如图2-3所示,本申请实施例提供一种锁具,包括:锁体10、第一连杆20、第二连杆30和第一导向部40。锁体10设置在门体上,锁体10包括转轴11和锁栓12,锁栓12具有卡接端121,锁栓12设置在转轴11上,锁栓12通过转轴11转动以使卡接端121卡住或远离门框。卡接端121卡在门框上,从而将门锁住。可选的,锁体可为智能锁或机械锁。第一连杆20具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一连杆的第一端21与锁栓12铰接。第二连杆30具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第二连杆的第一端31和第一连杆的第二端22铰接,第二连杆的第二端32用于与门框配合抵接。第二连杆30与第一导向部40滑动连接,第一导向部40能够使第二连杆30在第一连杆20的驱动下沿直线方向移动,第二连杆30可沿水平方向或竖直方向等方向做直线运动。一般地,第一导向部40沿竖直方向延伸,第二连杆30在第一连杆20的驱动下沿竖直方向做直线运动。第一导向部40限制了第二连杆30的运动方向,防止第二连杆30随第一连杆20转动。锁栓12和第一连杆20组成曲柄连杆结构,锁栓12绕转轴11转动时,第一连杆20随锁栓12转动的同时向靠近或远离锁栓12的方向移动,第二连杆30随第一连杆20做直线运动。可选的,锁栓12的材质可选用钢材质,这样可以保证足够的结构强度。
在本技术方案中,第一连杆20随锁栓12转动的同时向靠近或远离锁栓12的方向移动,而第二连杆30在第一连杆20传动下仅做直线运动,因此,第二连杆30的摆动幅度很小,进而可以使第二连杆30与第一导向部40之间的缝隙、第二连杆30与门框的间隙缩减到很小,使第二连杆的第二端与门框紧密抵接,进而保证了门体和门框之间的密封性。
在本实施例中,锁具还包括第三连杆50、第四连杆60和第二导向部70。第三连杆50具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第三连杆的第一端51与锁栓12铰接,且第三连杆的第一端51与第一 连杆的第一端21分别位于转轴11两侧。第四连杆60具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第四连杆的第一端61和第三连杆的第二端52转动连接,第四连杆的第二端62用于与门框配合抵接;第二导向部70与第四连杆60滑动连接,第四连杆60沿第二导向部70做直线运动。具体地,第二导向部70可固定在门体上。第二导向部70用于限制第四连杆60的移动方向,防止第四连杆60随第三连杆50转动。锁栓12转动时,第三连杆50随锁栓12转动的同时向靠近或远离锁栓12的方向移动,第四连杆60在第三连杆50的驱动下沿直线方向移动,第四连杆60可沿水平方向或竖直方向等方向做直线运动。一般地,第二导向部70沿竖直方向延伸,第四连杆60在第三连杆50的驱使下沿竖直方向做直线运动。由于第四连杆60做直线运动,所以第四连杆60与第二导向部70之间的缝隙可以足够小,第四连杆的第二端62与门框之间可以保持紧密抵接,在锁体处于关闭状态时,进一步保证了门体和门框之间的密封性。第二连杆的第二端32和第四连杆的第二端62在锁体的两端与门框相抵接,利用第二连杆的第二端32、锁体10、第四连杆的第二端62与门框相配合,能够使门体稳定地锁在门框上。采用上述结构,可使门体和门框之间的缝隙足够小从而保证了门体的密封性。
其中,第一连杆20和第三连杆50可以为直线型连杆、弧形连杆、弯曲式连杆等,第一连杆20、第二连杆30、第三连杆50以及第四连杆60可以设计为扁杆或者圆杆。
在本实施例中,第二连杆的第二端32和第四连杆的第二端62均设置有锁紧部,锁紧部与门框相抵接。锁紧部可为卡块或滚轮,锁紧部随第二连杆30和第四连杆60做直线运动,两个锁紧部分别与门框上部的内表面和下部的内表面相抵接,从而将门体锁紧在门框上。
具体地,锁紧部包括滚轮80,滚轮80可转动地设置在第二连杆的第二端32和/或第四连杆的第二端62,滚轮80用于与门框相抵接锁紧。滚轮80与门体之间的摩擦力小,从而使第二连杆30和第四连杆60更顺畅地移动。
在本实施例中,卡接端121与第一连杆的第一端21之间的距离等于卡接端121与第三连杆的第一端51的距离。具体地,可将锁栓12设置为T形结构,卡接端121、第一连杆的第一端21和第三连杆的第一端51分别位于锁栓12的三个端部,上述设计结构简单,方便部件之间连接。
在本实施例中,第一导向部40具有第一导向孔,第二连杆30穿设在第一导向孔内,第一导向孔的截面形状与第二连杆30的截面形状相适配;第二导向部70具有第二导向孔,所述第四连杆60穿设在所述第二导向孔内,所述第二导向孔的截面形状与所述第四连杆60的截面形状相适配。第一导向孔的延伸方向与第二连杆30的运动方向相同,第二连杆30沿第一导向孔做直线运动。第一导向孔与第二连杆30之间的缝隙很小,从而保证了第二连杆的第二端32与门框紧密抵接,进而保证了门体和门框之间的密封性。第二导向孔的延伸方向与第四连杆60的运动方向相同,第四连杆60沿第二导向孔做直线运动。第二导向孔与第四连杆60之间的缝隙很小,从而保证了第四连杆的第二端62与门框紧密抵接,进而保证了门体和门框之间的密封性。
在其它实施例中,第一导向部40和第二导向部70还可设置为滑轨,第二连杆30和第四连杆60与滑轨相适配且沿滑轨做直线运动。
在本实施例中,第一导向部40具有多个,多个第一导向部40沿第二连杆30的移动方向间隔排列;第二导向部70具有多个,多个第二导向部70沿第四连杆60的移动方向间隔排列。将第一导向部40和第二导向部70设置为多个,可进一步保证第二连杆30和第四连杆60做直线运动,且使第二连杆30和第四连杆60与门框抵接时不会歪斜,从而进一步保证了锁紧部紧密地与门框抵接。
在本实施例中,第二连杆30的轴线与第四连杆60的轴线相重合。即,第二连杆30与第四连杆60在同一条直线上移动,如此设置,可使锁具和门框之间的作用力均衡,以保证整体结构的稳定性。
在本实施例中,锁体10还包括把手13,把手13与转轴11驱动连接,把手13通过转轴11驱动锁栓12转动。把手13带动转轴11转动,进而带动锁栓12转动,锁栓12转动时,卡接端121卡住或远离门框,第一连杆20和第三连杆50转动,第二连杆30和第四连杆60随之做直线运动,锁紧部抵住或远离门框,从而实现锁具的关闭或开启。设置把手13方便打开或关闭锁具。
本申请还提供一种门体,包括上述技术方案描述的锁具。采用上述技术方案描述的锁具,可使门体和门框之间密封性更好。
在本技术方案中,采用多连杆的结构,可以将两端的连杆与门框紧密抵接,进而保证了门体和门框之间的密封性;在第二连杆的第二端32和第四连杆的第二端62上设置滚轮80,能够使第二连杆30和第四连杆60顺畅地移动。通过本申请提供的技术方案,其结构简单,便于生产和拆装,其能够满足门体与门框之间密封性的要求。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本申请的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锁具,其特征在于,包括:
    锁体(10),所述锁体(10)设置在门体上,所述锁体(10)包括转轴(11)和锁栓(12),所述锁栓(12)具有卡接端(121),所述锁栓(12)设置在所述转轴(11)上,所述锁栓(12)通过所述转轴(11)转动以使所述卡接端(121)卡住或远离门框;
    第一连杆(20),所述第一连杆(20)具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第一连杆的第一端(21)与所述锁栓(12)铰接;
    第二连杆(30),所述第二连杆(30)具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第二连杆的第一端(31)和所述第一连杆的第二端(22)铰接,所述第二连杆的第二端(32)用于与所述门框配合抵接;
    第一导向部(40),所述第二连杆(30)与所述第一导向部(40)滑动连接,所述第一导向部(40)能够使所述第二连杆(30)沿直线方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三连杆(50),所述第三连杆(50)具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第三连杆的第一端(51)与所述锁栓(12)铰接,且所述第三连杆的第一端(51)与所述第一连杆的第一端(21)分别位于所述转轴(11)两侧;
    第四连杆(60),所述第四连杆(60)具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第四连杆的第一端(61)和所述第三连杆的第二端(52)转动连接,所述第四连杆的第二端(62)用于与所述门框配合抵接;
    第二导向部(70),所述第二导向部(70)与所述第四连杆(60)滑动连接,所述第四连杆(60)沿所述第二导向部(70)做直线运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述第二连杆的第二端(32)和所述第四连杆的第二端(62)均设置有锁紧部,所述锁紧部与所述门框相抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述锁紧部包括滚轮(80),所述滚轮(80)可转动地设置在所述第二连杆的第二端(32)和/或所述第四连杆的第二端(62),所述滚轮(80)用于与门框相抵接锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述卡接端(121)与所述第一连杆的第一端(21)之间的距离等于所述卡接端(121)与所述第三连杆的第一端(51)的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,
    所述第一导向部(40)具有第一导向孔,所述第二连杆(30)穿设在所述第一导向孔内,所述第一导向孔的截面形状与所述第二连杆(30)的截面形状相适配;
    所述第二导向部(70)具有第二导向孔,所述第四连杆(60)穿设在所述第二导向孔内,所述第二导向孔的截面形状与所述第四连杆(60)的截面形状相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,
    所述第一导向部(40)具有多个,多个所述第一导向部(40)沿所述第二连杆(30)的移动方向间隔排列;
    所述第二导向部(70)具有多个,多个所述第二导向部(70)沿所述第四连杆(60)的移动方向间隔排列。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(30)的轴线与所述第四连杆(60)的轴线相重合,所述第四连杆(60)和所述第二连杆(30)分别设置在所述转轴(11)的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述锁体(10)还包括把手(13),所述把手(13)与所述转轴(11)驱动连接,所述把手(13)通过所述转轴(11)驱动所述锁栓(12)转动。
  10. 一种门体,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的锁具。
