第一立管11和第二立管21的另一端均为自由端,第一柄套12和第二柄套22分别位于第一立管11和第二立管21的自由端,具体的,第一柄套12和第二柄套22可以套设在立管上,也可以双向卡设在立管上。具体的,如图2所示,第一柄套12和第二柄套22的结构可以相同,均包括握紧部121和触发部122,触发部122位于握紧部121的上方,该设置根据人员操作的便携性设置。作为优选,握紧部121位于触发部122背对的另一侧,这样经过工业设计,使握柄的外形美观,且握姿舒服,操作更方便。
在一些实施例中,扶手开关3包括档位转换开关和急停开关。其中,可以在第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2的其中一个握柄部上设置档位转换开关,另一个握柄部上设置急停开关。只要确保使用过程中,能够一只手控制档位转换开关,另一只手控制急停开关即可。具体的,档位转换开关和急停开关分别与升降设备上的发射器电性连接。
档位转换开关能够控制三个挡位的转换,分别为上行档位控制、下行档位控制和遥控控制。可以理解为档位转换开关为三档位开关,也即具有三个挡位可以调节,即上行、下行和遥控控制的调节。
急停开关,使升降设备在任何情况下,均能够立即停止动作,用于发生突发情况时,立即停止升降设备,以防止扩大损失。
如图2和图3所示,以在第一握柄部1上设置急停开关32,在第二握柄部2上设置档位转换开关31为例,为了提高操作人员操作的便捷性,急停开关32可以设置在第一柄套12侧部的触发部122上,档位转换开关31可以设置在第二柄套22侧部的触发部122上,这样设置的好处是:更贴合操作人员的握手姿势,只需将拇指位于触发部122上,即可实现对档位转换开关31和急停开关32的控制。
具体的,如图4所示,可以在第一柄套12和第二柄套22的触发部122上分别设置用于安装档位转换开关31和急停开关32的第二安装槽1221,将档位转换开关31和急停开关32相应的固定在第二安装槽1221上即可。
相比现有技术中将扶手开关3直接安装在握柄顶部,本申请在握柄侧部专门设置触发部122形成安装平台,扶手开关3安装在该触发部122上,能够避免设备上升、人员攀爬或者高空坠物过程中扶手开关3的损坏,从而有利于保护扶手开关3。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2和图3所示,在第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2上分别设置有扶手键4。扶手键4与升降设备上的发射器电性连接。为了提高操作人员操作的便捷性,扶手键4可以分别设置在第一柄套12和第二柄套22的握紧部121上,操作人员只需将四指位于握紧部121,即可实现对扶手键4的控制。
具体的,如图4所示,可以在第一柄套12和第二柄套22的握紧部121上分别设置用于安装扶手键4的第一安装槽1211,将扶手键4相应的固定在第一安装槽1211上即可。
结合图2、图3和图4所示,扶手键4包括键柄41、转轴42、弹性件43和键开关44;键柄41通过转轴42连接于第一安装槽1211内,弹性件43安装于键柄41和第一安装槽1211之间(弹性件43的一端连接键柄41,另一端连接第一安装槽1211的侧壁),键开关44安装于第一安装槽1211的侧壁上。
作为优选,本申请中提供的弹性件43可以为弹簧,还可以为能够实现压缩或者复位功能的其他弹性件,比如弹簧片等。
可以理解为,通过在第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2上设置扶手开关3和扶手键4配合来控制升降设备的运行,该过程需要双手同时按压扶手键4才能将升降设备启动,松开任意一个键柄,采用单手按压键柄,即会使升降设备停止运行,即单手按压键柄无法启动升降设备,进而约束操作人员的双手,避免操作人员的双手松开扶手键,以确保升降设备运行安全;同时有效解决了现有技术中升降设备在高空作业遇到紧急制动的情况下,需要松手操作或手部移动较大距离操作的问题。
具体的,每当档位转换开关31调节一个挡位,比如:将档位转换开 关31调节至上行挡位时,需要双手同时按压第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2上的扶手键4,使键柄41压缩弹性件43发生形变,同时键柄41绕转轴42转动,并向键开关44靠近,以触发键开关44从常开状态转换为闭合状态,此时再通过升降设备上的发射器中预先设置好的控制程序,实现控制升降设备的运行。因此,可以理解的是,一般升降设备都是通过电机驱动在爬梯上移动,相当于档位转换开关31处于上行档位时,控制连接在电机的正转控制电路中,档位转换开关31处于下行档位时,控制连接在电机的反转控制电路中,此过程键开关44相当于一个常开触点,触发之后能够控制电机正转控制电路或者电机反转控制电路接通,从而控制升降设备相应的上行或者下行。其中,键开关44可以采用任何可以实现控制电路通断的开关;例如,常见的具有弹簧片结构的键开关,通过键柄41触碰键开关44上的弹簧片,使得键开关44从常开状态转换为闭合状态。
其中,在控制升降设备运行的过程中,任何一个键柄41未触发到键开关44,均不能使升降设备运行,即停止对任何一个键柄41进行按压后,弹性件43复位,带动键柄41回到原位,此时键柄41会脱离键开关44,从而使得相应的键开关44恢复至常开状态,进而无法满足升降设备上的发射器中预先设置好的控制程序(如第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2上的扶手键4的键开关44均处于闭合状态,才能控制升降设备运行这一程序),使得升降设备停止运行。此过程相当于约束了操作人员的双手,使操作人员的双手需要持续位于扶手上,确保升降设备的使用安全。
另外,档位转换开关31调节到遥控控制档位时,通过遥控器进行控制,该过程本领域人员均知晓,再此不做赘述。
在一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,为了使各个部件能够更方便的嵌入握柄中,可以将第一握柄部1和第二握柄部2设置为可拆卸连接的两部分,由第一柄体221和第二柄体222组成,或者将第一柄套12和第二柄套22设置为可拆卸的两部分,均由第一柄体221和第二柄体222组成。
其中,第一柄体221和第二柄体222上分别对应设置有定位柱2211和定位孔2221,在第一柄体221和第二柄体222相连的状态下,定位柱2211插入定位孔2221内,并通过螺钉或者螺栓紧固。
在一些实施例中,握紧部121上设置有防滑纹,避免双手在握紧部121 上打滑。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,第一握柄部1或第二握柄部2上设置有平台触发装置5,平台触发装置5通过销轴固定连接在其中一个手柄上,当升降设备向上运行碰到障碍物时,平台触发装置5能够触发开关使升降设备停止运行,以防止升降设备损坏。
另外,平台触发装置5中设置有平台防撞开关,以便遇到冲击时,平台触发装置5能够提供较长的缓冲距离。
在一些实施例中,本申请还提供一种升降设备,包括上述任意一项的操纵手柄。
本申请在工作过程中,需要双手同时按压键柄才能将升降设备启动,松开任意一个键柄,采用单手按压键柄,即会使升降设备停止运行,即单手按压键柄无法启动升降设备,进而约束操作人员的双手,避免操作人员的双手松开操纵手柄,以确保升降设备运行安全。同时开关和按键均集中设置在手柄上,能够解决升降设备高空作业时松手操作或手部移动较大距离操作的问题。提高了升降设备整体操作的便捷性和安全性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种操纵手柄,其特征在于,包括:握柄,所述握柄上设置有扶手开关和扶手键;
    所述扶手开关用于升降设备的上行档位和下行档位之间的转换或急停控制;其中,在所述扶手开关转换到上行档位或下行档位中的任一状态时,触发所述扶手键用于控制升降设备在相应档位下运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述握柄包括第一握柄部和第二握柄部,所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄部均包括立管和柄套,所述立管的一端固定在升降设备上,所述立管的另一端设置所述柄套。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述扶手开关包括档位转换开关和急停开关,所述档位转换开关设置在所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄中的一个柄套上,所述急停开关设置在所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄中的另一个柄套上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述柄套包括握紧部和触发部,所述触发部位于所述握紧部的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,
    所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄的所述握紧部上分别设置有用于安装所述扶手键的第一安装槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,
    双手同时按压所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄上的所述扶手键,用于控制所述升降设备在相应档位下运行。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述扶手键包括键柄、转轴、弹性件和键开关;
    其中,所述键柄通过所述转轴连接于所述第一安装槽内,所述弹性件安装于所述键柄和所述第一安装槽之间,所述键开关安装于所述第一安装槽的侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述第一握柄部和所述第二握柄的所述触发部上设置有用于安装相应开关的第二安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述第一握柄部 和所述第二握柄部均由第一柄体和第二柄体组成;
    其中,所述第一柄体和所述第二柄体上分别对应设置有定位柱和定位孔,所述第一柄体和所述第二柄体相连时,所述定位柱与所述定位孔相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的操纵手柄,其特征在于,所述第一握柄部或所述第二握柄部上设置有平台触发装置。
  11. 一种升降设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至10任一项所述的操纵手柄。
