Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement laser (1000), comprenant un corps principal (100) et un mécanisme de cadre (70). Le corps principal comprend un appareil de rail (20) et un appareil laser (40). L'appareil de rail (30) comprend un ensemble cadre de rail (21) et un ensemble de montage (23) ; l'ensemble cadre de rail comprend des cadres de rail (211) et des arbres optiques (213) fixés sur les cadres de rail ; l'ensemble de montage (33) comprend des poulies (233). Une rainure de coulissement (2335) est formée sur chaque poulie, et les rainures de coulissement sont reliées de manière coulissante aux arbres optiques. L'appareil laser comprend un boîtier (41), un arbre optique de guidage (42) et un mécanisme de traitement (50). Les poulies sont montées rotatives sur le boîtier. L'arbre optique de guidage est disposé sur le boîtier. Le mécanisme de traitement comprend un boîtier laser (51) relié de manière coulissante à l'arbre optique de guidage et un laser (52) disposé sur le boîtier laser. L'axe de l'arbre optique n'est pas colinéaire avec l'axe de l'arbre optique de guidage. Le mécanisme de cadre comprend un bâti (71), un ensemble palier (73) et une caméra (74). Le bâti est pourvu d'un espace de traitement (701) utilisé pour recevoir le corps principal. L'ensemble palier comprend un cadre de montage (731) monté sur le bâti et situé dans l'espace de traitement. Le cadre de montage présente une surface de montage (7311) faisant face à l'espace de traitement. La caméra est disposée sur la surface de montage du cadre de montage. L'appareil de traitement laser présente une précision de traitement élevée.
