Description

一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成 技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通转向架总体结构技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成。
背景技术
近年来,我国城市轨道交通得到了迅猛发展,城市轨道交通是指具有连续导向能力的专线公共交通系统,其特点表现为拥有特定轨道,车辆沿轨道运行。常见的城市轨道交通有地铁、轻轨、有轨电车等。胶轮列车以其节能经济、绿色环保的优势得到众多大中型城市的青睐。
目前,国内外胶轮转向架结构较多,但存在以下问题:
1)难以适用于低地板布置;
2)不具备转向功能;
3)难以提供较大车内空间。
中国实用新型CN201821031945.X公开了一种车辆和轮边驱动装置,轮边驱动装置包括:独立悬架,轮毂,减速器,和驱动部件;其中,驱动部件通过减速器驱动轮毂转动,且驱动部件和轮毂位于减速器的同侧。
中国实用新型CN201921123102.7提供了一种集成式独立悬架轮边驱动系统及汽车,集成式独立悬架轮边驱动系统包括壳体,壳体内设有电机和减速器,壳体上设有安装口,安装口上连接有盖板,壳体上还设有轴管,减速器的动力输出端连接有穿过轴管的轮边半轴,壳体外表面上一体成型有上支撑臂和下支撑臂,上支撑臂上设有用于安装气囊的安装结构,壳体外表面或上支撑臂或下支撑臂上设有用于铰接减振器的铰接结构以及用于固定制动单元的固定结构。
上述实用新型所涉及的技术均为适用于公交车非驱动桥的轮边驱动系统,其结构特点为将电机和传动系统布置在轮边,采用上下摆臂的双横臂悬架结构, 但是并不能实现转向功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,解决现有技术的转向架结构不能转向的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,包括轮边驱动系统、上主销、下主销、转向节臂、转向拉杆和转向摇臂:
所述轮边驱动系统,与上主销、下主销连接;
所述轮边驱动系统,安装有转向节臂;
所述转向节臂,与转向拉杆连接;
所述转向拉杆,与转向摇臂连接;
所述转向摇臂,留有连接孔;
整车上的转向油缸与该连接孔连接,驱动转向摇臂旋转,带动转向拉杆横向运动,转向拉杆通过转向节臂使轮边驱动系统绕上主销和下主销旋转,实现车辆转向。
在一实施例中,所述胶轮动力分散转向架总成,还包括上摆臂、下摆臂、上销轴和下销轴:
上主销,通过上销轴与上摆臂连接,上主销绕上销轴相对上摆臂旋转;
下主销,通过下销轴与下摆臂连接,下主销绕下销轴相对下摆臂旋转。
在一实施例中,所述轮边驱动系统,包括减速器、电机、轮毂、半轴和制动器,实现车辆驱动与制动:
所述减速器为两级减速,
一级减速机构为定轴圆柱齿轮传动;
二级减速机构为行星齿传动。

本发明提出的一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,将动力系统分散至各个轮边,增大通道宽度,实现转向功能。
本发明提出的一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,具体具有以下有益效果:
1)通过上下主销的设计,使轮边驱动系统绕主销旋转,配合转向节臂、转向拉杆、转向摇臂等实现转向功能;
2)通过分体式上下主销的设计,使得轮边驱动系统得以有空间集成电机和减速器实现驱动的功能;
3)通过上主销与气囊臂实现的气囊的安装方式使得上摆臂有可以有较短的长度来增加通道宽度。

在本实施例中,轮边驱动系统,包括左轮边驱动系统4a和右轮边驱动系统4b。
上摆臂31、下摆臂32、上主销11、下主销12、上销轴21、下销轴22、气囊51、气囊臂52、减振器61、转向节臂71、转向拉杆72、转向摇臂73的数量至少为2个,与左轮边驱动系统4a、右轮边驱动系统4b相对称对应。
本发明提出的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,通过上下主销的设计,可以使轮边驱动系统绕主销旋转,配合转向节臂、转向拉杆、转向摇臂等实现转向功能,解决目前现有产品不能转向的技术问题。
以左轮边驱动系统4a为例,说明上述零部件的连接关系和工作原理。
左轮边驱动系统4a上安装有转向节臂71;
转向节臂71与转向拉杆72连接;
转向拉杆72与转向摇臂73连接;
转向摇臂73上留有连接孔;
整车上的转向油缸与该连接孔连接,驱动转向摇臂73旋转,带动转向拉杆72横向运动,转向拉杆72再通过转向节臂71使左轮边驱动系统4a绕上主销11和下主销12旋转,实现转向的功能。
左轮边驱动系统4a,通过轴承与上主销11、下主销22连接,轮左轮边驱动系统4a可以绕上下主销旋转;
上主销11,通过上销轴21与上摆臂31连接,上主销11可以绕上销轴21相对上摆臂31旋转;
下主销12,通过下销轴22与下摆臂32连接,下主销12可以绕下销轴22相对下摆臂32旋转。
右轮边驱动系统4b的零部件的连接关系和工作原理与左轮边驱动系统4a相对应,这里不再赘述。
将动力系统分散至各个轮边,解决集中驱动在扩展编组时路面附着不够的问题。
在本实施例中,上主销11和下主销12为分体式设计,使得轮边驱动系统得以有空间集成电机和减速器实现驱动的功能。
在本实施例中,上摆臂31可以为分体式或整体式。
在本实施例中,下摆臂32可以为分体式或整体式。
在本实施例中,上主销11上安装有气囊臂52,气囊51通过螺栓安装在气囊臂52上,使得上摆臂31可以有较短的长度来增加通道宽度,增大通道宽度,解决现有集中驱动的驱动轴上方空间小的问题。
在其他实施例中,气囊51可以用扭杆弹簧替代。
气囊51又名空气弹簧,气囊51和扭杆弹簧是起缓和冲击作用,气囊臂52是作为安装气囊的一个支座。
扭杆弹簧取代气囊51后,气囊臂52可取消,上主销11上安装有扭杆弹簧。
在本实施例中,减振器61,通过螺栓安装在下主销12上,实现减振功能。
在本实施例中,稳定杆62,通过连杆分别与左轮边驱动系统4a、右轮边驱动系统4b对应的下摆臂32连接,实现提高侧向稳定性的功能。
稳定杆62,可以是液压式稳定杆或其他主动式稳定杆。
左轮边驱动系统4a和右轮边驱动系统4b对应的转向摇臂73通过横拉杆74连接。
左轮边驱动系统4a和右轮边驱动系统4b,分别集成减速器、电机、轮毂、半轴、制动器等部件,实现驱动、制动等功能。
与现有技术的转向架的传动结构不同,本发明的减速器采用的二级减速,传动比较大。
图3揭示了根据本发明一实施例的减速器的示意图,如图3所示,本发明提出的左轮边驱动系统4a和右轮边驱动系统4b,其中集成的减速器为两级减速:
其中,一级减速机构401为定轴圆柱齿轮传动;
二级减速机构402为行星齿传动;
齿面正、反面的加工工艺完全一致,可实现双向传递扭矩。
本发明提出的一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,具体具有以下有益效果:
1)通过上下主销的设计,使轮边驱动系统绕主销旋转,配合转向节臂、转向拉杆、转向摇臂等实现转向功能;
2)通过分体式上下主销的设计,使得轮边驱动系统得以有空间集成电机和减速器实现驱动的功能;
3)通过上主销与气囊臂实现的气囊的安装方式使得上摆臂有可以有较短的长度来增加通道宽度。
尽管为使解释简单化将上述方法图示并描述为一系列动作,但是应理解并领会,这些方法不受动作的次序所限,因为根据一个或多个实施例,一些动作可按不同次序发生和/或与来自本文中图示和描述或本文中未图示和描述但本领域技术人员可以理解的其他动作并发地发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,包括轮边驱动系统、上主销、下主销、转向节臂、转向拉杆和转向摇臂:
    所述轮边驱动系统,与上主销、下主销连接;
    所述轮边驱动系统,安装有转向节臂;
    所述转向节臂,与转向拉杆连接;
    所述转向拉杆,与转向摇臂连接;
    所述转向摇臂,留有连接孔;
    整车上的转向油缸与该连接孔连接,驱动转向摇臂旋转,带动转向拉杆横向运动,转向拉杆通过转向节臂使轮边驱动系统绕上主销和下主销旋转,实现车辆转向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,还包括上摆臂、下摆臂、上销轴和下销轴:
    上主销,通过上销轴与上摆臂连接,上主销绕上销轴相对上摆臂旋转;
    下主销,通过下销轴与下摆臂连接,下主销绕下销轴相对下摆臂旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,所述轮边驱动系统,包括减速器、电机、轮毂、半轴和制动器,实现车辆驱动与制动:
    所述减速器为两级减速,
    一级减速机构为定轴圆柱齿轮传动;
    二级减速机构为行星齿传动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,还包括气囊和气囊臂:
    上主销上安装有气囊臂,气囊安装在气囊臂上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,还包括扭杆弹簧:
    上主销上安装有扭杆弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,还包括减振器:
    所述减振器安装在下主销上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,还包括稳定杆,所述轮边驱动系统,包括左轮边驱动系统和右轮边驱动系统:
    所述稳定杆,通过连杆分别与左轮边驱动系统、右轮边驱动系统对应的下摆臂连接;
    左轮边驱动系统和右轮边驱动系统对应的转向摇臂通过横拉杆连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于,所述稳定杆包括液压式稳定杆和主动式稳定杆。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于:
    所述上摆臂包括分体式或整体式;
    所述下摆臂包括分体式或整体式。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的胶轮动力分散转向架总成,其特征在于:
    所述上主销为分体式;
    所述下主销为分体式。
