Abstract
一种多用途平衡健身器，包括操作面板和弧形底座，其要点是弧形底座下端为圆弧形，操作面板设置在弧形底座上端，且操作面板与弧形底座为一整体结构，在操作面板上分别平行设置有二个手持通口，在手持通口处分别设置有俯卧手柄，俯卧手柄的两端分别与手持通口内壁固定连接。在操作面板上分别固定设置有分割板和防滑挡板。本发明与现有技术相比较具有结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强，安全稳定，改善人的基本运动技能，力量，协调性和灵活等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材领域，特别涉及一种锻炼力量和身体平衡的健身器。
背景技术
具专家指出，久坐不动的危害很大，不仅会导致气血不畅、肌肉松弛、倦怠乏力，严重的还会影响到血液循环，导致大脑供血不足，伤神损脑，精神厌抑。因此，人如果久坐，不仅会造成肥胖、身材变形，还可能诱发多种疾病。研究表明，颈椎病、腰椎病、食欲不振、尾骨受伤、坐骨结节性囊肿、肌肉酸痛、痔疮、便秘等疾病都和久坐有关。除了久坐，过多的伏案写作或电脑打字也易引发手腕部疼痛，甚至肘部疼痛等。
随着人们认识逐步提高，人们越来越重视身体健康保养，运动健身已成为人们日常生活中必不可缺的一部分，特别是对基本的运动技能，力量，协调性和灵活性的运动器械，结构繁琐，处理不当会造成肌肉拉伤、容易疲劳等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种结构简单，特别是改善人们基本的运动技能，力量，协调性和灵活性的一种多用途平衡健身器。
采用的技术方案是：
一种多用途平衡健身器，包括操作面板和弧形底座，其要点是弧形底座下端为圆弧形，操作面板设置在弧形底座上端，且操作面板与弧形底座为一整体结构，在操作面板上分别平行设置有二个手持通口，在手持通口处分别设置有俯卧手柄，俯卧手柄的两端分别与手持通口内壁固定连接。
所述的操作面板上位于二个手持通口之间固定设置在分割板。
所述的操作面板上端面两侧分别固定设置有防滑挡板。
本发明可以多种健身方式：1、身体俯卧双手分别持俯卧手柄，可以做俯卧撑，同时，也可以左右转换下压弧形底座，锻炼上肢的平衡能力；2、双脚踏在面板上，左右下压弧形底座，锻炼下肢的平衡能力；3、双腿盘腿座在面板上，双手扶住两侧防滑挡板，左右摇晃身体，锻炼腰部的平衡能力。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强，安全稳定，改善人的基本运动技能，力量，协调性和灵活等优点。

具体实施方式
一种多用途平衡健身器，包括操作面板1和弧形底座2，其要点是弧形底座2下端为圆弧形，操作面板1设置在弧形底座2上端，且操作面板1与弧形底座2为一整体结构，在操作面板1上分别平行设置有二个手持通口3，在手持通口3处分别设置有俯卧手柄4，俯卧手柄4的两端分别与手持通口3内壁固定连接，俯卧手柄4可为锻炼者提供上肢力量和平衡的锻炼。所述的操作面板1上位于二个手持通口3之间固定设置在分割板5，在操作面板1上端面两侧分别固定设置有防滑挡板6，在操作面板1上可进行腿部力量和平衡的锻炼，分割板5和防滑挡板6在腿部锻炼时防止双脚滑落，锻炼者也可座在操作面板1上进行腰部力量和平衡的锻炼。

1.一种多用途平衡健身器，包括操作面板（1）和弧形底座（2），其特征是弧形底座（2）下端为圆弧形，操作面板（1）设置在弧形底座（2）上端，且操作面板（1）与弧形底座（2）为一整体结构，在操作面板（1）上分别平行设置有二个手持通口（3），在手持通口（3）处分别设置有俯卧手柄（4），俯卧手柄（4）的两端分别与手持通口（3）内壁固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途平衡健身器，其特征在于所述的操作面板（1）上位于二个手持通口（3）之间固定设置在分割板（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途平衡健身器，其特征在于所述的操作面板（1）上端面两侧分别固定设置有防滑挡板（6）。
