Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine des produits hygiéniques jetables, et en particulier un tissu non tissé à ceinture élastique, comprenant un tissu non tissé supérieur, un tissu non tissé inférieur et un film élastique. Des points de fixation sont formés entre le tissu non tissé supérieur, le film élastique et le tissu non tissé inférieur ; les points de fixation se ferment pour former une pluralité de zones de coupe ; au moins une unité de coupe est disposée dans chaque zone de coupe ; l'unité de coupe est formée par soudage par ultrasons ; chaque unité de coupe coupe le tissu non tissé supérieur, le tissu non tissé inférieur et le film élastique ; lorsque le tissu non tissé supérieur et le tissu non tissé inférieur sont dans un état plat, l'unité de coupe forme des trous perméables à l'air sur le film élastique ; chaque trou perméable à l'air est plat dans un état étiré ; la couche de tissu non tissé supérieur et la couche de tissu non tissé inférieur sont liées au niveau des unités de coupe, et des trous traversants perméables à l'air sont formés au milieu des parties de liaison ; et chaque trou perméable à l'air entoure chaque trou traversant perméable à l'air.
