Abstract
광응답성 위저부 스텐트가 개시된다. 본 발명의 광응답성 위저부 스텐트는, 식도에 배치되는 바디 스텐트부; 바디 스텐트부에 마련되어 음식물과 식도의 접촉을 차단하는 커버부; 일단부가 바디 스텐트부에 결합되는 복수의 기둥부; 복수의 기둥부의 타단부에 결합되어 위저부에 지지되며 위저부를 자극하는 지지 스텐트부; 지지 스텐트부에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부; 및 지지 스텐트부에 마련되어 음식물과 위저부의 접촉을 차단하는 지지 커버부를 포함한다.
Description
본 발명은, 비혈관 스텐트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 위저부에 마련되어 비만 및 대사성 질환 치료 효과를 극대화하며 광역학 치료를 함께 할 수 있는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 경제 성장에 이은 여유로운 생활, 풍요로운 식생활이 일반화되면서 섭취되는 에너지의 양은 증가하고 있는 반면에, 소비하는 에너지의 양은 적어지면서, '비만'이라는 질병이 많은 사람들에게 일반화되고 있다.
비만은 성인병과 같은 여러 질병들과 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에, 비만을 해결하기 위한 식단 및 체중 조절이 반드시 요구된다.
한편, 비만을 해결하기 위한 방법 중, 체내에 흡수되는 음식물 흡수량을 감소시킴으로써 체중을 감소시키는 새로운 방법이 개발되고 있다. 이 방법은 예를 들어 음식물과 장기의 직접 접촉을 막아 음식물의 흡수가 발생되지 않는 방법으로 이루어진다.
그런데, 이러한 방법이 적용되는 종래의 스텐트에 있어서는, 스텐트를 쉽게 고정시키기가 쉽지 않다.
특히 기존에 연구된 비만 치료를 목적으로 하는 스텐트는 단순한 물리적 장벽을 형성하는 원리이어서 한계가 있으므로 이에 대한 개선책이 요구된다.
전술한 기술구성은 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 배경기술로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 널리 알려진 종래 기술을 의미하는 것은 아니다.

따라서 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 위저부에 삽입되어 비만 및 대사성 질환 치료 효과를 극대화하며 광역학 치료를 함께 할 수 있는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 식도에 배치되는 바디 스텐트부; 일단부가 상기 바디 스텐트부에 결합되는 복수의 기둥부; 상기 복수의 기둥부의 타단부에 결합되어 위저부에 지지되며 상기 위저부를 자극하는 지지 스텐트부; 상기 스텐트부에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부; 및 상기 지지 스텐트부를 덮도록 마련되어 상기 음식물과 상기 위저부의 접촉을 차단하는 지지 커버부를 포함하는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트가 제공될 수 있다.
상기 지지 스텐트부는, 제1 지지 스텐트부재와 제2 지지 스텐트부재를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련되며 상기 복수의 기둥부의 상기 일단부가 결합되는 내측부, 상기 내측부의 상단부에 마련되는 굴곡부 및 상기 굴곡부에서 상기 바디 스텐트부의 방향으로 마련되며 상기 내측부와 이격 배치되는 외측부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1 지지 스텐트부재와 상기 제2 지지 스텐트부재는 니티놀(nitinol)을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 기둥부는 제1 기둥부재와 제2 기둥부재를 나선 형태로 꼬아서 마련될 수 있다.
상기 제1 기둥부재와 상기 제2 기둥부재는 니티놀(nitinol)과 텅스텐을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 바디 스텐트부에 마련되어 음식물과 상기 식도의 접촉을 차단하는 커버부를 더 포함하고, 상기 커버부는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련되고 상기 커버부에도 상기 광응답제부가 마련될 수 있다.
상기 지지 커버부는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련되고 상기 지지 커버부에도 상기 광응답제부가 마련될 수 있다.
상기 바디 스텐트부는 제1 바디 스텐트부재와 제2 바디 스텐트부재를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련될 수 있다.
상기 제1 바디 스텐트부재와 상기 제2 바디 스텐트부재는 니티놀(nitinol)을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들은, 지지 스텐트부에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부를 포함함으로써 빛 조사 시 활성산소를 형성하여 세포사멸을 유도하고, 이는 더욱 지속적인 호르몬 조절 및 간단한 내시경 빛 전달로 맞춤형 반복 시술이 가능할 수 있다.
또한, 지지 스텐트부가 내측부와 굴곡부와 외측부로 마련되어 지지력이 항상됨으로써 고정 안성성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 동작상의 이점 및 본 발명의 실시에 의하여 달성되는 목적을 충분히 이해하기 위해서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 예시하는 첨부 도면 및 첨부 도면에 기재된 내용을 참조하여야만 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명함으로써, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광응답성 위저부 스텐트를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1를 뒤집어서 도시한 사시도이고, 도 3은 도 1의 정면도이고, 도 4는 도 3에 도시된 기둥부와 바디 스텐트부의 영역을 확대 도시한 도면이고, 도 5는 도 4에 도시된 기둥부와 바디 스텐트부의 결합 상태를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이고, 도 6은 본 실시 예의 사용 상태도이다.
이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 광응답성 위저부 스텐트(1)는, 식도에 배치되는 바디 스텐트부(10)와, 바디 스텐트부(10)에 마련되어 음식물과 식도의 접촉을 차단하는 커버부(20)와, 일단부가 바디 스텐트부(10)에 결합되는 복수의 기둥부(30)와, 복수의 기둥부(30)의 타단부에 결합되어 위저부에 지지되며 위저부를 자극하는 지지 스텐트부(40)와, 지지 스텐트부(40)에 마련되어 음식물과 위저부의 접촉을 차단하는 지지 커버부(50)와, 지지 스텐트부(40)에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부(60)를 구비한다.
바디 스텐트부(10)는, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 식도의 내부에 배치되며 바디 스텐드부(10)의 상단부에는 복수의 기둥부(30)가 결합될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 바디 스텐트부(10)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 바디 스텐트부재(11)와 제2 바디 스텐트부재(12)를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련될 수 있다. 또한 본 실시 예에서 바디 스텐트부(10)는 1 바디 스텐트부재(11)와 제2 바디 스텐트부재(12)를 서로 교차시켜 마련될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 제1 바디 스텐트부재(11)와 제2 바디 스텐트부재(12)는 균등한 간격을 이루도록 마련될 수 있다.
나아가, 본 실시 예에서 제1 바디 스텐트부재(11)와 제2 바디 스텐트부재(12)는 생체 적합 소재인 니티놀(nitinol)을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
바디 커버부(20)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 바디 스텐트부(10)를 덮도록 마련되어 음식물의 접촉을 차단할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 바디 커버부(20)는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있고 바디 커버부(20)에도 광응답제부(60)가 마련되어 빛 조사 시 활성산소를 형성하여 세포사멸을 유도할 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는 커버부(20)를 바디 스텐트부(10)에 마련하지 않고 사용할 수 있다.
복수의 기둥부(30)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 하단부는 바디 스텐트부(10)에 결합되고 상단부는 지지 스텐트부(40)에 결합되어 지지 스텐트부(40)를 바디 스텐트부(10)에 연결할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 복수의 기둥부(30)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 기둥부재(41)와 제2 기둥부재(42)를 나선형으로 결합시켜 마련될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 복수의 기둥부(30)는 니티놀(nitinol)과 텅스텐을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
나아가, 본 실시 예에서 복수의 기둥부(30)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 총 2개가 마련될 수 있고, 각각의 기둥부(30)는 등 간격으로 배치될 수 있다.
지지 스텐트부(40)는, 위저부에 지지되어 본 실시 예가 고정된 위치를 유지하도록 지지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시 예에서 지지 스텐트부(40)는 인위적인 위저부 자극을 통해 식욕 호르몬인 그렐린(Ghrelin)의 분비를 억제함으로써 지속된 포만감으로 사용자의 체중을 감소시킬 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지 스텐트부(40)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 지지 스텐트부재(41)와 제2 지지 스텐트부재(42)를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 지지 스텐트부(40)는 제1 지지 스텐트부재(41)와 제2 지지 스텐트부재(42)를 서로 교차시켜 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지 스텐트부(40)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 기둥부(30)의 상단부가 결합되는 내측부(43)와, 내측부(43)의 상단부에 굴곡지게 마련되는 굴곡부(44)와, 굴곡부(44)에서 바디 스텐트부(10)의 방향으로 경사지게 마련되며 내측부(43)와 이격 배치되는 외측부(45)를 포함한다. 본 실시 예에서 내측부(43)의 하단부와 외측부(45)의 하단부는 동일한 높이를 갖도록 마련되고 내측부(43)의 하단부와 외측부(45)의 하단부가 위저부에 각각 걸림 지지될 수 있어 결합 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 위저부를 자극할 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 내측부(43)와 굴곡부(44)와 외측부(45)는 제1 지지 스텐트부재(41)와 제2 지지 스텐트부재(42)를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 복수의 기둥부(30)의 상단부는 내측부(43)에 연결되는 연결부(35)에 결합될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 연결부(35)의 높이(h1)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 내측부(43)의 높이(h2) 보다 높고, 내측부(43)를 제외한 지지 스텐트부(40)의 높이(h3) 보다 낮게 마련될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 연결부(35)는 지그재그 패턴 형상을 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 제1 지지 스텐트부재(41)와 제2 지지 스텐트부재(42)는 니티놀(nitinol)을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 도 1을 기준으로 지지 스텐트부(40)의 외측부(45) 하단 가장자리에는 제1 지지 스텐트부재(41)와 제2 지지 스텐트부재(42)가 절곡지게 마련되어 위저부를 더 효율적으로 자극할 수 있다. 그 결과 식욕 호르몬인 그렐린(Ghrelin)의 분비를 더 억제할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
지지 커버부(50)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지 스텐트부(40)에 마련되어 음식물과 위저부의 접촉을 차단할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 지지 커버부(50)는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있고 지지 커버부(50)에도 광응답제부(60)가 마련되어 빛 조사 시 활성산소를 형성하여 세포사멸을 유도할 수 있다.
광응답제부(60)는, 바디 스텐트부(10)와 지지 스텐트부(40)와 지지 커버부(50)에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있고, 이는 더욱 지속적인 호르몬 조절 및 간단한 내시경 빛 전달로 맞춤형 반복 시술을 할 수 있다. 본 실시 예는 광역학 치료 적용을 적용하여 스텐트의 거치 기간을 획기적으로 감소시킬 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 광응답제부(60)는 바디 스텐트부(10)와 지지 스텐트부(40)와 지지 커버부(50)에 광응답 물질을 코팅하여 마련될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예는 광응답제부(60)의 구성 물질에 따라 광응답제의 방출을 조절할 수 있으며, 미량의 광응답제가 방출되더라도 분자량의 크기를 조절하여 인체 내 흡수가 일어나지 않고 대변으로 배출될 수 있도록 설계될 수 있다.
나아가, 본 실시 예에서 광응답제부(60)의 광증감제는 예를 들어 포토프린 (Photofrin), 베르테포르핀 (Verteporfin), 포스칸(Foscan), Purlytin 메틸렌블루(methylene blue), 클로린 e6(Chlorine e6) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
그리고, 기존 약물 코팅 스텐트의 경우 약물 코팅 시 사용되는 용매에 대한 용해도의 한계로 효율적인 코팅에 제한이 있었다. 본 실시 예는 광응답제 유실을 저해하기 위해 스텐트 표면 및 코팅 용매와의 화학적 결합 및 상호작용의 분석으로 스텐트 고정형 광응답제부(60)로 마련될 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 빛을 조사하는 광 조사부(200)는 내시경 빛을 사용할 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 본 실시 예는 지지 스텐트부에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부를 포함함으로써 빛 조사 시 활성산소를 형성하여 세포사멸을 유도하고, 이는 더욱 지속적인 호르몬 조절 및 간단한 내시경 빛 전달로 맞춤형 반복 시술이 가능할 수 있다. 또한, 지지 스텐트부가 내측부와 굴곡부와 외측부로 마련되어 지지력이 항상됨으로써 고정 안성성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.
Claims (9)
- 식도에 배치되는 바디 스텐트부;일단부가 상기 바디 스텐트부에 결합되는 복수의 기둥부;상기 복수의 기둥부의 타단부에 결합되어 위저부에 지지되며 상기 위저부를 자극하는 지지 스텐트부;상기 지지 스텐트부에 마련되며 빛 조사 시 활성 산소를 형성하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 광응답제부; 및상기 지지 스텐트부에 마련되어 상기 음식물과 상기 위저부의 접촉을 차단하는 지지 커버부를 포함하는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 지지 스텐트부는,제1 지지 스텐트부재와 제2 지지 스텐트부재를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련되며 상기 복수의 기둥부의 상기 일단부가 결합되는 내측부, 상기 내측부의 상단부에 마련되는 굴곡부 및 상기 굴곡부에서 상기 바디 스텐트부의 방향으로 마련되며 상기 내측부와 이격 배치되는 외측부를 포함하는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1 지지 스텐트부재와 상기 제2 지지 스텐트부재는 니티놀(nitinol)을 포함하는 재질로 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 기둥부는 제1 기둥부재와 제2 기둥부재를 나선 형태로 꼬아서 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1 기둥부재와 상기 제2 기둥부재는 니티놀(nitinol)과 텅스텐을 포함하는 재질로 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 바디 스텐트부에 마련되어 음식물과 상기 식도의 접촉을 차단하는 커버부를 더 포함하고, 상기 커버부는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련되고 상기 커버부에도 상기 광응답제부가 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 바디 스텐트부에 마련되어 음식물과 상기 식도의 접촉을 차단하는 커버부를 더 포함하고, 상기 지지 커버부는 실리콘을 포함하는 재질로 마련되고 상기 지지 커버부에도 상기 광응답제부가 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 바디 스텐트부는 제1 바디 스텐트부재와 제2 바디 스텐트부재를 그물 형태로 엮어서 마련되는 광응답성 위저부 스텐트.
