Description

捻线机收卷装置 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织加工装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防止络纱筒侧偏功能的捻线机收卷装置。
背景技术
捻线机是将多股细纱捻成一股的纺织机械设备。作用是将纱或并合后股纱制品加工成线型制品、供织造和针织用线。
加捻作业时,需要将络纱筒内的待捻纱线从放线杆上呈螺旋方向放出,并纱后纱线螺旋缠绕在高速转动的收卷筒上,一般收卷筒是直接放置在收卷杆上,收卷杆及收卷筒由于装配问题,易在旋转过程中发生摆动,使得收卷筒在转动的过程中容易与收线杆发生碰撞,使得纱线的张力变化,容易使得纱线断裂,进而会影响织品的质量。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种捻线机收卷装置,采用密封液压腔室,可给与转动筒子转轴进行润滑并降温,同时液压腔室内给与相互作用力,起到缓震作用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种捻线机收卷装置,包括壳体,在所述壳体中部设置有空腔,在所述壳体底部通过轴承固定有穿设至空腔内的驱动轴,所述驱动轴端部通过摆动连轴机构连接有从动轴,所述从动轴的顶部向上穿出所述壳体,并在所述从动轴末端连接有可压紧固定络纱筒的收卷杆机构,在所述壳体内设有若干等间距分布且相连通的活塞腔a和活塞腔b,所述活塞腔a与空腔连通,并在活塞腔a和活塞腔b内充满有液压油脂,在位于空腔内的所述从动轴的端部对应的设置有静压平衡式连杆机构,对从动轴进行缓冲并保持其竖直转动。
进一步的,所述静压平衡式连杆机构包括套设在从动轴端部的轴套、焊接固定在轴套外部的关节轴承,所述关节轴承上活动固定有连杆,并在所述连杆的端 部可转动的连接有与所述活塞腔a匹配的活塞a。
进一步的,所述静压平衡式连杆机构还包括滑动设置活塞腔b内的活塞b。
进一步的,所述活塞腔b的截面积小于活塞腔a的截面积,可放大从动轴处的平衡力。
进一步的,在所述空腔内也填充有液压油脂。
进一步的,所述摆动连轴机构选择万向节联轴器。
进一步的,在所述活塞腔a的腔内底部安设一中部贯通的中空支撑座,并在中空支撑座与活塞a间安设有复位弹簧。
进一步的,对应所述活塞腔b设置有静压调节机构,所述静压调节机构包括密封固定在壳体的调节座和螺接在调节座上的调节杆,在所述调节杆底部设置安装座,并通过安装座抵靠调压调压弹簧,所述调压弹簧也抵靠活塞b。
进一步的,所述从动轴通过摆杆轴承与所述收卷杆机构连接。
进一步的,所述收卷杆机构包括收卷杆、设置在收卷杆底部的支撑盘以及螺接在收卷杆顶部的压紧盘。设置压紧盘便于后续将络纱筒放置在支撑盘上进行压紧固定。
本发明中的有益效果:通过设置两活塞腔,并设置匹配的静压平衡式连杆机构,当从动轴轻微偏移摆动时,会带动对应的连杆连杆向内推动活塞a,由于静压强的存在,可使得活塞b受到较小作用力同时,阻止活塞a移动;设置该静压调节机构,一方面是便于微调各腔室的静压力,进而调节静压强,进而活塞a的作用力;同时,在活塞a向内滑动时,静压增加后,转换为弹性势能,便于静压快速释放,可快速稳定从动轴。。

参照图1-3,一种捻线机收卷装置,包括壳体1,在壳体1中部设置有空腔,在壳体1底部通过轴承固定有穿设至空腔内的驱动轴2,驱动轴2端部通过摆动连轴机构连接有从动轴4,从动轴4的顶部向上穿出壳体1,并在从动轴4末端连接有可压紧固定络纱筒的收卷杆机构6,在壳体1内设有若干等间距分布且相连通的活塞腔a11和活塞腔b12,活塞腔a11与空腔连通,并在活塞腔a11和活塞腔b12内充满有液压油脂,在位于空腔内的从动轴4的端部对应的设置有静压平衡式连杆机构,可对从动轴4进行缓冲并保持其竖直转动。
进一步,参照图1和图2,静压平衡式连杆机构包括套设在从动轴端部的轴套5(轴套5与从动轴间隙配合,可相对转动)、焊接固定在轴套5外部的关节轴承51,关节轴承51上活动固定有连杆52,并在连杆52的端部可转动的连接有与活塞腔a11匹配的活塞a53。
参照图1和图3,静压平衡式连杆机构还包括滑动设置活塞腔b12内的活塞b9,活塞腔b12的截面积远小于活塞腔a11的截面积,根据帕斯卡定律,可知两活塞腔内的静压强相同,因此活塞b9处收到的压力远小于活塞a53处,因此可起到良好的缓冲作用。当从动轴4轻微偏移摆动时,会带动对应的连杆连杆52向内推动活塞a,由于静压强的存在,可使得活塞b受到较小作用力同时,阻止活塞a53移动。
另外,空腔内也填充有液压油脂,一方面可起到降温润滑作用,另一方面可起到封闭活塞腔a11和活塞腔b12作用,保证腔内无空气。
本实施中,该摆动连轴机构选择万向节联轴器3,可在传递转动的同时,使得从动轴4和驱动轴2发生一定角度的偏转。
为了使得活塞a更易复位,如图2所示,在活塞腔a11的腔内底部安设一中部贯通的中空支撑座8,并在中空支撑座8与活塞a53间安设有复位弹簧81,可在一定程度上对活塞a53起到缓冲作用的同时,便于活塞a快速复位。
如图3,为了便于调节静压强,对应活塞腔b12设置有静压调节机构,包括密封固定在壳体1的调节座10和螺接在调节座10上的调节杆101,在调节杆101底部设置安装座,并通过安装座抵靠调压调压弹簧102,显然,调压弹簧102也抵靠活塞b9。设置该静压调节机构,一方面是便于微调各腔室的静压力,进而调节静压强,进而活塞a53的作用力;同时,在活塞a53向内滑动时,静压增加后,转换为弹性势能,便于静压快速释放,可快速稳定从动轴。
最后,参照图1,从动轴4通过摆杆轴承7与收卷杆机构6连接,可进行小角度摆动并进行转动,收卷杆机构6包括收卷杆61、设置在收卷杆61底部的支撑盘62以及螺接在收卷杆61顶部的压紧盘63。设置压紧盘63便于后续将络纱筒放置在支撑盘62上进行压紧固定。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的捻线机收卷装置,其特征在于:所述静压平衡式连杆机构包括套设在从动轴端部的轴套、焊接固定在轴套外部的关节轴承,所述关节轴承上活动固定有连杆,并在所述连杆的端部可转动的连接有与所述活塞腔a匹配的活塞a。
