本申请有关于一种杯盖。
背景技术
一般饮品的容器(例如塑料杯或纸杯)多通过一塑料杯盖扣接于该容器的开口,避免该容器内的液体洒漏以便于携带。现有的塑料杯盖除了设有饮用口外,另穿设有一透气孔,当该容器用于盛装热饮时,该透气孔可供排出热气至该容器外部,避免该容器内部的压力过高而造成危险。
现有的塑料杯盖的透气孔虽可供热气排出该容器而减压,排出的热气接触外部的冷空气后却会于该透气流道的外周凝结成液体而溢流,该透气孔朝外开放亦可能导致该容器内的饮品受污染或渗漏。为解决前述问题,市面上已发展出通过一封盖盖设于该塑料杯盖的饮口并于该封盖穿设一微小的透气孔的方式,以达到排气、防渗漏的效果。然而,该封盖上的透气孔于行进间仍会有渗漏问题,存在亟待改善的缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一种新式的杯盖,以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种杯盖,可防止污染及渗漏。
为达成上述目的,本申请提供一种杯盖,包括:一本体,包括一沿一轴向延伸的贯孔及至少一槽部,该至少一槽部至少部分朝该贯孔开放且供连通该本体的一外部。
作为本申请的一个可选实施例,其中该本体另包括一围构该贯孔的孔壁,该至少一槽部凹设于该孔壁的内侧。

该盖体20另包括一顶面25及一连接于该顶面25的头部26,于该轴向上,该顶面25不高于该贯孔11,如图5所示,借此该盖体20不易受碰撞而脱落。该本体10另设有一凹槽15,该盖体20可插设于该凹槽15,该凹槽13的内周壁可与该盖体20紧配合地卡接或设有卡凸、卡凹等卡接结构,于饮用该容器2内的饮品时,该凹槽13可用于卡接该盖体20,使用便利性佳、卫生且可防止该盖体20丢失。
请参考如图7所示的第三较佳实施例,该第一卡接部14a为一邻近于该贯孔11的卡凹,该第二卡接部24a为一由该挡板21a一体延伸的卡凸,该卡凸可扣接于该卡凹以定位该盖体20a,便于操作使用。该槽部12c横向于该轴向延伸且凹设于该孔壁13a邻近于该第一端口111的一端面,该槽部12d凹设于该孔壁13a内侧且连通该第二端口112,借此该透气通道30a,30b的开放方向相异,防渗漏效果佳。于其他实施例中,该第一卡接部亦可为一卡凸,该第二卡接部为一卡凹,亦可达到相同效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种杯盖,包括:
    一本体,包括一沿一轴向延伸的贯孔及至少一槽部,该至少一槽部至少部分朝该贯孔开放且供连通该本体的一外部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该本体另包括一围构该贯孔的孔壁,该至少一槽部凹设于该孔壁的内侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的杯盖,其中该本体包括多个该槽部,该多个槽部于该孔壁的周向上相互间隔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的杯盖,其中该本体包括多个该槽部,该多个槽部于该轴向上至少部分相错位。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该贯孔包括轴向相对的一第一端口及一第二端口,至少一该槽部沿该轴向延伸且连通该第一端口及该第二端口。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的杯盖,另包括一盖设于该贯孔的盖体,其中该盖体与该至少一槽部之间围构至少一透气通道。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的杯盖,其中该盖体包括多个相互间隔的挡板,相邻的二该挡板之间围构至少一连信道,各该透气信道与一该连信道相连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的杯盖,其中该多个挡板至少其中一者的外周壁面向该至少一槽部,于该轴向上,至少一该槽部的延伸长度大于一该挡板的厚度。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的杯盖,其中该多个挡板包括面向该至少一连通道的一上表面及一下表面,于该轴向上,该贯孔的一延伸高度不小于该上表面与该下表面的间距。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的杯盖,其中该多个槽部于该轴向上至少部分相错位;该贯孔包括轴向相对的一第一端口及一第二端口,该多个槽部其中一者连通该第一端口、另一者连通该第二端口;该杯盖另包括一盖设于该贯孔的盖体,该盖体与该多个槽部之间围构至少一透气通道;该盖体包括多个相互间隔的挡板,相邻的二该挡板之间围构至少一连信道,各该透气信道与一该连信道相连通;该多个挡板至少其中一者周向抵接于该孔壁并封闭该贯孔;各该挡板的外周壁面向一该槽部,于该轴向上,各该槽部的延伸长度大于一该挡板的厚度;该多个挡板包括面向该至少一连通道的一上表面及一下表面,于该轴向上,该贯孔的一延伸高度不小于该上表面与该下表面的间距;该本体包括一第一卡接部,该盖体另包括一能够与该第一卡接部相卡接的第二卡接部;该第一卡接部包括至少一由该孔壁径向朝内延伸的凸块,该第二卡接部为该盖体的一底面,该底面可于该轴向上与该至少一凸块相干涉挡接;该盖体另包括一顶面及一连接于该顶面的头部,于该轴向上,该顶面不高于该贯 孔;该盖体另包括一间隔连接该多个挡板的连接部,该连接部包括至少一柱体,各该柱体的一径向尺寸不小于一该挡板的一厚度;该至少一柱体平行于该轴向延伸;该本体另设有一凹槽,该盖体能够插设于该凹槽;及该盖体为一体成形的单一构件。
