模块单元1可拆装式连接,用于使带有抓握把手12的模块单元拆卸后作为俯卧撑健身器使用。带有抓握把手12的模块单元可被拆下进行单独使用。此处需要说明的是,在上述的拱形结构的基础上,将连接结构2对应的设计在拱形结构的最底端,本实施例的两个模块单元1的底座呈镜像设计,底座的底面也成为组成拱形一半的弧形,这样,两个模块单元1在分开作为俯卧撑健身器使用时,其底面的弧形曲面设计,也具有不稳定的特性,也可增加俯卧撑的难度,提高训练效果。
再参照图1、图3和图9所示,两个模块单元1的抓握把手12之间还连接有拉绳3;所述拉绳3用于控制两个抓握把手12的间距,进而控制两个模块单元1的夹角。两个模块单元的底座的拱形结构,随着夹角的增加或减少,而使拱形结构底端的曲率减小或增大;曲率减小时,平衡相对来说较好控制,相对降低了相关动作的难度;曲率增大时,平衡相对来说不 易控制,相对提高了相关动作的难度,图9即给出了具体的夹角变化时的状态;拉绳3的使用,相当于为可转动的连接结构增加了锁定功能;本产品在实际使用时,可以根据实际需求,通过拉绳对夹角进行适当的调整,以达当最佳的训练效果;另外,拉绳3和可转动的连接结构2组合的方式,也可替换为其他结构,此需要考虑连接处的强度,在符合强度的需求下,也可采用其他结构,例如通过花键和键槽的连接(相当于可转动的连接结构本身具有锁定功能)。
再参照图3和图4所示,所述连接结构2包括轴杆21和轴套22;所述轴杆21和轴套22设置在各自的模块单元1上;所述轴套22上设置有开口23,用于方便轴套22在轴杆21上的拆装。具体的,轴杆21在与其长度方向(轴向)相垂直的截面设置为类矩形,该类矩形具有一对平行直边和一对位于同一圆上的弧形线段;而开口的最小尺寸只要满足略大于一对平行直边的垂直距离即可,使得轴杆21可以通过开口23进入至轴套22中,同时,轴杆21通过弧形线段所对应的面与轴套22的内壁配合,保证了轴杆21在轴套22内旋转的功能;另外,轴套22的内壁上开设有沿其轴向分布的浅槽;而轴杆21在弧形线段所对应的面设置有沿轴向的半圆形的凸棱,进而与浅槽配合,为轴杆21与轴套22之间增加旋转的阻力,减少轴套22与轴杆21的滑动,在拉绳的长度在调节完成,两个模块单元的夹角固定后,浅槽和凸棱的设计可提高轴套22与轴杆21的稳定性;另外,轴杆21的直边所对应的面大体呈水平设计,开口的开设方向朝上或朝下,这样的设计,可使轴套22在两个模块单元不使用的角度通过开口套在轴杆21上,而在两个模块单元在常用角度下,轴套22与轴杆21处于旋转配合的状态,而使轴杆21不从轴套22开口处脱出;当然,连接结构也可采用其它的方式,只要能够保证使得两个模块单元之间的夹角可调即可,上述的连接方式,在可转动的基础上,增加了快速拆装的功能。
本实施例的力量训练桥中,所述抓握把手12通过支撑结构固定在底座11。支撑结构可以为多种形式,只要满足抓握把手固定在底座11上即可,支撑结构、抓握把手、底座可为一体结构,也可为装配结构。
再参照图5至图8所示,所述支撑结构和底座皆设置为框架结构;框架结构具有至少一个可供抓握的杆部。具体的,底座的框架结构为拱形的框,其具有左右两侧的平行的直边以及前后两侧的弧形的曲边(为了方便对相应的结构进行举例并清楚的描述,定义拱形的长度方向为左右方向);在框内可设置有多个杆部,多个杆部可与两个直边平行,也可不平行;一方面加强底座的稳定性,另一方面提供抓握的功能,杆部与拱形长度方向的角度多样化,可提供多种的抓握角度,当然,仅提供最基础的抓握的杆部也可,此根据实际需求即可进行设 计;支撑结构的框架结构,其具有设置在抓握把手前/后端与底座的对应的前/后侧的曲边的两端分别连接的第一侧边13和第二侧边14,支撑结构的框架结构还包括设置在抓握把手前/后端与底座的对应的前/后侧的曲边靠近中间位置的杆部15;当然,类似第三侧边15的结构也可以进行多个的设计,使得在支撑结构的前后两边提供多个可供抓握的杆部,同时,也加强了支撑结构的稳定性;在前述的基础上,具体可根据实际需求进行合理的设计,例如,杆部两端所连接的位置,所形成的抓握角度,皆可进行适当调整,只要保证模块单元的结构稳定、受力合理、具有较好的承重能力、自身重量轻量化即可。
再参照图5所示,所述框架结构在靠近拱形结构长度方向的两端的位置还分别设置有支撑面16。用于在使用者做平板支撑时,支垫使用者的前臂;所述支撑面16上还设置有垫18,用于提高使用者的防滑的安全性以及舒适度。具体的,本实施例中,以左侧的模块单元为例(右侧的模块单元与左侧的模块单元,在除连接结构之外的结构为镜像结构),第一侧边被定义为在左侧,第一侧边设置为向下凸出的弧形结构,两个第一侧边之间形成弧形的曲面结构,该曲面结构的顶面则为支撑面16,向下凸出的弧形的曲面结构,更加符合使用者在做平板支撑动作时,对使用者前臂的支撑需求。
本实施例的力量训练桥,具有整体使用和分开使用的两种状态,可进行多种训练,具体如下:
整体使用状态:
A、力量训练桥,按照拱形结构凸出部分与地面接触的方式摆放,可进行如下训练:
A1、不稳定的平板支撑训练:按照正常的平板支撑的姿势,使用者将前臂支撑在力量训练桥两端的支撑面上,由于拱形结构的不稳定性,使用者需要调用更多的肌肉力量在维持平板支撑的动作基础上维持平衡,比常规的平板支撑,力量训练的效果更好,另外,还可通过调节两个模块单元的夹角,来控制两臂的间距,以及拱形结构的曲率,来控制训练的难度;
A2、不稳定的俯卧撑训练:按照正常的俯卧撑的姿势,使用者的支撑或抓握在力量训练桥上,由于拱形结构的不稳定性,使用者需要调用更多的肌肉力量在维持俯卧撑的动作基础上维持平衡,比常规的俯卧撑,力量训练的效果更好;具体的,可以通过使用者抓卧的位置来控制训练难度,例如,抓握在力量训练桥的两端时,可进行常规的俯卧撑训练,抓握在抓握把手上时,可进行窄臂俯卧撑训练,当然,还可通过调节两个模块单元的夹角,来调整两手的间距,以及拱形结构的曲率,来控制训练的难度;
A3、高低位俯卧撑训练:此训练相对于A2的俯卧撑训练,增加了制造不平衡的难度,相对于A2控制平衡的难度更高,并可针对性的对左右力量不均进行训练,另外,高低位俯 卧撑训练中,当手抓握力量训练桥的两端时,为了防止力量训练桥在偏转时压到手的情况出现,在底座的框架结构的弧形曲边在靠近与连接处相反的一端的位置设置有支脚17,该支脚可使偏转到最大角度时使框架结构在该端的直边与地面留有距离;
A4、站立式平衡训练:脚踩在力量训练桥的两端,可进行跷跷板式的平衡训练,此过程不建议将两个模块单元的夹角调整过小;
B、力量训练桥的拱形结构的侧面与地面接触,可进行俯卧撑的训练,此时,通过拱形结构侧面的杆部的具有角度设计,可让使用者在做俯卧撑时,手腕向外或向内翻转(力量训练桥的一个侧面朝上时提供向内的功能,另一个侧面朝上时提供向外的功能),可改变手臂到肩部的肌肉形态,进而改变对不同的肌肉群的锻炼强度;
C、另外,拱形结构的凸出部分朝上摆放时,也可进行相应的俯卧撑训练。
本实施的力量训练桥,各个面皆可使用,十分方便。
分开使用状态:
D、两个模块单元拆开,做为分开的俯卧撑健身器使用;
D1、将两个模块单元的底板的弧形曲面与地面接触,同上述的A2具有相似的功能,可在常规的俯卧撑训练的基础上,增加维持平衡的难度,可增加对手腕力量的训练强度;另外,分开的模块单元,相比较整体状态时,可以提供更宽的间距,进行宽臂俯卧撑训练;另外,前述的支脚17,还可防止底座过度偏转而造成手腕的受伤;
D2、将两个模块单元的侧面与地面接触,即可进行常规的俯卧撑训练。
本实施例的力量训练桥,形成向下凸出的拱形底座,此拱形结构具有跷跷板式的不稳定性,可以其上进行平衡性训练,或是在常规的训练中通过控制平衡或制造不平衡,来增加相关训练的难度或是进行针对性训练,提高锻炼效果;可拆分出两个独立的带有抓握把手的模块单元,作为俯卧撑健身器使用,该模块单元的底座的弧形的设计,有助于增强对臂力的锻炼;支撑结构和底座的框架结构设计,保证了整体的轻量化,同时,可供抓握的杆部的设计,一方面提高框架结构的稳定性和承重强度,另一方面,提供置多个可抓握的部位,并且可对杆部的角度设计,而给出不同的抓握角度,改变手臂到肩部的形态,进而改变对不同的肌肉群的锻炼强度;整体结构简单,功能丰富,外形美观,满足使用者进行针对性的力量训练的需求,尤其适用于胸肌、腰肌、手臂的力量训练以及平衡性训练。
上述实施例不应以任何方式限制本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效转换的方式获得的技术方案均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 力量训练桥,其特征在于:包括多个模块单元,模块单元包括底座;相邻两个模块单元沿底座的长度方向排列,并固定连接和/或可转动连接,用于使两个模块单元的底座共同构成底面向下凸起的拱形结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:多个模块单元中的至少两个模块单元的底座上分别设置有抓握把手。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:带有抓握把手的模块单元与其相邻的模块单元可拆装式连接,用于使带有抓握把手的模块单元拆卸后作为俯卧撑健身器使用。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:力量训练桥,包括两个模块单元,每个模块单元的底座上皆设置有抓握把手;两个模块单元的底座之间通过连接结构固定连接或可转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述连接结构提供可转动的连接方式;两个模块单元的抓握把手之间还连接有拉绳;所述拉绳用于控制两个抓握把手的间距,进而控制两个模块单元的夹角。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括轴杆和轴套;所述轴杆和轴套设置在各自的模块单元上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述轴套上设置有开口,用于方便轴套在轴杆上的拆装。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述抓握把手通过支撑结构固定在底座。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述支撑结构和底座皆设置为框架结构;框架结构具有至少一个可供抓握的杆部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的力量训练桥,其特征在于:所述框架结构在靠近拱形结构长度方向的两端的位置还分别设置有支撑面。
