清洁系统基于其具备拖地功能的特点,用于拖地的转动拖把需要保持湿润,因此需要时长返回基站对拖把进行清洗,而其难以进入基站的原因,经过研究发现是多方面的,当清洁设备回到基站并朝向入口的进入方向前进时,因托盘的上表面为倾斜表面,将导致清洁设备的尾部被抬起,作用在驱动轮上的拉簧随着清洁设备尾部的抬起而导致拉簧作用在驱动轮上的作用力减小,故而导致驱动轮驱动力减小。除此之外,有时为了消除顽固污渍,会在地上喷洒洗涤剂以及消毒液,当清洁设备往复基站清洗抹布时,洗涤剂以及消毒液也会导致基站前方异常湿滑,进而造成清洁设备的驱动轮动力不足,难以顺利进入基站。而无论是何种原因,其实最终导致清洁设备难以进入基站的根本原因都是进入基站的过程中动力不足,所以为了解决此问题,本申请提供了如下的技术方案。
一并参考如图1至图13所示,本实施例提供的一种用于清洁设备的基站,包括壳体100,该壳体100具有入口110;基站还包括托盘200,托盘200设置在所述入口110处;所述托盘200的上表面为沿着所述入口110的进入方向120高度不断增加的倾斜表面210;基站还包括导向件300,设置在所述托盘200上,用于与所述清洁设备配合,辅助所述清洁设备沿着所述进入方向120移动。其中,壳体100是用来装配基站中各类器件的保护结构,各类器件包括控制结构、清洗结构等,在此不做限定。而托盘200是为了给清洁设备提供一种能够进入基站的入口110的倾斜表面210,因为基站放置在地面以后,基站的入口110一般会高于地面,此时清洁设备顺着托盘200的倾斜表面210便能够进入较高的入口110位置,从而进入到基站内。
为了清洁设备克服动力不足,无法顺利进入基站的入口110位置,该托盘200上还设置了导向件300,该导向件300可以为单独的部件或由多个部件共同构成,而且该导向件300的作用是为了给清洁设备提供朝向所述进入方向120的导向力,这种导向力的产生可以来自于导向件300的主动提供,也可以来自于导向件300与清洁设备相互作用而被动产生,所以,导向件300可以采用各类结构,只要该导向件300能够形成导向,并辅助清洁设备顺利进入到的基站的入口110位置即可。
例如,当这种导向力的产生可以来自于导向件300的主动提供时,该导向件300完全可以采用具有推助功能的推动结构,比如电控伸缩杆、液压伸缩杆、气压伸缩杆等, 当清洁设备到达基站的入口110位置后,该推动结构可以向清洁设备提供推动力,从而利用这种推动力形成对清洁设备的辅助导向,使清洁设备具备更足的前进动力,进而顺利进入到基站的入口110。
另外,当这种导向力来自于导向件300与清洁设备相互作用而被动产生时,该导向件300也可以采用具有导向面320的结构,例如所述导向件300包括导向凸起310,导向凸起310突出于所述托盘200的上表面;所述导向凸起310的至少一个侧壁为与所述清洁设备配合的导向面320,所述导向面320朝向所述入口110并与所述进入方向120的垂直面具有导向夹角。此时,当清洁设备到达基站的入口110位置后,清洁设备底部的转动拖把410可以进行转动,当拖把与导向凸起310的导向面320形成相互作用力时,该相互作用力便可以形成对清洁设备的辅助导向,构成导向力,使清洁设备具备更足的前进动力,进而顺利进入到基站的入口110。
所以,无论是导向件300采用主动形成导向力的结构,或者被动形成导向力的结构,导向件300都能够在清洁设备到达基站的入口110位置时,辅助清洁设备进入基站的入口110位置,从而使清洁设备克服动力不足的各种问题,实现顺利进入基站的效果。至于导向件300采用何种结构,本领域技术人员可以根据需求进行设置,在此不做限定。
而对于导向件300采用导向凸起310的结构而言,根据清洁设备进入基站的难易,可以选择将导向面320设置为不同的导向夹角,该导向夹角也是相对于进入方向120而言的,当导向夹角越大时,转动拖把410与导向面320相互作用时产生的导向力便越大,相反,当导向夹角越小时,转动拖把410与导向面320相互作用时产生的导向力便越小,在一个实施例中,所述导向夹角在30°至60°之间,例如,所述导向夹角可以为在30°、33°、36°、40°、45°、50°、60°等,本领域技术人员可以根据需求进行设置,在此不做限定。
对于不同类型的清洁设备而言,导向凸起310设置在托盘200上表面的位置也可能不同,因为当清洁设备底部的转动拖把410为单个时,单个转动拖把410一般是位于清洁设备的底部中央,所以此时导向凸起310配合的需要在托盘200底边的中央偏侧方设置,这样才能够使单个转动拖把410与导向凸起310的导向面320形成相互作用力。但是,对于清洁设备底部具有两个对称的转动拖把410时,需要使所述导向凸起310位于所述托盘200底边的中央位置,此时两个对称的转动拖把410可以将中央的导向凸起310夹在中间,其中一个转动拖把410此时可以与导向凸起310的导向面320形成作用力。而对于清洁设备底部具有两个对称的转动拖把410的结构而言,也可以使所述导向凸起310的两个侧壁具有相对的两个导向面320,并构成倒V字形。此时,两个转动拖把410便可以将中央的导向凸起310夹在中间,并使两个转动拖把410同时可以与导向凸起310两侧的导向面320形成作用力,这将大大提高导向力的产生大小,使清洁设备更容易进入基站的入口110位置。
并且,参考图5或图11,导向面320的目的就是为了配合清洁设备上转动拖把410的转动,所以导向面320可以根据清洁设备的前进过程设置成配合的斜面结构,例如,导向面320可以整体均为平直斜面,或者也可以在其中设置一段曲状斜面,在一个实施例中,所述导向面320包括平直斜面区域321和曲状斜面区域322。该平直斜面区域321 可以与清洁设备的转动拖把410形成相互作用,而转动拖把410与平直斜面区域321的相互作用力中的部分分力会形成导向力,此时由于平直斜面区域321的整体均为平直的,该导向力也是稳定产生的,导向方向也稳定。而曲状斜面区域322由于具有曲状结构,类似于波浪状态,在曲状斜面区域322的每个表面切线方向都不同,所以提供的导向力的大小和方向都在不断变化。因此,可以使所述平直斜面区域321和所述曲状斜面区域322沿着所述进入方向依次设置,所以,当清洁设备初步达到托盘200时,可以利用平直斜面区域321提供大小和方向均稳定的导向力,使清洁设备能够稳定的移动到托盘200的上表面,当清洁设备已经即将到达基站的入口110后,曲状斜面区域322会提供大小和方向都在不断变化的导向力,这种导向力可以在某段路程上提供更大的导向力,以使即将进入到基站的入口110清洁设备以更强劲的动力直接进入到基站内。而为了使清洁设备与托盘200的上表面之间形成更大的摩擦力,防止打滑,还可以使至少所述托盘200上表面的两侧设置有防滑区域220,该防滑区域220可以通过多个突筋、凸点等结构形成,目的是为了增加托盘200上表面的摩擦力。
其实导向凸起310在托盘200上表面的形成,其主要结构在于导向凸起310上的导向面320,因为清洁设备进入到基站入口110需要清洁设备的转动拖把410与导向凸起310的导向面320形成相对作用力,进而产生导向力,所以只要导向凸起310具有合适的导向面320即可。所以为了减轻基站的重量,导向凸起310只需要将导向面320保留,并使导向面320具备一定的强度,能够与清洁设备的转动拖把410形成相互作用即可,因此可以使所述导向凸起310的中央开设有减重槽330,该减重槽330的开设可以采用各类形状,即可以为规则形状、也可以为不规则形状。例如,图11所以,该减重槽330可以配合导向面320开设,使具有导向面320的一侧面形成直线凸起即可。
本申请还提供了一种清洁系统,包括所述基站;该清洁系统还包括清洁设备,具有转动拖把410;所述转动拖把能够与所述基站的导向件300相互作用形成使所述清洁设备沿着所述进入方向120移动的导向力。由于所述基站的具体结构、功能原理以及技术效果均在前文详述,在此便不再赘述,因此任何有关于所述基站的技术内容,均可参考前文的记载。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于清洁设备的基站,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,具有入口;
    托盘,设置在所述入口处;所述托盘的上表面为沿着所述入口的进入方向高度不断增加的倾斜表面;
    导向件,设置在所述托盘上,用于与所述清洁设备配合,辅助所述清洁设备沿着所述进入方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向件包括:
    导向凸起,突出于所述托盘的上表面;所述导向凸起的至少一个侧壁为与所述清洁设备配合的导向面,所述导向面朝向所述入口并与所述进入方向的垂直面具有导向夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向夹角在30°至60°之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向凸起位于所述托盘底边的中央位置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向凸起的两个侧壁具有相对的两个导向面,并构成倒V字形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向凸起的中央开设有减重槽。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,所述导向面包括平直斜面区域和曲状斜面区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基站,其特征在于,所述平直斜面区域和所述曲状斜面区域沿着所述进入方向依次设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的基站,其特征在于,至少所述托盘上表面的两侧设置有防滑区域。
  10. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的基站;
    清洁设备,具有转动拖把;所述转动拖把能够与所述基站的导向件相互作用形成使所述清洁设备沿着所述进入方向移动的导向力。
