Definitions
- the invention relates to a preparation and detection method of a packaging material used for non-destructive testing of agricultural products and food quality, in particular to the preparation of a packaging material that can amplify spectral signals and the quality inspection of food in the package when the food package is complete. method of detection.
- Food packaging materials refer to paper, bamboo, wood, metal, enamel, ceramics, plastic, rubber, natural fiber, chemical fiber, glass and other products used for packaging and containing food or food additives, and coatings that directly contact food or food additives.
- packaging materials In order to maintain the quality of food, prevent food from deteriorating during storage, distribution, and sales, prevent microbial contamination, and prevent superchemical and physical changes, all kinds of food must be packaged. In order to meet the needs of food packaging, it varies according to the type of food. As far as packaging materials are classified, there are: metal can packaging, glass bottle packaging, paper container packaging, plastic packaging, etc. However, these materials can only provide protection for food and do not have the function of detection.
- the traditional detection method is manual sampling, which requires pre-processing of samples, and the packaging of food must be destroyed, which not only causes waste of samples, but also takes a long time to detect and cannot be detected online in real time.
- Spectral detection technology has the advantages of short detection time, simple operation, non-destructive, etc., and is widely used in non-destructive testing of agricultural products and food quality.
- the requirements of spectral detection are not considered in the production of ordinary food packaging materials, and spectral detection cannot be performed directly. If the signal of the spectrum can be enhanced by designing the corresponding packaging materials, the non-destructive quality inspection of the food in the food packaging can be directly carried out. This greatly improves the efficiency of food testing, and can also maintain the integrity of food without affecting secondary sales.
