可选地,所述冰箱还包括第一支架,所述第一支架安装于所述通孔处,且所述第一支架还与所述第一部件连接以在所述第一支架设置在所述第一安装部处时将所述第一部件固定在所述容纳空间内。
可选地,所述第一支架包括连接板和位于所述连接板的朝向所述预埋盒的一侧的第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构,所述第一卡接结构用于卡接所述第一部件,所述第二卡接结构用于与所述通孔卡接以将所述第一部件固定在所述内胆的所述第一安装部处。
可选地,所述第一卡接结构包括围绕所述第一部件设置的多个第一凸起筋,相对的两个所述第一凸起筋分别设置有第一卡扣,用于卡接所述第一部件。
可选地,所述第二卡接结构包括多个凸起的第二凸起筋,相对的两个所述第二凸起筋分别设有第二卡扣,用于卡接所述通孔;
所述连接板位于所述目标内胆远离所述预埋盒的一侧,且完全覆盖所述通孔。
可选地,所述门衬背离所述箱体的一侧设有限位槽,所述限位槽用于形成所述第二安装部;
还包括第二支架,所述第二支架设置于所述限位槽处,所述第二支架还与所述第二部件连接,以将所述第二部件固定在所述第二安装部处。
可选地,所述第二支架包括:
位于所述第二支架的一端的第一连接部,所述第一连接部设置有第一卡槽,所述第二部件卡接在所述第一卡槽处;
位于所述第二支架的另一端的第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述门体的门衬连接,以将所述第二部件固定在所述门衬的所述第二安装部处。
可选地,所述开关组件为磁敏开关组件,所述磁敏开关组件包括配合使用的磁敏开关和磁铁,所述第一部件为所述磁敏开关或所述磁铁,所述第二部件则为与所述第一部件配合的所述磁铁或所述磁敏开关;所述第二安装部在所述门体关闭时与所述第一安装部配合,以便所述磁敏开关和所述磁铁吸合;
其中,所述磁敏开关为霍尔开关。
本发明的第一安装部设置在箱体的内胆处,第二安装部设置在门体的门衬处。开关组件的第一部件设置在第一安装部,且位于内胆内部,而第二部件设置在第二安装部处,且位于门衬内侧,则开关组件不会凸出于冰箱的外侧,在用户开启门体时不会看到开关组件,保证了该开关组件不会影响到冰箱的外观,从而提升用户的使用体验。
本发明中第一安装部的目标位置是冰箱原有的扇形开关组件的安装位置,那么在安装本实施例中的开关组件时,无需重新设计门体和内胆的具体结构,既能满足开关功能需求,同时箱体的内胆、门体的门衬为通用部件,不需要对箱体的内胆和门体的门衬进行重新开模,避免了模具浪费,降低成本,防止了现场生产差错,使得生产效率更高。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱100的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的门衬、内胆、开关组件、第一支架和第二支架连接在一起的示意性结构图;图3是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的门衬、内胆、开关组件、第一支架和第二支架的连接在一起截面示意图;图4是根据本发明一个实施例的门衬、内胆、开关组件、第一支架、第二支架连接在一起的局部放大截面示意图。如图1~图4所示,具体地,本实施例提供一种冰箱100,该冰箱100可以包括箱体10和门体20,门体20与箱体10可旋转连接。其中,箱体10的内胆11的目标位置处设有第一安装部12,目标位置为内胆11的侧壁靠近门体20的位置。门体20的门衬21处设有与第一安装部12对应设置的第二安装部22,第二安装部22由门衬21朝向箱体10的方向凸起。本实施例的冰箱100还可以包括开关组件30,该开关组件30可以包括第一部件31和第二部件32,其中,第一部件31设置在第一安装部12处,且位于内胆11内部,第二部件32设置在第二安装部22处,且位于门衬21内侧。第一部件31在门体关闭时与第二部件32配合,以便触发开关组件30。
本实施例中的第一安装部12设置在目标位置,而目标位置为冰箱100箱体10内胆11的侧壁,并且在靠近门体20的位置。具体地,本实施例的目标位置可以是箱体10的内胆11的左侧壁也可以是箱体10内胆11的右侧壁。具体本实施例,以冰箱100门体20从右侧开、目标位置为箱体10内胆11的右侧壁为例进行具体说明。
本实施例的门体20的右侧的门衬21处设置有与该第一安装部12配合设置的第二安装部22,通过第一安装部12和第二安装部22的设计,使得设 置在第一安装部12和第二安装部22的第一部件31和第二部件32可以相互靠近,从而配合使用,使得开关组件30开启或关闭。本实施例的第一安装部12设置在箱体10的内胆11处,第二安装部22设置在门体20的门衬21处,开关组件30的第一部件31设置在第一安装部12,且位于内胆11内部,而第二部件32设置在第二安装部22处,且位于门衬21内侧,则开关组件30不会凸出于冰箱内胆11或门衬21的外侧,在用户开启门体20时不会看到开关组件30,保证了该开关组件30不会影响到冰箱100的外观,从而提升用户的使用体验。
本实施例中开关组件30可以是磁敏开关组件。该磁敏开关组件可以包括配合使用的磁敏开关和磁铁,第一部件31为磁敏开关或磁铁,第二部件32则为与第一部件31配合的磁铁或磁敏开关。第二安装部22在门体20关闭时与第一安装部12配合,以便磁敏开关和磁铁吸合。其中,磁敏开关可以为霍尔开关。以下均以该开关组件30为磁敏开关组件进行具体说明。
本实施例中,磁铁可以设置在第一安装部12处也可以设置在第二安装部22处。相应地,当磁铁设置在第一安装部12处时,磁敏开关则设置在第二安装部22处,当磁铁设置在第二安装部22处时,磁敏开关则设置在第一安装部12处。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的第一安装部12的目标位置配置为内胆11原用于放置扇形开关组件的安装位置。
也就是,本实施例中第一安装部12的目标位置是内胆11原有的扇形开关的安装位置,那么在安装本实施例中的磁敏开关组件时,无需重新设计门体20和内胆11的具体结构,既能满足开关功能需求,同时箱体10的内胆11、门体20的门衬21为通用部件,不需要对箱体10的内胆11和门体20的门衬21进行重新开模,避免了模具浪费,降低成本,防止了现场生产差错,使得生产效率更高。
本实施例中,通过该种在原扇形开关处安装磁敏开关,并且在实际使用过程中也可以根据需要,磁敏开关和扇形开关进行互换。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的第一安装部12包括位于目标位置处的目标内胆111和与目标内胆111连接的预埋盒13,目标内胆111处设有通孔14,预埋盒13位于目标内胆111的内侧,并与目标内胆111形成容纳空间15。本实施例中,目标内胆111可以为箱体10的设置在目标位 置处的内胆11。并且在该位置处的内胆11上还设置有通孔14,同时在内胆11的一侧还设置有预埋盒13。该位置的目标内胆111、通孔14和预埋盒13都可以是现有的扇形开关所具有的部件,因此也可以减小成本。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的磁敏开关组件、第一支架、第二支架的连接的示意性结构图;图6是根据本发明一个实施例的磁敏开关与第一支架连接的示意性结构图;图7是根据本发明一个实施例的第一支架的示意性结构图;如图5~图7所示。作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的冰箱100还可以包括第一支架40,第一支架40安装于通孔14处,且第一支架40还与磁敏开关或磁铁连接以在第一支架40设置在第一安装部12处时将磁敏开关或磁铁固定在容纳空间15内。
本实施例中,第一支架40的只要作用是将与第一支架40连接的磁敏开关或磁铁设置在第一安装部12处。具体,本实施例中,第一支架40先与磁敏开关连接,然后在带着磁敏开关一起卡接在第一安装部12处,这样磁敏开关就位于容纳空间15内。在冰箱100的门体20被开启时,无法看见被设置在内胆11内部的磁敏开关,从而保证冰箱100外观。
具体地,第一支架40可以包括连接板41和位于连接板41的朝向预埋盒13的一侧的第一卡接结构42和第二卡接结构43,第一卡接结构42用于卡接磁敏开关或磁铁,第二卡接结构43用于与通孔14卡接以将磁敏开关或磁铁固定在内胆11的第一安装部12处。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的第一卡接结构42可以包括多个围绕磁敏开关或磁铁设置的多个第一凸起筋421,相对的两个第一凸起筋421分别设置有第一卡扣422,用于卡接磁敏开关或磁铁。
具体地,本实施例的第一凸起筋421围绕磁敏开关或磁铁的四周形成框型的结构。该框型结构的横截面可以形成各种与磁敏开关或磁铁匹配的形状。本实施例中的第一凸起筋421的横截面形成长方形结构。并且相对的两侧边形成至少一对第一卡扣422,并且第一卡扣422均是朝向磁敏开关或磁铁设计,卡扣的数量还可以根据需要进行设计。本实施例中优选为两个以上的第一卡扣422,合理的、均匀的布置在第一凸起筋421的内侧。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的第二卡接结构43可以包括多个凸起的第二凸起筋4,相对的两个第二凸起筋4分别设有第二卡扣4,用于卡接通孔14。具体地,第二凸起筋4和第一凸起筋421位于连接部的同 一侧处。第二凸起筋4的横截面的形状与通孔14的形状相适应,在该第一支架40卡接在通孔14处时,通孔14将第二凸起筋4均包裹在内侧。具体该第二凸起筋4处设计多个第二卡扣4,该第二卡扣4向外设计,并且以使得该凸起筋穿过通孔14后卡接在通孔14处。第二卡扣4的数量为至少两个,本实施例中第二卡扣4的数量优选为4个。且本实施例的通孔14的形状为长方形,则4个第二卡扣4分别卡接在通孔14的四条边处。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的连接板41位于目标内胆111远离预埋盒13的一侧,且完全覆盖通孔14。由于该连接板41可以完全覆盖通孔14,那么在冰箱100使用过程中只能看见第一支架40的连接板41,无法看到其它结构,更无法看到磁敏开关或磁铁,因此,冰箱100内部结构更加美观。
图8是根据本发明一个实施例的磁铁与第二支架连接的示意性结构图;图9是根据本发明一个实施例的第二支架的示意性结构图。如图8和图9所示,作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的门衬21背离箱体10的一侧设有限位槽16,限位槽16用于形成第二安装部22。该冰箱100还可以包括第二支架50,第二支架50设置于限位槽16处,第二支架50还与磁铁或磁敏开关连接,以将磁铁或磁敏开关固定在第二安装部22处。
本实施例中,限位槽16可以是门衬21原有的结构。该结构的截面形成开口处宽,底部窄的结构。利用第二支架50将磁铁或磁敏开关设置在第二安装部22处,由于第二安装部22面向箱体10内侧延伸,因此磁铁或磁敏开关也会延伸至与第二安装部22位置相匹配的位置处,从而使磁敏开关能够顺利的与磁铁进行吸合作用。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例的第二支架50可以包括第一连接部51和第二连接部52。其中,第一连接部51位于第二支架50的一端。第一连接部51设置有第一卡槽511,磁铁或磁敏开关卡接在第一卡槽511处。第二连接部52位于第二支架50的另一端,第二连接部52与门体20的门衬21连接,以将磁铁或磁敏开关固定在门衬21的第二安装部22处。
具体地,整个第二支架50的横截面与第二安装部22的横截面的结构相适应。第一连接部51的宽度小于第二连接部52的宽度。该第一卡槽511的形状与磁铁或磁敏开关的形状相适应,并且磁铁或磁敏开关卡接在第一卡槽511位置处。在第二支架50设置在第二安装部22处时,第一卡槽511与安 装在第一卡槽511处的磁铁或磁敏开关均伸入至第二安装部22的底部位置处。
具体地,第二连接部52则形成有两个薄板521和一个中间的加强部522。两个薄板521延相反的方向延伸,在第二支架50设置在第二安装部22处时,通过两个薄板521与门衬21连接。则第一连接部51知道伸入至限位槽16的底部位置处。而加强部则是用于防止两个薄板521在外力的作用下变形等情况,增加整个第二支架50的强度。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,第二支架50的材质可以是泡沫材质也可以是塑料材质。
作为本发明一个具体的实施例,本实施例中的第一支架40和第二支架50安装至第一安装部12和第二安装部22的过程可以包括:
生产处预定结构的第一支架40和第二支架50。将磁铁通过第一卡槽511内的结构固定在第二支架50处。将第二支架50安放于限位槽16内,并用胶带粘连。预埋盒13设置在内胆11的内侧处,并将磁敏开关对插端子藏在预埋盒13内,随着箱体10一起发泡。磁敏开关卡接在第一支架40上。第一支架40卡接在已经发泡好的内胆11的通孔14处。将门体20与箱体10转动连接。本实施例的冰箱100整体更美观,产品通用性高,降低成本、避免现场防差错,生产效率高,而且磁铁位置准确、可靠。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括箱体和门体,所述门体与所述箱体可旋转连接,其中,
    所述箱体的内胆的目标位置处设有第一安装部,所述目标位置为所述内胆的侧壁靠近所述门体的位置;
    所述门体的门衬处设有与所述第一安装部对应设置的第二安装部,所述第二安装部由所述门衬朝向所述箱体的方向凸起;
    所述冰箱还包括开关组件,所述开关组件包括第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件设置在所述第一安装部处,且位于所述内胆内部,所述第二部件设置在所述第二安装部处,且位于所述门衬内侧;
    所述第一部件在所述门体关闭时与所述第二部件配合,以便触发所述开关组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第一安装部的所述目标位置配置为所述内胆原用于放置扇形开关组件的安装位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第一安装部包括位于所述目标位置处的目标内胆和与所述目标内胆连接的预埋盒,所述目标内胆处设有通孔,所述预埋盒位于所述目标内胆的内侧,并与所述目标内胆形成容纳空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述冰箱还包括第一支架,所述第一支架安装于所述通孔处,且所述第一支架还与所述第一部件连接以在所述第一支架设置在所述第一安装部处时将所述第一部件固定在所述容纳空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第一支架包括连接板和位于所述连接板的朝向所述预埋盒的一侧的第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构,所述第一卡接结构用于卡接所述第一部件,所述第二卡接结构用于与所述通孔卡接以将所述第一部件固定在所述内胆的所述第一安装部处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第一卡接结构包括围绕所述第一部件设置的多个第一凸起筋,相对的两个所述第一凸起筋分别设置有第一卡扣,用于卡接所述第一部件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第二卡接结构包括多个凸起的第二凸起筋,相对的两个所述第二凸起筋分别设有第二卡扣,用于卡接所述通孔;
    所述连接板位于所述目标内胆远离所述预埋盒的一侧,且完全覆盖所述通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述门衬背离所述箱体的一侧设有限位槽,所述限位槽用于形成所述第二安装部;
    所述冰箱还包括第二支架,所述第二支架设置于所述限位槽处,所述第二支架还与所述第二部件连接,以将所述第二部件固定在所述第二安装部处。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述第二支架包括:
    位于所述第二支架的一端的第一连接部,所述第一连接部设置有第一卡槽,所述第二部件卡接在所述第一卡槽处;
    位于所述第二支架的另一端的第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述门体的门衬连接,以将所述第二部件固定在所述门衬的所述第二安装部处。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的冰箱,其中,
    所述开关组件为磁敏开关组件,所述磁敏开关组件包括配合使用的磁敏开关和磁铁,所述第一部件为所述磁敏开关或所述磁铁,所述第二部件则为与所述第一部件配合的所述磁铁或所述磁敏开关;所述第二安装部在所述门体关闭时与所述第一安装部配合,以便所述磁敏开关和所述磁铁吸合;
    其中,所述磁敏开关为霍尔开关。
