具体地,第一搁脚连杆23靠近搁脚件25的一端设置有限位件231。第二搁脚连杆24上设置有与限位件231相配合的第一限位面241,当第一限位面241与限位件231抵触时,腿部组件2的当前位置为腿部组件2伸展的极限位置。搁脚件25的下边缘上设置有与限位件231相配合的第二限位面252,当第二限位面252与限位件231抵触时,腿部组件2的当前位置为腿部组件2收缩的极限位置。具体地,限位件231与第一限位面241或第二限位面252配合抵触,起限位和防止搁脚件松脱的作用。一方面可以限位防止腿部组件过渡伸展或收缩,使不能顺利收回或展开;另一方面可以防止搁脚件和搁脚板没有收缩到预定极限位置容易松脱。
本实施例搁脚件完全斜收到座框安装架下方,相比于常规的收回后搁脚件垂直的腿部结构,本申请成品座椅正面更加轻薄。收缩后座框安装架1与腿部组件2的垂直高度压缩,尽可能地减少了收缩后的支架厚度和占用的空间,提升空间利用率,从而使得座椅整装后座框下部空间增加,可以方便拖把、扫地机器人等清洁装置进行清洁,另一方面坐姿时还可以将腿部向内斜收放置,增加更多坐姿体验。
本实施例还提供一种座椅支架,包括座框安装架1、座部联动组件3、驱动连接件9和腿部斜收装置,座部联动组件3转动连接在座框安装架1的下方,驱动连接件9连接在座部联动组件3远离腿部斜收装置的一端;座框安装架1的内侧设置有安装平台11,安装平台11的高度低于座框安装架1的上边缘,安装平台11所在的平面为座框安装面111;如图1所示,当座椅支架收缩到极限位置时,座框安装架1在座框安装面111上的最高点与驱动连接件9最低点在垂直方向的距离H1不大于270mm,优选地,可以为270mm、260mm、250mm、230mm、220mm或200mm。
需要说明的是,安装平台11可以为多个,在本实施例中,安装平台11设 置在座框安装架1的下边缘,在沿座框安装架1的长度方向设置有四个安装平台11,座框可以通过螺栓螺母或铆钉等紧固件固定安装在安装平台11上。本申请安装平台11高度降低,使得座框可以下沉安装,增加座深,在座椅高度不变,座框安装面降低的情况下,还可以使座椅支脚高度增加,座框下部空间加大,另一方面也能够使座椅坐垫软包厚度增加、提高舒适度。
具体地,当座椅支架10收缩到极限位置时,座框安装架1在座框安装面111上的最高点与搁脚板安装面251最高点在垂直方向的距离H2不大于50mm。优选地,座框安装架1在座框安装面111上的最高点与搁脚板安装面251最高点在垂直方向的距离H2可以为50mm、45mm或40mm。距离H2越小,腿部组件收缩后从座椅正面看座部的厚度越小。
具体地,如图3所示,本实施例座部联动组件3包括连腿杆31和座框联动组件32,座部联动组件3通过连腿杆31与腿部组件2连接,座框联动组件32包括依次铰接的第一连框杆321、中间联动杆322和第二连框杆323;其中,第一连框杆321和第二连框杆323分别与座框安装架1铰接,第一连框杆321、中间联动杆322、第二连框杆323和座框安装架1形成四边形连杆机构,中间联动杆322与连腿杆31铰接。在本实施例中,在第一调节阶段,中间联动杆322保持不动,座框安装架1通过第一连框杆321和第二连框杆323的转动随腿部组件2的伸展向前平移至腿部组件2完全伸展。
具体地,如图4所示,座部联动组件3还包括侧板联动组件33,侧板联动组件33包括安装侧板331和平移连杆组件332,平移连杆组件332铰接在座框联动组件32和安装侧板331之间。在第二调节阶段,座框联动组件32通过平移连杆组件332的运动,倾斜向前和向上平移。平移连杆组件332包括第一连接杆333、第二连接杆334、第一摇杆335、第一中间杆336、第二中间杆337和第二摇杆338;其中,第一连接杆333一端与第一摇杆335铰接,另一端与中间联动杆322铰接,第二连接杆334一端与第二摇杆338铰接,另一端与中间联动杆322铰;第一摇杆335和第二摇杆338分别铰接在安装侧板331的前端和中部,第一中间杆336和第二中间杆337铰接在第一摇杆335与第二摇杆338之间。
具体地,还包括靠背组件8,靠背组件8转动连接在座框安装架1远离腿部组件2的一端,靠背组件8用于与座椅靠背连接,调节座椅的靠背角度。靠 背组件8包括靠背安装件81、座框连接部82、靠背连接件83和靠背限位件84;座框连接部82的中部与座框安装架1固定连接,座框连接部82的两端分别与靠背安装件81和靠背限位件84铰接,靠背连接件83一端与靠背安装件81的中部铰接,另一端与靠背限位件84铰接,靠背限位件84通过连接杆85与安装侧板331的后端铰接;当座框连接部82随座框安装架1倾斜向上移动的过程中,靠背限位件84和靠背连接件83带动靠背安装件81向后转动。
本实施例中,在第一调节阶段,腿部组件2向前伸展,带动座框安装架1向前移动,中间联动杆322不动、第一连框杆321和第二连框杆323向前转动,此时座框与靠背角度保持不变;在第二调节阶段,腿部组件2、座框安装架1和座框联动组件32整体倾斜向前和向上移动,此时座椅靠背向后转动调节,靠背与座框之间角度增加。
如图6和7所示,本实施例还提供一种座椅单元,包括两组且相对设置的座椅支架10,两组座椅支架10之间设置驱动组件,驱动组件包括驱动横杆和固定横杆,驱动横杆设置在相对的两个腿部组件之间,固定横杆通过驱动连接件9连接在相对的两个安装侧板331之间,驱动横杆用于与驱动源的推杆连接,驱动横杆驱动座椅支架10在坐姿位置和躺姿位置之间运动。具体地,驱动组件通过驱动横杆驱动腿部组件伸展,从而带动座框安装架、座部联动组件3和靠背组件8移动,在驱动组件的驱动下,本实施例座椅单元可以实现坐姿位置、伸展位置和躺姿位置三种位置姿态,坐姿位置时腿部组件和靠背组件均收缩到极限位置;伸展姿位置时,腿部组件向前伸展到极限位置,靠背组件与座框夹角保持与坐姿位置相同;躺姿位置时,腿部伸缩组件伸展到极限位置,靠背组件向后转动到极限位置。
本座椅单元的两个座椅支架10分别与两个扶手框架5的内侧面固定连接,座框4通过安装平台11设置在两个座框安装架1之间。具体地,两个座椅支架镜像且相间隔设置,并通过安装侧板固定在扶手框架5上,座框4下沉式安装在安装平台上,安装平台的高度低于座框安装架的上边缘。
具体地,如图5所示,还包括搁脚板6,搁脚板6通过紧固件与搁脚板安装面251连接,搁脚板6的长度L不小于200mm。因本实施例搁脚件可以斜收到腿部组件2下方,所以可以安装一块较长的搁脚板6。优选地,在腿部组件伸缩过程中搁脚板不与地面产生干涉的基础上,搁脚板6的长度L可以为 200mm、250mm、260mm或280mm。
具体地,还包括座椅支脚7,座椅支脚7设置在扶手框架5下方,座椅支脚7的高度为120-150mm。优选地,座椅支脚的高度可以为120mm、130mm或150mm。相比使用传统的座椅支架的座椅单元,本实施例在保证坐高舒适的情况下,座椅支脚的高度更高,增加了座框底部空间。传统的座椅支架因结构复杂,占用空间较大,座椅支脚仅为5mm左右,座椅下方不易清洁。
实施例2
如图8-10所示,本实施例2的座椅支架包括座框安装架1、座部联动组件3、驱动连接件9、腿部斜收装置和靠背组件8,腿部斜收装置包括铰接在座椅座框安装架1前端的腿部组件2,座部联动组件3转动连接在座框安装架1的下方,驱动连接件9连接在座部联动组件3远离腿部斜收装置的一端;靠背组件8包括靠背安装件81,靠背安装件81用于连接和调整座椅靠背;
具体地,腿部组件2包括搁脚驱动杆21、搁脚连动杆22、第一搁脚连杆23、第二搁脚连杆24和搁脚件25,搁脚驱动杆21和搁脚连动杆22分别与座框安装架1的前端铰接,第一搁脚连杆23一端与搁脚驱动杆21铰接,另一端与搁脚件25的端部铰接,第二搁脚连杆24一端与搁脚连动杆22铰接,另一端与搁脚件25的中部铰接;搁脚件25包括用于安装搁脚板6的搁脚板安装面251;
当座椅支架处于坐姿位置时,腿部组件2收缩至极限位置,搁脚板安装面251收缩至座框安装架1下方,且相对水平面倾斜;当座椅支架处于躺姿位置时,座框安装架1的最高点高于靠背安装件81的最高点。
具体地,靠背组件8还包括座框连接部82、靠背连接件83和靠背限位件84;座框连接部82的中部与座框安装架1固定连接,座框连接部82的两端分别与靠背安装件81和靠背限位件84铰接,靠背连接件83一端与靠背安装件81的中部铰接,另一端与靠背限位件84铰接,靠背限位件84通过连接杆85与安装侧板331的后端铰接;当座框连接部82和座框安装架1倾斜向前和向上移动的过程中,靠背限位件84和靠背连接件83带动靠背安装件81向后转动。
本实施例,在第二调节阶段,座框安装架1倾斜向上移动,靠背安装件81向后转动降低,当靠背组件8和腿部组件2都调节到极限位置时,座椅处于躺姿位置,此时脚板安装面251与靠背安装件81最高点的高度差H3不小于 300mm。优选地,脚板安装面251与靠背安装件81最高点的高度差H3可以为300mm、310mm、320mm或350mm。本实施例中脚板安装面与靠背安装件之间的高度差增加,即躺姿位置时座椅搁脚部的高度增加,使得平躺时脚部和头部基本可以处于水平位置,达到类似太空零重力的舒适感,达到改善血液循环、缓解腰背疼痛、放松身心的目的。
需要说明的是,在第二调节阶段,腿部组件2和座部联动组件3倾斜向上平移,座框安装架1相对水平面的倾斜角度增加,靠背安装件81在靠背限位件84和靠背连接件83带动下相对座框安装架1向后转动,靠背安装件与座框安装架之间的角度增加。具体地,靠背安装件81在第二调节阶段的最大调节角度不小于45°。优选地,靠背安装件81在第二调节阶段的角度变化范围可以为45°、48°、50°、52°、55°或60°。在本实施例中,靠背安装件81在第二调节阶段的角度变化为50°,靠背安装件81与座框安装架1之间的角度由117°调节到166°。座框安装架1在第二调节阶段的最大调节角度不小于8°,优选地可以为8°、10°、12°或15°。在本实施例中,座框安装架1的角度变化为10°,座框安装架1与水平面的夹角由13°调节到23°。在本实施例中,当座椅调节至躺姿位置时,靠背安装件81的中心线与水平面的夹角β不大于20°,即躺姿位置时,座椅靠背与水平面的夹角不大于20°。优选地,夹角β可以为20°、18°、16°。座框安装架和靠背组件的角度调整最终使得座椅的靠背和搁脚部接近水平或搁脚部略高于头部,使得使用者在的姿位置时可以得到类似太空零重力的体验,舒适性提高。
本实施例2座椅单元的座椅靠背100包括靠背尾缘101,坐姿位置时,靠背尾缘101所处的与水平面垂直的平面为初始平面,在第一调节阶段和第二调节阶段,靠背尾缘101的移动不超过初始平面。具体地,本实施例调节装置在调节过程中座部联动组件带动靠背组件倾斜向前移动的距离大于等于座椅靠背向后转动产生的距离,使得座椅靠背可以零间隙靠墙放置,更加节省空间。
具体地,采用以上实施例座椅单元的优点:本申请腿部组件结构简单、紧凑,搁脚件可以完全斜收到座框底部,座框和下沉和搁脚件斜收结合,使得坐姿状态时座框和腿部组件在竖直方向尺寸更小,正面看上去座部的厚度更薄,且增加了座框底部空间,使便于清理。
本申请座框安装平台设置在座框安装架内壁的下边缘,使得座框可以下沉 安装两侧座框安装架之间,座深增加。座椅支架收缩后座框安装架与腿部组件的垂直高度压缩,尽可能地减少了收缩后占用的空间,可以用于高支脚,低座高的座椅款式。
本申请通过腿部组件和靠背组件的结构改进,使得搁脚件的伸展高度、座框安装架倾斜角度和靠背安装件的调节角度都相应增加,使得座椅在躺姿位置时,使用者的脚部和头部能够保持大致水平或高于头部的零重力感,提高躺姿舒适性。
在本申请中,相对的两座椅支架之间,即两座框安装架的相对侧为“内”侧,与其相反的方向为“外”侧。腿部组件伸展的方向为“前”,与其相反的方向为“后”。

Claims (15)
- 一种座椅腿部斜收装置,其特征在于,包括铰接在座椅的座框安装架(1)前端的腿部组件(2);所述腿部组件(2)包括搁脚驱动杆(21)、搁脚连动杆(22)、第一搁脚连杆(23)、第二搁脚连杆(24)和搁脚件(25),所述搁脚驱动杆(21)和所述搁脚连动杆(22)分别与所述座框安装架(1)的前端铰接,所述第一搁脚连杆(23)一端与所述搁脚驱动杆(21)铰接,另一端与所述搁脚件(25)的端部铰接,所述第二搁脚连杆(24)一端与所述搁脚连动杆(22)铰接,另一端与所述搁脚件(25)的中部铰接;所述搁脚件(25)包括用于安装搁脚板(6)的搁脚板安装面(251),当所述腿部组件(2)收缩至极限位置时,所述搁脚板安装面(251)收缩至所述座框安装架(1)下方,且相对水平面倾斜。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿部斜收装置,其特征在于,当所述腿部组件(2)收缩至极限位置时,所述搁脚板安装面(251)与水平面的夹角为20°-26°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅腿部斜收装置,其特征在于,所述第二搁脚连杆(24)与所述搁脚件(25)的连接点到所述搁脚板安装面(251)的距离小于所述第一搁脚连杆(23)与所述搁脚件(25)的连接点到所述搁脚板安装面(251)的距离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种座椅腿部斜收装置,其特征在于,所述第一搁脚连杆(23)靠近所述搁脚件(25)的一端设置有限位件(231),所述第二搁脚连杆(24)上设置有与所述限位件(231)相配合的第一限位面(241),当所述第一限位面(241)与所述限位件(231)抵触时,所述腿部组件(2)的当前位置为所述腿部组件(2)伸展的极限位置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种座椅腿部斜收装置,其特征在于,所述搁脚件(25)的下边缘上设置有与所述限位件(231)相配合的第二限位面 (252),当所述第二限位面(252)与所述限位件(231)抵触时,所述腿部组件(2)的当前位置为所述腿部组件(2)收缩的极限位置。
- 一种座椅支架,其特征在于,包括座框安装架(1)、座部联动组件(3)、驱动连接件(9)和腿部斜收装置,所述腿部斜收装置包括铰接在座椅座框安装架(1)前端的腿部组件(2),所述座部联动组件(3)转动连接在所述座框安装架(1)的下方,所述驱动连接件(9)连接在所述座部联动组件(3)远离所述腿部斜收装置的一端;所述腿部组件(2)包括搁脚驱动杆(21)、搁脚连动杆(22)、第一搁脚连杆(23)、第二搁脚连杆(24)和搁脚件(25),所述搁脚驱动杆(21)和所述搁脚连动杆(22)分别与所述座框安装架(1)的前端铰接,所述第一搁脚连杆(23)一端与所述搁脚驱动杆(21)铰接,另一端与所述搁脚件(25)的端部铰接,所述第二搁脚连杆(24)一端与所述搁脚连动杆(22)铰接,另一端与所述搁脚件(25)的中部铰接;所述搁脚件(25)包括用于安装搁脚板(6)的搁脚板安装面(251),当所述腿部组件(2)收缩至极限位置时,所述搁脚板安装面(251)收缩至所述座框安装架(1)下方,且相对水平面倾斜;所述座框安装架(1)的内侧设置有安装平台(11),所述安装平台(11)的高度低于所述座框安装架(1)的上边缘,所述安装平台(11)所在的平面为座框安装面(111);当所述座椅支架收缩到极限位置时,所述座框安装架(1)在所述座框安装面(111)上的最高点与所述驱动连接件(9)最低点在垂直方向的距离H1不大于270mm。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,当所述座椅支架收缩到极限位置时,所述座框安装架(1)在所述座框安装面(111)上的最高点与所述搁脚板安装面(251)最高点在垂直方向的距离H2不大于50mm。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述座部联动组件(3)包括连腿杆(31)和座框联动组件(32),所述座部联动组件(3)通过所述连腿杆(31)与所述腿部组件(2)连接,所述座框联动组件(32)包括依次铰接的第一连框杆(321)、中间联动杆(322)和第二连框杆(323);所述第一连框杆(321)和第二连框杆(323)分别与所述座框安装架(1)铰接,所述第一连框杆(321)、中间联动杆(322)、第二连框杆(323)和所述座框安装架(1)形成四边形连杆机构,所述连腿杆(31)与所述中间联动杆(322)铰接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述座部联动组件(3)还包括侧板联动组件(33),所述侧板联动组件(33)包括安装侧板(331)和平移连杆组件(332),所述平移连杆组件(332)铰接在所述座框联动组件(32)和所述安装侧板(331)之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述平移连杆组件(332)包括第一连接杆(333)、第二连接杆(334)、第一摇杆(335)、第一中间杆(336)、第二中间杆(337)和第二摇杆(338);所述第一连接杆(333)一端与所述第一摇杆(335)铰接,另一端与所述中间联动杆(322)铰接,所述第二连接杆(334)一端与所述第二摇杆(338)铰接,另一端与所述中间联动杆(322)铰接;所述第一摇杆(335)和第二摇杆(338)分别铰接在所述安装侧板(331)的前端和中部,所述第一中间杆(336)和第二中间杆(337)铰接在所述第一摇杆(335)与所述第二摇杆(338)之间。

- 根据权利要求12所述的一种座椅单元,其特征在于,当所述座椅单元处于躺姿位置时,所述脚板安装面(221)与所述靠背安装件(81)最高点的高度差H3不小于300mm。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅单元,其特征在于,当所述座椅单元从伸展姿调节至躺姿位置时,所述靠背安装件(81)的最大调节角度不小于45°。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅单元,其特征在于,当所述座椅单元处于躺姿位置时,所述靠背安装件(81)的中心线与水平面的夹角β不大于20°。
