发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种洗衣机门锁模块及洗衣机的控制方法,目的是通过检测装置对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,实现对门锁解锁情况的检测,达到提高门锁解锁的准确性的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明提供一种洗衣机门锁模块,包括:
内设定位杆和开门杆的定位锁,定位锁具有定位行程和解锁行程,在解锁行程中,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出、产生触发门锁解锁的解锁动作;
检测装置,对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测开门杆是否完成解锁动作。
进一步地,在定位行程中,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出,定位杆产生对洗涤筒定位的定位动作,检测装置对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测定位杆是否完成定位动作;
优选地,在定位行程中,定位杆在第一阶段独自移动,定位杆在第二阶段带动开门杆伸出。
进一步地,洗衣机的洗涤筒设朝向定位杆设置的定位孔,定位杆产生定位动作,定位杆插入定位孔内的第一位置;开门杆产生解锁动作,定位杆插入定位孔内的第二位置。
进一步地,检测装置为光感检测装置,光感检测装置包括遮光板、可发光的光电板、和两个光感检测器;
遮光板设于开门杆上,一个光感检测器设置在定位杆完成定位动作、遮光板所期望位置,另一个光感检测器设置在开门杆完成解锁动作、遮光板所期望位置;光电板的至少部分光源和光感检测器设置在遮光板的相对两侧。
进一步地,还包括检测机门是否关闭到位的关门检测装置;
优选地,关门检测装置包括设置在机门上的磁铁、和设置在外筒上的干簧管,干簧管用于检测磁铁的位置,干簧管设于机门关闭且锁止时可对机门上所设磁铁进行检测的位置处。
本发明还提供一种洗衣机的控制方法,采用上述技术方案提供的洗衣机门锁模块,打开洗涤筒门时,定位锁完成定位行程后,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出至第一伸出位置、并产生触发门锁解锁的解锁动作,检测装置检测开门杆是否在第一伸出位置,若开门杆在第一伸出位置,则开门杆完成解锁动作。
进一步地,打开洗涤筒门时,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出至第二伸出位置,定位杆产生对洗涤筒定位的定位动作,检测装置检测开门杆是否在第二伸出位置,若开门杆在第二伸出位置,则定位杆完成定位动作。
进一步地,开门杆还可产生锁止动作,定位杆还可产生非定位动作,关闭洗涤筒门时,若检测装置检测开门杆不在第一伸出位置,则开门杆完成锁止动作;若检测装置检测开门杆不在第二伸出位置,则定位杆完成非定位动作。
进一步地,定位杆完成定位动作,但开门杆未完成解锁动作时,不能打开洗衣机门;开门杆完成解锁动作时,能够打开洗衣机门。
进一步地,关闭洗涤筒门时,检测洗衣机门是否关闭到位,若洗衣机门关闭到位,则启动为定位杆和开门杆移动供能的电机;若洗衣机门未关闭到位,则不能启动为定位杆和开门杆移动功能的电机。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
通过检测装置对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,实现对门锁解锁情况的检测, 提高门锁解锁的准确性。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例 用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机门锁5模块,包括:
内设定位杆33和开门杆32的定位锁3,定位锁3具有定位行程和解锁行程,在解锁行程中,定位杆33伸出,开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下向定位锁3外伸出、产生触发门锁5解锁的解锁动作;
检测装置,对开门杆32伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测开门杆32是否完成解锁动作。
本发明的实施例中,通过检测装置对开门杆32伸出的位置进行检测,实现对门锁5解锁情况的检测,提高门锁5解锁的准确性;
洗衣机包括盛放洗涤衣物的洗涤筒1,洗涤筒1上设开口、和封闭或敞开开口的洗涤筒门2,洗涤筒1外设外壳和/或外筒,外壳和/或外筒上设正对洗涤筒1的洗衣机门。
洗衣机中设置锁止、解锁机门的门锁5系统,门锁5系统包括在关闭机门后可使机门锁5止的门锁5和可相应使门锁5解锁的定位锁3,定位锁3还可实现对洗涤筒1的定位,所述门锁5系统可应用在洗衣机门和/或洗涤筒门2上,定位锁3适用于所有洗衣机机门,尤其适用于解锁设置在洗涤筒1上的洗涤筒门2。
门锁5包括与机门相固定的门勾,在关机门的过程中门勾将会随机门一起运动。门锁5还包括对门勾进行锁定的锁体。锁体具有外壳,当关闭机门时,门勾随机门对应伸入锁体内并被体锁止,进而实现对机门的锁止。
锁体包括可旋转运动的锁定部,锁定部沿某一方向旋转运动中可勾住门勾,锁定部沿反方向运动时可与门勾脱离接触。锁体中还包括限制锁定部运动状态的限位块51。当门勾被锁定部勾住时,限位块51与锁定部相抵接,使锁定部保持不动,进而保证锁定部可持续、稳定地锁住门勾。当需要解锁时,可使限位块51发生移动时,解除对锁定部的限位,锁定部沿反向旋转,进而锁定结构与门勾相分离,实现对机门的解锁,开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下与限位块51接触,产生对门锁5解锁的解锁动作。
在定位行程结束后,开始解锁行程,保证洗涤筒1、机门被锁止在预设的位置后才进行解锁。
如图1-4所示,本发明的实施例中,在定位行程中,定位杆33伸出,开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下向定位锁3外伸出,定位杆33产生对洗涤筒1定位的定位动作,检测装置对开门杆32伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测定位杆33是否完成定位动作。
本发明的实施例中,具体地,洗衣机的洗涤筒1设朝向定位杆33设置的定 位孔11,定位杆33产生定位动作,定位杆33插入定位孔11内的第一位置;开门杆32产生解锁动作,定位杆33插入定位孔11内的第二位置。
在初始状态时,定位杆33和开门杆32均在定位锁3内部保持静止。在定位锁3进行定位、解锁时,共可经历两个行程。第一行程为定位行程,第二行程为解锁行程;
在定位行程,定位杆33伸出至定位锁3外部,并且插入相应设置的供定位杆33定位的定位孔11中,通过定位杆33插入定位孔11实现对洗涤筒的定位;
定位孔11可设置在洗涤筒门2和/或洗涤筒1上,当洗衣机停止运行时,洗涤筒和洗涤筒门2将会止动在预设的位置,此时定位孔11的位置与定位杆33的位置相对。控制定位杆33插入定位孔11内即可保证洗涤筒1和/或洗涤筒门2锁止在预设的位置。具体地,可将定位孔11设置在外筒前法兰上。
本实施例的定位锁3可实现开门杆32的运动方向与定位杆33的运动方向垂直,可以为开门杆32沿水平方向向定位锁3外移动,定位杆33沿竖直方向对洗涤筒1进行定位,开门杆32和定位杆33均做直线运动;
在定位行程中,定位杆33插入至定位孔11的第一位置、开门杆32向外移动伸出一段距离,保证了之后再进行解锁行程操作时,开门杆32再继续向定位锁3外伸出时可以伸出至与门锁5的限位块51相接触,触发门锁5解锁;
如图5所示,打开洗涤筒门2时,在定位行程中,定位杆33向下移动伸出,同时带动开门杆32向外移动,定位杆33向下移动至定位孔11的第一位置,开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下向外移动至第二伸出位置,定位杆33产生对洗涤筒定位的定位动作,检测装置检测开门杆32是否在第二伸出位置,若开门杆32在第二伸出位置,则定位杆33完成定位动作。
在解锁行程中,定位杆33继续向下插入定位孔11内,开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下继续向外移动,定位杆33插入定位孔11内的第二位置,开门杆32向外移动至第一伸出位置,开门杆32接触门锁5的限位块51,开门杆32产生解锁动作,触发门锁5解锁,检测装置检测开门杆32是否在第一伸出位置,若开门杆32在第一伸出位置,则开门杆32完成解锁动作。
洗涤筒门2通过电机341驱动能够自动打开,洗涤筒门2关闭则是手动关闭;
关闭洗涤筒门2,开门杆32还可产生锁止动作,定位杆33还可产生非定位动作,关闭洗涤筒门2时,若检测装置检测开门杆32不在第一伸出位置,则开门杆32完成锁止动作;若检测装置检测开门杆32不在第二伸出位置,则定位杆33完成非定位动作,非定位动作为定位杆33与洗涤筒即将解除定位;确定锁止动作完成后,电机341再运行。
如图3所示,具体地,定位锁3包括为开门杆32和定位杆33移动提供动力的驱动结构34,驱动结构34包括电机341,电机341的输出轴上设输出齿轮,输出齿轮与第一齿轮344啮合连接,第一齿轮模块342主要用于减速并传递旋转运动,第一齿轮模块342为减速齿轮组,第一齿轮模块342包括第一齿轮344和第二齿轮345,第一齿轮344和第二齿轮345同轴设置,输出齿轮与第一齿轮344啮合,第一齿轮344转动可带动第二齿轮345转动;
第二齿轮345与第二齿轮模块343啮合连接,在定位行程中,第二齿轮模块343带动定位杆33向下运动,同时通过第三齿轮模块346带动开门杆32向外移动至第二伸出位置,第二齿轮模块343能够同时为定位杆33和开门杆32提供动力;第一齿轮模块342、第二齿轮模块343、第三齿轮模块346均是旋转 轴固定的定齿轮。
定位杆33上设与第二齿轮模块343相对的位置设置第二齿条349,第二齿条349与第二齿轮模块343啮合连接,这样第二齿轮模块343可带动第二齿条349运动,进而带动定位杆33运动,最终使得定位杆33实现定位动作。
定位锁3包括外壳,第一齿轮模块342、第二齿轮模块343、第三齿轮模块346均设置在外壳内,定位杆33和开门杆32均可收缩在外壳内;
如图3所示,具体地,第二齿轮模块343的旋转轴与电机341的旋转轴相平行设置,第二齿轮模块343具有经过旋转轴的竖直中心面,第一齿轮模块342、第三齿轮模块346设置于相对于所述竖直中心面的同一侧,定位杆33设置于相对于所述竖直中心面的另外一侧。
在解锁阶段,第四齿轮模块347可推动开门杆32进一步向外移动至第一伸出位置,第四齿轮模块347同样为旋转轴固定的定齿轮,第四齿轮模块347设置在开门杆32的第三齿条350之上,并且第四齿轮模块347与第三齿条350始终保持接触,一旦第四齿轮模块347开始旋转则第四齿轮模块347与第三齿条350相啮合连接。定位杆33上设与第四齿轮模块347相对的面上设置第一齿条348,并且第一齿条348在定位阶段中将会随定位杆33不断下降,定位阶段完成时第一齿条348将会移动至第二伸出位置,第一齿条348到达与第四齿轮模块347相啮合的位置时将会带动第四齿轮模块347转动,进而使第四齿轮模块347推动开门杆32进行解锁行程。开门杆32再次向定位锁3的外部伸出并触发门锁5解锁,其中,第四齿轮模块347的旋转轴、第三齿轮模块346的旋转轴与开门杆32的垂直距离相等。这样设置,可使开门杆32上受到的力较均匀,保证开门杆32沿水平方向运动。
需要说明的是,在定位行程中,为了防止开门杆32在定位杆33的带动下向定位锁3外移动的太多,因此,定位杆33在定位行程中具有两个阶段,第一阶段是定位杆33独自移动,第二阶段是定位杆33带动开门杆32伸出,门锁5的限位块51在初始状态下离着定位锁3的开门杆32比较远,避免占用较大的空间。
如图4所示,本发明的实施例中,检测装置为光感检测装置4,光感检测装置4包括遮光板41、可发光的光电板42、和两个光感检测器;
遮光板41设于开门杆32上,一个光感检测器设置在定位杆33完成定位动作、遮光板41所期望位置,另一个光感检测器设置在开门杆32完成解锁动作、遮光板41所期望位置;光电板42的至少部分光源和光感检测器设置在遮光板41的相对两侧。
本发明的实施例中,定位杆33和开门杆32均做直线运动,定位杆33上固定遮光板41,定位杆33将会带动遮光板41运动,定位杆33运动到不同位置时、遮光板41将会遮住不同位置的光,而通过光感检测装置检测不同的遮光位置,便可对开门杆32伸出的位置进行检测,从而判断开门杆32是否完成解锁动作、定位杆33是否完成定位动作。
具体的,光电板42的部分光源与光感检测器在相对于遮光板41的两侧,这样光电板42发出射向光感检测器的部分光必定会被遮光板41所遮挡,光感检测器设于外壳内,在图中未示出。
在光电板42上设置限位孔43,遮光板41可对应插入限位孔43中并沿限位孔43限定的方向运行,这样可限定遮光板41的运行,一个光感检测器设置在定位杆33完成定位动作、遮光板41所期望位置,另一个光感检测器设置在开 门杆32完成解锁动作、遮光板41所期望位置,两个光感检测器共用一个光电板42,均设于限位孔43的一侧。
光感检测器还可均设置控制开关,所述控制开关均与为开门杆32、定位杆33运动供能的电机341相连。这样可使电机341开始工作时才控制光感检测器工作,达到减少能源消耗、延长光感检测器寿命的效果。
本发明的实施例中,还包括检测机门是否关闭到位的关门检测装置;
优选地,关门检测装置包括设置在机门上的磁铁、和设置在外筒上的干簧管,干簧管用于检测磁铁的位置,干簧管设于机门关闭且锁止时可对机门上所设磁铁进行检测的位置处。
本发明的实施例中,由于洗涤筒门2需要同洗涤筒共同转动,洗涤筒门2上无法通过电信号控制控制机门自动关闭,使洗涤筒门2通过关门的动作实现锁止。故在手动关闭锁止洗涤筒门2时,可能出现机门未被关闭到位的情况。此时便可通过上述的磁铁、干簧管检测机门是否关闭到位。该关门检测装置还可用于检测洗衣机门是否关闭到位。
定位杆33完成定位动作,但开门杆32未完成解锁动作时,不能打开洗衣机门;开门杆32完成解锁动作时,能够打开洗衣机门,使得洗涤筒门2先打开,再打开洗衣机门;
关闭洗涤筒门2时,检测洗衣机门是否关闭到位,若洗衣机门关闭到位,则启动为定位杆33和开门杆32移动供能的电机341;若洗衣机门未关闭到位,则不能启动为定位杆33和开门杆32移动功能的电机341,通过上述的磁铁、干簧管检测机门是否关闭到位。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限 制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机门锁模块,其特征在于,包括:
    内设定位杆和开门杆的定位锁,定位锁具有定位行程和解锁行程,在解锁行程中,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出、产生触发门锁解锁的解锁动作;
    检测装置,对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测开门杆是否完成解锁动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机门锁模块,其特征在于,在定位行程中,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出,定位杆产生对洗涤筒定位的定位动作,检测装置对开门杆伸出的位置进行检测,用于检测定位杆是否完成定位动作;
    优选地,在定位行程中,定位杆在第一阶段独自移动,定位杆在第二阶段带动开门杆伸出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机门锁模块,其特征在于,洗衣机的洗涤筒设朝向定位杆设置的定位孔,定位杆产生定位动作,定位杆插入定位孔内的第一位置;开门杆产生解锁动作,定位杆插入定位孔内的第二位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的洗衣机门锁模块,其特征在于,检测装置为光感检测装置,光感检测装置包括遮光板、可发光的光电板、和两个光感检测器;
    遮光板设于开门杆上,一个光感检测器设置在定位杆完成定位动作、遮光板所期望位置,另一个光感检测器设置在开门杆完成解锁动作、遮光板所期望位置;光电板的至少部分光源和光感检测器设置在遮光板的相对两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗衣机门锁模块,其特征在于,还包括 检测机门是否关闭到位的关门检测装置;
    优选地,关门检测装置包括设置在机门上的磁铁、和设置在外筒上的干簧管,干簧管用于检测磁铁的位置,干簧管设于机门关闭且锁止时可对机门上所设磁铁进行检测的位置处。
  6. 一种洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-5任一项所述的洗衣机门锁模块,打开洗涤筒门时,定位锁完成定位行程后,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出至第一伸出位置、并产生触发门锁解锁的解锁动作,检测装置检测开门杆是否在第一伸出位置,若开门杆在第一伸出位置,则开门杆完成解锁动作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,打开洗涤筒门时,定位杆伸出,开门杆在定位杆的带动下向定位锁外伸出至第二伸出位置,定位杆产生对洗涤筒定位的定位动作,检测装置检测开门杆是否在第二伸出位置,若开门杆在第二伸出位置,则定位杆完成定位动作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,开门杆还可产生锁止动作,定位杆还可产生非定位动作,关闭洗涤筒门时,若检测装置检测开门杆不在第一伸出位置,则开门杆完成锁止动作;若检测装置检测开门杆不在第二伸出位置,则定位杆完成非定位动作。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,定位杆完成定位动作,但开门杆未完成解锁动作时,不能打开洗衣机门;开门杆完成解锁动作时,能够打开洗衣机门。
  10. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,关闭洗涤筒门时,检测洗衣机门是否关闭到位,若洗衣机门关闭到位,则启动为 定位杆和开门杆移动供能的电机;若洗衣机门未关闭到位,则不能启动为定位杆和开门杆移动功能的电机。
