结合图3至图4所示,所述套筒组件100包括轴向延伸的套筒10及位于套筒10内的拉杆组件20。所述套筒10设有自前端面向后凹陷的容纳腔11及自后端面向前凹陷的连接通道12,所述螺母310收容于容纳腔11内。所述输出轴240延伸入连接通道12内,以使所述套筒组件100固定连接至电动工具200的前端,进而使得所述电机220通过输出轴240带动套筒组件100运转。
具体的,所述套筒10设有自后端的周向表面向内凹陷的环形凹槽13及自后端的周向表面沿径向贯穿套筒10的通孔14,所述通孔14自凹槽13向内延伸且连通于连接通道12。所述套筒组件100还包括与通孔14对应的销柱15及卡合于凹槽13内的橡胶圈16,当所述输出轴240的前端位于连接通道12内时,所述销柱15插设于通孔14内且贯穿输出轴240,且所述橡胶圈16的内圈抵接于销柱15的两端,从而保证了所述套筒组件100稳定的固定连接至电动工具200的前端。
所述拉杆组件20位于容纳腔11内且包括沿轴向延伸的拉杆21、位于拉杆21前端的磁性元件22及位于拉杆21后端的轴承23。所述拉杆21通过轴承23连接于套筒10的内壁,以使所述拉杆21轴向固定于套筒10的同时相对转动;所述磁性元件22包括设置于拉杆21的前端面的磁钢24及套设于磁钢24外侧的保护套25,所述保护套25自磁钢24的前端向后延伸且套设于拉杆21的外周, 以使所述磁钢24稳定的连接于拉杆21上。
请参阅图5至图7所示,本发明的所述套筒组件100是用于将螺母310旋拧至位于待固定工件300上的螺栓320。所述待固定工件300为贴靠在一起且待固定的两个工件,所述螺栓320设有位于待固定工件300一侧的螺帽321及自螺帽321延伸且穿设至待固定工件300另一侧的螺杆322,所述电动工具200通过套筒组件200收容螺母310而设置于待固定工件300的另一侧。
所述螺母310的外周呈正多棱柱型,所述容纳腔11的形状对应于螺母310的外周的形状,即所述容纳腔11呈正多棱柱型以收容螺母310。所述拉杆组件20的直径小于螺母310的内径,使得所述螺母310收容于容纳腔11时,所述螺母310被磁性元件22吸引以运动至磁性元件22的外周。
所述套筒组件100旋拧螺母310时,所述磁性元件22吸附住螺栓320且所述套筒组件100向螺栓320施加一作用力,以使所述螺栓320贴靠于待固定工件300的表面而无法相对于待固定工件300运动。具体的,所述套筒组件100旋拧螺母310时,所述螺杆322延伸入容纳腔11内,所述磁性元件22的磁钢24吸附住螺杆322的末端,且所述套筒组件100向螺杆322施加一个远离待固定工件300的作用力,以使所述螺帽321贴靠于待固定工件300的表面,从而产生摩擦力,该摩擦力可以防止螺栓320跟随螺母310旋转,即所述螺栓320无法相对于待固定工件300运动,从而实现螺母310与螺栓320的拧紧。
本发明中,所述拉杆组件20包括沿轴向延伸的拉杆21、位于拉杆21前端的磁性元件22及位于拉杆21后端的轴承23,所述拉杆21通过轴承23连接于套筒10的内壁,以使所述拉杆21与套筒10具有相对转动。所述套筒组件100旋拧螺母310时,所述磁性元件22吸附住螺栓320且所述套筒组件100向螺栓320施加一作用力,以使所述螺栓320贴靠于待固定工件300的表面,从而产生 摩擦力,该摩擦力可以防止螺栓320跟随螺母310旋转,即所述螺栓320无法相对于待固定工件300运动。是以该套筒组件100的设置保证了电动工具200无需额外工装固定螺栓320,即可实现螺母310与螺栓320的拧紧,操作简单方便,提高了工作效率,减小操作难度。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式。本领域普通技术人员可以很容易地理解到,在不脱离本发明原理和范畴的前提下,本发明的套筒组件及电动工具还有很多的替代方案。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书的内容为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种套筒组件,用于将螺母旋拧至位于待固定工件上的螺栓,所述套筒组件包括轴向延伸的套筒及自所述套筒的前端面向后凹陷的容纳腔,所述螺母收容于所述容纳腔内;其特征在于:所述套筒组件还包括位于所述容纳腔内的拉杆组件,所述拉杆组件包括沿轴向延伸的拉杆、位于所述拉杆前端的磁性元件及位于所述拉杆后端的轴承,所述拉杆通过所述轴承连接于所述套筒的内壁,且所述拉杆与所述套筒相对转动,所述套筒组件旋拧所述螺母时,所述磁性元件吸附住所述螺栓且所述套筒组件向所述螺栓施加一作用力,以使所述螺栓贴靠于所述待固定工件的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于:所述拉杆组件的直径小于所述螺母的内径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的套筒组件,其特征在于:所述磁性元件包括设置于所述拉杆的前端面的磁钢及套设于所述磁钢外侧的保护套,所述保护套自所述磁钢的前端向后延伸且套设于所述拉杆的外周。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的套筒组件,其特征在于:所述螺母的外周呈正多棱柱型,所述容纳腔的形状对应于所述螺母的外周的形状且呈正多棱柱型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的套筒组件,其特征在于:所述螺母收容于所述容纳腔时,所述螺母被所述磁性元件吸引以运动至所述磁性元件的外周。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于:所述待固定工件为贴靠在一起且待固定的两个工件,所述螺栓设有位于所述待固定工件一侧的螺帽及自所述螺帽延伸且穿设至所述待固定工件另一侧的螺杆,所述套筒组件旋拧所述螺母时,所述螺杆延伸入所述容纳腔内,所述磁性元件吸附住所述螺杆的末端且所述套筒组件向所述螺杆施加一个远离所述待固定工件的作用力。
  7. 一种电动工具,包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的电机、连接于所述电机的传动机构及由所述传动机构驱动的输出轴,所述输出轴部分露出于所述壳体的前端;其特征在于:所述电动工具还包括如上述权利要求1至6任一项所述的套筒组件,所述套筒设有自后端面向前凹陷的连接通道,所述输出轴延伸入所述连接通道内,以使所述套筒组件固定连接至所述电动工具的前端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动工具,其特征在于:所述套筒设有自后端的周向表面沿径向贯穿所述套筒的通孔,所述通孔连通于所述连接通道,所述套筒组件包括与所述通孔对应的销柱,所述输出轴的前端位于所述连接通道内时,所述销柱插设于所述通孔内且贯穿所述输出轴。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动工具,其特征在于:所述套筒还设有自后端的周向表面向内凹陷的环形凹槽,所述通孔自所述凹槽向内延伸且连通所述连接通道,所述套筒组件包括卡合于所述凹槽内的橡胶圈,所述输出轴的前端位于所述连接通道内时,所述橡胶圈的内圈抵接于所述销柱的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电动工具,其特征在于:所述电动工具为一电动扳手,所述输出轴为至少部分露出所述壳体前端的扳手头。
