本发明涉及一种电子雾化器。
传统的电子雾化器的雾化座连接于油杯件上,雾化座可拆卸或不可拆卸连接于油杯件上。对于雾化座可拆卸连接于油杯件上的结构方案,虽然雾化座与油杯件上可拆卸,实现定期更换或维护,提高了电子雾化器的使用环保性,但是雾化座与油杯件的连接处容易出现漏油甚至损坏电池杆组件的问题。对于雾化座不可拆卸连接于油杯件上的结构方案,虽然雾化座与油杯件之间能够避免漏油的问题,但是当油杯件内的雾化液体使用完毕时,雾化座与油杯件一起丢弃而无法继续使用,对环境影响较大,使电子雾化器的使用环保性较差。

如图1和图2所示,一实施例的电子雾化器10包括电池杆组件100和油杯件200,所述电池杆组件100包括电池杆100a和雾化座100b,所述油杯件200套设于所述电池杆100a并与所述电池杆100a可拆卸连接。所述雾化座100b位于所述电池杆100a与所述油杯件200连接形成的空腔102内,所述雾化座100b与所述电池杆100a连接,所述雾化座100b用于对雾化液体进行加热雾化。所述油杯件200内设有出液区域202,使油杯内的雾化液体能够通过出液区域202流出。所述雾化座100b抵接于所述油杯件200的面积大于所述出液区域202在所述雾化座100b的投影面积,且所述雾化座100b的加热部位与所述出液区域202对应设置,使出液区域202流出的雾化液体经雾化座100b可靠地加热雾化,同时避免雾化液体滴漏的问题。在本实施例中,当油杯件200与电池杆100a配合连接时,雾化座100b与油杯件200紧密抵接, 且雾化座100b的加热部位与出液区域202对应设置,使经出液区域202流出的雾化液体经雾化座100b的加热部位进行加热的时间较短。
上述的电子雾化器10,由于油杯件200内设有出液区域202,雾化座100b抵接于油杯件200的面积大于出液区域202在雾化座100b的投影面积,且雾化座100b的加热部位与出液区域202对应设置,如此雾化液体经出液区域202流出即可得到雾化座100b加热,使雾化座100b对出液区域202的雾化液体可靠地加热并产生雾化蒸气,同时避免了雾化液体的泄漏;由于雾化座100b连接于电池杆100a形成电池杆组件100,油杯件200套设于电池杆100a并与电池杆100a可拆卸连接,雾化座100b位于电池杆100a与油杯件200连接形成的空腔102内,且雾化座100b与电池杆100a连接,使雾化座100b并非集成于油杯件200上,即雾化座100b属于电池杆组件100的一个元件,如此当油杯件200内的雾化液体使用完毕时,更换新的油杯件200即可继续使用,提高了电子雾化器10的使用环保性。
如图1和图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,雾化座100b抵接于所述油杯件200的区域为抵接区域,抵接区域环绕于出液区域设置,且雾化座100b抵接于油杯件200的面积大于出液区域202在雾化座100b的投影面积,更好地避免了雾化座与油杯件的抵接处出现雾化液体泄漏的情形。
如图1与图2所示,在本实施例中,所述油杯件200与所述电池杆100a卡扣连接,使所述油杯件200与所述电池杆100a可拆卸连接,同时实现油杯件与电池杆的快速拆装。具体地,油杯件200的内壁开设有卡槽206,电池杆100a的外壁凸设有卡台104,卡台卡入卡槽内。可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述油杯件200与所述电池杆100a不仅限于卡扣连接,例如,所述油杯件200与所述电池杆100a螺纹连接。
如图1与图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述出液区域202为槽体结构,所述油杯件200开设有用于储存雾化液体的储油腔204,所述储油腔204与所述出液区域202连通,使油杯件200内的雾化液体经出液区域202流出。可以理解,在其他实施例中,出液区域202不仅限为槽体结构,还可以为孔 体结构。当然,出液区域202也不仅限为虚体的槽或孔结构,还可以是实体的导液结构。油杯件200与雾化座100b抵接的部位具有缓慢的出液或导液结构,例如,油杯件200与雾化座100b抵接的部位为导液棉体或导液陶瓷体。
如图1与图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述油杯件200包括油杯件本体210和缓存储液件220,所述出液区域202和所述储油腔204均开设于所述油杯件本体210,所述缓存储液件220位于所述储油区域内并与所述油杯件本体210连接,所述缓存储液件220用于缓存雾化液体,避免流出的雾化液体时多时少,使缓存储液件220对储油腔204内流出的雾化液体较均匀。在其中一个实施例中,缓存储液件220为导液棉体或导液陶瓷体,使缓存储液件220具有较好的导液性能。在本实施例中,缓存储液件220为导液棉体,即缓存储液件220为储油棉件,使缓存储液件220具有较好的储油和导油性能。
如图1与图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化座100b开设有相连通的雾化腔101和过流通道103,所述电池杆100a开设有进气通道107,所述进气通道107与所述雾化腔101连通,使外围的空气气流通过进气通道107进入雾化腔101内与雾化蒸气混合形成雾化气体。所述雾化座100b的加热部位与所述雾化腔101对应设置,使雾化座100b的加热部位加热产生的雾化蒸气能够快速进入雾化腔101内与空气气流混合。所述油杯件200开设有出气通道201,所述过流通道103与所述出气通道201连通,使雾化气体通过过流通道103和出气通道201流出,且所述过流通道103位于所述雾化座100b抵接于所述油杯件200的部位之外,避免雾化液体流入过流通道103,如此使电子雾化器10的油路和气路可靠地隔离。
如图2与图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化座100b包括雾化座体110和加热件120。所述雾化座体110连接于所述电池杆100a,所述雾化腔101开设于所述雾化座体110。所述加热件120设于所述雾化座体110,所述加热件120与所述雾化腔101对应设置,所述加热件120与所述电池杆100a电连接,以用于对雾化液体进行加热雾化,使雾化座100b能够对雾化液体进 行加热雾化。
如图2与图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化座体110与所述加热件120为一体成型结构,使加热件120嵌设于雾化座体110,同时使雾化座体110与加热件120可靠地连接,进而使雾化座100b的结构更加紧凑。在本实施例中,所述雾化座体110与所述加热件120为一体注塑成型结构。可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述雾化座体110与所述加热件120不仅限为一体成型结构。例如,加热件120贴附于雾化座体110上。
如图2与图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述加热件120设于所述雾化座体110的背离所述电池杆100a的一面,使加热件120更好地对出液区域202的雾化液体进行加热。在本实施例中,加热件120与出液区域202对应设置,且加热件120与缓存储液件220抵接,使加热件120更好地对缓存储液件220进行加热雾化。进一步地,加热件120与出液区域202正对设置,且加热件120在雾化座体110的投影面积大于或等于出液区域202在雾化座体110的投影面积,可以更好地避免雾化液体漏液的情形。
如图3与图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述加热件120包括相连接的导电连接件122和导电加热件124,所述导电加热件124设于所述雾化座体110的背离所述电池杆100a的一面,所述导电连接件122穿设于所述雾化座体110,且所述导电连接件122与所述电池杆100a电连接,使导电连接件122外接导电,且导电加热件124在通电时对雾化液体进行加热雾化。在本实施例中,导电加热件124可以为导电加热丝或导电加热块。
如图2与图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化座体110还开设有雾化蒸气出孔112,所述雾化蒸气出孔112与所述雾化腔101连通,所述加热件120至少部分设于所述雾化蒸气出孔112内,使加热件120对雾化液体加热产生的雾化蒸气直接通过雾化蒸气出孔112内流入雾化腔101内与空气气流混合,形成雾化气体。所述雾化座100b抵接于所述油杯件200的部位环绕所述雾化蒸气出孔112设置,使雾化座100b加热雾化液体产生的雾化蒸气仅能通过雾化蒸气出孔112流入雾化腔101内,不易在雾化座100b抵接于所述 油杯件200部位处泄露至过流通道103内。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化座100b凸设有卡接密封凸缘105,所述卡接密封凸缘105环绕所述过流通道103设置,所述油杯件200开设有密封环槽205,所述卡接密封凸缘105卡入所述密封环槽205内,使油杯件200与雾化座100b紧密连接,由于卡接密封凸缘105环绕过流通道103设置,使卡接密封凸缘105起到挡流和挡气的作用,卡接密封凸缘105卡入密封环槽205内,加上雾化座100b与油杯件200的出液区域202对应设置,雾化座100b抵接于油杯件200的面积大于出液区域202在雾化座100b的投影面积,使雾化座100b与油杯件200的出液区域202更好地抵接,起到双重防漏油的作用。在本实施例中,所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的区域为抵接区域,所述卡接密封凸缘环绕于所述抵接区域设置,所述抵接区域环绕于所述出液区域设置,如此在卡接密封凸缘与密封环槽卡接处、雾化座与油杯件的抵接处均能够防漏油,以起到较好的双重防漏油的作用。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,油杯件本体210包括油杯230和密封座体240,出液区域和储油腔204均开设于油杯230,出气通道201分别开设于密封座体240和油杯230。密封座体240位于储油腔204内并与油杯230紧密连接,使雾化液体存储于储油腔204内。在本实施例中,密封环槽205开设于密封座体。在其中一个实施例中,所述加热件120设于所述雾化座体110的背离所述电池杆100a的一面,且加热件120与密封座体240抵接,加热件120还与缓存储液件抵接,使加热件120对缓存储液件上的雾化液体进行加热雾化。雾化座体110邻近密封座体240的端面与密封座体240抵接,使雾化座体110压紧于密封座体240。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:
1、由于油杯件200内设有出液区域202,雾化座100b抵接于油杯件200的面积大于出液区域202在雾化座100b的投影面积,且雾化座100b的加热部位与出液区域202对应设置,如此雾化液体经出液区域202流出即可得到雾化座100b加热,使雾化座100b对出液区域202的雾化液体可靠地加热并 产生雾化蒸气,同时避免了雾化液体的泄漏;
2、由于雾化座100b连接于电池杆100a形成电池杆组件100,油杯件200套设于电池杆100a并与电池杆100a可拆卸连接,雾化座100b位于电池杆100a与油杯件200连接形成的空腔102内,且雾化座100b与电池杆100a连接,使雾化座100b并非集成于油杯件200上,即雾化座100b属于电池杆组件100的一个元件,如此当油杯件200内的雾化液体使用完毕时,更换新的油杯件200即可继续使用,提高了电子雾化器10的使用环保性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (28)
- 一种电子雾化器,包括电池杆组件和油杯件,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件包括电池杆和雾化座,所述油杯件套设于所述电池杆并与所述电池杆可拆卸连接,所述雾化座位于所述电池杆与所述油杯件连接形成的空腔内,所述雾化座与所述电池杆连接,所述雾化座用于对雾化液体进行加热雾化;所述油杯件内设有出液区域,所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的面积大于所述出液区域在所述雾化座的投影面积,且所述雾化座的加热部位与所述出液区域对应设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯件与所述电池杆卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯件的内壁开设有卡槽,所述电池杆的外壁凸设有卡台,所述卡台卡入所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述出液区域为槽体结构,所述油杯件开设有用于储存雾化液体的储油腔,所述储油腔与所述出液区域连通。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯件包括油杯件本体和缓存储液件,所述出液区域和所述储油腔均开设于所述油杯件本体,所述缓存储液件位于所述储油区域内并与所述油杯件本体连接,所述缓存储液件用于缓存雾化液体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述缓存储液件为导液棉体或导液陶瓷体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座开设有相连通的雾化腔和过流通道,所述电池杆开设有进气通道,所述进气通道与所述雾化腔连通;所述雾化座的加热部位与所述雾化腔对应设置;所述油杯件开设有出气通道,所述过流通道与所述出气通道连通,且所述过流通道位于所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的部位之外。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座包括雾化座体和加热件;所述雾化座体连接于所述电池杆,所述雾化腔开设于所述雾化座体;所述加热件设于所述雾化座体,所述加热件与所述雾化腔对应设置,所述加热件与所述电池杆电连接,以用于对雾化液体进行加热雾化。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座体与所述加热件为一体成型结构。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座体与所述加热件为一体注塑成型结构。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件设于所述雾化座体的背离所述电池杆的一面。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件包括相连接的导电连接件和导电加热件,所述导电加热件设于所述雾化座体的背离所述电池杆的一面,所述导电连接件穿设于所述雾化座体,且所述导电连接件与所述电池杆电连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述出液区域为槽体结构;所述油杯件包括油杯件本体和缓存储液件,所述出液区域开设于所述油杯件本体;所述油杯件本体还开设有用于储存雾化液体的储油腔,所述储油腔与所述出液区域连通;所述缓存储液件位于所述储油区域内并与所述油杯件本体连接,所述缓存储液件用于缓存雾化液体;其中,所述加热件与所述出液区域对应设置,且所述加热件与所述缓存储液件抵接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件与所述出液区域正对设置,且所述加热件在所述雾化座体的投影面积大于或等于所述出液区域在所述雾化座体的投影面积。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯件本体包括油杯和密封座体,所述出液区域和所述储油腔均开设于所述油杯,所述出气通道分别开设于所述密封座体和所述油杯;所述密封座体位于所述储油腔内并与所述油杯紧密连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座体还开设有雾化蒸气出孔,所述雾化蒸气出孔与所述雾化腔连通,所述加热件至少部分设于所述雾化蒸气出孔内;所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的部位环绕所述雾化蒸气出孔设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座凸设有卡接密封凸缘,所述卡接密封凸缘环绕所述过流通道设置,所述油杯件开设有密封环槽,所述卡接密封凸缘卡入所述密封环槽内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座包括雾化座体和加热件;所述雾化座体连接于所述电池杆,所述雾化腔开设于所述雾化座体;所述加热件设于所述雾化座体,所述加热件与所述雾化腔对应设置,所述加热件与所述电池杆电连接,以用于对雾化液体进行加热雾化;所述卡接密封凸缘环绕设于所述雾化座体。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座体与所述加热件为一体成型结构。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座体与所述加热件为一体注塑成型结构。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件设于所述雾化座体的背离所述电池杆的一面。
- 根据权利要求21所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件包括相连接的导电连接件和导电加热件,所述导电加热件设于所述雾化座体的背离所述电池杆的一面,所述导电连接件穿设于所述雾化座体,且所述导电连接件与所述电池杆电连接。
- 根据权利要求21所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述出液区域为槽体结构;所述油杯件包括油杯件本体和缓存储液件,所述出液区域开设于所述油杯件本体;所述油杯件本体还开设有用于储存雾化液体的储油腔,所述储油腔与所述出液区域连通;所述缓存储液件位于所述储油区域内并与所述油杯件本体连接,所述缓存储液件用于缓存雾化液体;其中,所述加热件 与所述出液区域对应设置,且所述加热件与所述缓存储液件抵接。
- 根据权利要求23所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件与所述出液区域正对设置,且所述加热件在所述雾化座体的投影面积大于或等于所述出液区域在所述雾化座体的投影面积。
- 根据权利要求23所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯件本体包括油杯和密封座体,所述出液区域和所述储油腔均开设于所述油杯,所述出气通道分别开设于所述密封座体和所述油杯;所述密封座体位于所述储油腔内并与所述油杯紧密连接;所述密封环槽开设于所述密封座体。
- 根据权利要求25所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热件设于所述雾化座体的背离所述电池杆的一面,且所述加热件与所述密封座体抵接,所述加热件还与缓存储液件抵接;所述雾化座体邻近所述密封座体的端面与所述密封座体抵接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的区域为抵接区域,所述卡接密封凸缘环绕于所述抵接区域设置,所述抵接区域环绕于所述出液区域设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座抵接于所述油杯件的区域为抵接区域,所述抵接区域环绕于所述出液区域设置。
