该换气装置的工作原理如下:驱动吸风机4,从而使得外界的空气进入到出气管7的内部,经过加热室28的加热工作,从而由出气头9喷出,能够对航空装置的内部空气进行改善,接着驱动电机25,电机25的工作使得螺旋绞龙21转动,从而使得储水罐3内部的水能够进入到输水环18的内部,从而由多个喷雾头19喷出,从而对内部环境进行加湿工作,其次螺旋绞龙21的转动使得两个锥齿轮22通过转动,从而带动三个链轮23同步转动,从而使得转盘12与圆盘16同步转动,转盘12的转动使得第二圆轴13转动,从而使得第二水平框14得到竖直方向的运动,通过设置的连接杆15,从而使得第一水平框11得到同样的竖直往复运动,从而推动第一圆轴10摆动,从而使得摆动杆8得到往复的摆动工作,从而使得出气头9得到摆动工作,从而能够增大对内部环境的换气范围,其次圆盘16的转动使得牵引绳17运作,从而使得输水环18摆动,从而带动多个喷雾头19摆动,能够增大加湿的范围,其次出气头9输出的热风能够将喷雾头19喷出的水雾吹向更远的位置,从而能够改善航空装置的内部空气质量。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部固定安装有支撑板(2),支撑板(2)的底部固定安装有储水罐(3),储水罐(3)的内部转动安装有螺旋绞龙(21),箱体(1)的内部固定安装有吸风机(4)与进气头(6),吸风机(4)的进气口与进气头(6)连通有同一个进气管(5),箱体(1)的外侧转动安装有摆动杆(8),摆动杆(8)的前侧固定安装有第一圆轴(10),第一圆轴(10)的外侧活动套设有第一水平框(11),箱体(1)的外侧顶部转动安装有转盘(12),转盘(12)的前侧固定安装有第二圆轴(13),第二圆轴(13)的外侧活动套设有第二水平框(14),第一水平框(11)的顶部与第二水平框(14)的底部固定安装有同一个连接杆(15),摆动杆(8)的一端固定安装有出气头(9),吸风机(4)的出气口与出气头(9)的外侧均连通有出气管(7)的一端,箱体(1)的内部固定安装有加热室(28),两个出气管(7)的另一端分别连通在加热室(28)的左右两侧,箱体(1)的外侧顶部转动安装有圆盘(16),支撑板(2)的顶部转动安装有输水环(18),输水环(18)的出水口连通有多个喷雾头(19),输水环(18)的顶部与底部均固定安装有牵引绳(17)的一端,两个牵引绳(17)中的一个牵引绳(17)的另一端固定安装有弹簧(20)的顶端,弹簧(20)的底端固定安装在支撑板(2)的顶部,另一个牵引绳(17)的另一端转动安装在圆盘(16)的前侧,储水罐(3)的外侧转动安装有两个锥齿轮(22),两个锥齿轮(22)相互啮合,两个锥齿轮(22)中的一个锥齿轮(22)的外侧与螺旋绞龙(21)的一端固定连接,另一个锥齿轮(22)的后侧、转盘(12)的后侧与圆盘(16)的后侧均同轴传动有链轮(23),三个链轮(23)上传动连接有同一个链条(24),储水罐(3)的外侧顶部与输水环(18)的外侧连通有同一个输水管(27)。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的内部固定安装有过滤网(26),箱体(1)的外侧开设有进风口。
    3、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述储水罐(3)的外侧固定安装有电机(25),螺旋绞龙(21)的另一端延伸至储水罐(3)的外侧并与电机(25)的输出轴固定连接。
    4、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述储水罐(3)的外侧固定安装有支撑台,电机(25)固定安装在支撑台的顶部。
    5、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的外侧顶部固定安装有中空杆,连接杆(15)的外侧活动抵接在中空杆的内侧。
    6、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(2)的顶部开设有通孔,输水管(27)的位于通孔的内部。
    7、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述储水罐(3)的顶部连通有进水阀,支撑板(2)的底部两侧均固定安装有支撑柱。
    8、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热功能的航空航天用高效换气装置,其特征在于,所述储水罐(3)的外侧固定安装有矩形板,锥齿轮(22)转动安装在矩形板的前侧。
