所述夹爪22的前方设置有抵接构件3,抵接构件3设置笔杆11的前端和端盖12之间的位置,并位于笔的内侧,所述抵接构件3的与夹爪22相对应的后端设置有抵接部31,所述抵接部31包括有供铅芯0活动穿设的第一通孔311,所述抵接部31能够基于夹爪22的向前运动插入到夹爪22内侧,使夹爪22和铅芯0之间黏接处能够分离,促使夹爪22能够在自身弹性作用下正常张开。
所述抵接部31由金属材质制成且呈筒状结构,具有均匀且较薄的四周侧壁312,其能够在夹爪22向前运动时插入到铅芯0和夹爪22内侧之间,驱使夹爪22和铅芯0之间黏接处分离,使夹爪22能够在自身弹性作用下正常张开,抵接部31采用金属材质使其在与夹爪22配合时能够提供较高的强度,能够做的更薄,更利于插入到夹爪22内侧,且不容易产生变形以及损坏,所述抵接构件3包括有与端盖12配合连接的基部32,所述基部32从端盖12的后端插装固定在凹孔123的内侧,凹孔123的侧壁设置有能够在基部32插入后防止其脱出的限位凸起121,能够提高端盖12和端盖12之间连接固定的可靠性,在其他实施例中所述基部32也可以和笔杆11配合进行固定连接。
所述抵接部31与基部32后端配合连接固定,所述基部32由塑料材质制成,抵接构件3分别由两个不同材质制成的部件(即抵接部31与基部32)连接构成,能够在提供较高的局部(即抵接部31)强度的前提下节省整体的成本。所述基部32包括有与第一通孔311配合同轴连接的第二通孔321,第二通孔321同样也供铅芯0进行穿设,所述第二通孔321的后端内侧开设有供抵接部31的前端插装定位的环形安装槽3211,所述第二通孔321的后端具有第一导向锥面3212,方便将抵接部31的前端导向插入到环形安装槽3211中,抵接部31的前端和环形安装槽3211之间采用过盈的方式插接固定,方便进行安装。
所述夹爪22前端的内侧设置有倒角,倒角221的设置能够将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧,避免出现卡死的情况。
本发明自动铅笔的实施例2如图3-4所示:包括有笔杆11、位于笔杆11前端的端盖12,笔杆11和端盖12之间设置有出芯机构,所述出芯机构包括有出芯管21、与铅芯0配合夹持的夹爪22、与夹爪22配合活动套接的套环23,所述夹爪22伸缩设置在出芯管21的前端,端盖12的后端包括有插装定位在笔杆11内侧的插入部122,所述端盖12的后端还具有凹孔123,所述插入部122与所述套环23配合进行限位,利用夹爪22和套环23的相对运动实现夹爪22向前运动时的张开并解除对铅芯0的夹持、向后运动时能够重新夹持在铅芯0上并对铅芯0进行固定。
所述夹爪22的前方设置有抵接构件3,抵接构件3设置笔杆11的前端和端盖12之间的位置,并位于笔的内侧,所述抵接构件3的与夹爪22相对应的后端设置有抵接部31,所述抵接部31包括有供铅芯0活动穿设的第一通孔311,所述抵接部31能够基于夹爪22的向前运动插入到夹爪22内侧,使夹爪22和铅芯0之间黏接处能够分离,促使夹爪22能够在自身弹性作用下正常张开。
所述抵接构件3包括有与笔的端盖12配合连接的基部32,所述抵接部31和基部32为一体成型,抵接部31位于基部32的后端,所述抵接部31的外侧具有第二导向锥面313,第二导向锥面313的外径自后向前渐大设置,所述基部32从端盖12的后端插装固定在凹孔123的内侧,凹孔123的侧壁设置有能够在基部32插入后防止其脱出的限位凸起121,能够提高端盖12和端盖12之间连接固定的可靠性,在其他实施例中所述基部32也可以和笔杆11配合进行固定连接。
在实施例2中,由于所述抵接部31和基部32为一体成型,能够方便生产加工以及减少抵接部31和基部32之间的装配工序,将抵接部31设置成锥形结构,能够提高抵接部31在与夹爪22抵触配合时的强度,不容易变形、损坏,而且能够将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧和铅芯0之间,此外利用其第二导向锥面313在与夹爪22内侧抵触配合的同时还能够给予夹爪22朝张开方向的分力,能够进一步地的提高夹爪22的张开效果。
所述夹爪22前端的内侧设置有倒角,倒角221的设置能够起到将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧以及促进夹爪22张开的作用,避免出现卡死的情况,进一步地提高使用效果。
本发明自动铅笔的实施例3如图5-6所示:包括有笔杆11、位于笔杆11前端的端盖12,笔杆11和端盖12之间设置有出芯机构,所述出芯机构包括有出芯管21、与铅芯0配合夹持的夹爪22、与夹爪22配合活动套接的套环23,所述夹爪22伸缩设置在出芯管21的前端,端盖12的后端包括有插装定位在笔杆11内侧的插入部122,所述插入部122与所述套环23配合进行限位,利用夹爪22和套环23的相对运动实现夹爪22向前运动时的张开并解除对铅芯0的夹持、向后运动时能够重新夹持在铅芯0上并对铅芯0进行固定。
所述夹爪22的前方设置有抵接构件3,抵接构件3设置笔杆11的前端和端盖12之间的位置,并位于笔的内侧,所述抵接构件3的与夹爪22相对应的后端设置有抵接部31,所述抵接部31包括有供铅芯0活动穿设的第一通孔311,所述抵接部31能够基于夹爪22的向前运动插入到夹爪22内侧,使夹爪22和铅芯0之间黏接处能够分离,促使夹爪22能 够在自身弹性作用下正常张开。
所述端盖12的后端具有凹孔123,所述抵接构件3设置在凹孔123的轴心位置,抵接构件3呈筒状结构,抵接构件3的前端与端盖12一体连接,抵接构件3和凹孔123侧壁之间留有间隙124,所述抵接部31的外侧具有第二导向锥面313,第二导向锥面313的外径自后向前渐大设置,所述抵接构件3的后端沿其轴心周向开设有若干槽缝33。将抵接构件3直接一体成型在端盖12上,方便生产加工,能够降低成本,将抵接部31设置成锥形结构,能够提高抵接部31在与夹爪22抵触配合时的强度,不容易变形、损坏,而且能够将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧和铅芯0之间,此外利用其第二导向锥面313在与夹爪22内侧抵触配合的同时还能够给予夹爪22朝张开方向的分力,能够进一步地的提高夹爪22的张开效果。
槽缝33的设置使得抵接构件3能够给予穿设在第一通孔311中的铅芯0一定的弹性夹紧效果,提高铅芯0运动的阻尼,从而能够减少书写时铅芯0的晃动,提高书写效果,间隙124能够给予抵接构件3向外侧方向形变的空间,提高其弹性形变效果。为了进一步地提高这种阻尼效果,所述第一通孔311的内侧设置有凸起3111。
所述夹爪22前端的内侧设置有倒角221,倒角221的设置能够起到将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧以及促进夹爪22张开的作用,避免出现卡死的情况,进一步地提高使用效果。
本发明自动铅笔的实施例4如图7-8所示:包括有笔杆11、位于笔杆11前端的端盖12,笔杆11和端盖12之间设置有出芯机构,所述出芯机构包括有出芯管21、与铅芯0配合夹持的夹爪22、与夹爪22配合活动套接的套环23,所述夹爪22伸缩设置在出芯管21的前端,端盖12的后端包括有插装定位在笔杆11内侧的插入部122,所述插入部122与所述套环23配合进行限位,利用夹爪22和套环23的相对运动实现夹爪22向前运动时的张开并解除对铅芯0的夹持、向后运动时能够重新夹持在铅芯0上并对铅芯0进行固定。
所述夹爪22的前方设置有抵接构件3,所述抵接构件3的与夹爪22相对应的后端设置有抵接部31,所述抵接部31包括有供铅芯0活动穿设的第一通孔311,所述抵接部31能够基于夹爪22的向前运动插入到夹爪22内侧,使夹爪22和铅芯0之间黏接处能够分离,促使夹爪22能够在自身弹性作用下正常张开。
所述抵接部31的外侧具有第二导向锥面313,第二导向锥面313的外径自后向前渐大设置,将抵接部31设置成锥形结构,能够提高抵接部31在与夹爪22抵触配合时的强 度,不容易变形、损坏,而且能够将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧和铅芯0之间,此外利用其第二导向锥面313在与夹爪22内侧抵触配合的同时还能够给予夹爪22朝张开方向的分力,能够进一步地的提高夹爪22的张开效果。
所述夹爪22前端的内侧设置有倒角221,倒角221的设置能够起到将所述抵接部31导向插入到夹爪22内侧以及促进夹爪22张开的作用,避免出现卡死的情况,进一步地提高使用效果。
所述抵接构件3设置笔杆11的前端和端盖12之间的位置,位于笔的内侧,并且能够沿笔的前后方向运动,抵接部件3的前端抵设有弹簧4,抵接部件3的前端具有供弹簧4套接定位的套接定位部34,抵接部件3的中部具有环形凸缘35,所述弹簧4的后端套设在所述套接定位部34上并同时抵接在环形凸缘35上。
所述端盖12的后端具有凹孔123,凹孔123的轴心位置设置有与铅芯0配合穿设的筒部125,筒部125和凹孔123侧壁之间留有环形的间隙124,所述弹簧4的前端插装在所述间隙124中,所述抵接构件3沿笔的轴向活动设置在所述凹孔123中,抵接部件3的环形凸缘35与凹孔123内壁构成滑动配合。所述凹孔123的侧壁设置有能够与所述环形凸缘35配合对抵接部件3的向后运动进行限制的限位部件126。
通过弹簧4为抵接部件3提供弹性的支撑作用力,弹簧4在挤压收缩时给予抵接部件3的作用力逐渐增大,使得抵接部件3与夹爪22之间的配合更加平稳,避免在按压笔后端的尾盖时产生突兀感,使出芯过程更加顺畅,手部按压施力更加平顺,提高操作舒适度。
当然在其他实施例中,所述抵接构件3和弹簧4也可以均是设置在笔杆11的内侧,也能够实现相同的效果。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例的一种,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动铅笔,包括有用于配合出芯的夹爪,其特征在于:所述夹爪的前方设置有抵接构件,所述抵接构件的与夹爪相对应的后端设置有抵接部,所述抵接部包括有供铅芯活动穿设的第一通孔,所述抵接部能够基于夹爪的向前运动插入到夹爪内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述抵接部由金属材质制成且呈筒状结构,所述抵接构件包括有与笔的笔杆或端盖配合连接的基部,所述抵接部与基部后端配合连接固定,所述基部由塑料材质制成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述基部包括有与第一通孔配合同轴连接的第二通孔,所述第二通孔的后端内侧开设有供抵接部的前端插装定位的环形安装槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述第二通孔的后端具有第一导向锥面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述抵接构件包括有与笔的笔杆或端盖配合连接的基部,所述抵接部一体连接在基部的后端,所述抵接部的外侧具有第二导向锥面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述抵接构件为独立的部件,其通过安装固定在笔的端盖或笔杆上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:包括有位于笔的前端的端盖,所述端盖的后端具有凹孔,所述抵接构件设置在凹孔的轴心位置,抵接构件呈筒状结构,抵接构件的前端与端盖一体连接,抵接构件和凹孔侧壁之间留有间隙,所述抵接部的外侧具有第二导向锥面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述抵接构件能够沿笔的前后方向运动,抵接部件的前端抵设有弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:包括有能够对抵接部件的向后运动进行限制的限位部件,所述限位部件设置在笔的笔杆或端盖上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的自动铅笔,其特征在于:所述夹爪前端的内侧设置有倒角。
