- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계 c에서, 금속재 환봉은 전체적으로 ‘U’자 형태, ‘ㄷ’자 형태 또는 ‘∥’자 형태로 되어 상기 ‘U’자 형태, ‘ㄷ’자 형태 또는 ‘∥’자 형태의 금속재 환봉의 양 단부를 상기 단계 b에서 형성한 한쌍의 통공에 일정 깊이만큼 삽입한 뒤 상기 금속재 환봉을 케이스에 가고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계 d는,(d1) 시멘트에 물과 철가루를 원하는 목표 중량에 따라 일정 비율로 투입하여 중량물 모르타르를 배합하는 단계;(d2) 상기 배합된 중량물 모르타르를 금속재 환봉의 단부가 가고정된 상태의 케이스 내부로 충전하는 단계;(d3) 일정 시간동안 충전된 모르타르를 실외에서 양생함으로써 가고정된 금속재 환봉의 단부가 모르타르 내부에 일체로 매립된 상태로 고정되는 단계;를 포함하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(f) 상기 단계 e 이후에, 상기 금속재 장방형 케이스, 케이스 내부에 충전된 중량물 또는 금속재 환봉의 표면에는 녹방지용 도료를 칠하여 마감하는 후처리 단계;를 더 포함하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 ‘U’자 형태, ‘ㄷ’자 형태 또는 ‘∥’자 형태의 금속재 환봉의 양 단부 둘레면에는 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 나사산이 형성된 금속재 환봉의 양 단부가 한쌍의 통공에 일정 깊이만큼 삽입된 상태에서 상기 나사산에는 가고정 너트가 나사 결합됨으로써 ‘U’자 형태, ‘ㄷ’자 형태 또는 ‘∥’자 형태의 금속재 환봉을 케이스에 가고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 ‘U’자 형태, ‘ㄷ’자 형태 또는 ‘∥’자 형태의 금속재 환봉의 양 단부가 일정 깊이만큼 삽입된 상태에서 통공과 상기 통공에 삽입된 환봉의 둘레를 용접함으로써 상기 금속재 환봉을 케이스에 가고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트의 제조 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 청구항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,엘리베이터에는 봉상의 이탈방지용 지지부재가 각각 더 구비되고, 상기 이탈방지용 지지부재에 웨이트의 손잡이가 되는 금속용 환봉이 각각 끼워짐으로써 상기 이탈방지용 지지부재에서 웨이트가 이탈되지 못하도록 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 봉상의 이탈방지용 지지부재의 주변에는 웨이트 고정 프레임이 더 구비되고, 상기 이탈방지용 지지부재에 웨이트의 손잡이가 되는 금속용 환봉이 각각 끼워짐으로써 상기 이탈방지용 지지부재 및 웨이트 고정 프레임에서 웨이트가 이탈되지 못하도록 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는손잡이가 부설된 엘리베이터용 웨이트.
