Description

杯盖 技术领域
本申请有关于一种杯盖。
背景技术
一般饮品的容器(例如塑料杯或纸杯)多借由一塑料杯盖扣接于该容器的开口,避免该容器内的液体洒漏以便于携带。现有的塑料杯盖除了设有饮用口外,另穿设有一透气流道,当该容器用于容置热饮时可供热气排出该容器外部,避免该容器内部的压力过高而造成危险。
现有的塑料杯盖的透气流道虽可供热气排出该容器而减压,排出的热气接触外部的冷空气后却会于该透气流道的外周凝结成液体而溢流,该透气流道朝外开放亦可能导致该容器内的饮品受污染或渗漏。为解决前述问题,市面上已发展出借由一封盖盖设于该塑料杯盖的饮口并于该封盖穿设一微小的透气流道的方式,以达到排气、防渗漏的效果。然而,该封盖上的透气流道于行进间仍会有渗漏问题,且该封盖无法稳定组接于该塑料杯盖而容易脱落,存在亟待改善的缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的杯盖,以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种杯盖,可防止污染及渗漏且易于生产。
为达成上述目的,本申请提供一种杯盖,包括:一本体,包括一沿一轴向延伸的贯孔及一围构该贯孔的孔壁;及一盖体,盖设于该贯孔,包括一遮挡该贯孔的遮蔽部,该遮蔽部包括若干透气流道及至少一连通该若干透气流道的连通道,至少一该透气流道供连通该本体的一外部,该至少一连通道至少部分朝该孔壁开放。
作为本申请的一个实施例,其中该本体包括一第一卡接部,该盖体另包括一能够与该第一卡接部相卡接的第二卡接部。
作为本申请的一个实施例,其中该遮蔽部包括若干设有该若干透气流道的挡板,至少一该挡板径向抵接于该孔壁。

请参考图1至5,其显示本申请的第一较佳实施例,本申请的杯盖1包括一本体10及一盖体 20。

该遮蔽部21另包括一间隔连接该若干挡板213的连接部214,相邻的二该挡板213之间围构至少一该连通道212;该连接部214包括至少一柱体215,结构简单且易于加工成形。于本实施例中,该盖体20为一体成形的单一构件,各该柱体215的一径向尺寸不小于一该挡板213的一厚度,结构强度佳而不易断裂;该至少一柱体215平行于该轴向延伸,便于施力以拆装该盖体20且不易因受力不当而损坏。较佳地,各该挡板213可于受力时略变形,便于拆状且该孔壁12的密合度较佳。

该盖体20另包括一顶面22及一连接于该顶面22的头部23,于该轴向上,该顶面22不高于该贯孔11,如图4所示,借此该盖体20不易受碰撞而脱落。该本体10另设有一凹槽13,该盖体20可插设于该凹槽13,该凹槽13的内周壁可与该盖体20紧配合地卡接或设有卡凸、卡凹等卡接结构,于饮用该容器2内的饮品时,该凹槽13可用于卡接该盖体20,使用便利性佳、卫生且可防止该盖体20丢失。
请参考如图8所示的第四较佳实施例,该第一卡接部14a为一邻近于该贯孔11的卡凹,该第二卡接部24a为一由该盖体20a的一该挡板213c一体延伸的卡凸,该卡凸可扣接于该卡凹以定位该盖体20a。于其他实施例中,该第一卡接部亦可为一卡凸,该第二卡接部为一卡凹,亦可达到相同效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种杯盖,包括:
    一本体,包括一沿一轴向延伸的贯孔及一围构该贯孔的孔壁;及
    一盖体,盖设于该贯孔,包括一遮挡该贯孔的遮蔽部,该遮蔽部包括若干透气流道及至少一连通该若干透气流道的连通道,至少一该透气流道供连通该本体的一外部,该至少一连通道至少部分朝该孔壁开放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该本体包括一第一卡接部,该盖体另包括一能够与该第一卡接部相卡接的第二卡接部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该遮蔽部包括若干设有该若干透气流道的挡板,至少一该挡板径向抵接于该孔壁。

  9. 如权利要求7所述的杯盖,其中该本体包括一第一卡接部,该盖体另包括一能够与该第一卡接部相卡接的第二卡接部;该第一卡接部为一由该孔壁的内周面径向朝内延伸的凸缘,该第二卡接部为该盖体的一底面,该底面能够于该轴向上与该凸缘相干涉挡接;沿该轴向观之,至少一该挡板遮蔽该贯孔的径向尺寸的至少2/3;该若干挡板包括面向该至少一连通道的一上表面及一下表面,于该轴向上,该孔壁的一延伸高度不小于该上表面与该下表面的间距;该盖体另包括一顶面及一连接于该顶面的头部,于该轴向上,该顶面不高于该贯孔;于该轴向上,该若干透气流道至少部分相错位;各该挡板径向抵接于该孔壁且设有至少一该透气流道;至少二该透气流道的径向尺寸相异;该至少一柱体平行于该轴向延伸;该本体另设有一凹槽,该盖体能够插设于该凹槽;及该盖体为一体成形的单一构件。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的杯盖,其中该遮蔽部径向抵接于该孔壁,该孔壁周向封闭该至少一连通道。
