本申请涉及电子配件技术领域,特别是涉及一种连接器及电子设备。
背景技术
随着电子产品的迅猛发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,各种电子设备如智能手机、平板电脑的使用越来越普及。目前的电子设备基本都是通过连接器来实现充电或数据传输,例如板对板连接器(Board To Board Connector,简写为BTB)。
目前的连接器主要通过公头插入至母座上的配合槽内,母座咬合公头来实现电连接。然而,在公头插入的过程中,公头上的金属端子与母座上的金属端子会发生剐蹭而产生长条状的金属丝,掉落的金属丝会致使金属端子发生短路。
发明内容
一方面,本申请提供一种连接器,包括母座及与所述母座相配合的公头;所述母座包括第一端子,所述第一端子具有第一配合面,所述第一配合面上具有第一接触点;所述公头包括第二端子,所述第二端子具有第二配合面,所述第二配合面上具有第二接触点;所述第一配合面与所述第二配合面在所述第一接触点与所述第二接触点处实现电连接;所述第一端子内设有至少由所述第一配合面围设而成的导引通道,所述第二端子沿所述导引通道的轴向与所述第一端子形成配合关系的过程中,所述第一接触点在第一配合面上的位置、所述第二接触点在所述第二配合面上的位置均沿所述导引通道的轴向发生动态变化。
另一方面,本申请提供一种电子设备,包括上述的连接器。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
作为在此使用的“电子设备”指包括但不限于经由以下任意一种或者数种连接方式连接的能够接收和/或发送通信信号的装置:(1)经由有线线路连接方式,如经由公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Networks,PSTN)、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接;(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的电子设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
如图1所示,本申请提供一种连接器10。连接器10包括母座100及公头500,公头500与母座100相配合以实现电连接。连接器10可用于将两个电子设备进行连接,以实现两个电子设备之间的数据或电流的传输,或者,连接器10可以将电子设备内的两个功能器件连接,以使两者实现数据或电流的传输。电子设备可以为移动终端、充电电源、数据线、适配器等等。
可以理解,一个电子设备上设有母座100,另一个电子设备上设有公头500,通过母座100与公头500的配合,可以使两个电子设备之间进行数据或电流传输。例如,在移动终端上设置母座100,在充电电源上设置公头500,通过公头500与母座100的配合来实现充电电源对移动终端的充电。又例如,将公头500或母座100作为数据线的连接端子,也能够使得数据线与移动终端或充电电源或适配器连接。
可以理解,一个电子设备上可同时设有公头500和母座100。例如移动终端,移动终端内部具有两个线路板,其中一个线路板与公头500连接,另一个线路板与母座100连接,通过公头500与母座100的配合来实现两个线路板之间的数据传输,进而使移动终端得以正常工作。又例如,将公头500和母座100分别设置于数据线的两端,移动终端与充电电源通过数据线连接在一起。
结合图1至图3所示,具体地,母座100包括第一端子110,公头500包括第二端子510,公头500与母座100相配合的过程即为第二端子510与第一端子110相配合而电连接的过程。
进一步地,第一端子110具有第一配合面120,第一配合面120上具有第一接触点。第二端子510具有第二配合面520,第二配合面520上具有第二接触点。第一配合面120与第二配合面520在第一接触点与第二接触点处实现电连接。第一端子110内设有至少由第一配合面120围设而成的导引通道130,第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向与第一端 子110形成配合关系的过程中,第一接触点在第一配合面120上的位置、第二接触点在第二配合面520上的位置均沿导引通道130的轴向发生动态变化。
可以理解,第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向导入第一端子110并与第一端子110配合的过程即为公头500沿导引通道130与母座100形成配合关系的过程。具体地,导引通道130的轴向即为第二端子510导入或导出第一端子110的运动方向,导引通道130的径向即为与轴向相垂直的方向。如图所示,定义Z轴的正向及反向所指的为导引通道130的轴向,沿Z轴的正向,第二端子510导出第一端子110,沿Z轴的反向,第二端子510导入第一端子110,而图中X轴与Y轴所示的方向均为导引通道130的径向。
随第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向导入第一端子110,在起始时间,第一配合面120上的A1点与第二配合面520上的B1点分别作为第一接触点与第二接触点相接触,而在下一时间点,第一配合面120上的A2点替代A1点成为新的第一接触点,第二配合面520上的B2点替代B1点成为新的第二接触点,如此,A2点与B2点成为下一时间点的第一接触点与第二接触点实现接触。由此,最终在第一配合面120上的An点与第二配合面520上的Bn点分别作为第一接触点与第二接触点相接触,则第二端子510与第一端子110配合到位。可知,对于第一配合面120上的A1、A2、A3……An,第二配合面520上也会有与之一一对应的B1、B2、B3……Bn,如此即可实现第一接触点在第一配合面120上的位置、第二接触点在第二配合面520上的位置均沿导引通道130的轴向发生动态变化,从而使第一配合面120与第二配合面520在导引通道130的轴向上的相对滚动。
可以理解,随第二端子510沿导引通道130相对第一端子110运动,第一端子110上的第一配合面120与第二端子510上的第二配合面520在导引通道130的轴向上呈滚动接触,可以有助于减小两者之间的摩擦力。而且在相互运动的过程中,第一配合面120与第二配合面520中的任何一方都不存在与另一方保持持续接触的点,从而可以避免该接触点在持续接触的过程中与另一方持续摩擦而造成长条形的划痕,进而避免产生长条状的金属丝,有效防止短路的发生。
在一些实施例中,第一端子110包括围成至少部分导引通道130的两个接触件140,两个接触件140中的至少一个上具有第一配合面120。两个接触件140中的至少一个能够活动且沿导引通道130的径向与第二端子510弹性接触。在弹力作用下,两个接触件140均能与第二端子510保持接触,且随第二端子510沿导引通道130运动,具有第一配合面120的接触件140与第二端子510上的第二配合面520保持相对滚动接触。
具体在本实施例中,两个接触件140上均具有第一配合面120,第二端子510能够同时与两个接触件140上的第一配合面120保持接触而实现电连接。两个接触件140均活动设置并同时与第二端子510弹性接触,随第二端子510沿导引通道130运动,两个接触件140能够保持与第二端子510持续接触,进而实现第一配合面120与第二配合面520的滚动接触。
定义两个接触件140中的一个为第一接触件,另一个为第二接触件。在其他实施例中,可以仅使第一接触件上具有第一配合面120,此时,第二端子510上的第二配合面520与第一接触件上的第一配合面120电接触,第二端子510与第二接触件之间绝缘。而对于第二端子510与第二接触件,可以使第二接触件呈塑胶材质,以与金属的第二端子510接触的过程中不会对第二端子510造成划伤及产生长条状金属丝,或者,还可以使第二端子510上与第二接触件接触的位置设置为塑胶材质,第二接触件在与第二端子510接触的过程中也不会产生长条状金属丝。在其它实施例中,第一接触件能够活动且与第二端子510弹性接触,第二接触件固定,则第二接触件在第一接触件的弹力作用下与第二端子510保持接触,随第二端子510沿导引通道130运动,第一接触件的弹力作用可以确保第二端子510与第一配合面120的滚动接触,此时第一配合面120位于第一接触件或第二接触件上都可以。
具体在本实施例中,两个接触件140上均具有第一配合面120,第二配合面520同时与两个第一配合面120电连接。可以理解,第二端子510上具有一个第二配合面520,两个接触件140上的第一配合面120同时与该第二配合面520电连接。在其他实施例中,还可以在第二端子510上设置两个间隔的第二配合面520,使两个第二配合面520与两个第一配合面120一一对应接触。
具体地,第一配合面120与第二配合面520沿导引通道130的轴向均呈曲面,在导引通道130的轴向上,第一配合面120与第二配合面520仅有第一接触点与第二接触点这一对接触点,从而随第二端子510在沿导引通道130运动的过程中,使得第一配合面120与第二配合面520相对滚动接触。
在本申请中,第一配合面120、第二配合面520均为球面。通过将第一配合面120与第二配合面520均设置为球面,从而使第一配合面120与第二配合面520点对点接触,即第一配合面120与第二配合面520上仅具有一对接触点,如此,可以减小第一配合面120与第二配合面520的接触面积,减小两者之间相对运动的摩擦力,在第二端子510沿导引通道130运动的过程中,实现两者之间的顺滑配合,达到使第二端子510平稳运动的目的。在其它实施例中,第一配合面120与第二配合面520还可以不为球面,仅设置为曲面即可。
具体地,两个接触件140、第二端子510均呈球状。通过将三者均设置呈球状,以提供球面结构,此时,第一配合面120为球状接触件140外表面的全部,第二配合面520为球状第二端子510外表面的全部,从而可以确保第一配合面120与第二配合面520的顺滑配合。进一步地,两个接触件140呈尺寸相一致的球状,如此,两个接触件140能够在第二端子510的两侧与第二端子510保持稳定的接触。另外,即使两个接触件140中仅有其中一个具有第一配合面120,通过三个球状结构的配合,可以减小第二端子510沿导引通道130运动过程中与两个接触件140的摩擦力,降低第二端子510受损伤的可能。在其它实施例中,还可以仅使两个接触件140中的其中一个呈球状,以提供与第二端子510平滑接触的接触面,而该接触面可以为第一配合面120。在其它实施例中,还可以使两个接触件140、第二端子510的形状不为球状,仅在接触件140上的局部位置形成球面的第一配合面120、在第二端子510上的局部位置形成球面的第二配合面520即可。
如图9所示,在其他实施例中,还可以使接触件140弯曲呈弧形,且接触件140的横截面设置呈圆形。通过设置多个接触件140,并使多个接触件140在同一圆周上弯曲,并围成圆形,从而随着第二端子510的导入,第二端子510可以迫使至少一个接触件140变形,并沿轴向与接触件140的表面接触,如此也能实现第二端子510上第二接触点与接触件140上第一接触点呈动态变化接触的目的。
需要说明的是,在第二端子510与接触件140接触并相对运动的过程中,第二端子510上第二配合面520与接触件140上第一配合面120沿围成导引通道130的圆周方向呈线接触。进一步地,如图10所示,在其它实施例中,还可以将多个接触件140连接在一起而形成具有缺口的环形结构,并在第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向导入的过程中,多个接触件140的整体在径向上能够变形即可。
再次参阅图2至图4,具体地,第一端子110包括限位件150,限位件150与两个接触件140共同围成导引通道130。第二端子510沿导引通道130运动的过程中,限位件150对第二端子510施加朝向两个接触件140的作用力,以与两个接触件140共同沿导引通道130的径向对第二端子510构成限位。可以理解,两个接触件140中的一个或两个与第二端子510弹性接触,以分别向第二端子510施加作用力F1与F2,并将第二端子510压紧在限位件150上,限位件150能够对第二端子510施加反作用力F3,从而限位件150与两个接触件140三者之间的相互作用力维持平衡,以共同对第二端子510构成限位。
可以理解,随第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向运动,限位件150与两个接触件140共同对第二端子510在导引通道130的径向对第二端子510构成限位而起到导向作用,使 第二端子510经由三者所限定的特定方向导入,以避免在第二端子510导入过程中出现偏位的问题。
另外,限位件150与两个接触件140呈三角形分布,三者与第二端子510上的三个位置一一对应接触,与采用四个位置接触来限位的方式相比,可以减少接触件140的设置,而且还能够减少与第二端子510的接触,降低第二端子510被磨损的可能。
进一步地,限位件150连接于两个接触件140之间,限位件150具有弹性变形能力,以为两个接触件140中的至少一个提供与第二端子510弹性接触的弹性作用力。可以理解,限位件150在发生变形后具有弹性恢复能力。由于限位件150连接于两个接触件140之间,在第二端子510沿导引通道130运动的过程中,第二端子510能够迫使两个接触件140中活动设置的接触件140运动,而接触件140的运动即会带动限位件150的变形,如此限位件150的复位作用力即可带动接触件140弹性作用于第二端子510。另外,在一个接触件140活动,另一个接触件140固定的情况下,限位件150带动活动的接触件140弹性作用于第二端子510。在两个接触件140均活动的情况下,限位件150同时带动两个接触件140弹性作用于第二端子510。
可以理解,限位件150变形的过程,也是两个接触件140相互远离的过程及导引通道130扩张的过程。限位件150复位的过程,也是两个接触件140相互靠近的过程及导引通道130收缩的过程。
具体地,限位件150在两个接触件140之间弯曲呈拱形。如此,在球形的第二端子510沿导引通道130运动,且限位件150与两个接触件140三者共同作用于第二端子510时,在导引通道130的周向上,限位件150与第二端子510之间呈点接触,以减小与第二端子510的接触面积,从而降低对第二端子510表面的损伤。
进一步地,限位件150的横截面呈圆形。可以理解,限位件150的外周面为圆柱面,如此,在球形的第二端子510沿导引通道130运动的过程中,沿导引通道130的轴向,限位件150与第二端子510之间呈点接触,如此就使得限位件150与第二端子510具有动态变化的接触点,从而减小限位件150与第二端子510之间的摩擦力,降低限位件150对第二端子510表面的损伤。
具体地,限位件150连接于两个接触件140之间,限位件150内部中空,与第一配合面120连接的导电线容置于限位件150内,如此,限位件150不仅具有连接两个接触件140的作用,而且还能够为与第一配合面120电连接的导电线提供安装空间。进一步地,在限位件150能够发生弹性变形的情况下,限位件150通过其弹性形变能力为接触件140提供与第二端子510弹性接触的作用力。
结合图2至图6所示,具体地,沿导引通道130的轴向,第二端子510的横截面积先增大后减小。随第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向运动,导引通道130先沿径向逐渐扩张至与第二端子510的最大截面处相匹配(如图4所示),之后导引通道130沿径向逐渐收缩(如图5所示)。如此,限位件150至少在导引通道130扩张至最大时与第二端子510相接触,从而与两个接触件140共同抱紧第二端子510,以在导引通道130的径向上对第二端子510构成限位,并对第二端子510构成导向。可以理解,第二端子510沿任意方向与第一端子110接触,最终都必然需要经过限位件150与两个接触件140的共同作用,因而可以确保第二端子510都能够精准地与第一端子110配合。
另外,在导引通道130扩张至最大状态时,随第二端子510的继续导入,导引通道130开始收缩,如此限位件150与两个接触件140将构成第二端子510的阻挡,从而使第二端子510与第一端子110实现扣合。进一步地,在导引通道130扩张至最大状态时,随第二端子510的继续导入,导引通道130开始收缩,在限位件150的复位弹性作用下,第二端子510与第一配合面120滚动配合直至与第一端子110实现精准扣合。
结合图4至图7所示,进一步地,在第二端子510导入第一端子110的过程中,导引 通道130先扩张再收缩。而在导引通道130沿径向逐渐收缩时,第二配合面520对第二端子510施加有与第二端子510的运动方向相一致的作用力,即F4与F5的分力与第二端子510的运动方向相一致。如此,接触件140对第二端子510的弹性作用力有助于推动第二端子510继续相对第一端子110运动,并最终与第一端子110扣合到位。因此,在导引通道130扩张至最大状态之后,操作者即可减小或撤销对第二端子510的推动作用力,使第二端子510在接触件140的弹性作用力下继续相对第一端子110运动,并最终与第一端子110扣合到位。
如图7所示,在第二端子510从第一端子110导出的过程中,导引通道130先扩张再收缩。在导引通道130沿径向逐渐扩张时,第一配合面120对第二端子510施加有与第二端子510的运动方向相反的作用力,即F4与F5的分力与第二端子510的运动方向相反。如此,接触件140对第二端子510的弹性作用力有助于阻挡第二端子510从第一端子110导出,从而增大了第一端子110与第二端子510的咬合力,因此就需要操作者施加较大的作用力才能实现第二端子510的导出,从而降低了第一端子110与第二端子510脱扣的风险。
如图8所示,具体地,两个接触件140呈尺寸相一致的球状,两个接触件140上分别具有与限位件150连接的第一连接位Q1和第二连接位Q2,第一连接位Q1与第二连接位Q2之间的距离d1等于两个接触件140球心O1与O2之间的距离d2。在导引通道130沿径向逐渐收缩的过程中,两个接触件140均对第二端子510施加有与第二端子510的运动方向相一致的作用力。可以理解,两个接触件140对称地连接于限位件150的两端,并能够同时与第二端子510保持弹性接触。进一步地,在限位件150能够发生弹性变形的情况下,两个接触件140对称地连接于限位件150的两端,在限位件150的作用下,两个接触件140能够对第二端子510施加大小相等的弹性作用力。
结合图1与图2所示,具体地,母座100包括止挡件160,止挡件160设于导引通道130上,以在第二端子510沿导引通道130的轴向导入第一端子110时对第二端子510构成止挡,并使所述第二端子510与所述第一配合面120保持点接触。可以理解,随第二端子510沿导引通道130的运动,在第二端子510与止挡件160相抵接时,第二端子510与第一端子110配合到位。具体地,在导引通道130扩张至最大状态时,随第二端子510的继续导入,导引通道130开始收缩,在第二端子510与止挡件160相抵触时,接触件140上第一配合面120仍能与第二端子510上第二配合面520保持接触,此时,第二端子510与第一端子110配合到位,第二端子510与第一端子110能够稳定的实现电连接。
在本实施例中,母座100包括第一绝缘本体170,第一端子110安装于第一绝缘本体170上。第一绝缘本体170上形成有配合槽180,第一端子110安装于配合槽180内。具体地,限位件150连接于配合槽180的内壁上,两个接触件140位于配合槽180内,且分别安装于限位件150的两端,两个接触件140均能在配合槽180内活动。具体地,止挡件160为配合槽180的底壁,且止挡件160与第二端子510电接触。在其它实施例中,还可以使止挡件160与第二端子510之间绝缘。进一步地,止挡件160与第二端子510电接触的情况下,安装于限位件150内部且与第一配合面120连接的导电线(未示出)与止挡件160电连接。
具体地,公头500包括连接件530及第二绝缘本体540,连接件530连接于第二端子510与第二绝缘本体540之间。连接件530的设置,可以在导引通道130的轴向上给第二端子510导入第一端子110提供空间。进一步地,连接件530可以被设置为内部中空以容置与第二配合面520连接的导电线,或者,连接件530可以为导电金属,以与第二配合面520电连接。
第一端子110可以为多个,多个第一端子110呈线性排布于第一绝缘本体170上;第二端子510可以为多个,多个第二端子510呈线性排布于第二绝缘本体540上;多个第一 端子110与多个第二端子510一一对应可插拔配合。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,包括母座及与所述母座相配合的公头;所述母座包括第一端子,所述第一端子具有第一配合面,所述第一配合面上具有第一接触点;所述公头包括第二端子,所述第二端子具有第二配合面,所述第二配合面上具有第二接触点;所述第一配合面与所述第二配合面在所述第一接触点与所述第二接触点处实现电连接;所述第一端子内设有至少由所述第一配合面围设而成的导引通道,所述第二端子沿所述导引通道的轴向与所述第一端子形成配合关系的过程中,所述第一接触点在所述第一配合面上的位置、所述第二接触点在所述第二配合面上的位置均沿所述导引通道的轴向发生动态变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子包括围成至少部分所述导引通道的两个接触件,两个所述接触件中的至少一个上具有所述第一配合面;两个所述接触件中的至少一个能够活动且沿所述导引通道的径向与所述第二端子弹性接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子包括限位件,所述限位件与两个所述接触件共同围成所述导引通道,所述限位件能够在所述第二端子沿所述导引通道运动的过程中对所述第二端子施加朝向两个所述接触件的作用力,以与两个所述接触件共同沿所述导引通道的径向对所述第二端子构成限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述限位件连接于两个所述接触件之间;所述限位件具有弹性变形能力,以为两个所述接触件中的至少一个提供与所述第二端子弹性接触的弹性作用力。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述限位件在两个所述接触件之间弯曲呈拱形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述限位件的横截面呈圆形。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述限位件连接于两个所述接触件之间;所述限位件内部中空,与所述第一配合面连接的导电线容置于所述限位件内。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,两个所述接触件中的至少一个呈球状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接器,其特征在于,两个所述接触件呈尺寸相一致的球状。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述限位件连接于两个所述接触件之间;两个所述接触件上分别具有与所述限位件连接的第一连接点和第二连接点,所述第一连接点与所述第二连接点之间的距离等于两个所述接触件球心之间的距离。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,沿所述导引通道的轴向,所述第二端子的横截面积先增大后减小;随所述第二端子沿所述导引通道的轴向运动,所述导引通道先沿径向逐渐扩张至与所述第二端子的最大截面处相匹配,之后所述导引通道沿径向逐渐收缩。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器,其特征在于,在所述导引通道沿径向逐渐收缩的过程中,所述第一配合面对所述第二端子施加有与所述第二端子的运动方向相一致的作用力;在所述导引通道沿径向逐渐扩张的过程中,所述第一配合面对所述第二端子施加有与所述第二端子的运动方向相反的作用力。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,两个所述接触件上均具有所述第一配合面,所述第二配合面同时与两个所述第一配合面电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,两个所述接触件在同一圆周上弯曲呈弧形;两个所述接触件的横截面呈圆形。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的连接器,其特征在于,两个所述接触件相连接并共同围成具有缺口的环形结构。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一配合面与所述第二配合面沿所述导引通道的轴向均呈曲面。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一配合面与所述第二配合面 中的至少一个呈球面。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第二端子呈球状。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述母座包括止挡件,所述止挡件设于所述导引通道上,以在所述第二端子沿所述导引通道的轴向与所述第一端子形成配合关系时对所述第二端子构成止挡,并使所述第二端子与所述第一配合面保持点接触。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至19中任一项所述的连接器。
