Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-M000001

多様性のある食事の摂取は、健康維持に肯定的に関連することが報告されている(「Otsuka R, et al.: Dietary diversity and 14-year decline in higher-level functional capacity among middle-aged and elderly Japanese. Nutrition, 32: 784-9, 2016」、「Yokoyama Y, et al.: Dietary variety and decline in lean mass and physical performance in community-Dwelling older Japanese: A 4-year Follow-Up Study. J. Nutr. 生活の中で、食事の多様性を確認するための簡易的なチェック表の活用事例はあるものの(「Hata T, et al.: The effects of the "Tabepo Check Sheet," which lists 10 food groups, on the dietary variety of older adults in a metropolitan area.
日本人の国民栄養調査(1996年)の結果を用いた16食品群のQUANTIDDの平均値(最小-最大値)は0.87(0.0-0.97)であった(「Katanoda K, et al.: New Quantitative Index for Dietary Diversity (QUANTIDD) and its annual changes in the Japanese.
食事の多様性を確認するための簡易的なチェック表の活用事例はあるものの(「Hata T, et al.: The effects of the "Tabepo Check Sheet," which lists 10 food groups, on the dietary variety of older adults in a metropolitan area.
