本公开要求于2021年7月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110838410.3、申请名称为“通过语音方式控制程序的方法、设备及程序产品”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及计算机技术中的语音技术,尤其涉及一种通过语音方式控制程序的方法、设备及程序产品。
背景技术
目前,移动终端中设置有大量的软件,用户可以操作终端中的软件,从而使用软件提供的功能。
现有技术中,用户可以通过多种方式操作移动终端,使其启动软件,比如可以通过触控的方式启动软件,再比如可以利用终端中设置的语音助手调起某一个软件。
一般情况下,在用户不方便直接操作终端时,会通过语音方式控制终端,使其运行软件,但是,在软件启动后,若该软件本身不具备语音识别功能,则用户只能采用触控的方式操作该软件。因此,现有技术中在用户不方便通过触控方式操控软件时,也无法真正通过语音方式操控软件。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种通过语音方式控制程序的方法、设备及程序产品,以解决现有技术中在用户不方便用手直接操作移动终端时,无法真正实现通过语音方式操控APP的技术问题。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种通过语音方式控制软件的方法,所述方法应用于电子设备的语音处理软件,所述电子设备中运行有语音处理软件和多个第三方软件,所述方法包括:
接收用户发起的用于控制第三方软件的语音指令,确定与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,在所述语音处理软件中存储有所述第三方软件的指令信息;
若确定出多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,多个与所述语音指令对应 的指令信息分别属于不同的第三方软件,且所述不同的第三方软件中包括处于活动状态的第三方软件,则在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中确定与所述处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的可操作指令;
将所述可操作指令发送给处于活动状态的第三方软件进行响应处理。

若第一软件具备语音识别功能,则用户可以继续基于语音控制的方式控制第一软件,若第一软件不具备语音识别功能,则用户继续基于语音方式控制第一软件时,第一软件无法做出响应。
尤其是在用户不方便使用双手控制电子设备时,电子设备只能基于用户的语音指令启动一个应用软件,但是无法继续基于用户的语音指令操控该应用软件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供的方案中,在语音处理软件中存储第三方软件的指令信息,当电子设备接收到用户发起的用于控制第三方软件的语音指令时,语音处理软件能够确定与该语音指令对应的指令信息,并根据指令信息向第三方软件发送可操作指令,使得第三方软件能够响应用户的语音指令。通过这种实施方式,用户不仅能够通过语音方式唤醒第三方软件,还能够控制启动的第三方软件。

本公开提供一种通过语音方式控制程序的方法、设备及程序产品,应用于计算机技术中的语音技术,以解决现有技术中在用户不方便用手直接操作移动终端时,无法真正实现通过语音方式操控APP的技术问题。
本公开的技术方案中,所涉及的用户个人信息的获取,存储和应用等,均符合相 关法律法规的规定,且不违背公序良俗。
根据本公开的实施例,本公开还提供了一种电子设备、一种可读存储介质和一种计算机程序产品。
根据本公开的实施例,本公开还提供了一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品包括:计算机程序,计算机程序存储在可读存储介质中,电子设备的至少一个处理器可以从可读存储介质读取计算机程序,至少一个处理器执行计算机程序使得电子设备执行上述任一实施例提供的方案。
图11示出了可以用来实施本公开的实施例的示例电子设备1100的示意性框图。电子设备旨在表示各种形式的数字计算机,诸如,膝上型计算机、台式计算机、工作台、个人数字助理、服务器、刀片式服务器、大型计算机、和其它适合的计算机。电子设备还可以表示各种形式的移动装置,诸如,个人数字处理、蜂窝电话、智能电话、可穿戴设备和其它类似的计算装置。本文所示的部件、它们的连接和关系、以及它们的功能仅仅作为示例,并且不意在限制本文中描述的和/或者要求的本公开的实现。
如图11所示,设备1100包括计算单元1101,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1102中的计算机程序或者从存储单元1108加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1103中的计算机程序,来执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1103中,还可存储设备1100操作所需的各种程序和数据。计算单元1101、ROM 1102以及RAM 1103通过总线1104彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1105也连接至总线1104。
设备1100中的多个部件连接至I/O接口1105,包括:输入单元1106,例如键盘、鼠标等;输出单元1107,例如各种类型的显示器、扬声器等;存储单元1108,例如磁盘、光盘等;以及通信单元1109,例如网卡、调制解调器、无线通信收发机等。通信单元1109允许设备1100通过诸如因特网的计算机网络和/或各种电信网络与其他设备交换信息/数据。
计算单元1101可以是各种具有处理和计算能力的通用和/或专用处理组件。计算单元1101的一些示例包括但不限于中央处理单元(CPU)、图形处理单元(GPU)、各种专用的人工智能(AI)计算芯片、各种运行机器学习模型算法的计算单元、数字信号处理器(DSP)、以及任何适当的处理器、控制器、微控制器等。计算单元1101执行上文所描述的各个方法和处理,例如通过语音方式控制软件的方法。例如,在一些实施例中,通过语音方式控制软件的方法可被实现为计算机软件程序,其被有形地包含于机器可读介质,例如存储单元1108。在一些实施例中,计算机程序的部分或者全部可以经由ROM 1102和/或通信单元1109而被载入和/或安装到设备1100上。当计 算机程序加载到RAM 1103并由计算单元1101执行时,可以执行上文描述的通过语音方式控制软件的方法的一个或多个步骤。备选地,在其他实施例中,计算单元1101可以通过其他任何适当的方式(例如,借助于固件)而被配置为执行通过语音方式控制软件的方法。
本文中以上描述的系统和技术的各种实施方式可以在数字电子电路系统、集成电路系统、场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准产品(ASSP)、芯片上系统的系统(SOC)、负载可编程逻辑设备(CPLD)、计算机硬件、固件、软件、和/或它们的组合中实现。这些各种实施方式可以包括:实施在一个或者多个计算机程序中,该一个或者多个计算机程序可在包括至少一个可编程处理器的可编程系统上执行和/或解释,该可编程处理器可以是专用或者通用可编程处理器,可以从存储系统、至少一个输入装置、和至少一个输出装置接收数据和指令,并且将数据和指令传输至该存储系统、该至少一个输入装置、和该至少一个输出装置。
用于实施本公开的方法的程序代码可以采用一个或多个编程语言的任何组合来编写。这些程序代码可以提供给通用计算机、专用计算机或其他可编程数据处理装置的处理器或控制器,使得程序代码当由处理器或控制器执行时使流程图和/或框图中所规定的功能/操作被实施。程序代码可以完全在机器上执行、部分地在机器上执行,作为独立软件包部分地在机器上执行且部分地在远程机器上执行或完全在远程机器或服务器上执行。
在本公开的上下文中,机器可读介质可以是有形的介质,其可以包含或存储以供指令执行系统、装置或设备使用或与指令执行系统、装置或设备结合地使用的程序。机器可读介质可以是机器可读信号介质或机器可读储存介质。机器可读介质可以包括但不限于电子的、磁性的、光学的、电磁的、红外的、或半导体系统、装置或设备,或者上述内容的任何合适组合。机器可读存储介质的更具体示例会包括基于一个或多个线的电气连接、便携式计算机盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM或快闪存储器)、光纤、便捷式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光学储存设备、磁储存设备、或上述内容的任何合适组合。
为了提供与用户的交互,可以在计算机上实施此处描述的系统和技术,该计算机具有:用于向用户显示信息的显示装置(例如,CRT(阴极射线管)或者LCD(液晶显示器)监视器);以及键盘和指向装置(例如,鼠标或者轨迹球),用户可以通过该键盘和该指向装置来将输入提供给计算机。其它种类的装置还可以用于提供与用户的交互;例如,提供给用户的反馈可以是任何形式的传感反馈(例如,视觉反馈、听 觉反馈、或者触觉反馈);并且可以用任何形式(包括声输入、语音输入或者、触觉输入)来接收来自用户的输入。

计算机系统可以包括客户端和服务器。客户端和服务器一般远离彼此并且通常通过通信网络进行交互。通过在相应的计算机上运行并且彼此具有客户端-服务器关系的计算机程序来产生客户端和服务器的关系。服务器可以是云服务器,又称为云计算服务器或云主机,是云计算服务体系中的一项主机产品,以解决了传统物理主机与VPS服务("Virtual Private Server",或简称"VPS")中,存在的管理难度大,业务扩展性弱的缺陷。服务器也可以为分布式系统的服务器,或者是结合了区块链的服务器。
应该理解,可以使用上面所示的各种形式的流程,重新排序、增加或删除步骤。例如,本发公开中记载的各步骤可以并行地执行也可以顺序地执行也可以不同的次序执行,只要能够实现本公开公开的技术方案所期望的结果,本文在此不进行限制。
上述具体实施方式,并不构成对本公开保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员应该明白的是,根据设计要求和其他因素,可以进行各种修改、组合、子组合和替代。任何在本公开的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本公开保护范围之内。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种通过语音方式控制软件的方法,所述方法应用于电子设备的语音处理软件,所述电子设备中运行有语音处理软件和多个第三方软件,所述方法包括:
    接收用户发起的用于控制第三方软件的语音指令,确定与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,在所述语音处理软件中存储有所述第三方软件的指令信息;
    若确定出多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息分别属于不同的第三方软件,且所述不同的第三方软件中包括处于活动状态的第三方软件,则在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中确定与所述处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的可操作指令;
    将所述可操作指令发送给处于活动状态的第三方软件进行响应处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,包括:
    根据所述语音指令确定语音内容;
    在存储的所述对应关系中,确定包括所述语音内容的指令信息;其中,所述指令信息中包括语音内容、可操作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中确定与处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的可操作指令,包括:
    在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中,确定属于处于活动状态的第三方软件的目标指令信息;
    将所述目标指令信息中的可操作指令确定为处于活动状态的第三方软件的可操作指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    接收第三方软件发送的界面变更信息;
    根据所述界面变更信息更新存储的第三方软件与指令信息间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述界面变更信息更新存储的第三方软件与所述指令信息间的对应关系,包括:
    删除所述对应关系中,与发送所述界面变更信息的第三方软件对应的指令信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,所述第三方软件与所述指令信息间的对应关系是根据注册信息确定的,所述注册信息是第三方软件发送的。
  7. 一种通过语音方式控制软件的方法,所述方法应用于电子设备的第三方软件, 所述电子设备中运行有语音处理软件和多个第三方软件,所述方法包括:
    接收语音处理软件发送的可操作性指令;其中,所述可操作指令是根据处于活动状态的第三方软件在多个指令信息中确定的,多个所述指令信息是根据用户的语音指令确定的分别属于不同的第三方软件的信息;在所述语音处理软件中存储有第三方软件的指令信息;
    根据所述可操作指令,完成响应处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
    根据软件当前界面确定可操作指令;
    向所述语音处理软件发送用于注册所述可操作指令的注册信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述向所述语音处理软件发送用于注册所述可操作指令的注册信息,包括:
    向所述电子设备的系统发送用于注册所述可操作指令的注册信息,以使所述系统向所述语音处理软件发送所述注册信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,根据软件当前界面确定可操作指令包括:
    获取软件当前界面中包括的可操作控件的信息;
    确定与所述可操作控件对应的可操作指令。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    在软件界面切换时,向所述语音处理软件发送包括界面切换信息的界面变更信息;
    和/或,在软件退出时,向所述语音处理软件发送包括软件退出信息的界面变更信息。
  12. 一种通过语音方式控制软件的装置,所述装置应用于电子设备的语音处理软件,所述电子设备中运行有语音处理软件和多个第三方软件,所述装置包括:
    信息确定单元,用于接收用户发起的用于控制第三方软件的语音指令,确定与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,在所述语音处理软件中存储有所述第三方软件的指令信息;
    指令确定单元,用于若确定出多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息,其中,多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息分别属于不同的第三方软件,且所述不同的第三方软件中包括处于活动状态的第三方软件,则在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中确定与所述处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的可操作指令;
    控制单元,用于将所述可操作指令发送给处于活动状态的第三方软件进行响应处理。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述信息确定单元,包括:
    内容确定模块,用于确定所述语音指令中包括的语音内容;
    信息确定模块,用于在存储的所述对应关系中,确定包括所述语音内容的指令信息;其中,所述指令信息中包括语音内容、可操作指令。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其中,所述指令确定单元,包括:
    目标信息确定模块,用于在多个与所述语音指令对应的指令信息中,确定与所述处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的目标指令信息;
    指令确定模块,用于将所述目标指令信息中的可操作指令确定为与所述处于活动状态的第三方软件对应的可操作指令。
  15. 根据权利要求12-14任一项所述的装置,还包括变更单元,用于:
    接收第三方软件发送的界面变更信息;
    根据所述界面变更信息更新存储的第三方软件与指令信息间的对应关系。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,变更单元包括:
    删除模块,用于删除所述对应关系中,与发送所述界面变更信息的第三方软件对应的指令信息。
  17. 根据权利要求12-16任一项所述的装置,所述第三方软件与所述指令信息间的对应关系是根据注册信息确定的,所述注册信息是第三方软件发送的。
  18. 一种通过语音方式控制软件的装置,所述装置应用于电子设备的第三方软件,所述电子设备中运行有语音处理软件和多个第三方软件,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收语音处理软件发送的可操作性指令;其中,所述可操作指令是根据处于活动状态的第三方软件在多个指令信息中确定的,多个所述指令信息是根据用户的语音指令确定的分别属于不同的第三方软件的信息;在所述语音处理软件中存储有第三方软件的指令信息;
    响应单元,用于根据所述可操作指令,完成响应处理。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,还包括注册单元,用于:
    根据软件当前界面确定可操作指令;
    向所述语音处理软件发送用于注册所述可操作指令的注册信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述注册单元,包括发送模块,用于:
    向所述电子设备的系统发送用于注册所述可操作指令的注册信息,以使所述系统向所述语音处理软件发送所述注册信息。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述注册单元,包括指令确定模块,用 于:
    获取软件当前界面中包括的可操作控件的信息;
    确定与所述可操作控件对应的可操作指令。
  22. 根据权利要求18-21任一项所述的装置,还包括变更单元,用于:
    在软件界面切换时,向所述语音处理软件发送包括界面切换信息的界面变更信息;
    和/或,在软件退出时,向所述语音处理软件发送包括软件退出信息的界面变更信息。
  23. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-6或7-11中任一项所述的方法。
  24. 一种存储有计算机指令的非瞬时计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行根据权利要求1-6或7-11中任一项所述的方法。
  25. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1-6或7-11中任一项所述的方法。
